This condo is in a great location. It was a very short walk to the bus stop to get to skiing. The ski closet outside the condo was great for storing our equipment after a day of skiing and the hot tubs and pool are nearby but not too close that you hear the noise from it. Full kitchen with everything we needed and good sized area for family game nights.

We had the best time at the Yellow Rose! The house is a few steps from the beach, was super clean and comfortable, and the manager was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. It made it such a nice and relaxing week for our family of six plus three of our kids’ friends. Everyone had a bed and slept great. The beautiful view from the living room was so nice to look at while we drank our coffee. We love the location. Our teenagers were able to ride their bikes to Seaside and Rosemary, with it being in between. There are lots of good restaurants and now shops in walking/riding distance.

Flip Flop Fun was exactly what we needed. We just returned from a 3 night stay and I’m already checking the calendar for a return trip. The unit was very spacious and clean, with a light and welcoming energy. The welcome note and complimentary bottle of wine was a great touch and much appreciated. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, including a cupboard of condiments that are often needed but forgotten. The place felt really comfortable and we found it easy to relax and settle in there. The community is great, there are plenty of restaurants near by, and you can rent golf carts and bikes. I would definitely recommend this property.

Very comfortable unit with a private hot tub. Whistler Village was beautiful and a short stroll away from our well equipped unit! Had a great stay! Only issue....pillows were too soft, but that's just my preference!

We loved this charming little cottage that lives large. It was perfect in every way for our family of five. It was beautifully decorated with plenty of space to spread out, cook meals, have another family over to cook out, play euchre tournaments , and just find your own nook to read. The private pool was such a treat to have in the mornings before we were ready to hear the beach and after returning from a hot day at the beach. The easy walk or bike ride to the beach and Coligny really makes this a five star property in my opinion. And added bonus was the beach location was not crowded so it was very easy to social distance. Will look to book this property anytime we visit HHI!

Wow! From the time we walked in and during our stay this condo felt like home! We had never stayed at Forest Beach Villas before. Have stayed other places on the Island and they were nice but both my husband and I felt this is our new favorite and we will stay again. Love the homey feel, clean, comfortable and well equipped. My husband loved the balcony and that it has elevator as we ladies bring and shop a lot so trips up and down were easy. Location was perfect for us. Thank you we enjoyed our stay so much! See ya next year!

We had an amazing trip! The house was beautiful and it was right by the beach and the pool. It was very clean and had everything we needed. If I had any questions I just texted the hosts and got a response within minutes. I highly recommend!

A great house in one of the best locations on oak island. The home itself is very nice and very comfortable. A screened-in porch along the back of the house allows for privacy. The location is close to the beach that is easily accessible via the 6-seat golf cart that comes with the home! The Publix is only a minute away…as are a number of local restaurants.

Overall, we had a great experience at this property. The house is a little "quirky" with there being two front entrances--one side for kitchen/living and bathroom and the other side for the bedroom and bathroom. Very clean. It worked great for just the two of us though. The sand in this area is a little strange--very course but when you step in it, you sink. A little hard for walking but doable. The beach slopes to the ocean and quite a drop-off once you step in the ocean. Shell collecting was wonderful. We were there in December so didn't need the air conditioners except for a brief time. They are very noisy.

Had a great stay! This rental is literally 1 block from Main Street & across the street from Marina. Bike trails are also right outside the door! We enjoyed the hot tub & garage parking. Just fyi… Please know that there are a lot of stairs in case someone has issues w them. Thanks again! Mike & Amy

Our visit was so relaxing and the condo was exceptional. With all the damage from last fall to Maderia Beach and neighboring communities, I didn't realize how fortunate we were to get this booking until we arrived.. it is amazing what has been renovated, restored &/or rebuilt so far. The beach is beautiful & well maintained too. 10th floor with only 1 elevator was the only hiccup especially when they were both down one day. Walking down 10 flights not horrible but back up..gonna take me forever. I was either trapped inside the condo or on the beach. I chose the ⛱️!! One elevator was back in business around 4:00 pm. I look forward to next visit next year.

We are a family of 4 (a 4.5 year old and a 1 year old). We usually do a hotel, but this year we decided to do a condo. I looked everywhere for a condo that felt beachy, that was also affordable. Unit 1405 at the Aqua was perfect! It had the biggest windows and balcony that I've seen here. I'm so sad to leave! On top of that, we also got free admission for one adult into lots of the attractions that we wanted to see, like Shell Island, Gulf World, and WonderWorks. We'll def be booking through itrip again soon!

We loved staying at the Yellowstone Riverside cabin. Great location close to town, but tucked away so it was very peaceful and private. We spent most of the time enjoying the patio and outdoors, but the interior of the cabin is fantastic as well. We hope to be back soon!

