Park Shore Resorts prime location west of Hwy.41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and famous downtown Naples. There's even a local supermarket, pharmacy, and post office just across the street. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass Beach. There's also an on site restaurant, Hogfish Harry's.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa(currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting

This Deluxe 1st floor, 2 BR/2 BA, West facing, end unit offers a Queen sleeper sofa w/upgrade memory foam mattress in LR w/large Flat Screen TV and DVD. It's also conveniently located (property map included in the pics) within close proximity to the Lobby, Pool, and Restaurant. This location (bldg. F) provides a great deal of privacy with minimal foot traffic for enjoying the lanai, which has incredible lake views. Also, no elevator needed for this beautifully renovated & luxuriously decorated first floor, end unit!!

Deluxe Unit - Please note the deluxe unit floor plan is larger than standard floor plans. It offers Primary suite French door lanai access. This floor plan also provides dual guest bathroom entrances. The guest bath can be accessed from the common space in addition to direct guest bedroom access for creating a second "ensuite".

This impressively renovated and tastefully decorated unit sports a dream kitchen with an island housing an under the counter microwave drawer and wine fridge. The built in shelving w/glass doors also contains lower cabinetry w/pull out trash bins. This custom kitchen was designed to maximize utilization of space. You will find everything needed to function with all of the conveniences of home.

We had a lovely time this year at our condo. It has been recently renovated with a wine cooler and lighted glass cabinet with many wine and drinking glasses to choose from. It overlooks the water and we saw many birds over the course of the week. The master bedroom is spacious with an office desk and access to the outdoors. This unit is particularly suited to adults and for four of us, it was a perfect stay.

I vacation in Naples a lot, but this is the first time I have taken my 15 and 19-year-old beautiful granddaughters with me. We all had a blast.They said the unit was “bougie.” I felt save letting them go to the pool; the guests all seem nice, and the unit was beautiful. The hosts were kind, and I have always loved Park Shores area. I hope to create more moments with my grands here.

We loved the property. The unit was very warm and welcoming. It had all the amenities we could have asked for including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The grounds are beautiful. There were several fountains in the pond off our lanai and it was so relaxing to sit there and listen to the water features. The onsite restaurant was very convenient and had fabulous food. Also, the unit was located close to a grocery store, Walgreens , liquor store and numerous casual dining places.

This is one of the nicest arrangements we have had in our rental history in Naples. The owner has fully stocked this beautifully appointed location. A very relaxing experience including comfortable bedding. Would highly recommend.

The condo was great! Everything was updated and very clean. We loved sitting on the lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler available in the condo and the pool towels provided by the resort. The beach and many restaurants and grocery store are nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is immaculate, well decorated and ,up to date. Park shore Resort is lovely and well kept. The location is great with much to do nearby. I would give this a five star rating and would not hesitate to return in the future. Tammy is a wonderful manager addressing all concerns promptly and politely.

We stayed at Park Shore Resort- Unit 140 for 1 week over the holidays 2019. We have been to Naples several times and love the area beaches, downtown area and the restaurants. Overall we had a wonderful time. The unit itself has just been updated; the decor is modern and lovely. It was also very clean! The lanai was comfortable, very clean as well, relaxing and overlooked the complex’s lagoon. However, the linens were old and extra linens in the closets were messy, mismatched and haphazard. We were there with our two young adult children and had to separate and then remake the twin beds in the second bedroom. The closets , kitchen cabinets , and some drawers were disheveled as well. There were half used bottles of body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms. This was all a real turn off. A rental unit that looks like this on the surface should have empty closets, neat cabinets, etc. Also, the complex itself is showing it’s age and needs updating. It does not fit in with the rest of the Park Shore ambiance.

I must say that we were quite surprised to receive a 3 star review for this property ; particularly when you admitted that there’s nothing wrong with the unit and even commented on the fact that it’s updated and clean and that you enjoyed your stay. We’re terribly sorry that you were inconvenienced by the previous guests taking advantage of the twin to king converter kit in the guest bedroom. I only wish you had reached out to me for request to convert the bed back to twins for your stay. We would have been happy to handle that task for you. This is why I always provide my personal cell # for direct contact anytime. This would have prevented you from searching through the linens, which to my knowledge, are not old….but will certainly investigate further. However, I do apologize for any lack of organization. Again, we didn’t expect you would need to access the linens during your stay. I’m not sure what you were referring to with regard to closets and cabinets being disheveled; as we try to ensure that they remain organized in between guests. We’re terribly sorry if we fell short on this task. However, it’s impossible for smaller units like this to maintain empty closets & cabinets while trying to provide/store amenities (ie: beach chairs/umbrella/cooler)for guests. The half used bottles of body wash and shampoo were simply “extra” products that we provide as a courtesy to our guests…..impossible to refill…..simply replaced when depleted. We also leave pump hand soap, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags & paper products. All of which are typically appreciated by guests. You may have failed to notice that there were otherwise, small individual starter bathroom products (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner)provided by our cleaning staff….much like in hotels, for your use if the larger products were offensive. Again, a quick phone call to let me know your needs could have been easily addressed with “new or additional products”. Please feel free to review the complex on an appropriate platform. However, just keep in mind that the resort has recently undergone extensive property/building maintenance and renovations with additional future improvements planned. Although you may not personally feel as though it goes with the overall ambiance of the Park Shore area, it certainly provides a unique and much needed niche to the area. Where else can you rent a fully furnished condo with on site amenities for fewer than 7 nights, particularly in peak season? In closing, we greatly appreciate your business and are happy to know that you had an enjoyable stay. Please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconveniences that you may have experienced; as we strive to provide superior customer service to all of our guests.

