Stunning 3 BR / 3.5 BA home with a private pool located in North Beach Resort & Villas (house is about 300 yards from the pool complex and beach).

*Please note no motorcycles, trailers, RVs, golf carts, smoking or pets. In addition, the garage is not available for renter use.*

- Rental comes with full access (at no additional charge!) to the 2.5 acre pool area with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a swim-up pool bar, infinity pool, indoor lazy river, and adults-only and kiddie pools; note that in the cooler months, they typically heat at least one outdoor pool

- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental

- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests

- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments

- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants

- Resort is 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk.



The free pass is emailed two days prior to arrival.

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.

For example, part of your group may choose to go to Myrtle Waves in the morning (one person is free) and the rest of the group may hit Broadway Grand Prix (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

This property was very beautiful and well deserving of 5 stars, unfortunately the filth and untimely response took away two stars. The decor in the home is beautiful. The neighborhood was very peaceful. The towels were nice and clean. The washer and dryer were perfect. The pool was filthy with yard debris. I text the night we arrived. I received a response that someone was coming to take a look. Two unidentified men and a dog showed up in a pickup truck 3:00pm the next day. By that time my children were so eager that they cleaned the leaves and mulch themselves. The sofas in the living room were very nasty and stained. The grill outdoors was disgusting and very hard to ignite because it had not been cleaned. Yes, I know there was a grill brush to clean it but after so many guest had brushed old food and grease it was disgusting. The grill needs a REAL cleaning. There was a beautiful rug in the master bath but it was covered in someone’s hair. It had not been vacuumed before we arrived.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The accommodations were cozy and comfortable and was just as beautiful as shown. The community was quiet and a very convenient twi minute walk to the beach and resort. We had a couple minor needs during our stay and they took care of them immediately. We highly recommend staying here.

The house we rented was beautiful, however, it was obviously not maintained appropriately. Mold on shower curtains, stains on comforters, drains and showers not working properly, multiple light bulbs out and minimally stocked kitchen with half broken toaster. To top off the trip bags of linens and supplies were placed at the front door the day before we left for the next tenant. It was very unprofessional. The issues were dealt with but when booking a vacation I would not expect to have to deal with such a wide array of problems. A better cleaning company would have picked up on a lot of the issues and they could have been addressed before we checked in. I can confidently say I would never book another trip through I Trip.

We're glad you enjoyed the house, but we're sorry you encountered issues. As you noted, though, our team responded immediately to any issues you reached out to us with. In addition, since your stay, we have terminated our agreement with our former cleaning company. Having said that, potential renters can see through our other more recent reviews that this is a great house and we're a very reputable company to use for vacation rental needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first-ever vacation to Myrtle Beach in July, 2017. The home's decor, cleanliness and close proximity to restaurants, shopping and activities/events made it a stand-out. We enjoyed the private pool and amenities of North Beach Plantation. We had a minor issue which was quickly addressed. The management team was both professional and friendly, offering great tips on local attractions, including golf. We will most definitely return. Adrienne Allen

The window in the master shower you can not see out of but can see in it and from as far as across the street on the side walk not just the backyard and if your near that window you will be seen clearly, example after realizing this we tested it by having a teen stand dressed by the window and from across the street could see the Lettering on the shirt. So unless you want to be expose stay away from that window. The rental company first reply in writing was "we have had lots of renters in this house and no one has ever brought this up as a concern." Also don't pick this home and pay extra for the private pool the bottom was black, we asked three times for it to be cleaned the first two times told pool man would be over the third time told he comes on Wednesday's no one ever came to clean it and was too filthy to use. The rental company reply in writing after we left was "the pool issue had been fixed" Have pictures to prove theses major issues and some of more minor ones at this home, wish the homeowner would contact us they should be aware of all that happen.

We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. As addressed while you were still staying with us, the window in the master shower is heavily frosted, and we've never had anyone else have this concern. Regarding the pool, there was a storm in the area the night before, so it's to be expected that there would be debris in the bottom of it. As you know, we sent pool services over 4 times that week to try to rectify the situation to your liking. We strongly feel we went above and beyond for you during your stay. We want to note that we've had multiple renters stay in this home over the years and everyone has loved this home! **Note we updated the formatting of our initial response that was posted in May 2016, and the system changed the original response date to the date we submitted the update. We wanted to be clear that we addressed the renter's concerns immediately.**