We stayed from November 2 thru the 5th. The cabin was very clean and very nice on inside. The view is amazing !!!! Beds are very comfortable. Only issue we had was the dryer took 4 hours to dry a load of clothes. I reported it and maintenance came straight out and fixed it. We would definitely stay here again!!

Moonstone in Breck was great. We had a excellent time with everything available. Supplies and all were there to use, cook and wash laundry. House is in heart of Breck but gives you mountain cabin feel. We just loved our trip and definitely plan on staying there again. Cant wait….

This is a very CLEAN, Comfortable and Affordable place to stay!!! Mere steps from the beach, less than a 2 minute walk. The host were VERY easy to contact and were very quick to respond. We had a plugged up or loose dryer connection which caused a problem in the utility room, but it was corrected the very next day!!! We are two late 50's couples who have been taking summer trips over the last 8-9 years, and this place is in our top 3!!! There were plenty of beach toys and chairs available (we brought our own) and clean up every evening was nice and easy with the private outdoor shower and wash down hose. Sitting on the outdoor porch every morning and evening, really made this trip great. We did shopping (at Rosemary Beach), a day trip to Grayton Beach and this place is in a location that is central to everything we wanted to do. Just be aware that there are stairs from the ground to the main area of the house and too the twin Master bedrooms (Mattresses were very comfortable for both couples). Overall, a solid 5 star for us!!!

We rented this house for a bunch of family coming in to town for my son's wedding. The location was very convenient and the house was great. It was missing a couple of kitchen items but when I contacted Corey he corrected the issue right away--great customer service. I would definitely come back again.

We have a large family with three sons (wives) and six grandchildren. Rivers Edge was a perfect fit for us. It was clean, equipped with everything listed on their website and easy access to get into the home. The owner and/or iTrip was very prompt in responding to any questions I had. I would certainly use them again.

We enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Point. Perfect for the family with teenage boys....basketball courts, tennis courts, multiple pools and beautiful beach. This was our 3rd visit to this location and will plan to return next year.

My family and I had a fantastic time staying in this lovely little condo. Check-in was a breeze and everyone was super communicative throughout the process. The accommodations were great with comfy beds and linens. The Unit is a 3-minute walk to the Cabriolet lift which runs until 6pm. It's perfect to drop your stuff back at the condo and then take it back up for a quick aprés. This unit is also steps away from the hot tubs. The kitchen was fully stocked with every pan/dish/pot/appliance you will need. Shopping is a 5-minute drive away and there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. I highly recommend and will certainly stay again in the future!

Lovely, furnished nicely, spacious, love the fact has 2 king beds. Could use a little tweaking. Kitchen cupboards need organizing get rid of so much stuff in cupboards. Linens, towels need attention. All shoved in closet in balls not folded. Have no idea if clean or dirty. Towels sheets a bit tacky. No blinds or drapes in master bedroom for privacy. Blinds in guest bedroom all taped together. Cannot use sliding door from master bedroom because large wooden rocker with table there that cannot be moved as locked and very heavy. Sliding door in living room to patio needs work as extremely hard to open and close. Something in the track not working right. Don't usually complain much but perhaps you should know. Nice complex. Pools very nice. This is our 7th year to rent with Itrip here in Clearwater area. Enjoy it as we have family and friends in area.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit but did have some issues: -The tv system is not user friendly. With the help of our grandson we were finally able to get the main room unit going. The front bedroom unit required a password which we did not have . Some instructions would help. -Closets are so full that there was not room for our stuff. -Never was sent the check in/ check out info. We had last years info which helped but it had old contact information and phone numbers. -Fridg ice maker was cantankerous and the filter needs changing. -Plenty of extra bed pillows but no extra pillow covers.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in February. The condo kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of towels. The couches are a bit uncomfortable but that is usually the way with sleeper couches. Also, there is no hair dryer in the unit which I thought was a bit unusual. View of the gulf is great.

Everything about this place was amazing. The space is much bigger than it looks I’m the photos. The backyard with the private sandy beach was perfect for games. The location was phenomenal. Right next to everything you need. Walking distance to shops, groceries, restaurants, and bars. Would recommend a million times over! We will be back!

We all had a great time at Folly Beach. This was our first time staying on the island. We were there with our two granddaughters and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Having the parking was a big plus and the key pad was a big hit with the girls. Enjoyed our walks, the restaurants and the beautiful scenery. We will definitely visit again. Loved the area!!!!

