Fort Myers Beach is actively welcoming visitors as it continues to rebuild. The sun shines every day, the sunsets are spectacular, and the beach is as beautiful as it has always been. THE SPACE

The open-concept living and dining area overlooks the fully screened 6th floor lanai — your front-row seat to a stunning Gulf view that feels completely private at this elevation. The living area features a flat screen TV with cable and dining for 6, with the full kitchen offering all cooking, dining, and serving ware needed for comfortable meals in throughout the stay.

The spacious screened lanai features a reclining lounge and a dining table for 4 — morning coffee looking out over the Gulf, afternoon shade, and front-row seating for what are reliably some of the most spectacular sunsets on Florida's Gulf Coast.

The master bedroom faces the Gulf with a stunning water view and its own private sliding door access to the screened lanai — the sound and sight of the Gulf are right there when you wake up. A flat screen TV with cable and an ensuite bathroom with a full bathtub/shower combination and separate sink area complete the master suite.

The split floor plan places the guest bedroom at the front of the condo, creating real privacy between the two sleeping spaces — ideal for families or two couples. The guest bedroom offers 2 full-size beds and a TV with cable. The guest bathroom includes a full bathtub/shower combination.

Estero Island Beach Villas sits at the north end of Estero Island, directly on the Gulf — one of the most sought-after stretches of Fort Myers Beach. Immediately to the north, Bowditch Pointe Regional Park offers 17 acres of walking trails, bay and Gulf frontage, picnic areas, birding, and panoramic Estero Bay views — a designated Great Florida Birding Trail site.

Times Square and the Fort Myers Beach Pier are a short stroll to the south — the island's hub for dining, entertainment, happy hours, and evening energy. The Beach Trolley (runs until 9pm) connects you to family amusements, fishing charters, sunset cruises, day ferry excursions to Key West, and more.

Drive south off the island for Lovers Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples. Head north for the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. Inland, the revitalized River District in downtown Fort Myers offers exceptional dining, nightlife, the Edison and Ford Estates, Caloosahatchee River boating, and MLB Spring Training for the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins.

A saltwater fishing license is required to fish from shore (no fee for Florida residents).
