Month in Frisco, CO Townhouse with Views of Mountains
5/5 stars
The 3 bedroom, 3 bath house was in an excellent location for walking into Frisco's downtown. From the living room area and the large balcony one had beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from early morning until late evening. The location was quiet and one could walk or bike from the house to local pathways and trails; Copper, Keystone, A-Basin, and Breckenridge were short drives away. The description of the house was accurate and the kitchen was equipped with what most cooks would want or need, including a number of spices. The owners and managers were prompt in replying to any questions we had and a tear in the living room screen which we noticed upon arrival was repaired very quickly. The ceiling fans and other fans were greatly appreciated as there were evenings when the fans were needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location and accommodations
5/5 stars
Had a great stay in Frisco, CO and the Townhome was awesome. Decorated nicely, clean, and was located near all the locations we wanted to visit. Played golf at Copper Mountain, shopped in Frisco, and enjoyed great food in Breckenridge. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

Excellent location for Summit Ski-Resorts
5/5 stars
We stayed here 2 years ago with friends and family. It is an excellent location to reach all the major Summit resorts plus close to major amenities. Located in residential area, very quiet and easy access (walk 10 mins) to Frisco Main Street. Good space 6 plus the basement/bunkbeds which is really for the kids. Good to have hot-tub available and several car parking spaces. 2 years ago, Josh (the host) gave first class support and surpassed that this year helping us with some postal delivery problems. Perhaps another positive thing to say is we will be back again in a few weeks to finish off our ski-adventure 2022 and hopefully will also be back in future years.

Comfortable
5/5 stars
My family and I enjoyed the home, location and scenery . It’s a comfortable home for two families and no more than 8 people. We hope to be back again next year. Happy 2021

Great for skiing the summit
5/5 stars
We booked the property for a month as part of my retirement present to myself. It followed a few weeks in Steamboat and Jackson Hole. The location was perfect for what we wanted which was for friends and family to be able to visit,; quiet yet easy access to Vail, Breckenridge, Copper etc. There is parking for three cars. The main bedroom is very good. The two on the entrance floor share a bathroom but no problems. The basement/den is good for TV but has bunk-beds and no door from the stairs so no real privacy. This would be ok for kids but not so good for adults which we had for 4 or 5 days. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the facilities we needed. The laundry room was also very good. The hot tub was great. There were a few niggles about the fittings, light bulbs etc but Josh came around quickly and got them sorted for us.

Perfect mountain vacation!
5/5 stars
We had a wonderful time at this mountain home. It is beautiful inside and out. Gorgeous neighborhood for long walks, walking distance to Main Street, amazing and private hot tub, super clean, totally stocked with the basics and more. We were able to text any needs/questions to the host/management and got immediate helpful responses. I would 100% reserve this home again for our next weekend family trip. We are still high from the memories we created last weekend.

Great Stay
4/5 stars
We had a great stay. Home is clean, well equipped, has a great layout, great view, and a great location. We definitely would like to stay again. Some feedback for improvement: - Really need screens on the windows. Too hot to not have windows open, but bugs come in because no screens on most windows. - I hope not offensive, but we felt it was a little "over-decorated and "over-furnished". Each of the pieces on the shelves, walls, etc were really beautiful, but there is simply too many to take in. We found it overwhelming. We also recognize style preferences vary. I think removing a piece of furniture or two could really help too, particularly on the main level with the kitchen. Not sure which to remove, but removing a chair/love seat could go along way. Maybe remove the horn chair, which is cool, but not very comfortable/functional, and slide one of the love seats over. - The beds were too soft for our taste. I'd suggest getting a casper or something similar that has wide appeal/comfort. Also, providing a baby gate given all the stairs would be appreciated and make it more kiddo friendly. Hope feedback well received. Just figured I would want to know these things if I was the owner. -
- Cory

Thanks! We always appreciate such detailed feedback. We have passed this info on to the forces that be in charge of decoration. I wish you would have asked about the baby gate, there are two in the unit, although they are put away. I could have told you where they are. I look forward to your next stay to see the improvements in place!