The rental is 1/2 of a duplex with its own heated pool that overlooks a residential boat canal. We enjoyed many a morning and evening at the pool. The interior of the home was spotless and well decorated. It looked fresh and appealing. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of utensils, dishes and cookware ao one can easily prepare meals. And there is a charcoal grill out back. As tempting as this was, all the fabulous restaurants nearby were more tempting. The home is situated just a few blocks from the main road through Bonita Springs and close to Hwy 41 and I-75 for those venturing off for day trips to other areas. Highly recommend this property.

To start it off, the home is beautiful. It was clean. It is decorated with nice furniture and decor. There was enough room for all of us. It was nice that each family had their own bathroom. I never stayed at a beach home before, so I was skeptical at first. But seeing this home I would stay at a home again, at least this one for sure. The pool in the community was nice and while we was there it was never overcrowded. The beach area was nice the only thing they had that seaweed grass a few days. But otherwise we enjoyed ourselves. Inlet beach has a layed back feel with a family atmosphere. So all in all we all enjoyed ourselves. Thanks

We had a very relaxing first time trip to Sanibel Island and the Kimball Lodge. It was very nice to walk in and find such a charming, clean, and well appointed place to spend our 29th wedding anniversary. No keys to worry with was a plus also. Towels were folded decoratively with fresh flower tucked into them. We bought a few groceries in Ft. Meyers but found a great grocery store (Bailey's) on the island would have had all we needed. Restaurants were outstanding but our favorite was The Sandbar. Over Easy (very busy) and Sanibel Cafe was great for breakfast. We rented very affordable bikes for our stay and biked through the reserve as well as to shops and restaurants. My husband played golf at The Sanctuary where he rented clubs and enjoyed it. Shelling was amazing and I shipped a box home in a flat rate box! I used a net and at low tide about knee deep was able to get an outstanding variety of shells. I saw 2 dolphin off the beach about 10 feet from shore on our last evening walk. Kimball Lodge 305 has a screened in porch with a nice view of the ocean and beach as well as the Sanibel Inn grounds. It also has an elevator. Don't miss The Shell museum, it is outstanding. Overall we could not have been more pleased with out stay. Thank you!

Unit was clean and large enough for 5 adults, 2 teens and 3 children. Plenty of room for everyone to sit. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything worked. Itrip contacted me with maintenance issue in condo, follow up with stay and again with tropical storm Cindy. Would recommend condo and itrip.

We had an amazing stay at Santa Rosa Dunes. The condo is in excellent condition, and came with everything we needed to prepare meals. A Tom Thumb corner store that sold most of our necessities is a 2 minute walk away. Still a good idea to stop at Publix or Walmart on the way to the island for groceries, but everything else you can get at the Tom Thumb.

This was our 2nd time staying at the as house and 4th time staying in this neighborhood. We love this house and how convenient it is to the beach and to Depoe Bay and Lincoln City. My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and didn't want to leave.

We had an amazing stay at Coral Paradise in Palm Coast! It was the perfect home for our family mini-getaway. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet close to stores and the beach, which made everything super convenient. My husband especially loved that the golf course was just across the street! The house itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

This house is in a great location. Everything was less than a 30 minute drive, downtown Charleston, Folly Beach, Shem Creek and more. There is plenty of space for the whole family. The pictures are a true reflection of the house. We would recommend this place for any large group or multiple family trip.

The location and views are amazing! This home is lovingly maintained and super clean. Spacious and comfortable. Super easy walk to beach and pool. Wild Dunes Resort is gorgeous! We enjoyed walking around the property, golf, and drinks at the hotel. Quick and easy drive to downtown Charleston, Shem Creek, Mr Pleasant. Would wholeheartedly recommend this property!

Upon arrival Tammy made sure we had everything we needed . She was prompt to answer any questions.The house is exactly like pictures but even more beautiful. We have been in many rentals and this by far is the cleanest and most accommodating. It is a beautiful quiet neighborhood- the pickleball court , bike trails , pools are so nice to have for our use . Great area for downtown life and beaches . We will be back next year ! Thank you for an amazing stay !

My family and I stayed here for our wedding at Piney River Ranch. It’s was the perfect house for our stay! We all had our own space & the Mountain view was unbelievable! We will stay here again! It’s only a 5 minute drive to Vail village & Lions Head.

We travel to Round Rock to spend the thanksgiving holiday with my family. This rental was ideal. With a full kitchen I was able to prepare thanksgiving dinner, while the kids enjoyed the games in the garage. Spacious and cozy, with charming, boho decor, the house includes a pool and hot tub. The property is only 20 minutes outside of Austin, and we enjoyed hiking around the lake, shopping on South Congress, and our favorite Torchy’s tacos. The house is close to area shopping, restaurants, and the Kalahari resort, and we enjoyed a day at the water park. Lastly, we had some issues with the heat, but the property managers addressed this promptly. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

This is the 3rd time at we stayed at this PGA West location. The online pictures are exactly what you get. This location is located on the beautiful 11th fairway of the Jack Nickalaus private course with the mountains in the backdrop. Enjoy the luxury of accommodations with a pool right outside the door. If you're a golfer, you are in the heart of the beautiful PGA West golf community with access to many of the public courses in the community and surrounding area. Will definitely go back!

