This townhome style retreat sits barely a row back from the Pacific Ocean in the Bella Beach community. The beaches and ocean are just a moment away while also being near the playground, park, and a quaint little French café.

With three levels this home uses every bit of the space for optimal comfort and enjoyment of guests. The ground floor enjoys a hot tub on the deck for some rest and relaxation between your coastal adventures. Inside on the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a king bed and connected full bathroom. As you ascend the golden pine staircase to the second story you will be greeted by a bright and comfortable open floor plan with a connected kitchen, dining, and living room layout. Take your time to lounge around and relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the gas fireplace and huge flat screen TV with BluRay/DVD. There is a half bath on the main second level for convenience.

The trestle dining table seats eight, with three additional chairs at the elevated granite breakfast bar. It’s easy to serve your guests from the beautiful, fully equipped contemporary kitchen with its gas stove and island for added counter space. Additionally, there is a large balcony deck with a dining table for six. If you choose, you can lounge in the Adirondack rockers and enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf of the Pacific Ocean just across the street. There is a second smaller deck on the back side next to the kitchen with a BBQ available for your grilling desires.

Upstairs you you will find two additional gorgeous bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well. The front bedroom with the king bed enjoys ample light and views of the Pacific Ocean. The back bedroom suite has a queen bed that and a smaller twin tucked away under the eve making it a comfortable and cozy spot for a kiddo.

This Home at Bella Beach is minutes to a brew pub, spa and golf at Salishan, exquisite dining at the Side Door Café and Restaurant Beck, and minutes from whale-watching at Depoe Bay. Newport and Lincoln City are less than a half hour away, making this a versatile location for all sorts of Central Coast adventures!

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

*IMPORTANT* NO commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Areas in the Bella Beach community.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1  Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
2  All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
3  No glitter or confetti is to be used or dispersed on the property. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees of at least $300.00 at a minimum.
4  The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the advertised number stated on the listing.
5  Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6  If Pets are allowed on Property a $100 per pet fee is required. Let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can send a $100 request per pet. Please pick up after your pets. If feces are left behind an extra charge of $50 applied clean up. If it is marked as "No pets" this policy must be observed and pets are not allowed on premises.
7  Smoking is not allowed in the unit. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
8  Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9  Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the rental vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of the state or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10  There shall be no noise that can be heard outside the home between the hours of 10pm - 7am. If noise is an issue, you will get a written warning text message to the number that booked the reservation and/or a phone call. If noise does not stop, you will be fined up to $300 or possibly evicted immediately.
11  Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 
12. Commercial use of the property, including filming, is prohibited unless approved with a signed location release form. Any unauthorized filming for commercial use will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.  Depending on severity if there is a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to at a minimum issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal. 

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
 
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

Winter storm watching in the dark

House was clean, and everything was as advertised. Great location, and amenities worked as promised. Unfortunately, the power went out the day after we arrived due to a winter storm. This was because of adverse weather, and not the fault of the homeowner. Fortunately, the house had a natural gas fireplace that provided sufficient heat. That said, the house was not prepared for the power outage from a life and safety standpoint. The one flashlight for the whole house had dead batteries, and there was no lighter to start the stove. The house is multi-level so getting around the stairs in the dark was challenging. All the information for the home is on an electronic screen which does not work without power. A couple battery powered lanterns and a lighter (to ignite the stove) would have made a world of difference the two nights we spend in the dark. Overall, I would recommend the house. Just confirm there is a plan in place for a power outage or bring your own supplies in case of outage.

Had a wonderful time this past weekend!! Plenty of room, clean, child friendly, with good outdoor deck space on both sides of the home. Perfect location near the beach and other activities. Nice little community feel with a lot of pet friendly areas. Will be back again soon!!

We enjoyed our stay at Home at Bella Beach. The property housed our family perfectly. The property is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach.

My family has had a tradition of spending a week at the coast for the last six years. This sixth trip was our best yet! The house was fantastic and in a gorgeous little safe community. We had everything we could have wanted and more. There was a bottle of wine waiting for me when we arrived and informative sheets on the refrigerator regarding evacuation plans and where to park. We knew we could text someone if we needed anything, anytime. I will 100% use this company for all future stays at the coast and anywhere else I can! Thank you!!

Excellent property in Depoe Bay

We’ve been to Lincoln City and Depoe bay before and by far, this property we stayed in was the best. 2 mins walk to the beach with peekaboo views of the ocean from the top floor. This condo unit had everything we could imagine to make our stay comfortable for 2 families. The cleanliness of this place deserves 5 stars and the fact that each bedroom had an attached bathrooms with hand showers deserves 10/5 stars right away. We ran out of a few supplies like paper towels and dish washer soap but the local contact (sorry we forgot this lady’s name) was super nice and responsive and helped out right away. This place is pet friendly and accommodated 2 well behaved retrievers. We will be booking here again soon.

My husband and I booked a somewhat spontaneous long weekend with grandparents and our 10 & 11 year old children. This house is only one row up from the beach, we were pleasantly surprised by better than advertised ocean views. The house was very clean and well appointed without being cluttered. There was plenty of space to retreat to your bedroom or hangout with the family. Everyone found their beds, linens and towels to be very comfortable. My daughter loved the nook in the second bedroom upstairs. The hot tub was clean and hot, though not very private. The garage was also great for staging extra stuff and loading out on a rainy day. Three stories was a bit much for the grandparents, but we knew that was a possibility. We had good communication with iTrip staff as needed. Depoe Bay has a lovely beach and is very quiet yet located near Newport and Lincoln City. There are a lot of options for activities, rock hounding, dining and shopping.
