The cabin was perfect! It was well stocked and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of drawer and closet space in the bedrooms The view is amazing there as well. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Park City!

Me and my friends and family had a great time at Breezy goin!!. We loved the property It was so big and beautiful, we all had plenty of rooms and our own beds. The kitchen was amazing as we cooked a lot including on the grill. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!! Be mindful for the neighbors next door, other than that the neighborhood was welcoming and so peaceful and quiet.

What a great house! Everything is so clean and new - we loved it. Location is perfection, very quite and such a short walk to the beach. Just 2 blocks and you are right at the pavillion. Can't wait to stay here again!!

We had a great vacation at Wild Dunes! Our house, Coastal Chic, was the perfect setup for us. The teens stayed on the second floor and parents ion the first and third floors. The house was stocked with all essentials for an easy stay. We especially appreciated the beach chairs! Check-in and Check-out instructions were clear and effortless. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

We loved our condo at the Palms! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the location was great. iTrip vacations was also great to work with and always responded promptly if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend!

The unit was very well equipped and in a good location- close to the village and the mall. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom. Our group was small but I imagine this would be a huge convenience for a larger group.

My family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed in this home for a month in April/May and it was just the getaway we needed. Our favorite part of the home was the backyard oasis consisting of beautiful landscaping, refreshing pool and hot tub (although we did not use the hot tub as the weather was quite hot while we were there). The pool chairs were very comfortable, as was a covered seating area to lounge in the shade. Additionally we regularly enjoyed the brand new Weber grill. On the inside the home is very comfortable with the kitchen, dining and living room areas feeling open and airy with a great view of the backyard. My husband settled in to the well-equipped office for work, accommodated by the high speed wifi. The master bedroom with ensuite bath and plenty of closet and dresser space was great, with comfortable bed and linens. My son was able to spread out in his own guest room with 2 queen beds, large closet, and attached bath. And my daughter absolutely loved the attached casita with separate entrance -- she felt like she had her own little apartment complete with bed, bath, desk and small refrigerator/coffee maker--definitely a teen's dream but close enough we felt she was safe and sound. I should also note that the home was in great condition and sparkling clean upon our arrival. The home is freshly remodeled with nice furnishings and decor. The property manager, pool guy, and landscapers were all super friendly and responsive. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed. On a final note, the location of this home was wonderful for our needs. It is about a 10 minute walk to a great little shopping center with a Ralph's, Rite Aid, Chase bank, a few restaurants, and a fabulous coffee shop that brews coffee from beans roasted in Joshua Tree just days beforehand--so fresh and delicious. Scenic desert walks, more ambitious hikes, and lots of biking options are also close by. The timing of our stay coincided with COVID restrictions, otherwise there would be an endless list of other activities to partake in. We highly recommend this home and hope to return someday when everything is open!

Excellent accommodations! Just as pictured. Beach truly is just across the street. We went to the beaches at Siesta Keys, St. Pete & Clearwater and the Beach across the street was way nicer…not crowded at all. Only thing we needed that wasn’t in the condo was sheets for the hide-a-bed couch & they delivered them the next day.

Visiting family & friends in the area - very secluded in the woods. A lot of space to hang out. Comfortable. Checked out the Man Cave - and it's great. Would be great to come back with friends. Was a great stay!

This house exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for our family to spread out. The location was ideal, close enough to the beach for a quick walk but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We will definitely be booking again!

The name doesn't disappoint! You will definitely want to Linger Longer at this property. The views of the ocean are spectacular and with the upstairs bedroom view, living room and kitchen view, lounge chairs on ground floor and rooftop you have plenty of ways to check them out. Its proximity to Bridge Street and walking trails make it an excellent location.

Took our family to Universal Studios and this was a great location. Very easy to take an Uber or Lyft to get to the park and surrounding areas. The area is safe and secure. The townhouse was quite large and well suited for our family. Everyone had their own bathroom which was a bonus. The roof top was a nice bonus, great spot to hang out or read a book. Our ride back to the Burbank airport took about 20 min. I had a great a experience with this rental, overall an excellent vacation.

