Since this is a gated and private pool area, no unannounced or unapproved outside visitors are allowed.

Pool is not heated. We require an Indemnity Hold Harmless Agreement to be completed and signed prior to your arrival. Adult Pool Only. No small children or toddlers permitted.
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age to book is 30 years old. Valid government issued photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests. We will consider bookings under 30 years old with 5-star reviews and additional refundable security deposit on file.
* Check-in is after 4 PM please confirm your exact arrival time. Your unique door code will activate at check-in time and time out at check-out
* Check out is at 11 AM
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - 3
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $200 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
POOL ACCESS - Indemnity Hold Harmless Agreement to be completed and signed prior to your arrival.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $1000 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
* You will provide the Full Names and Ages of all your guests
* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.
NO FILMING/PHOTOSHOOTS - must require prior approval by Management
In order to maintain the property we have our gardeners and pool guys servicing the property. Please note that sometimes we may on rare occasions need to adjust the days of service due to weather/rain or other unexpected events.
