My grandsons, my sister and I just enjoyed the best time at Sandy Shores. With across the street access ( walking distance) to Johns Pass Boardwalk and Treasure Island jyst across the bridge. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and beach, we were in heaven. All amenities that we initially needed were provided. Beds and sleep sofa—- all of great comfort. Beach toys and towels were available. So much fun. Clean and well taken care of. Host available for any concerns. Very very pleased.

The condo was everything we were looking for to have a fun and relaxing beach vacation. The location is perfect! Right across the street from John’s pass with lots of shopping and the restaurants were very good and quite reasonably priced. The beach and pool were never crowded. No need to set up early to save a spot. And the condo was very clean and nice. It had everything we needed. I was a little apprehensive about not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but it was very close to our unit and was available every time I wanted to use it! I would most definitely book here again!

Overall the experience was very good. Communication was great and we were able to get into the property a couple of hours early which was very nice after a long day of travel. Thankfully we had no issues that required any sort of attention. The condo was clean and the amenities were very good and the area overall is wonderful. My only suggestion is to think about replacing the beach towels, beach chairs, and the cooler. All look very worn and used. The beach towels, while clean, were thinning and stained. The beach chairs are rusty and the cooler, while clean, looks very dirty. There is also a chair on the balcony that cannot be used as it is broken/ripped in the seat area. None of this would keep us from reserving this property again or talking negatively about this to others. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you :)

This is our second time at 101 Sandy Shores and we love it here!! The access to the beach is very close and the pool is excellent to lounge around with lounge chairs and covered tables/chairs available! It is just steps from John's Pass and shopping village with stores, eateries, and getting cocktails! We went to Dicks this year and it was very entertaining! Loved our time here this year! The servi e from ittips was very timely and any issues resolved quickly! Plan to be back soon!

This was my families first time booking through Vrbo and it did not disappoint! The condo looked exactly like the pictures and our view was spectacular! Communication regarding our booking was easy to follow and contained all the details we needed for our stay. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Felt like a home away from home. The condo contained beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach toys which was awesome! The location of the condo was nicely placed between the beach and Johns Pass which allowed us to enjoy a nice day at the beach and then walk across the road to shop and eat. Would recommend to others and we will hopefully visit again in the future.

Hosts responded quickly to any questions I had prior to arrival. Easy check in to very safe and clean unit. Sandy Shores is within walking distance to restaurant, shopping and entertainment. Most important was beach access. We’ll definitely be back to Madeira Beach.

We enjoyed our time at Maderia Beach. The place was just right. The salt water pool was perfect. No issues with anything. Remembering all the codes was the worst part. The beach in this area was perfect as well. Chairs umbrella and beach towels were in a room off of the bedroom along with some floats and boards. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas down at the beach if you dont want to carry these. I was honestly leary of the whole itrips thing since you pay them instead of thru vrbo but it is def not a scam.

Check in was super easy... nice having codes emailed ahead of arrival for everything (elevator, pool gates, room) instead of carrying key cards. Having a very large assigned parking space, almost right under our room, kept the car cool and it being just steps to the elevator is great also. Step off of the elevator and you are 10 steps from your door. Location was great also... directly across from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk and we had a view of the draw bridge while we were swimming in the ocean. The room is very spacious (especially for just me and my husband), had everything we needed and was clean. The couch could use updating and wasnt very comfortable but the bedroom had very comfy memory foam mattresses. Coin laundry was also steps away from our room door and elevator. There was some work being done intermittently to the stucco on outside of the building that wasn't disclosed prior to our arrival but management was super apologetic for the noise and we were promised compensation and given free tickets for a sunset dinner cruise. The pool was clean and heated... beach is just steps from the pool. I would definitely rent here again.

This condo was a great choice. The covered parking was a plus. The condo itself with a pool and beach view was wonderful. The large balcony was a perfect place to listen to the beach waves at night. An easy walk across the street to Johns pass for shops and restaurants. We hope to stay there again soon. The beds were very firm. I prefer softer but that wouldn't stop me from booking another stay. Owners responded to a few questions very quickly. BOOK IT NOW

This was my family's first trip together to Florida. I was beyond blown away at how beautiful and clean 101 Sandy Shores was. The location being right across from johns pass was awesome. We had a great experience, the host went above and beyond. The condo has everything you need. Very comfortable, the two queen beds and the extra half bath are a bonus. The Balcony is overlooking the white sandy beach, and the sunsets are incredible. The pool is very well kept, Very clean, with a restroom that is Accessible only to condo renters or owners . Directly across from John Pass, walking distance to everything that you would need. Great communication all the way through. I would highly recommend this condo. Thank you.