Park Shore is close to everything in Naples including the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores, This unit, 140, has been updated and offers two excellent bedrooms and a comfortable main room, along with a screened in porch overlooking the property’s small pond. The resort offers a restaurant, tennis courts, pool, and a hot tub. The hot tub was on the fritz during the visit which was the only drawback.

My Wife And I Like Staying At Park Shore Resort, Great Place, Older Complex But The Owners Of The Units Are Redoing Them. Very Comfortable And Clean, Close To The Beaches And Fine Dining, We’ve Stayed At This Unit 3 Times And And 2 Others 1 Time, All Are Great. We had 5 nights in a really clean and well updated ground floor unit. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The resort was clean and a little haven for rest and relaxation after a traveling holiday. Showers worked well, bed very comfortable. It was a shame that the island cafe on site was closed but the pool and hot tub were lovely. The location is a little out of the centre of Naples but easy to drive and reasonable enough for a taxi. We also got a bus once as well. We ate at the village a couple of times which was walking distance for our family at just under 30 minutes and the supermarket was very close. Very close to lovely beaches e.g. Clam park pass. Tammy Novak was very responsive to questions and we would definitely recommend.

Just spent a restful, fun filled week in unit # 140 of Park Shore Resort! This unit is so well decorated and comfortable! Pate’s Restaurant is a convenient location to grab a drink or a bite! Best prime rib around. The pool is so beautiful as are the grounds. Unfortunately some trees are still down from the hurricane, but just look past it at all the beauty Park Shore has to share with its central location! This condo even comes equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas! Such a joy working with the Novaks and all the helpful staff!

We've stayed at Park Shore Resort before but in a unit that had not been updated. This unit is absolutely fantastic - updated down to the last detail - we loved it and had a wonderful time. Loved the decor - the colors were beachy and tasteful - and everything was comfortable and cozy - including the beds. Our feet were treated to plush carpet and we loved cooking in the gorgeous kitchen - it's been updated immaculately and even has a wine fridge. The location of the unit within the resort is perfect - it's close to everything while being far enough that you don't hear too much noise and you don't have as much foot traffic as you might in the sections closer to the entrance. We also appreciated that the screened-in porch was well furnished and we were able to sit and enjoy the daily showers without being eaten by bugs. :) The rental company answered our texts in a very timely manner and we were able to slip in a little early, which was very much appreciated. We will absolutely stay in this unit again if it's available next time we are down. The unit itself really made our stay at Park Shore Resort feel much more like a "destination resort" than our prior stay - which was just okay. We love to walk the grounds in the evening and always enjoy the pool - but having such a lavish unit to come back to really made it feel like a high-end stay. Thank you!

Our family traveled here during spring break (13 and 14 year old). We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit! The descriptions online do not give it justice. Upon our arrival, we found the condo immaculate and stocked with essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, spices, laundry supplies, cleaning products). The kitchen is packed with everything you could need. The resort itself is like a tropical paradise, private, plenty of chairs, and temperate water. We have loved sitting in the screened in porch to eat and to enjoy the waterfalls that are scattered around the resort. It's a short walk to many amenities and about a 15 minute walk to beaches. Thank you to the owners of this unit for making our stay so comfortable! We are already planning on returning when possible!

From the day we arrived, this condo unit has been heavenly. Tammy greeted us and also made sure we had enough supplies! A wonderful management group, BTW. Amenities in the unit are very high end luxury. Location is great. Being close to 41 gets us everywhere in only a few minutes. There is a run-friendly neighborhood right from the driveway. Pool area is great and the view from our lanai is the BEST for morning coffee and evening wine.

We had a 4-night stay and this turned out to be the perfect place. Traveling with a couple and a single adult, this layout is great with the 2 br with baths and the living area between. This condo is newly refurnished and well-equipped. Especially appreciated the provision of soap, shower gel, shampoo and an extra roll of TP. The property itself is beautiful- pool, hot tub and lounge chairs. We especially liked the pool because the beach was stinky due to red tide and fish kill. So glad we were not "on the water." Tammy was very responsive before arrival assuaging our hurricane fears. We have thoroughly enjoyed exploring Naples!
