While there is no community pool in this neighborhood, there is a pay to use pool in Sea Pines The South Beach Inn is a seasonally opened pool that is not heated. It is located at 232 South Sea Pines Drive. They charge $25/day/family or $75/family/week.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

IMPORTANT SEA PINES INFORMATION

Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. A few of the restrictions are listed below but please access seapinesliving . com to read and download the complete listing.

Motorcyles, Motorhomes, Recreational Vehicles, Trailers, Golf Carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security.

No Weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.

Sea Pines Beach Club Parking

Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. More details can be found at seapinestrolley . com, and we will include information in the welcome packet provided with your reservation.

Sea Pines offers private beaches to all guests.  By being private neither the town nor state can mandate closing to the public.   This is especially important during times, as experienced with Covid-19, where the town closed public access beaches.   Sea Pines remains open.

Perfect for a short stay

Great efficiency in one of the best Harbour Town locations. Within walking distance to everything in Harbour Town and a fantastic view of the Harbour and lighthouse. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The unit matched the description to a T, so no surprises. The bathroom is a bit cramped but that is just a minor issue. We never cooked in, just had our breakfasts there and enjoyed the many excellent restaurants nearby for other meals. The bed is incredibly comfy and the unit is very quiet. Booking process was very easy, instructions clear and simple. Will definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time here during our last trip to HHI! The condo was perfect for the two of us and you couldn’t ask for a better location or view!! The check-in and out process was also really easy. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

857 Ketch Court has the best view of the Harbour Town marina. The room is very comfortable for 2 adults. The bed was great. The bathroom was a bit small but still fine for us. I highly recommend this property for a getaway.

We had never been to Hilton Head before and this looked like it was a a great location. It was. We could walk to the lighthouse, shops and restaurants. The view was amazing. The king size bed was comfortable. The kitchen area was nice. The Juliet balcony just fit two chairs snuggly. It was clean and we have no complaints. We are happy we chose this place and would choose it again.
