The property is amazing. Location is perfect and outdoor space is divine, particularly if you are escaping the Texas heat. Would definitely rent this condo again, but there were a few issues: 1) unit next door was being remodeled. We tried to spend as much time outside, but the noise from the work was certainly audible if we were in the unit 2) despite having two reserved parking places in the owners’ garage, there were always people parked in the spots. Upon arrival to check in, spots taken. Leave to run to the store, spots taken. Requires parking in another unit’s spot, calling property management and waiting for car to move. 3) paying a premium for a unit with AC in Colorado, the units struggled to keep up. Some nights not an issue if it was cool enough, but warmer nights were uncomfortable. 4) master shower is amazing, love the steam shower after a long hike, but shower doesn’t drain well and shower basin fills with water quickly. Would still rent this unit again as some of these issues are temporary, but simply providing honest feedback.

This property is just beautiful and perfect for a girls trip in the sun, which is what we came for. A quiet neighborhood but not too far from shopping and major highways to get around. The house has enough space for five people to be comfortable and have their space. The pool and hot tub make for the perfect afternoon get away, and we relaxed at night by the gas fireplace. Beautiful views of the mountains as you sip your coffee each morning. Can't say enough good things, and we will likely be back.

This condo has a great layout, having 3 floors with flexibility on the lower floor to convert the den into a 4th bedroom. Enjoyed the gas lit fireplace, hot tub, spa-like master bath, and heated garage. Easy access and management. The best feature is grab your skis from the rack in the heated garage, walk down two condos, head around back, put on your board/skis, and off you go down the slope to the lift!

Top place to stay!!! This is our second time saying at this location. We love it at this location for multiple reasons -Location -Beautiful Place -Pool (Directly outside the unit) -Private Beach Access -Restaurants in walking distance And most importantly you feel like you are at home. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

House was situated perfectly with access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The street was super quiet and lots of trees for shade. The house had beach chairs and a wagon that accommodated our family of 6. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in and the grill also made cooking easy. The pool was great for after the beach to still hang outside and get some shade and cool off in the water. We highly recommend this house and will absolutely book it again when we visit Hilton Head next!

We lucked into a few open days for this newly listed rental. The pictures online do not truly show how large each bedroom really is. The bedding and furniture were all top notch. The recliner in the living room was super comfortable. Don’t let the “orange” room fool you, in person it’s a nice coral color that matched all the decor really nicely. Entire house and outdoor shower had really great water pressure and no issues with getting plenty of hot water. The brand new pool was well designed. Location is so close to so many different types of activities. Our entire group loved the place. I have vacationed many other places, but the iTrip people were leap years above other places on customer service and speed of response. The only thing our group wished for was the addition of a hot tub in the future if we wanted to come in early spring of late fall.;).

Had a great experience with iTrip and this property. I appreciate how promptly you all respond to inquiries and when I requested a couple of extra baking pans they showed up with them the next morning. Arrived to very clean, well stocked condo on 5th floor with terrific view of the beach. Condo had excellent furnishings throughout. Check in at itrip office was easy and they arranged an early check-in that was greatly appreciated. This is an outstanding property.Great experience.

This was my family's 5th time staying at Tranquility Base at Kure Beach, and everything at the house was great! It ended up being a very rainy weekend, but we were able to have a relaxing time staying indoors at the house. Due to the storm that came through, on the day we were leaving we were stuck due to flooding and the hosts were very flexible with us and allowed us to stay until we could get on the roads which was amazing since we were traveling with a pup and 6-month old baby. Our stays here have always been great and they always responded to us very quickly which we appreciated very much!

Our first time in Marco island was overall a good experience. The house was great equipped with a pool and a great patio hang out area. We are a family of 6 so it gave us a chance to all be together on the patio . This house had 6 yo 7 beach chairs. beach umbrellas, bocci ball, pickle ball, spike ball, which the kids all played with . The 3 bikes were great to tour the island too . The beach cart came in handy too as we drove to the beach most days and my husband would drop us off and go back and get the bike and lock that up and then come to the beach . August is the rainy season so most of our days we needed to get to the beach early because by 3 pm the siren would alarm and you needed to leave the beach due to thunderstorms . The storms lasted until 10pm most days so this was challenging. The island itself has a lot of great places to eat and Publix is the local grocery store which i ordered our food for the week to get delivered on the day of our arrival and this went well. The coolers were not in the best condition but we made them work for the week. Overall it was a nice trip . We visited the Everglades and did an airboat tour and the kids liked to see the alligators and they got to hold a baby alligator. We also took a trip to Naples which was about 50minutes away and that was fun. In Marco Island there is a beach called Tigertail which is beautiful and has a lot of great seashells so the kids enjoyed this beach. There is 200 parking spots and they charge you 8 dollars for the day to park and it is about a 20 minute walk to the beach from the parking lot . Hope this helps you to plan you trip to Marco Island. We did rent a car and i feel you need to . Mark was very attentive to any concerns and gave us a lot of good tips on things to do and see in Marco which i found very helpful.

