WHERE CAN WE SWIM?
This property is five minutes from the Guadalupe River and numerous Tubing Rental businesses. Schlitterbahn is just over two miles away, and the public city swimming pool, Landa Park Aquatic Complex, is just under three miles from Garrison in Gruene. There is no longer a pool on-site.
DO YOU PROVIDE BREAKFAST OR DAILY HOUSEKEEPING?
We do not offer breakfast or daily housekeeping services. However, we highly recommend Buttermilk Cafe or Kora Kora nearby for delicious dining options.
WHAT TIME ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM*
Check-out is at 11:00 AM*
*Early check-in or late check-out may be added for an additional $50 fee if the property is available. Please inquire before your stay so our team members can coordinate your request.
ARE GUESTS VERIFIED?
Guests may be asked to submit a valid ID to verify their identity. Failure to submit documentation when requested will result in a canceled reservation.

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, damage deposit, and/or payment.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Your deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if policy is violated.
RULES
- Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
- Pets (limit 2) are allowed in select Pet-Friendly units with a fee. Pets must be on a leash in common areas at all times, and owners must clean up after their pets.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
- No barbecue grills are permitted on balconies or in the unit. No open flames i.e, candle burning, is permitted.
- Park in designated areas; do not park on grass. Please lock your vehicle and avoid leaving valuables inside, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Texas, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises.
- Tenants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for exceeding sleeping capacity.
- Linens and towels are not to be taken from the unit. Any lost or damaged linens will be charged to the guest. There is a one-time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive dirt.
- Please report any maintenance needs. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues.
