It is a place to relax, and the apartment is great for enjoying the sea. Just one detail: the coffee maker had a broken coffee container - not corect size -; otherwise, everything was fine.

Loved the condo, the view, and the location. The condo was very clean. We had an easy check in/entry. Previous tenants left ample beach chairs (besides those that belong to the condo) and toys. We brought our own chairs and toys (part of us drove) but I’ve flown before and having those things already available is a huge plus.

Had a wonderful time staying at Las Brisas for the week! Condo was spacious along with the deck facing the beach. Saw dolphins, pelicans, shorebirds everyday. Condo had all the amenities needed during our stay. Couple nice restaurants right across the street were a nice perk as well. Would definitely come back👍🏻👍🏻

Great view and location

Right on the beach with nice size balcony for viewing sunsets. Walking distance to many restaurants which was nice because there’s only parking for one car and no guest or handicap parking available. This was the only negative as there were 8 of us and having only the one car was inconvenient as sometimes people wanted to go different places. Only 2 bathrooms so better suited for less people.

Love the location of the condo. Steps from the beach..beautiful sunsets and dolphin watching right from your balcony. John’s Pass is nearby with shops and restaurants. Property management was quick to respond to our needs..Will plan to rent again in the future.

Beautiful Condo

My family and I had a wonderful time at the condo. You cannot beat the location. It was nice to have the bed sheets on the beds when we arrived. The kitchen had necessary items which was helpful until we were able to go shopping. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony which overlooked the ocean. Seeing dolphins swim by was a bonus. Whenever I had a question, there was a quick response from Itrip. There were a couple of minor improvements that could be made in the condo, and when I informed ITrip, the comments were well received. I cannot wait to rent this condo again the future.

Great condo! Very clean! Comfortable beds especially the master! Balcony was great to be on watching the dolphins and even a manatee. Host was very good but we really had absolutely no problems! Will definitely stay again!

Nice condo. Could use a few improvements. Most importantly the washer needs immediate attention . There is significant mold in the washer. Needs multiple runs of straight vinegar to kill the mold. The guest bathroom smells like a sewer. There appears to be backflow when people in the other condo flushes the toilet. The toilet bubbles up when other toilets from the adjacent condo flushes. Otherwise the condo was nice and spacious and comfortable. Could use a few more trash bags. Appreciate the beach supplies.

The pool is open. Everything we needed was in the condo. The management was helpful and accommodated our special request! It’s right across from The Reef, which serves breakfast, and other good food all day. And it’s an easy stroll to the Daiquiri Shack for lunch or dinner and more fun in the evening! Thanks for sharing your condo with a pretty view, right on beautiful Madiera Beach.

This Place was everything and more than we expected. The unit is nice and a perfect view of the ocean. A lot of stuff close by to get groceries or anything else you want. We will definitely be going back.

Las Brisas 405 worked out well for our family in February 2025. Madiera is a fav location for us and Las Brisas condo size works well. Unobstructed view from 405, plenty of beach chairs, convenient laundry in unit. ITrip was very responsive & and thorough to our minor need (coffee maker decanter cracked). Pool was not available as of last week. Obviously, much area hurricane damage waiting repair which is certainly understandable. Businesses that were open were booming and happy for business.

The condo was fabulous, just a few steps away from the beach. It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. It even had beach chairs for us to use. The view was spectacular and it was a very family oriented place. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. The view from the balcony was amazing- we saw dolphins nearly every day while having our am Coffee. The condo is spacious and had all amenities. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs and a cooler! We didn’t have young kids but there were lots of beach shovels, toys, a kite, sidewalk chalk, boogie boards. Pool and beach were awesome. Water was very warm. Lots of small shells for picking. There were lots of beach beds with umbrellas for rent but a portable canopy or your own umbrella would be helpful. The location was very convenient- restaurants across the street, very safe, very walkable. John’s pass was 5 min away by car with lots of shopping. Distance from Tampa international was about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Less than 30 minutes to Clearwater. We loved the area and would visit again!

Condo was updated and clean. Couch and beds were very comfortable. Right on beach with beautiful view. Pool was nice and warm. Great location and seamless in getting in. Suggestion would be to have more toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags provided.