My friends and I had a great trip to Folly Beach. This space was perfect—it had plenty of room for eight of us, even cooped up on a rainy day. The location was also great—just a block away from the main drag. I would rent again.

We had the BEST stay at this adorable two-bed, one-bath home in Vail - called Little House. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect mountain retreat—cozy, warm, and thoughtfully designed. The expansive deck was a standout feature. Whether sipping coffee in the snowy morning or unwinding in the private hot tub after a day on the slopes, the views and fresh mountain air made it a favorite spot. Clean, well-maintained, and with easy access to the shuttle into Vail Village, it is an absolute dream for a Colorado ski getaway. Inside, the living room was exactly what you want: inviting, comfortable, and featuring a warm fireplace that made the entire home feel even cozier. It was the perfect place to curl up with a blanket and a glass of wine - or two! The bathroom has a walk-in shower that felt spa-like after a long day outdoors. The two bedrooms (one queen; one with two twins) were crisp and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and sleep well. Overall, Little House strikes the perfect balance of charm, comfort, and modern touches. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or simply recharging, it’s an ideal place to stay. Highly recommend!

We had another perfect stay at Shadowbrook. The convenience of this ski in/ski out condo cannot be beat. The condo is spacious, impeccably clean and is well stocked with basics to make the stay enjoyable. Comfortable beds, nicely remodeled bathrooms and plenty of space make the stay even more amazing. We never hesitate to stay at Shadowbrook and iTrip makes every stay so easy and pleasant. Recommend 100% - we are returning to stay again next week! Can’t wait!

As advertised, it's a short walk to Park City Mountain Resort. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully located. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely.

We stayed at this property for a 3 night family Disney trip with 4 adults and one 3 year old. This house was perfect for our needs! The kid's room was perfect for our little one and there were lots of toys for her to play with including a great play kitchen and a really cool train table. There were also books and dolls, etc. We also noticed the house had a nice baby swing, high chairs, and utensils for kids. The layout of the house with the kitchen next to the living room was very functional and kept us all together during meals, etc. The pool was great and the furniture around the pool was really nice (sturdy furniture vs. PVC piper furniture). The internet at the house was fast! There is a WalMart opening down the street soon but Target is also very close for any needs. Additionally, within the resort community, this house is super close to the playground! If I could recommend one area for improvement it would be to include instructions on how to use the TV and devices. The TV worked fine but it took us a bit to get it worked out! Once we got it working, there was plenty of selections through the cable company. Overall, I'd recommend this property to those traveling to the Orlando area, especially those traveling with kids. It's in a great location relative to the Disney parks, is stocked well, and was a great price.

My wife and I booked this place the last week of October for a change of scenery. We both work from home, so we can technically work from anywhere, so why not work from the beach? This house worked perfect for us. The views are great and the place is well stocked and well kept. Having owned a beach rental for years ourselves, we were impressed with the entire process and communication. We will be back.

This was our first at first stay at 412 Madeira Place. 412 probably has the coldest air-condition in the state of Florida. When we arrived they already had the temperature set to 72 and it felt really good coming in out of the heat. We have stayed at other condos around Madeira and have always had a problem with them not getting cool enough. The view from 412 looking out to the ocean is fantastic the sliding doors open all the way, so you have a No windows blocking your view. My wife owns a maid service and commented on how well the cleaning staff that iTrip used did a great job. This is a 1 bedroom 2 bath condo for us this was perfect. The appliances are newer stainless steel washer and dryer is so quiet the dishwasher is so quiet you won’t even know it’s on. The only downside was the mattress it could use a topper to make it a little more comfortable and a few more blankets “as 412 has the coldest A/C in Florida” My wife and I will definitely book this condo again as we are already looking in a returning date.

Condo had a great cozy beach vibe.. would definitely stay again! Guests dumping their trash down the trash chute at 3:00 am might wake you so having a rule of no trash dumping from midnight to 6 am would be great.