Location... check. Affordability... check. Service... check. Twin Palms checked every box!! My husband, our dog Xena, and I recently stayed a couple months in this wonderful house in the gated community of Sea Colony, Palm Coast, FL. We wish we could have stayed longer! Every morning we enjoyed coffee in the screened in porch while we watched all sorts of birds on the lake - all while listening to the ocean waves crash the shore. Then it was time for a walk on the beach! At noon we would take the wide paved bike path to one of the local resturants. Afternoons were filled with mountain biking, pickleball, kayaking or visiting one of the several nature preserves nearby. Every few days we would jump in the car for an adventure to St. Augustine, Flagler Beach or Daytona. We found the house to be clean and spacious and the community was very welcoming to renters. We will definitely be looking to stay here again. I guess that is the greatest recommendation I can provide.

As we dove up the house was adorable! We parked and easily let ourselves in with the code. The home is warm and friendly, all modern conveniences but most of all spotless. Let me say again, everything was fresh and clean. The bedrooms were spacious, well appointed and we had great night's sleeps. The kitchen was uncluttered but had everything we needed with plenty of space to put away the groceries we stopped for, no piles of our stuff on the counter like we always have at other places. Many nice parks and restaurants within walking distance. We felt truly at home.

This has got to be the most fantastic motel/castle one could ever stay on. It is gorgeous. Each room is huge and interestingly decorated. It’s really fun touring this place. Everywhere you turn there is a bathroom. Very modern inside. Large soft towels by the dozen in each room. We love it and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area. The tour of this house is as interesting as any place you will see here in Saint Augustine. Loved every minute we spent in the castle and loved calling it “our castle” each time we referred to it. “Are we go to meet at the castle? Are we going back to the castle now?”

We stayed here for a family wedding. Everyone from the youngest to the oldest enjoyed the house . We rented upper and lower and everyone had plenty of room. Close to everything but yet on a dead end street so I enjoyed the mule deer and bird sounds.

The house is in excellent condition with all amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked and the home also included extra beach towels. The Fridge and AC worked very well and each bedroom had really comfy beds and extra pillows and blankets. Perfect location over looking the pool and 2 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend and would rent here again.

We came down from Ohio to be married at Carolina beach and spent the rest of the time going to different beaches and this was the cutest cosiest house on the beach. Loved sitting on the porch in the mornings watching the dolphins and maybe some sharks.

What an amazing vacation! This home has plenty of space! We had four adults and six kids (ages 9-15) and never felt crowded. This home has beautiful ocean views. Easy walk to the pier. It has its own access to the beach. Outdoor sprayer and shower make returning from the beach easy. We loved the location and would recommend this for a family stay!

We just came back from our wonderful stay at palm desert for the weekend. The condo that we stayed at was beyond comfortable, beautiful and CLEAN! Everything was beautifully decorated and well taken care of. The condo has 2 bedrooms with 2 very comfortable queen size beds and very conveniently, has 3 bathrooms! Newly remodeled, beautiful condo that my family and I would definitely come back to stay at and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Oh! And I forgot to mention...it is a 3 minute walk to El Paseo, where there are shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Great location, Great space and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! Can not wait to come back!

This was my boyfriend’s first time to Pigeon Forge and he enjoyed it. Our favorite part of the whole trip was hanging out at the cabin. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. We enjoyed playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely come back again!

Clean, comfortable, spacious. The code we were given from the host did not work at check-in. It took a bit of time to finally get a key and get access to the unit. Once we did, we were happy and relieved to have a clean and safe and comfortable place to stay for our trip. There were a couple missing remotes, and some dead batteries and the remotes we did have. We had to make a couple store runs for items like foil, paper towels, etc. However, it was made clear in the listing that there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels for the kitchen, and only a couple garbage bags. We would definitely stay in this unit again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Lorraine's Beach Cottage knocked it out! This home is super clean, kitchen is well stocked for any cooking/grilling you want to do. They have all types of games and puzzles. We enjoyed our visit! Literally across the street from the beach! Screened in porch was nice in the evening.

We love the beach club ❣️we have stayed in most of the units on the 1st floor and #2 is our favorite. The pool is behind you and the ocean is in front. Everything that you need at a beach house is right at your fingertips in this unit. It is comfortable and immaculate. We will be back. We have stayed here four times in the last three years and it just keeps getting better. The upgrades (new washer, slight upgrades to the bathroom) are spot on. Not sure if the main bed in the main bedroom is new but it was fantastic! I highly recommend this location, again!

