About

Our Favorite Place is a jaw-dropping, custom mountain-contemporary home located deep within the San Juans at the base of Pagosa’s most famous peaks on a rolling hill in the pines. This stunning home sits on an acre, but it feels like so much more with sweeping views of the valley and towering peaks. Whether it be getting ready for a day of play by whipping up breakfast in the state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchen, or relaxing in the hot tub under the stars while gazing at Square Top Mountain, Our Favorite is bound to become yours too!

*There are security cameras on the exterior of the home for your safety on these premises. It is a remote area.

** National Forest Access and ATV trails nearby**

**4wd/AWD required year around**when turning onto Berryhill Drive, the initial upslope is a 12% grade for about 1/4 mile. In winter this requires a minimum of all wheel drive and it is better to have your vehicle equipped with 4-wheel drive. If you have a two wheel drive vehicle you will likely need to put chains on to get up this pitch. Even all wheel drive and 4 wheel drive vehicles should carry chains when staying at this property during winter (Nov-Mar) months.”
