Our corner unit is located just two miles north of the picturesque Jordanelle Reservoir at the base of Brown’s Canyon. Black Rock Ridge is a new development that provides excellent proximity to Park City attractions and amenities! You will also enjoy stunning mountain and valley views while staying in our home! Historic Main Street in Park City, Kimball Junction shopping area, and Basin Recreation are all a ten-minute drive away guests of Black Rock Ridge simply have it all at their fingertips!

This gorgeous 3-bedroom 2 bath condo provides an excellent vacation opportunity for one or two families. Black Rock Ridge offers ease of access for walking, hiking and biking on nearby trails adjacent to the community. The Overlook Restaurant and On the Rocks full bar are a short 7-minute walk from our home. Our home is a short distance to a shuttle stop off Richardson Flat Road.

Entering our home you will find ample storage for jackets, hats, gloves, and ski helmets. Our living room is spacious and comfortable with a large HD-TV and gas fireplace for perfect ambiance and warmth. The dining area comfortably seats 8 at the table with 2 more seats at the breakfast bar - there's plenty or room for up to 10 guests! and is just off the fully equipped kitchen! The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a toaster, coffee pot, blender, utensils, glassware/ dish ware, baking pans, and almost anything you’d need for a lovely home-cooked meal.

Located off the kitchen the home has a spacious laundry room with a High-Efficiency Washer and Dryer; there’s also an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

The light filled large primary suite has a brand new King sized bed,HDTV , comcast cable and massive walk in closet (perfect for a pack and play). The en-suite and a large en suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a walk-in tiled shower, and a large soaking tub.

The first guest suite has comfortable new queen bed and a Smart HDTV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies (please note this room does not have a cable box).

The second guest suite has a full bed and also a unique triple twin-over twin-over-twin bunk bed (4 beds total in this room).

These bedrooms share a spacious hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Our summer guests will enjoy the comfort of central air conditioning and the patio located just off the kitchen. Our outside patio has a table and chairs to enjoy a summer evening meal.

Need to work or want to watch your favorite programs on Netflix? Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

There is parking for one compact car in our private garage.

This beautiful end-unit offers main-level living with a kitchen, living room, fireplace, and primary bedroom along with a spacious deck perfect for entertaining.