We stayed in this property the week of Memorial Day. It was perfect for our 3 families with multiple teenagers. The layout with the open living and dining rooms to the pool and deck was exactly what we were looking for. The short walk to the beach made it easy to go back in forth as needed. My family loved this lakeside cabin! Very clean and we loved the rustic cabin feel. My wife and I had coffee every morning on the dock..so peaceful. We were dropping our daughter off at UT which is under an hour and an easy drive. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

We really enjoyed our 6 nights in the 110 St. George location. The reserved parking space is worth its weight in gold, and the elevator was very handy for moving in and out. I used the front balcony every day, and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms were really special -- huge jetted tub, steam shower, skylights, extra wands, etc. The cookware was a little random, and plan to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags and storage bags if you are cooking. But, there are so many handy places to eat within walking distance, you probably won't be cooking much!

The Lazy Lagoon is exactly what I was looking for to encapsulate the perfect beach vacation. With a beautifully renovated interior, screened-in porch overlooking the lagoon, and within walking distance to many of the island amenities. The condo was a great place for us and our 3 children, ages 20, 18, and 15 and a friend and his 19 year old son. We all had plenty of room and having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was wonderful. The management company was very helpful in showing us around the condo and bringing more soap when needed (which was the only "issue" we had). Should we travel with a large group again we would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful venue for our family trip. There was plenty of space for everyone and the home is located close to town, restaurants, shops, and many attractions and a short drive from the beach. We are a family that loves to cook so it was great that the kitchen had everything we needed in terms of equipment and utensils. The unit was perfect. Better than advertised. This was a lovely little vacation spot. It sits right on the water in a small and quiet building. The condo is a great size, it’s well outfitted with blankets, towels and pillows. It is extremely comfortable, updated, and conveniently located. And we even had a parking spot in the shade right beneath the condo. It was perfect. We loved everything about the trip and will definitely be back.

Rented this unit for us to get together with our adult children for a family vacation. We had a rental car so we had no trouble getting to both Vail and Beaver Creek to ski. The condo is located less than 2 miles from a super Walmart which made it easy to get food etc. The condo was as advertised and looked the same as in the photos. The unit is a little dated and could use some updates but we were there to ski and only had breakfast and snacks in the unit. There are 3 full bathrooms which we used between the 5 adults and they were stocked with samples of soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. We had brought our own but it was nice to have some on hand. My only two suggestions would be to 1. clean the carpets (they had some spots and looked like they needed a shampoo). 2. add a boot tray in the entry for snowy boots- the hallway entrance is tight and every day when we came back i ended up wiping up melted snow so we wouldn't get wet socks walking into kitchen. The condo is near many great restaurant that gave us lots of choices for dinner. Would definitely rent this unit again based on the location and cost!!

This is a great location, simple walk across the street to the beach access. Super kind to accept our 60# dog for the stay as well. Two recommendations of additions to have for the unit. One would be blankets for the beds, covers are very light weight. Second would be to get rid of the standard coffee maker and have a Keurig or have both as an option. This was a great place for my wifeand I along with our two teenagers being able to have their own queen size beds. Loved it!

We traveled with 2 other families, total of 10. 3 eight year olds and 1 six year old. The place is right on the beach, just cross the driveway and over the dune. We had some rough weather when we arrived, for about 24 hours, but the weather cleared out for us. We had some beautiful days on the beach, we just hang with chairs, toys, and umbrellas on the beach all day, that's our groove. Fair warning - this particular beach is drivable, therefore you will be among cars. The beach is very nice, surfers and fisherman alike. Loads of birds to watch as well. We had an incident, completely out of everyone's control, and the property management handled it well and timely. The house is a bit older, but we'll appointed. There are three bedrooms with king size beds, along with two (2 twins) bedrooms. Plenty of room, lovely decks to watch the beach. Pool is small but perfect for dipping and kiddos.

We enjoyed our week at Tramquility Base so much that we want to book this home every year! This was one of the prettiest and most comfortable places we have ever stayed at! The inside was beautiful with hardwood floors, large rooms wit very nice furniture and linens. The kitchen had everything we needed. Two grills and nice outdoor furniture, screened in porches outside each bedroom and off the dining room and kitchen. We had large T.V.'s in all the bedrooms too, with all movie stations. We enjoyed bicycles, beach chairs and games. We give this hone 10 stars!

Stayed at the Gulf Strand for 5 nights in April 2026. Booking through itrip was very easy and seamless. The room itself was great.. albeit could use updating of the balcony furniture but still did its job. The balcony overlooks the public parking lot as well as the beach. So it’s beautiful and never boring! And not loud as you might think. We did have to buy a few things such as extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. But they tell you that in the booking that these things aren’t replenished. Everything is in walking distance so not a big deal. Love St Pete and love the Gulf Strand!