We really liked the location of the Royal Kahana. It's tucked away from some of the bigger resorts so it was less congested and more relaxing. If you did need to go to a bigger resorts for a spa day or shopping it's a quick drive. Within a 5-min walk, there is a liquor store, small grocery store/gas station (with a great selection), coffee shop, a brewery, and a couple restaurants. If you walk about 20 mins south ( or 5 min drive) you have even more options. The Royal Kahana building is well kept and clean. It has a pool and a small sliver of beach. You can walk south on the beach to some bigger sections. But we would usually drive 7 mins north or south to get to a variety of great beaches. The view from 1104 was amazing. We lost count of how many whales we saw from our balcony during our stay in the beginning of January. The room was a perfect size for me and my partner. The bathroom was recently redone and nice, washer and dryer was a great perk, and the kitchen, although small, has all the things you need to make some simple dinners. My only critique is that they need to get rid of a few furniture pieces from the unit. They should lose the two reclining chairs (and the wicker storage hiding behind the chairs too) and put in their place a pull-out love seat. It was just a little jam packed with furniture and the little space there is could be used a bit more effectively. Also they need to redo the carpet transition next to the kitchen, felt like we kept stepping on little tacks if you step on the threshold where tile meets the carpet.

Great place. Plenty of room for golf trip. 5 guys here and 3 others at another place. Ample room for 8 guys to hang out in living room and patio space. Only small gripe would be a bigger dining room table and chairs for 8 guys to play poker.

Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and felt safe in the gated community. Place was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Was able to walk our dog through the neighborhood with no problem. Had a nice gift upon arrival and enjoyed our stay, will stay again in the future.

My husband and I had an amazing weekend in Frisco - largely because of where we stayed. This condo is right on Main Street - so you can walk to all the great restaurants and shops or just to go for a stroll. We were also within walking distance of a couple hikes! The condo was very clean and cozy. We only used the (really nice) master bedroom but will definitely be bringing our young boys with us sometime - they will love sleeping up in the loft. Because it was cold out we didn't spend any time out on the balcony - but I imagine in the summer it is a wonderful spot to sit and take in the views and enjoy the mountain air. I highly recommend you stay here - the customer service was also really great when making the reservations!

Had a great time staying at Woodbridge 21C. Proximity to Snowmass was great, the unit has easy access to the bus route, and host team made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Our week long stay was nothing short of spectacular. The pictures of this house do it no justice it all! The house is extremely well appointed and stocked with all the items you would need on your getaway ( linens, towels, extra pillows, soap, etc.) All the bedrooms were very nice and very comfortable. The patio and pool/spa were gorgeous with great views of the course. PGA West is a great property. Everybody is very nice and helpful. Cindi, Dan and their assistants are phenomenal! Emails are answered extremely fast and they are more than helpful. Thank you for your assistance and making this anniversary gift one of a kind! Exceptional cottage! Beautifully cared for and decorated. Felt like our own little home with room for all of us and more. Wine and sweets left for us to drink and eat at our leisure! All in all a perfect week! Highlights include... 1. Availability and attentiveness of the property managers. They made sure we had everything we needed before, during and after our stay! 2. Perfect location. We loved being close enough to town to enjoy it and far enough away to escape the business and enjoy the lake and mountains. 3. The home was spotless, spacious (we thought it felt bigger in person), and fully equipped for all we needed! We will definitely return and hope to stay here for our next ski vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at our Siesta Key Beach condo. Everything was brand new fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were super! We enjoyed our courtyard patio for coffee in the morning, and the short walk to the beach that had chairs and loungers for our use! Would definitely recommend this cute little place!

