We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great for us, daughter and son-in-law and two young granddaughters. The pool and beach were great and there were chairs and beach toys available in the condo. Access to restaurants and shopping was easy. The only recommendation is that the living room furniture could use some updating.

Condo was absolutely beautiful and clean. Plenty of dishes, silverware pots and pans. Loved the walk in closet in the master bedroom which was also big enough to use as a changing room. Plenty of room for a total of 8 guests! Location was in a prime spot near grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Beach was family orientated and did get crowed fast! Elevator was a little slow but nothing serious to damper our stay! Only complaint is the beds were hard and new pillows are probably needed. However, my family will definitely be back soon!! This place was incredible!!!!

Condo had a great view of the Gulf! Huge balcony with lots of seating. Steps away from the beach. Short drive to shops and boardwalk. Close drive to Clearwater. Condo was clean and had plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 child comfortably. Beds where comfortable. Was nice having Netflix to watch movies in the evenings. The assigned parking spot was right off the balcony’s. Someone dropped something over a railing and busted my windshield. All is covered by my insurance but just something that could be prevented if they could move that one space. Elevator was slow and hot as others mentioned. Loved the location! Would rent again!

Very nice condo, private deck with a great view and lots of seating, close to many activities. Could be updated a little, the master bedroom throw pillows were smelly but after washing were fine. Did have to re-vacuum and mop the floor the night we got there, due to my 11 month old's knees and feet being dirty from crawling on the floor, but the floor wasn't visible dirty to the eye. Very nice kitchen and laundry room. It was so great to have beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo! Would for sure stay again.

We had a great time at Las Brisas. It comfortable fit 8 adults. Beautiful views off of the balcony and the condo is equipped with everything you need. The folks at iTrip were incredible accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you for providing a great place to stay!

We rented this condo with our two small children and had a wonderful time! It was so spacious, modern and very clean. Had everything we would need (except a high chair)! But they provided more than enough towels, blankets, pillows, etc and the kitchen had everything you’d need. WiFi worked great. The stretch of beach is beautiful! We would stay again. Thank you! Ps the parking spot was tough to find, it’s actually on what seems to be the beach walkway! As close to the beach as you can get.

Our family recently stayed at Las Brisas and loved it!! The condo was very clean and spacious and the view was gorgeous. Great location too-within walking distance to John's Pass Boardwalk. Wonderful beach area at the condo also. We would definitely stay here again!!

Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We had to call maintenance on Sunday for new batteries for the smoke detector and they were there within the hour. Would recommend and stay there again. The couch could be updated but other than that everything was good.

Labor Day beach vacation

Our family of six stayed in 503 at Las Brisas over Labor Day weekend 2017. The elevator was really, really slow and the building itself could use a facelift. The unit has a great oceanfront view and is updated, although the master bedroom mattress is hard as a rock and should be replaced! Although the unit was "clean", it could have been cleaned better. The tubs looked dirty, like they needed to be refinished or bleached, glass rings on the side table in the living room, sand on the floor! We did not contact management but we definitely won't be back.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, beds are one of those things that are a very personal preference. The mattress is fairly new, and in good shape. We will make sure the cleaners are checking everything. If there are ever any issues, we do maintain a 24hr guest hotline, and can respond immediately if needed.

Complex was very tired & needs decorating/maintaining. For an apartment that sleeps 9 one parking space is not sufficient. Condo was OK clean but in need of updating, only 6 chairs for dining. Most walls were devoid of pictures. As mentioned in previous reviews fridge door still not fixed. Location is great but sunset not visible from balcony. For the amount paid slightly disappointed.

Our families were in town for our brother's wedding in Tierra Verde and stayed at this wonderful condo. It is in a great location with excellent beach views and super easy access. The condo had plenty of room, a cozy balcony and lots of beach toys and accessories. We had one maintenance issue (clogged bathroom drain) that was fixed within hours of my email to the maintenance folks. The only downside was one parking space - for a condo that sleeps 8 - but we were accommodated with another parking spot about a half mile away. We had one of the best, most memorable family vacations yet!

Unit is generally ok, with nice floors and somewhat updated bathrooms. Refrigerator included a permanent sign warning guests that door must be completely closed, which caused issues for us on a couple of occasions. For the nightly rate paid, the refrigerator should be repaired. Unit included several beach chairs and umbrellas which was nice. Some of the beds were borderline on comfort.

Loved the location and size of your Condo! You couldn't get much closer to the Beach! We would definitely come back here! Only have one request though, you need to have mirrors in the bedrooms. There were 4 women trying to do hair and put on makeup in only 2 bathrooms, if there had been mirrors in the bedrooms it would have made it a lot easier! Loved sitting on the patio and listening to the Ocean! Even though it was cloudy 4 of the 5 days we were there, we had a great time!