This condo was great for location for many things that were walkable and not far from John’s pass. Nice and close to many great restaurants as well. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the floor was very dirty, if we walked without sandals, we would get black feet or socks right away. The pool is not bad, but the fence around it definitely needs fixing because it was all crooked. But I am not going to put that against them because of the hurricanes. Overall, we were very satisfied, and we would definitely return!

The apartment was beautifully refurbished with a light modern decor and new high end appliances after the hurricanes in 2024. We've rented at this same complex year after year, impossible to find a better location just a block from St Armand's Circle shops and restaurants. The people at iTrip (Beaches of Sarasota) were fantastic - friendly, professional, and above all, responsive to any queries or requests. On this trip we didn't get a chance to avail of the additional activities (kayaking etc) included, but looking forward to that next time.

We enjoyed our stay in this Bungalow with our Midshipman. With 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room and attentive host, it was a pleasant weekend. Note this has a kitchenette as described. Next door is a great bakery and a convenience store is around the block.

We had a wonderful stay at 1195 Lowell Ave. The home is beautiful, comfortable and maintained very well. We cooked almost every night and spent a lot of time there. My only complaint would be the kitchen lacking a few necessary things that we had to purchase, like pot holders, kitchen towels and bowls. Other than that it was great. We had snow everyday and the walks and driveway were plowed and shoveled. The hot tub is very nice and clean. The skiing was amazing! We would definitely return.

Had a great stay at Harborview Grande in this unit. Condo was large and exactly as presented in the photos. Beautiful intercoastal view and easy walking to everything on the beach. Should note that the pool and hot tub close at dark ( which was disappointing as we wanted to sit in the hot tub on the cool nights). Random note....beds are super comfortable, haven't slept this well in a while. Will definitely book this location again....and am already looking at the calendar for future dates.

We had an awesome time in myrtle beach. This rental gave us everything we wanted plus some! The house is so cozy and my family felt right at home. We loved the location ! Very close to a small pool that was great for a quick swim with the kids! The larger pool was awesome such a fun atmosphere! Our only complaint would be the parking for the beach access. My husband got a ticket for parking on the side of the road (a spot in which we paid for), his truck tires were touching the street. They do offer a shuttle however with kids I had a beach wagon which wouldn't fit. Over all we would absolutely book this rental again! Was by far one of my favorite vacations in the books!

After reading many reviews, we settled on Holi-day by the sea, because of the location and reasonable cost. First, the location is wonderful. After finding a short cut, the beach is a 5 min walk, even with all our stuff (the buggy and chairs already on location we’re great). The place is clean, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. Now we are go, go, go, so we didn’t hang out in the house all the time during our Vacay, and we didn’t use the pool (although the pool is close and nice enough). But, we have had nothing but a positive experience with the home and owner. My wife and I, plus 4 teens all enjoyed the location and had plenty of room. My best compliment I can give is that I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

My husband, dog and I spent a week at Let’s Do Sunset for our second trip to Kiawah and would love to stay there again. The condo is super comfortable, and we loved sitting on the screened in porch and watching gators, deer, and egrets. The bed was great and the kitchen is very well stocked. Location was great - short walk to the hotel, beach, Tomaso, and central to the island. iTrip was really easy to work with. Recommend and hope to come back soon!

This house was perfect for a girls trip! There was plenty of room for us, the beds were comfy, everything was clean upon arrival, and the house had everything you’ll need. Steven was very nice with the booking process and the check in/out process was very easy! The location was perfect! A very short walk to the beach and only 20 ish minutes to get downtown or to Shem Creek! I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in IOP!

The house was lovely, well laid out and stocked for two couples. The beach chairs were great and much appreciated. Wish we had more sunshine in back of house but still enjoyed our stay. The faucet (sink closet to door) off of the guest room leaks onto counter top. Missed light over sink when cleaning dishes, no problem.? Thank you!!

We spent two months here at the beginning of 2023 , the place is huge you can seat 9 people comfortably at the breakfast bar . There is a large screen tv in each of the three bedrooms and one in each of the two seating areas. The children will love the bunk room. The home is clean and very well equipped the decor is very pleasant.The full time neighbours are so friendly and very helpfully if you need any info . The check in is a breeze all done by text or email , the management company is quick to respond to even the smallest request we will return for sure .

My family and I just return from a week long stay at this property. We had 6 adults and 2 small children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean when we arrived and there was plenty of dishes/ silverware/ pots/pan for our every day needs. The location is walking distance to both Rehoboth ave and the beach/boardwalk. If you are traveling with kids, there is a park less then a block away, that my kids really enjoyed. This is a great rental Property and we hope to stay there again next year.

