There were 6 adults in this spacious 3 br condo. Location Location Location. We were overlooking the Harbour Town Marina. TheCondo was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. My brother who is a chef commented on how welll equiped the kitchen was. The bedrooms were big and the beds fantastic. Slept like a baby. If your golfing Harbour Town you are only a 3 min walk at best. If playing Heron Point a 8 min drive. Stronly suggest renting bikes for $16 for 3 days and cruising. There are manybike paths and its all easy flat riding. Beaches were beautiful. Only suggestion we would have is better understanding beforehand of where condo is at. GPS gets you to the parking lot but bldg number and entrance hard to see at night. If we arrived during daylight hours im sure it would of been more obvious. Our host Peter was great. Very quick to respond with answers. Definitely going back.

First let me say that Peter of Low Country Coastal Rentals was wonderful to work with. He was always accessible for any questions and information. The condo itself was in a perfect location; easily within walking distance to everything in Harbour Town. We were a group of five and it met all our needs. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The elevator stopped working our next to last day but we were on the 2nd floor so it wasn't a problem. We 're looking forward to coming back in the future.

We took our family, including two grandsons, to HHI, we have been going for many years and normally rent a house. This was the first time we stayed right on the harbor and I can honestly say that this was one of our best trips! This unit is roomy and updated, I was concerned about noise being so close to the Harbortown restaurants and open spaces but was pleasantly surprised at the peace and quiet this unit offered. It was kinda cool seeing the faint light of the famous lighthouse shining on the harbor. Peter at Low Country Coastal Rentals was a pleasure to deal with, this was a last minute rental and he worked hard to make our trip seamless. I would highly recommend this unit, we will be back.

We just returned from our first vacation with our newborn son. This villa is in the perfect location and has all the amenities and conveniences we needed. There is an elevator down the hall for ease of getting luggage, groceries, beach gear and strollers to the villa. Also, there are stairs for the one flight up to the villa from the parking area and walkway to Harbour Town. You can step out the door and walk to Harbour Town, the Harbour Town Golf Links, pool, tennis courts, and bike paths. You can listen to the entertainment from the patio. (Remarkably, when you shut the patio door and go inside you cannot hear any of the activity from Harbour Town.) The villa is comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could possibly need. The beds are very comfortable. And even though we didn't need it, 3 full bathrooms is a plus. The open floor plan of the living room/dining room allows for a constant view of Harbour Town, the marina and candy striped lighthouse. All of the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are a 5 minute stroll around the marina. This is a very clean and well maintained villa. It is obvious that it was recently updated in a soft beach d├ęcor. Nice digital TV package with easy WiFi connection. We will return again. I have already recommended to a friend who is booking it for his next family vacation.

What a lovely place to enjoy Sea Pines and Harbour Town ! Very spacious and well stocked kitchen made it a great place for my Family to spend some quality time. Right across from Harbour Town Golf Links and 5 minute walk to the lighthouse. What more can ask for ! Highly recommend.