Marco Island is a great location to have fun and relax but Mark’s made my getaway perfect. The house is perfectly decorated yet comfortable and inviting. We didn’t have to go too far to have a real “dolphin encounter” : they were swimming right in front of us, while we enjoyed the pool. Staying in a house gives you a lot of flexibility, so we took advantage of that: no set time to have breakfast, ordering from local restaurants some days, barbecuing on others. It was everything a little paradise can offer!

One of the great things about staying at a canal home is catching a glimpse (or a mouth if you like to fish) of the local wildlife. I am so glad you got to see dolphin swimming in the canal and while I pay them good money, they are hit and miss showing up ;-) Come back whenever you need a “little paradise” in your life. We had the most amazing time here. My husband and I and and three teenage children were looking for somewhere close to my mother and father in Naples to stay and visit and wow, this place was amazing! We had so much space and we didn't lack for anything. That was one thing that I loved, we had everything we needed here and more. This is definitely going to be my home from home when I come to Naples. As well as the gorgeous house and pool, it is close to the beach, restaurants, shops and more. Thank you for your very kind hospitality and looking forward to many more trips to your lovely home!

We were celebrating 3 birthdays, and were looking for a family friendly and pet friendly location that was on the beach, and had a pool for the kids. It was a lot to ask for but we found it all here! We had such an amazing, relaxing time. We fell in love with the location and we’re even considering purchasing a vacation home here. The overall experience was simply incredible. Highly recommended. We arrived a little earlier and left a little later and the team was very nice and flexible.

This house is simple, but so very special. We could have never left and had a great trip. We watched the sunrise from the deck, complete with visiting porpoises, the moon rise ant night, can see the lighthouse. So beautiful! The neighborhood is charming, we walked most evenings across the Bridge of Lions, for dinner. Simply no words to describe how perfect this place was to host our multigenerational trip. We will be back!

Three of my grown children, their families, and I stayed here to experience the solar eclipse. There were 6 adults, a 3 yr old and 2 babies and more than enough room. The house has been nicely updated and maintained. Nights were quiet and beds comfortable. Plus a pleasant, lawn covered backyard that was at least partially shaded all day. And a bakery within walking distance. 🙂

We enjoyed our stay with family at Seaside Therapy! The condo was clean and stocked with needed items to begin our stay. (The blankets in each closet were a nice extra touch as we had a few chilly Spring days!) We spent a lot of time on the screened porch with a view of the ocean across the street and a large table to accommodate mealtimes. The location was great - on the end of a row and easy access to stairs to downstairs garage for walking dog and storing our bikes for afternoon rides. Lots of wildlife to view! Steven and staff were responsive and helpful when we had questions. Thanks so much and we look forward to another stay with you in the future!

Rented the unit for a conference at the beach so I could have the comforts of home and not be in a hotel room The unit did not disappoint. It was spacious and obviously recently redone. The balcony view was postcard perfect. We will be back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Folly Beach at Sea Salt on E. Ashley Ave. The house was spacious with multiple areas to relax in and converse with one another. It was well equipped for cooking and the beach. The location was perfect. A very short walk to the beach with wonderful views from the back deck. Sea Salt was the perfect beach house and we hope to stay there again!

My husband, son, mother and I stayed for three nights in this home and it was absolutely the perfect place for us! The home itself was beautiful, spacious and super comfortable, and it had an exceptionally stocked kitchen. The home and linens were wonderfully clean and fresh, and the beds were so comfortable to sleep in! With a desk in one of the bedrooms and strong wifi, my son was able to do the work he needed in his online summer courses. We loved being right on the canal and enjoyed doing some fishing on the lovely dock, and also sitting on the screen porch watching all the birds come and go. The location was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, close to Tradition and lots of shopping. Travis and Karin went more than the extra mile for us by following up with me on a missed deadline and also by shipping some special earrings to me that I had inadvertently left behind. Thank you so very much for that!! We would definitely stay here again on future visits to Port St. Lucie!

This home was meticulously maintained and appointed. Stunning views from all around! Great location right in the Willamette Valley at the top of the mountain. We so enjoyed the patio and hot tub and the home had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again! You will not be disappointed!