We loved staying at this cabin! Our plan was to hike and cook our meals at home and this cabin delivered! The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to cook at home for 3 days. This is a perfect spot to vacation as a romantic getaway or a fun family adventure. We will be back for sure! Plenty of places to visit in a short walking distance - pizza, ice cream, lunch, dinner, drinks, volleyball, beach, pool, pier, and more! The views, the dolphins, the hospitality! The Dolphins of Salt Run was an excellent choice for our 7 day family vacation. Our vacation was just a few weeks after Siesta Key was devastated by hurricanes Helene and Milton. We were concerned about our place and called a week prior and told it should be OK there was just some fences down and cosmetic damage. Then, a couple days before our check-in day they contacted me and said that there was a lot of noisy clean-up and repair work going on at our rental and offered to move us to another location at no extra charge because they thought the noise would have a negative impact on our stay. The place we were moved to was an upgrade in every way. They even made sure we had a ground floor unit for my parents. We could not be happier! A lesser company would have told us that the noise was an unfortunate reality of the situation and to just deal with it, but not iTrip. They made sure we were taken care of despite the clean-up efforts happening all around us. It made all the difference in our week in Siesta Key. Thank You!

We were happy to find this cabin was very clean and had everything that we needed. Bathrooms--all 3--were clean, hardware in good taste and style. Toilets and shower/tubs all clean and in good working order. Hot tub also working well. Kitchen had a nice refrigerator, range, and sink. Stayed at Surf Song with our dogs in March and had a fantastic time. Great location near the end of the road / lighthouse, so no traffic, quiet beach, and great views. Parking in driveway is easy and house is in great shape / very clean, etc. Has a fantastic view of the beach from the living room, and also a nice second story porch which also has a great view (and a hose, in addition to the downstairs outdoor shower, which is nice for hosing off). Beach is beautiful and can take a great, peaceful walk with dogs down to the end where you can see the lighthouse. House was roomy with everything you need. Would stay again. Loved it.

We had a beautiful stay (8/24-9/4/2019). The grounds are well kept and quiet, which is what we were looking for. Our room was better than imagined, including the view of ocean from our 3rd floor balcony. Snorkeling was only a few feet away, pools which we used often, and numerous great restaurants and Lahaina shopping a short drive away. We hated to leave and are already planning our return trip there.

We stayed a week at the 840 Kingdom condominium recently. The townhome was located within walking distance to the Breckenridge Recreation Center which is a high end facility with every type of workout, swimming, etc available for us to enjoy. Most importantly, the unit is an easy, 5 minute drive to the gondola parking lot for Breck skiers. The gas fireplace was an added bonus and the kitchen has all you will need to make homemade meals. This place is definitely in our plans for a return trip. Thank you for the hospitality.

The location at 498 was amazing. It was well kept and the description on line was really accurate. My friends loved the house and the central location to everything. The pool was amazing and we really felt the warmth of the community.

Everything about the house was beautiful! Location was ideal.The pool was very nice and was heated as we requested. Everything was in order upon arrival. No problems at all. We could not figure out how to use the elevator, but we didnt need it. Perhaps some instructions could be provided in case a renter does need to use it. Otherwise, a perfect vacation!

My stay here was wonderful, as it's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but a short drive from so many beaches in the Siesta Key area! My husband and I loved going out for the day and returning to a clean, comfy, and spacious home. The yard with the sunroom and grill was our favorite! We loved being able to cook our own food and sit outside, listening to the evening rains and enjoying each others company. This place isn't missing any amenities!

Comfortable and clean , little like cabin style house , with everything that you can need for your stay , we stay at the house # 37 was , clean and nice , ac was fine plus there are ceiling fan , clean linens , also some spices in the kitchen cabinets, there is a small patio with shower and is fence plus a little green area around the houses , is pet friendly something that is very important for my family, we try very hard to not leave our puppies behind at vacation time . , the beach is very close walking distance from house with a private trail . The place has a pool also . The host has good customer service ; I really recommend this place , we spend beautiful days and we will keep those memories. Thank you so much .

Outstanding hospitality and great accommodations. Loved the layout of the place, the fully equipped kitchen and the very comfortable bed. And can you believe it, fluffy bathrobes waited for us in the the bathroom. We had all the comfort of home plus a backyard to relax and enjoy the view of the Colorado mountains. A definite booking for future visits to the Denver area, especially if attending an event at the Red Rocks amphitheatre.

An outstanding property with every possible comfort for an enjoyable family vacation. Location is ideal with a very short ride to the beach and downtown Naples. We rented kayaks which were delivered right to the door and enjoyed daily excursions out to the bay right from the backyard dock! Pool layout with covered lounge area great for outdoor dining and relaxing another outstanding feature!! Great communication with property owner and easy to follow instructions - very clean. Can't say enough good things about this experience!!! Thank you for a great trip!!!