I had the best time in folly beach thanks so the perfect accommodations for our group! The house was clean and spacious and had just about everything we needed for the weekend. There were fresh towels on each bed and even a lovely note and bottle of wine! On the first morning we noticed the coffee pot was broken and within 30 minutes there was a new one brought over to the house—incredible service and so responsive!! If I had to give one constructive piece of feedback it would be to make sure there are blinds/curtains in all the rooms that actually block out the sun—especially the rooms on the balcony where you could see right in! Luckily it was a group of friends but may be good to have that! Also I’m the upstairs room! Otherwise a perfect trip and would HIGHLY recommend to others and would go back if I’m heading back to folly beach!! LOCATION WAS 10/10!! Next to Bert’s market and the liquor store, and also right next to the beach and a block away from all restaurants and bars!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Enjoyed the incredible views, sunsets, comfortable bed, views of the tides and sounds of the clams. Being able to walk to lake house was a plus. The place is a ten,loved they had shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. Seabrook island is exquisite, always an exceptional experience. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Highly recommend! The house is in a great location and nestled down in the woods, very peaceful. The trailheads were just a block away and we found this great trail that goes along a mountain stream. The house fit our two families perfectly. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pirate Beach Hideaway! The location is perfect...right across the street from the beach and directly behind Tortugas, where we had a few meals and drinks during our stay. The king bed was so comfortable! Rosemont Cottage is a bright, completely renovated former 19th century carriage house in Florence, Colorado. My husband and I spent four days there exploring the area. Everything in the cottage is brand new! A complete kitchen, living room/dining, plus a full bath on the main floor. Upstairs is a charming bedroom and bath with plenty of room to spread out—even its own yoga space! Rosemont Cottage has everything you need to really enjoy this adventurous Colorado destination.

This cute, cozy well appointed Bungalow met all of our needs. It has been completely renovated down to every detail. The beds are super comfortable as is the living room furniture, The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including spices, oils, and some baking products. Just one block from downtown Newberg. Couldn’t ask for a better view! Condo was perfect size for two people. Nice TV and internet access was great. Parking was easy and elevator pretty quick. Condo was clean altho woodwork needs painted and the bathroom plumbing Needs updated. Would have been nice to have more comfy chairs to sit on the balcony. They just had folding chairs which are hardly beach chairs.

We were very impressed with this condo and the location on the beach.This unit was comfortable and pretty. Bedding was also comfty. We had a toilet that the seat came loose on but once we made the managers aware of the problem, they with sent someone to fix the problem within hours.

We were very comfortable in this spacious and stylish condo with plenty of kitchen tools to cook for ourselves or the convenience of enjoying a variety of local restaurants on the same street. Check in and check out were seamless with great communication. My only suggestion would be to bring a sleep mask if you prefer a dark bedroom at night. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Just wanted to share (with the world) what a great experience I had with the staff at I trip vacations. We booked a house for our group which was exactly what was promised. (See EZ COME EZ GEAUX review) However, I decided to surprise my family by bringing two other family members at the last minute. When I realized we needed a little more space I contacted the folks (Destiny, Antonette, Sara) at Itrip vacations and they were quickly able to accommodate me at a very reasonable price. They were very understanding and accommodating. Our “surprise guests” arrived to a beautiful home just down the street. They dropped their bags and headed over to our house for the big surprise. It was PERFECT! No one had a clue and I/we had pulled it off. Thank you all so very much. We will definitely book with you again.

The villa at Beachwalk was clean and everything looked new. The heated bathroom floors were a nice added touch. The location of the property is close to restaurants and stores. The villa is a 10 min walk to the beach, and less than 5 min walk to the pool. Great bike trail along the property. My only minus was not being able to check in until 5p, but we were still able to hit the beach that first day.

Exactly how it is advertised! Perfect location and the pool was wonderful. So easy to walk to the shops, liquor store and grocery store in Creekside plus cross the Hwy is a wonderful walk around some beautiful lakes (only a 5 min walk). And the Village is only a 4 min drive away!!

The condo was a disappointment. The seal on the sliding glass door to balcony off of living room was defective so glass was all cloudy. Thus obscuring the best thing about the condo,the view. Kitchen cupboards and bathrooms all needed updating (mold on shower grout) Drawers weren’t clean. Grounds on Club Longboat Key were very nice. Beach was great. Pool was nice.

This is a great spot if you need a place to sleep in this area. Make sure to bring all your own coffee /shampoo, etc. The owners have some “starters” but you can’t count on it. The remote control in our unit didn’t control the volume and although minor, we were there to just chill after all the holiday family time. It’s a clean unit but we have stayed at this complex before and experienced a much higher quality experience.

