We stayed here for 3 weeks and it was very comfortable for us. It’s perfect for working remotely with a downstairs office. The unit was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The coach was a little had but it’s a pull out sleeper and those types are usually very comfortable. The view was fantastic and it’s located in a very nice neighborhood 5 minutes from Main Street.

Very comfortable. Main bedroom furniture finish is in bad shape - shows lot of wear. Not enough forks knives spoons. Driving directions should be clearer: e.g. turn into Sunbow driveway. 3607 is Sandy Point II building on right across from Sunbow buildings. Love location and convenience to store and beach. Like mangrove view

A Very Nice Condo!

Over the past 20 years my family has stayed in several different condos in this complex. E-201 is definitely one of the nicest we have seen. It is very nicely furnished with two quality king beds. Some owners seem to skimp on the lanai furniture but not here. Everything we needed for a week of fun was found in this condo!

Our stay at the property was wonderful. The accommodations were exactly what was on the listing. Our family had fun and felt safe. Thank you again for such a great wonderful place. We loved the isolation and the easy access to Fort Worth was not a problem.

Solterra Resort came highly recommended and let me say it did not disappoint. The house was great! Large and spacious just like the pictures. It was clean and all the necessities were provided. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely book again for our next trip.