Very nice and convenient condo. It was everything that was advertised! Convenient to John’s Pass and many restaurants and shopping! Condo has fantastic ocean views and large pool for relaxing. Even saw the Dolphins swimming by!!! I would choose this place again!

Great location, great view, very clean, both remotes didn’t work and they came and replaced battteries within an hour. Still giving 5 stars, however, the oven door hits the countertop so you have to lift it a little to make sure it closes. Minor thing once we figured it out😁

Condo was clean. It was nice that there were some beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Location is great. Between the beach and John's Pass there's plenty of options for the family. Looking forward to hopefully coming back down sometime next summer.

We had a great experience at 101 Sandy Shores. The location is amazing. The condo was very spacious and clean. There were beach toys, an umbrella, and chairs. This is random, but I loved that the parking spots were covered so the car didn’t get hot. Overall, we would stay there again.

I have stayed in this condo multiple times and have enjoyed all of my visits. The unit is conveniently located across the street from Johns Pass as well as several local restaurants and shops. It is fully stocked with anything you may need for your short trip down to the beach. I will definitely be back!

I cant say enough good things about this condo. The location, the balcony, pool, beach and ocean were over the top. The condo was spacious, clean and furnished very nice. The convenience of Johns Pass was wonderful. We had plenty of hot water and the pressure in the shower was great. We definitely will be booking again and recommending it to our friends and family. I would like to make one recommendation. You could tell new drapes had had been put up in the living room. It would be more pleasant to the eye, if whoever hung them had ironed or steamed them. You could tell they had come straight from the package (they were very wrinkled). They were gathered so tight on the pole it made it very hard to pull the panels apart. Honestly, vertical blinds would be great in this condo. You would be able to take full advantage of that beautiful view. I used clothes pins to hold the drapes back. What an absolutely wonderful week at Sandy Shores for the two of us. We were blessed to have found this rental on line. Thank You.

Condo was nice and clean. But the early morning noise of construction was just a little more than we can handle. Would like to come back when it is not so noisy. Also we never found beach towels. Location was spot on! We stayed in unit 101, balcony directly above pool and overlooking beautiful beach. The beach was so close to the pool as well, not a long walk at all like some places. Pool was lit up a beautiful blue at night. Also to walk over to John’s pass where the shops and restaurants were was so close. Just across the street, and fortunately the crosswalk to stop traffic so you can go across was right at the parking lot, so convenient!! I sent a text to ask a question regarding our stay and beach and had a phone call and text response in minutes! Unit was very clean and had everything we needed, lots of fluffy pillows, even beach toys for kids! There was construction going on but it did not interfere or disrupt our stay in the least bit and they made us aware before booking. Can’t wait to visit again! The only thing that could have made our stay better was a handheld sprayer shower head to make bath time easier with sandy toddlers but don’t you know I found one under the sink the day before we left when looking for toilet paper! Haha it was there all the time! Can’t speak highly enough of this place!

The Condo was great for myself and my three kids. Location was on the beach and across the street from John's Pass. Plenty to do and see or just spend the day at beach or heated pool. The ongoing building repairs were a bit of a nuisance, but all in all, I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Love this place. Right next to John ‘s Pass. Plenty of room. They had some construction going but told us up front the noise wasn’t that bad. We were out most of the day and they stopped at 5 and wasn’t there on the weekend. It had its own parking place and even thou we ate out it was stocked with anything we could have needed. Would stay there again no problem.

Nice, roomy condo with a good view and great location. The beach towels, chairs and umbrella were a plus. Pool was nice and clean. Having to have a key to get in and out of the pool area was a little bit of a hassle. There was too much furniture on the balcony.

Had never been to gulf side of Florida. This condo looked great in advertisement and it was just as advertised. The check in process was painless and parking spot was conveniently located below unit. This first floor unit overlooks the pool area and ocean. The sunsets are absolutely beautiful from the balcony. Would definitely return.