We were so impressed with the communication from the rental agency and the actual accommodations. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and completely fenced in if you plan on bringing a furry friend. The house has two amazing screened in porches. The one upstairs has a huge table with seating for 8 and a gorgeous sectional for lounging after a great dinner. We ate more meals at the house than we expected just because the kitchen is so well outfitted and the outdoor dining area is so nice. The kids enjoyed a game of Connect Four almost every night. The large wooden games of Connect Four and Jenga were tons of fun. What really made this house amazing is the location! You can zip over the bridge of lions and be in downtown St. Augustine in two minutes! You can walk if you want the exercise. In the other direction, you have access to all of the maxing beaches in the area. Anastasia State Park is beautiful. We also enjoyed being near the lighthouse, Alligator Farm and the great miniature golf course. We cannot express how happy we were with the location and the house!

My friends and I spent the week here. The home was lovely, clean and spacious. We were close to the beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool, but a week really wasn't long enough. We all wanted more time to relax around the pool and do more beaches. We're going to book this home again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this Scottsdale home and could not have asked for a better place for our family getaway. The home was absolutely fabulous both inside and out and provided the perfect setting for time together. It was beautiful, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with great amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was ideal, with easy access to many nearby attractions, which made getting around simple and convenient. One of the added bonuses was the benefit of free golf and a Phoenix Zoo visit for one person, both of which we took advantage of and truly enjoyed. We had a great time at this vacation rental. The house is newer and very well equipped. The 4 rooms and dual living rooms was great for the adults and the kids in the group. The house is with in walk distance to the beach no problem 200yards more or less. St. Augustine is a lovely place to stay, and the house is very close to bars and restaurants. Only Con would be. I prefer to sleep on a firmer bed however. I will stay here again someday.

We have used iTrip for other vacations and it was nice to see that they have ventured out to Marco Island which is one of our favorite spots to vacation. The house is as described and is very clean new relatively still new. We informed Mark we would be in very late due to our flight and it was a nice gesture that they left some lights on so we could see when we got there - Very Nice! Was nice to see the house have a beach wagon and beach umbrellas that were self-drilling into the sand. Pool and hot tub are great. We give honest reviews and I honestly can say the house is great no complaints. The only few areas I feel they could improve on and these are very minor and would not cause be to not rent again: is some new cookware as it seem a little beat up. Replace the trash can with a foot pedal one as the on there has a spin top and you had to touch the top every time to put trash in and then had to wash your hands every time. Lastly, portion of the covered patio to the pool was dirty. when dry you wouldnt notice, but once you got out of the pool and water got onto parts of the area you would see the dirt and it was be all over your feel. A nice clean up on this and removing the cobwebs from the lanai would be great otherwise fantastic vacation.

Our niece had her wedding in Charleston. We chose Kiawah Is. because we'd never been there and had a party of nine people. The Palm Warbler house was perfect for all of our needs and was very well accommodated and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house had more room than we needed. This place is a hidden gem. Easy walking distance to the beach and surrounding attractions. Very roomy, great balcony. The private outdoor shower was the icing on the cake after a long day at the beach. Incredible location!

We recently stayed at this home. We had a great time. Home was very clean and presented itself just like the photos. It is only about a 3 min golf cart ride to James Lee beach, so it is a great location. Kitchen was well equipped. Rooms were large and beds were very comfortable. We had a couple of questions throughout our stay and the management company is very responsive. Only thing I would say needs improvement with the house is the downstairs bedroom. AC throughout the whole house blows really cold except in that room. We had to use two box fans we found in the closets to make that room a more comfortable temperature. We would definitely recommend this home though and would stay here again in the future.

Cullen #18 was great! Location to beach and pool were convenient because we had some occupants with physical difficulties. Rhonda was very helpful. Only disappointments were no key when we arrived, load banging noise in upstairs hallway when air conditioning turned on, no propane in gas grill, that's about it. But Paul may want to address the mold on the outside of the complex...just a suggestion. May rent again next year.Will let you know. Thanks Jeremy.

We rented both units for our weekend. This was perfect place for a small family reunion. We had 5 siblings and most had significant others, 10 total with plenty of space. We also had 10 others join for dinner one evening with still plenty of room to spread out. The beach view from second floor was peaceful and beautiful. Although not private, definitely felt like it. Any questions we had were answered quickly and assistance offered promptly if needed. Only issue we had was figuring out how to make coffee with kuerig carafe, 🤪. May want to consider adding a bath mat to downstairs bathroom, tub a little slippery. Loved the safety gate in top unit at stairs. A wonderful time had by all. We will definitely look to come back and consider staying longer.

