Excellent location between Wolf Creek ski area and Pagosa Springs for our stay the week between Christmas and New Year's! Plenty of space for two families with 4 total children, lots of natural light and very well equipped. The spacious garage parking was a huge bonus we didn't expect but were thrilled to have.

The house was great. Plenty of room for 9 people, all the amenities you could need and wonderful views. We filled up the hummingbird feeders and had at least 10 hummingbirds flying around all day. Would definitely recommend this house.

Amazing home!
5/5 stars
This home was more than perfect for our whole family. We had an absolute blast and had so much room. The only issue we had was the railing upstairs was literally coming off and loose so we were nervous the would fall. Other than that 5 stars!
- Kaitlin

Thank you so much for your review and feedback about the railings upstairs, Kaitlin! We really appreciated you choosing to stay with us and you are welcome back at any time. Safe travels and happy trails!

Great Place
4/5 stars
We had a great time and the house had everything we needed except WIFI and a working TV. The management company sent someone over the 3rd day with a hot spot for the wifi, but it was 3 mbps up and 1 mbps download and too slow to really use. We missed out on NFL football on Thanksgiving Day and 2 college games on Saturday because the hotspot was not strong enough to stream onto the TV and the TV remote/Dish Network did not work. Overall I'd suggest this house, but was disappointed in the problems with wifi and the TV.
- Thomas

Thank you so much for your review and feedback about the internet and TV, Thomas! Due to the area that we live in, weather, congested internet networks, and traffic can affect internet speeds and connectivity. This sometimes happens during peak times. We really appreciated you choosing to stay with us and you are welcome back at any time. Safe travels and happy trails!
