****Vacation rentals (greater than 14 days) in Collier (Naples) will be allowed for occupants from all US states including those states identified by the Governor's executive orders. Any vacation rental reservations made with guests from areas identified by the Governor as high risk, through Executive Orders (Currently EO 20-82, NY, NJ, CT, & EO 20-86 LA), must be for periods longer than the quarantine period (currently at 14 days) established in that Order. Guests occupying those vacation rentals must adhere to the quarantine restrictions or be subject to established criminal and civil penalties.
****Phase 1 of the reopening of Florida includes beach access (excluding weekend hours, during which time Collier County beaches are closed from 11:00am-5:00pm, including Friday July 3rd), hair salons & barber shops, restaurants and retail shops operating at 50% capacity, while maintaining required social distancing.

This 2 bedroom (king size in master bedroom and 2 twins in guest bedroom), 2 bath (ensuite tub/shower combo w/grab bar in master, tub/shower combo in guest), East facing condo in Bldg.B has beautiful views of the island and direct garden access from the private screened lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge (w/ice maker), oven and blender. Private washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.
Throughout the expansive tropical gardens, this unit has a very convenient location. Not only is it close to the Lobby (free morning coffee and pool towels), but it's also in close proximity (just across the walking bridge) to the on site restaurant (Gypsy's Island Grill) as well as the swimming pool, hot tub/spa, & BBQ grill area.