The room was exactly as described. It had the basic necessities for our stay. The view from the room and balcony is amazing! I can’t comment about iTrip customer service during our stay as we didn’t reach out to them for anything. Check in was a breeze.

My husband, son and I stayed in this lovely home from May 22-27. It was our first time to Palm Springs and we had a great time. It was a very comfortable place to work from and the WIFI was great. No issues. The guys golfed four days and the courses were beautiful. This location is very quiet. The outdoor space was great. I spent all my time outside and with the retractable awnings I never had to go inside! The location is a little far from downtown Palm Springs but it was perfect for what we were looking for. We hiked Indian Canyon and Joshua Tree. We also recommend taking the tram up to Mount San Jacinto state park. It is amazingly beautiful but plan to spend some time up there. We did not leave enough time. The Indian Wells golf courses were their favorites. This home is really a wonderful place to stay.

Our family of 5 stayed here, my husband and I and 3 kids (8,5 and 1.) We had a perfect, relaxing, peaceful and SAFE 3 night stay. Our first trip in months thanks to Covid, we were able to order groceries and takeout to the house, spent hours relaxing at the pool and hot tub with gorgeous mountain views and star gazing from the patio at night. The gas fires were a nice touch. The house is spacious and luxurious and quiet. We couldn't have had a better vacation, what a beautiful setting! Check in and out was suer easy and the property manager was so responsive. We are already planning our return trip.

Great resort. A nice walk to the beach, and close to water activities too. A nice sort of quiet place, but close enough to Ft. Myers beach nightspots if you need a bit more excitement.

2 comfortable king beds! Bunk room we only used for the desk since there were only 4 of us in town for a wedding. Great location, nice updates and beautiful view of the harbor. You can walk to everything!

Free shuttle is close to front door, so easy in and out to various locations in Park City. Unit is roomy, clean, and had all the kitchen supplies that we needed for cooking. Only drawback is the traffic noise from the main road, which can be mitigated by running the included box fans at night. We had an issue upon arrival with roofers working on the unit, but with some communication, ITrip stepped in and took care of us, which was much appreciated.

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Stay at 404, 600 Bay Harbor, Clearwater** My group of six adults recently stayed at 404 Bay Harbor, and I am pleased to give a great review. Upon arrival, the unit had just been freshly cleaned—everything smelled crisp and welcoming. We were immediately struck by how spacious it felt, easily accommodating all six of us. **Kitchen & Living Area** The kitchen is generously sized, featuring a large side-by-side fridge that handled our groceries with ease. The open layout flowed nicely into the living area, which even includes a pull-out couch—perfect for an extra guests. One evening, my daughter and her friend used it and had plenty of room and comfort. **Climate Comfort** The air conditioning worked brilliantly, providing much-needed relief from the hot, humid weather. We also appreciated the strong ceiling fans too. **Bathrooms** With three full bathrooms, morning routines were a breeze—no waiting in line for showers or mirrors! The master bathroom is HUGE with double area sinks. **Balcony & Views** A highlight was our balcony, where my elderly parents watched dolphins swim in the marina almost daily. The view was simply gorgeous and very relaxing. **Location** The location couldn’t be beat—just a short walk to the beach, a convenience store around the corner, and plenty of dining and drinking options within easy reach. ### Helpful Notes We want future guests to know a few minor things we encountered—but they shouldn’t impact your experience, since they don’t detract from the overall greatness of this rental: * **Towels & Laundry** We could have used more bath towels for an 8-person occupancy. We brought our own beach towels and laundered them on-site, but no laundry pods were provided—so be sure to bring your own. * **Balcony Door** The sliding balcony door was a bit stiff—a known issue per previous reviews. We found WD‑40 under the sink, but the sprayer had no air. We bought one during our stay and it worked just fine. * **Caulking** Due to the humidity, we did notice some mildew in the caulk around the shower. A deep clean or a refresh would fix it right up. **Bottom line:** These are minor, fixable details, and none of them changed our enjoyment of the stay. Overall, this place was fantastic. We would absolutely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it.

As in prior years our stay at the house couldn't have been better! I checked with all family members who were there, and all enthusiastically endorsed our accommodations. It's a wonderful house and location that allows all of us to share time together--the underlying reason for the trip! And we were lucky that there was a snow dump after the first day of skiing! My husband and I brought my parents and sister to Annapolis to visit our mid. The location was amazing for my 75 year old parents to get around the city. We loved sitting in the front porch and in the back yard while we grilled. This house was more beautiful than the pictures showed. It was incredibly clean and so many nicely added details. It will be forever remembered as a very special vacation.