I have tried to rent so many vrbo’s and air bnb’s before and, to be honest, have had poor luck- until this stay! The unit was large, clean, easy to check in, stocked with exactly it said would have, and overall a great unit! Parking was easy and close to the elevator, the room was also close to the elevator. The condo had carts to load, a very clean pool and was right on the beach. I hope to come back to this unit again soon!

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach! Everything we needed was at the condo. There was a good amount of starter items, even a few bottles of water in the fridge. Thank you for sharing this awesome place with us! Everyone was very nice to work with. We can't wait to come back next fall.

Cute Place but Bad Timing

The condo was exactly what we were looking for as a group. The kitchen was nice to cook in and had the items needed. The bad thing about this trip was the construction waking us up at 8AM. It was also right outside on the patio where the door didn't lock. There was a post in place but this still allowed enough room for each guest to get through without problem. I was told that the pool would be available because I was concerned about the red tide, but the construction had taken over the pool as well. Still had a fun trip but wish we knew about the construction and pool closing.

This unit was perfect for our group. It had three bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people. The condo had some updates that made it nicer even though the building is older. The kitchen had sufficient supplies and the washer and dryer came in handy.

We really loved our stay here! Location was perfect, view was perfect, condo was clean, and very convenient in terms of laundry detergent, soap, and dishwasher detergent provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as always at Las Brisas. The unit 405 was beautiful, well stocked and the large bathroom was beautiful. You can't beat the sunsets either sitting on the balcony or at the beach. Our grandchildren really enjoyed playing on the beach and the unit was well stocked with sand toys and chairs although we always bring our own..We have already booked for next year for room 406 which we usually reserve. It has 2 parking spaces which is important to us when different family members come at different times. we have been staying at Las Brisas for several years now and will continue to do so as long as we can.!

Great view. Nice place. Really really dirty floors. Whoever is taking care of this place has not washed the floors in months. This is no exaggeration. My socks and bare feet were black after walking on the floors. I would want to know this if I was the owner and paying for cleaning service. The elevator went out on Thursday and was not fixed until Monday. The Condo association needs to have emergency elevator service instead of likely a more cheaper M-F contract. Many elderly people had a very difficult time with the stairs. I hope the Condo association and cleaning service get their act together for the benefit of the owner because it was a nice place. We had two cars and there was only parking for one car so that may be an issue for some.

We can assure our Guests that the floors are completely mopped and cleaned after each checkout. With the proximity to the main road, and the constant sea breeze, we get a very fine layer of dust on the floors, and it seems to settle quickly especially if the doors are left open for any amount of time (like during the winter months). We understand that feet getting dirty may seem like the floors are not cleaned, but they most certainly are. Thanks for the feedback!

Very beautiful place. The unit was very spacious and clean. The only complaint I had was, I brought items for a toddler that I didn't need to bring which would have freed up a lot of space in the vehicle. They had a pack n play, a stroller, 2 beach umbrellas and plenty of toys for the sand. That would have been useful information. We will definitely be back as it was a beautiful place to stay.

This was a nice very large unit in a great location. Unit had many pool/ocean toys and supplies for use, which was great. Only downside was the elevator was broke once or twice...fixed quickly, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes, and the TV in the living room was difficult to operate. We had to keep resetting the connection. We really did enjoy our stay, and the beach was wonderful!

Great Place Right on the Beach

A group of friends and I stayed here for another friends wedding. The balcony and view were amazing every morning and evening- a perfect sunset view! It was very close to many restaurants, John's pass, only steps from the beach, and had a great pool which was much needed since the ocean was so warm! The condo was very spacious and cozy! It would be great to have more toilet paper at least upon arrival. The condo was very sandy however I think that's hard to avoid when you're on a powdery beach! Only negative was the TV wasn't working properly- luckily when you're in Florida you don't watch much TV! Would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

The condo was just as described via the online pictures. There were plenty of dishes, beach items, towels, etc. We loved the location and were able to sample many local restaurants. It was apparent that the place was checked before arrival. Busch Gardens was an hour drive but the airport was a reasonable 30 minutes away. We would definitely come back and certainly would recommend it.
