This totally remodeled 3 Bedroom & 3 Bathroom villa is within walking distance of Harbour Town, The Shops at Sea Pines Center and only 1 mile to the spectacular Sea Pines Beach Club. In 2018 & 2019 this property has new flooring and carpeting, new beds in each room, new washer and dryer, new microwave, freshly painted, and new ceiling fans throughout. WOW!
When you enter this villa you will immediately feel like you are on vacation. This bright and airy end unit is warm and inviting and offers plenty of living space for a large family or two families to share. The main living area on the first floor has comfortable seating for 6 and a loft on the second floor that provides a wonderful retreat for children who want their own space.
The newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances opens to the dining and family rooms. The stools at the bar offer a great place to enjoy breakfast or keep the cook company during meal preparation. The dining room seats six comfortably and opens up to a wonderful deck with a patio table and chairs for your enjoyment.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor each with their own bath. The first has a new queen bed and has access to the remodeled first floor bathroom, and has its own private balcony. The second first floor bedroom has twin beds and access to the second full bath on the first floor from the bedroom. It also has its own private balcony. The second floor is home to the master bedroom with king size bed and a remodeled on-suite bath with a walk-in shower. Also on the second floor is a loft which offers additional sleeping space with a queen size sofa sleeper, and a TV and DVD player.
Inland Harbour is a small enclave of 35 villas with its own pool and tennis courts; amenities that are highly sought after by families vacationing on Hilton Head. One stay at 2452 Inland Harbour and you will see why this villa has so many guests returning each year.
Effective March 23, 2019 - September 2, 2019 the Sea Pines Resort has announced they will no longer allow any rental guests to park at the beach club or plantation club overflow lot. Instead they have established a trolly system that will go directly from a designated lot to the beach and back continuously between 9:00am and 5:00pm. More details can be found on their web site and we will include those in the check in information packet provided with your reservation.

Thank you for the comments - Just to let you know the owner has upgraded one of the twin bedrooms to a Queen Pillow Top bedding set. There are plans to upgrade the twin beds in the other room as well, but keep them as twins.
