The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you'll find 2 computers and printer w/internet access. In addition, there's on site racquetball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, & fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting.
This 2 BR(King w/TV, 2 Twins in Guest BR, and Queen sleeper sofa w/upgrade memory foam mattress in LR w/large Flat Screen TV and DVD), 2BA (Tub/Shower combo in Master, shower only in Guest), 1st Floor, West Facing, End Unit w/newly screened lanai in Bldg. F, has incredible views! It's also conveniently located (property map included in the pics) within close proximity to the Lobby, Pool, and Restaurant. No elevator needed for this newly renovated & luxuriously decorated first floor, end unit!!

I must say that we were quite surprised to receive a 3 star review for this property ; particularly when you admitted that there’s nothing wrong with the unit and even commented on the fact that it’s updated and clean and that you enjoyed your stay. We’re terribly sorry that you were inconvenienced by the previous guests taking advantage of the twin to king converter kit in the guest bedroom. I only wish you had reached out to me for request to convert the bed back to twins for your stay. We would have been happy to handle that task for you. This is why I always provide my personal cell # for direct contact anytime. This would have prevented you from searching through the linens, which to my knowledge, are not old….but will certainly investigate further. However, I do apologize for any lack of organization. Again, we didn’t expect you would need to access the linens during your stay. I’m not sure what you were referring to with regard to closets and cabinets being disheveled; as we try to ensure that they remain organized in between guests. We’re terribly sorry if we fell short on this task. However, it’s impossible for smaller units like this to maintain empty closets & cabinets while trying to provide/store amenities (ie: beach chairs/umbrella/cooler)for guests. The half used bottles of body wash and shampoo were simply “extra” products that we provide as a courtesy to our guests…..impossible to refill…..simply replaced when depleted. We also leave pump hand soap, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags & paper products. All of which are typically appreciated by guests. You may have failed to notice that there were otherwise, small individual starter bathroom products (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner)provided by our cleaning staff….much like in hotels, for your use if the larger products were offensive. Again, a quick phone call to let me know your needs could have been easily addressed with “new or additional products”. Please feel free to review the complex on an appropriate platform. However, just keep in mind that the resort has recently undergone extensive property/building maintenance and renovations with additional future improvements planned. Although you may not personally feel as though it goes with the overall ambiance of the Park Shore area, it certainly provides a unique and much needed niche to the area. Where else can you rent a fully furnished condo with on site amenities for fewer than 7 nights, particularly in peak season? In closing, we greatly appreciate your business and are happy to know that you had an enjoyable stay. Please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconveniences that you may have experienced; as we strive to provide superior customer service to all of our guests.