We found this condo on VRBO and were very pleased with how well the pictures and description represented it. It is nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and cooking utensils. We loved it so much, we booked another stay before we left. Also, the iTrip representatives were very responsive any time we reached out with a question. One thing we would change is the carpet in the living/bedroom areas—it could be updated and preferably with tile or a quality vinyl. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and look forward to the next time!

Palms and Pines is my happy place! I absolutely love everything about this house. We had the best time spending a week here. We stay at this house every summer as tradition, and it is my favorite week of the year. We loved exploring the neighborhood by bike, eating out at some truly incredible restaurants nearby, and spending long days at the beach. The house is the perfect home base for the whole family with plenty of space for everyone. My husband was able to work remotely and he enjoyed the upstairs area for quiet and the third level patio for work with a view! I loved the board games at the house and lingering around the large dining table for coffee and breakfast. The neighborhood pool was also a hit and we enjoyed getting ice cream and drinks at the circle with live music, all within walking distance from the house. Thank you Palms and Pines for the most incredible week! We will certainly be back!

My girlfriend and I stayed in 508 and it was the most pleasurable vacation I’ve ever been on. I have stayed in other condos previously but this Felt like home. The condo was very clean and had everything You needed, whether that be cooking Utensils or having to blow drying your hair. My friend and I loved to sit out on the Balcony watching the sunsets. We loved the heated pool. We also used the grill which was nice that we could grill our food. And when we didn’t feel like grilling or cooking our food we could walk a close distance to eat at one of the Many restaurants located in treasure Island. I can’t wait to stay again next year!

Our stay at the 2-bedroom, 2-bath home on the golf course in Saddlebrook Resort was nothing short of amazing! The home was clean, spacious, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Our stay was wonderful! The location is perfect. Front Street is only a few blocks down and I strolled the town early every morning before the shops opened up for a peaceful walk. We were able to hit the all parts of the island during our stay. One negative was that there were no coffee filters so we bought some and left it for the next dozen or so guests. Also, check to see when the quarterly pesticide treatment is. It hit during our stay and they will force you to leave your place for an hour while treating your unit. The two pools are great. We loved the larger salt water pool.

We had such a great time at your house! The house fit our family of 13 soo well!! The pool was perfect! We docked 2 boats out front and they fit great! The house had all the amenities we needed! Our only recommendation would be the pool house is really musty smelling. We went out and got an additional damp rid but could definitely benefit from a dehumidifier. We can’t wait to return!!

Fabulous stay! What a beautiful home. Beautiful view! Shaded porches most of the day, very useable house has plenty of space! You won’t be disappointed. You should know that you have a short walk to the beach, the road to the home is between you and the beach. It is a dead end beyond the house. Not a big deal, very little traffic.

The property managers have been extremely helpful in helping remedy a bad situation. No where in the property listing did it state this unit is on the 2nd floor…without an elevator. We would never have rented this unit if we knew that due to health issues. When we contacted the property manager they were very helpful resolving this issue. Other than the stairs, this unit needs serious attention. The carpet may have been clean, but it’s so old it looks dirty. I had to wear shoes or slippers at all times. The size of the unit was good. One of the couches is a pull out bed and sitting on it was like sitting on a board. Hardly any padding. The view from the balcony is beautiful, but you have to look past the old screens and the holes to enjoy it. I try to always give a positive twist on any VRBO that we rent, but I can’t with this rental.

We had a wonderful week at Makani Sands 106! The weather was in the low 80's and just what we needed to escape rainy Washington state. The unit has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a relaxing oceanfront vacation. The furnishings were modern and very comfortable. There were three of us and the third adult slept in the living room. He got to listen to the sound of the waves breaking all night and loved it. Even though it was late in the season we saw a whale one day. There were turtles everyday and a real highlight was watching a three foot long Moray Eel hunt and trap small fish right by the rocks next to the sand. We ate on the patio and used the barbeque, met all kinds of wonderful people who either lived there all the time or were other guests. We will be staying here again for sure!

