Well then, Happy HideAway is the ideal place for you. Newly renovated and newly furnished! Happy HideAway welcomes guests with 2 gathering areas, a full kitchen, full sized laundry, 2 private bedrooms for couples and a fun bunk room with living space for the kids.
Happy HideAway offers excellent amenities too! A private swimming area surrounded by a private dock - jump in the lake, relax on floats, or fish off the side - let's make some amazing family memories! Happy HideAway is conveniently located near the heated pool, tennis court, club house, and picnic area. Everything that the Evergreens complex has to offer! Boating anyone? Guests can tie up on the community dock for pick up and drop-off. So, feel free to rent a boat for the day and explore the amazing Lake Winnipesaukee.
What if the perfect accommodations were also in the perfect location? Happy HideAway is on Paugus Bay of Lake Winnipesaukee in the heart of Laconia New Hampshire. Arcades and mini golf are mere minutes from Happy HideAway. Happy HideAway is within 10 minutes of 3 different golf courses, and within 5 minutes of 3 super markets. Happy HideAway is across for Paugus Bay - bring your kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards!
***** About the Accommodations *****
As you enter your accommodations, you walk into the main living level - the stunning water view draws you through the sliding glass doors to your private upper deck. Wow - what a view - perfect for sunsets. Then, re-enter the living room with 2 comfy couches, a comfy chair, gas fireplace, and that huge 55-inch smart TV. Care to dine indoors? Gather around the pub-height table that comfortably seats 8. Grab a quick coffee or bowl of cereal at the breakfast bar. The kitchen with full sized appliances: fridge, stove with large oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Everything you need to prepare family meals. The main living level includes a large closet to store your gear and a powder room.
Head upstairs to the 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. Guests staying in the master bedroom enjoy that gorgeous water view from their pillows. Snuggle up in the king-sized bed - perhaps catch a romantic movie on the Smart TV or watch the moonrise over the lake. So romantic! The master bedroom has plenty of storage: a large closet, a full chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp. A desk & chair provide a convenient workspace for those workcations.
The second bedroom provides a full sized bed with sunrise views and another Smart TV, Guests also enjoy a large closet and chest of drawers for plenty of storage. Tucked under the full sized bed is a trundle twin. Please do let the team know if you wish to use this bed too.
The bathroom on the second floor provides a tub and shower combination and full-sized front loading washer and dryer. Yes! There's laundry too!
Happy HideAway has excellent space for kids. The lower level is the ideal kids hang-out area - a separate living space with a huge Smart TV and bunk room. Head out the sliding glass doors to the covered patio with BBQ Grill and picnic table - and that stunning lake view! A collection of board games add to the fun! Good news! The kids have their own bathroom on the lower level too.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests will be fined & immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property.
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
These are cause for eviction with no refund. If any damage impacts our ability to offer the home for future guests, you will be held liable.

Our cancellation policy: if guest cancels,
- Within 24 hours of booking and the Guest is fully refunded.
- More than 60 days prior to arrival and the Guest fully refunded.
- Between 30-60 days prior to arrival, the Guest is refunded 50%.
- Less than 30 days, iTrip retains all payments
Beds are made with freshly laundered linens. Clean towels for each registered guest are placed on the beds. Please bring your own beach towels. Each accommodation comes with starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, each bathroom will have at least 1 spare roll of toilet paper. A starter pack of coffee, cleaning supplies, and hand soap is also provided.
Items you should bring with you: Extra paper products, beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, toiletries, food, beverages, and any other essentials and assundries to make your vacation enjoyable.
Guests are expected to honor our House Rules to be Good Neighbors and Respectful Visitors.
Good Neighbors honor the right of Happy HideAway’s neighbors to peacefully enjoy their homes. iTrip New Hampshire's guests will:
- Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are dictated by local rules and ordinances. Unless specified otherwise, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
- Not Host Events or Parties: without express written approval from iTrip New Hampshire, do not host any parties or events.
- Follow the Law: do not do anything illegal.
- Respect Boundaries: Do not encroach into the neighbors’ space, including but not limited to yards, gardens, decks, patios, and parking spaces. Do not use neighbors’ amenities or take neighbor’s property, such as: furniture, grills, pools, spas, etc.
- Follow Parking Instructions: Please follow all parking instructions and only use those spaces allotted to Happy HideAway.
- Prudent Use: instructions on how to use appliances and amenities are provided. Please use all items for their intended purpose and per instructions. Please contact iTrip New Hampshire if you have any questions.
- Be Neat and Caring: please do pick up after yourselves; put trash and recycling in proper bins, do the dishes, use coasters, and leave the furniture where it belongs.
- Park in Designated Areas: Please do park in driveways, parking pads and garages. Please do not park on lawns or in gardens.
- Do Not Smoke or Vape: smoking or vaping of anything: cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana, requires special remediation to remove the aroma.
- Do Not Tamper with Safety Sensors: iTrip New Hampshire homes come equipped with a variety of safety sensors, such as: exterior cameras, noise monitoring, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and more. Respectful guests do not tamper with safety sensors.
- Be Careful: where there are wet area amenities such as waterfronts, docks, pools, or hot tubs, please take care to secure the areas and take appropriate precautions.
- Return Keys/Passes/Remotes: please return items as described in Check-out instructions.
