Comfort awaits in the lower primary bedroom suite, which features a King size bed, office desk, printer and en-suite marble bathroom with a walk-in shower.
All the remaining bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. One of our bedrooms offers a Queen size bed, a SmartTV, and a private balcony with views of the Santa Monica Mountains w window AC. Another bedroom w Queen bed, as well as a private balcony with views of the Hollywood Sign. Two more bedrooms are each furnished with a Queen bed, one of which has a SmartTV and window AC. The sixth bedroom is appointed with a full bed. Please note 3 of the 5 bedrooms upstairs have window AC's, the other 2 bedrooms are provided with fans.
Two guest marble bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor each configured with a walk-in shower.

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA . We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. We require valid photo IDs of all guests
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: 12 ONLY (including infants or children)
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions. Extra Guest Fees Apply after 10 guests.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 7 am. No Outdoor Music during this time. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

Upon Check-Out you agree to pay for any damages or extra Cleaning Fees if home is trashed due to illegal parties, trash not picked up in the bedrooms or outdoor spaces.
Well behaved dogs are welcome with a $175 per pet fee and paid prior to check-in. Dogs should not be left unattended in the home unless they are muzzled or crated. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.
