We took our children and grandchildren on vacation to 7 Night Harbour. Fantastic. Location to beach was great. Loved the view of the golf course on the side of the home. Bedrooms were large and spacious. Very pleased with home. Some updates would be helpful (clothes dryer took way too long, dishwasher rusting out)....but these were minor inconveniences. Overall.....loved the stay. Would definitely rent again.

The house was very convenient to the ocean with great views of Trent Jones golf course. However, we were unable to use the built in microwave. Two of the bathroom sinks were clogged up and backed up when using them. Also someone had just painted over the wallpaper and the wall paper was starting to peel off. The house had some water damage at one time. We enjoyed our stay however, the house needed some TLC, considering the price we have to pay for rental.

We stayed in this property the week of Memorial Day. It was perfect for our 3 families with multiple teenagers. The layout with the open living and dining rooms to the pool and deck was exactly what we were looking for. The short walk to the beach made it easy to go back in forth as needed. The local property manager was very accommodating and attentive to our needs and even stopped by to see if everything was up to our expectations. We could not have enjoyed our stay more and hope to return again next year.

Stayed here with a group of 9 men in September for a long weekend. The house could use a little TLC, but overall it was a very nice place and easily accommodated us all. The location could not have been better, as the walk to the beach was very short (a few hundred feet) and the beach was almost empty. Only ocean front would have been better. The pool and outdoor area was great and provided privacy with the golf course behind us. The views were beautiful and appreciated by all of the guys. I highly recommend this house for a group or for families.

Thank you for the review and so glad you enjoyed your time at the house. You are right, the home needs TLC and is receiving a complete make over this winter. You were the last guest to stay in the home prior to us taking it down for renovations. We hope you will come back next year to see the improvements and enjoy the pool, beach and golf.

This was the perfect home for our ladies' tennis team get-away. We loved the golf/ocean views, the covered porch, the open living area for gathering and US tennis tournament watching, and the home's plentiful windows.

7 Night Harbour

Our family spent four nights in this home in October. The services provided by the rental agency were good and they were very responsive. The sheets and towels were great. The home was clean. It does have easy access to the beach with a fairly short walk down the street. It is a large home with the ability to house a large number of people. The real problem with this home is deferred maintenance. We were greeted with a hole, due to rotting wood, in the decking leading up to the front door. The whole front deck appears to be in bad shape. The pool finish is badly worn. We originally thought the pool was dirty but then determined that the finish in the pool was deteriorating. The deck on the pool side badly needs refinishing. The doors in from the pool are gross and are rusting at the metal seams. Inside, there is a large stain on the ceiling on the living room. The home apparently has wallpaper which has been painted over and the wallpaper is peeling in many areas. There are several repaired areas in the walls which have not been painted. The inside of the microwave has several rusting spots. The tile in the kitchen floor has a crack across the width of the floor. Appliances and cabinetry in the home are very low end, not what you would expect in a home in this price range. Overall, the home served us well, but please someone spend some money to repair the home.

The layout of the house is a great choice for a large crowd and/or multiple ages. The bedding choices in each room are the best in any home I've stayed. Everyone was happy, especially the grandchildren who stayed on the bunk beds. Having a queen bed also allowed the grandparents to sleep in there with them in comfort. We enjoyed the three dining tables, both inside and out, which allowed us to spread out and enjoy either the air conditioning or the beauty of outdoors. The view of the golf course was beautiful and peaceful. It was nice having the pool for late night swims, or for those who didn't want to make their way to the beach. The rooms were huge, as were the closets-one of the kids favorite places to play. The quick 2 minute walk to the beach was great, and we all loved not having to cross thick high sand dunes with a wagon of toys, chairs, umbrellas, and children. The house could use some updating, but that didn't deter from our stay. It was a great vacation.

7 night harbour is a lovely home with incredible views and a well equipped kitchen. Convienent ocean access and a large open floor plan for spending time with family. The only issue is there is no common bathroom...? All of the bathrooms are inside a bedroom which created many challenges with sleeping children and elderly parents early risers and night owls.