This was our first trip to Naples and we loved staying in #153! The location was just perfect. There was ample storage in all rooms and very comfy master bed! The lanai was so relaxing and such an added bonus. We loved not having to worry about beach gear because everything was there for us to use. In June of this year our family of 10 stayed in this adorable beach side House in Fort Morgan Alabama. The name of the House was Group Hug which was very fitting. The house was located in the area called Morgan Town the location was perfect. We were in walking distance of one of the pools on the property as well as just down the street from beach access which was perfect for our family. Group Hug was everything we needed it to be for our family to be comfortable, have our basic necessities, be able to enjoy time together, had plenty of room and still be on the beach in just a matter of minutes. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway with fantastic amenities look no further than this condo! The condo has been tastefully updated with many new fixtures and features. It is spacious and clean with comfortable beds and couches. What sets it apart however is a breathtaking view of the Atlantic and Myrtle Beach from the balcony. With deck chairs and a table you can watch the waves crash in and can see for miles up and down the coast. We spent a good deal of time out there and enjoyed every minute. To top it off we fell asleep to the sound of the waves each night through the open patio door. Throw in the ease of parking and close proximity to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer and you have what we would describe as the dream beach vacation! Book your stay and rest assured you will not be disappointed.

This is a spacious unit located in a very well maintained resort on Treasure Island. We have booked this unit 3 times now. The Itrip staff is wonderful to work with from booking to check out and everything in between. The unit itself is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need. There was one extra fitted sheet and one extra regular sheet in the master bedroom closet that we used for the pull out sofa, but we could have used a heavier blanket as well. That would be nice a nice addition. Our only complaint was that some of the linens smelled a little musty in the smaller second bedroom. All in all we would return to Sunset Vistas and book this unit again.

Everything was wonderful. The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. 1 minute walk to north pool (not heated). 2 more minutes to private beautiful white sand beach. 3-4 minute walk to beautifully heated (very warm) pool, hot tub and fitness room. We loved staying at this property with our two adult daughters and dog. There was everything you needed in the kitchen, and we appreciated all the windows that created beautiful views from the home. Though we only used it once (due to the temperature), the fireplace was so nice to have! The beds and bedding were very comfortable and clean - nice, soft sheets! The deck was fabulous where we enjoyed morning coffee and sunrises. It was a beautiful, serene setting, and we enjoyed the quiet. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this property!

Thanks for a great stay. The home was so clean and well kept. It was also perfect for our family. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the furnishings and appliances were up to date and well cared for. One suggestion is to let people know about the stairs down to the beach. Crossing the highway is a little unnerving, but it is better than a quarter-mile down the 101

This home was beautifully renovated and well stocked for a week at the beach. Communication was prompt and friendly and there was plenty of room for extended family to all stay together with 6 bedrooms and lots of different “hang out” spaces. The outdoor shower was great after returning from the beach and the pool was nice to have as well.

This property was clean, spacious and minutes away from Disney park. We really enjoyed our stay! The only downside is that I feel like it lacked a few amenities like dish sponge and they only provide very limited things.

Excellent condo in an excellent location ( just a short walk or drive to Johns Pass). Everyone we ran into either working on something at the condo or any of the guests were friendly and made us feel welcome. Unit 302 was very clean and up to date in the furnishings ( unlike a lot of others we've stayed at over the last 32 years). This was our first stay at this condo and we plan to make this a regular vacation spot.

We stayed as a group of 4 families and everyone had good time. Everything was as it was supposed to be in the house, nice and clean. No complaints. They even have hot shower in the backyard to rinse off the sand from the beach. Beach is just couple of mins walk and you see and hear the ocean from the balcony. We had a memorable stay.

Great location! Pretty basic accommodations but worked well for our family of 4. Had a problem with the back door lock and Kim was very responsive and attentive about getting it fixed.

We had a great time! The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. The beds were comfortable and house accommodated all 7 of us easily! The location is nicely situated off of busy streets but close enough to make getting places easy. We had an issue with the washing machine but the owner quickly answered our questions and we were good to go after that. We would recommend this to anyone that will be in the Denver area.

This was our 2nd winter rental here; great location and can’t beat the view! The beach is wonderful and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Condo is equipped very well and there are lots of homey touches. Hope to be back again next year!

We enjoyed a weekend getaway to Hot Springs and went hiking. Highly recommend staying at Catalina Wine Mixer. Beautiful home. Comfy beds. Nicely furnished. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood (busy street nearby during the day so you hear and see the traffic but quiet at night) Good communication with the host.