We have stayed at many rental homes (250 nights+) over the past few years, and it happens without fail, you always need to purchase items to make your stay more enjoyable. This is the Most Complete, Put Together Home we've stayed in. It's newer construction, in a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. It's close to Walmart, Publix and multiple restaurants. It's situated conveniently between Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. Its large enough for 8 or more people without bumping into each other. And it's very easy to keep this home clean with the low maintenance flooring and (Comfortable) furniture and beds. My only dig would be that there is no outdoor entertaining area. The yard is fully fenced which is wonderful with regards to our dogs. Although there is a small bistro set on the front porch, that's the extent of it. As long as you're aware of this, you will not be disappointed renting this home.

My family and I rented this home for a week 1/29/24 - 2/5/24 for my son's wedding. I cannot say enough about the house and the people I worked with to rent the house. We had 6 adults and 3 children and never felt crowded. The layout of the house is perfect! The house was immaculate and everything in the house functioned perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice big refrigerator. The pool and spa were wonderful. Checking in and checking out worked flawlessly. I HIGHLY recommend this house!!!

To celebrate an epic 50th birthday, location is everything . Our stay at this beautiful and Modern Oceanfront Retreat Condo was ideal and did not disappoint. Having all the amenities and comforts of a retreat, I was able to relax, to rest and to re-energize. The location of the retreat just steps from the beach allowed us to walk the beach at sunset and do morning yoga on the beach. Having the luxury of this modern condo and the beach outside the front door is the perfect combination of a guaranteed successful escape or weekend getaway.

House was nice and as-advertised. Beautiful view. Only thing to note are the many steps down to the dock which were not possible for an elderly parent, and the bunk beds are not in a room.

We had a great stay in Treasure Island. The room was exactly like the pictures. Host was terrific and answered all our questions very quickly. The resort was down an elevator and we were sometimes inconvenienced. Not our host fault by all means. I wish the patio had more comfortable chairs to sit in and enjoy the magnificent views.

What an amazing place to stay when you’re visiting Isle of Palms. The house was absolutely perfect, housing each member of our family, having enough bathrooms, everything was updated, and the best was all the outdoor space and porches on each floor. 609 was a good unit to rent and even provided beach chairs, which was a big selling point! 609 was a very clean unit and had all the amenities, as well as a good location [beachfront]. We enjoyed our stay very much and will most definitely rent 609 again in the future.

Our family could not have been more satisfied with this accommodation and Saint Augustine Beach. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and much larger than we anticipated. It easily supported our family of five (which includes three active boys between 7-13 y/o) as well as my mother-in-law. The walk to the beach was easy and we enjoyed closing out the day by the pool. A return to Montego Bay will be in our future!

Another great stay on Madeira Beach Condo was just as shown on website. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and bedrooms. Even an oscillating fan in the bunk bedroom. Itrip made everything simple and we had no issues. Thanks Liz!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove over the week of Thanksgiving. The condo was exactly as described with everything we needed, including a new hairdryer which was delivered so quickly after we reported the one provided had stopped working. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained and the beach—my favorite in St. Pete—was steps away. We had been forewarned that repairs were still underway from the damage of the last two hurricanes, and they are, but they didn’t make are visit any less enjoyable.

We have been coming to Southwest Florida, to escape from the Wisconsin cold, for several years. This was a nice change from the crowds at Fort Myers Beach and we were able to make the short drive from the Fort Myers airport easily. This studio condo was perfect for my wife and I, the walk across the street to the beach was so nice, we enjoyed it every day. We will look for this location in the future, remodeled and very clean. I had the most amazing stay in the Secret Stairs apartment in the Hollywood Hills. The area felt super safe and was surrounded by the prettiest houses and nature but yet also so close to citylife (30 minute walk to the Walk of Fame). I went for a walk everyday and now I’m back home I miss it so much. The apartment was very clean and offered me just everything I needed. The matress could have been better, but everything else was just perfect. Thank you for having me! I will be back!

We had a very happy stay in this condo. It is very clean, spacious and well maintained. The beach/ocean view from the balcony is fabulous. We didn't do much cooking, but the basic kitchen utensils are provided. It is very close to the John's Pass Village and Boardwalk (about 3-5 minutes walking), where you can find many good restaurants, boat rentals, and other small shops. Will definitely stay here again when we are back to the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Endless Summer property in Wild Dunes. The unit was immaculately clean and nicely decorated; there was everything we needed to settle in for a long weekend stay. The property location was perfect; beach access was super convenient and is the closest proximity in this particular subdivision in Wild Dunes. We look forward to returning!

The Dundee Villa was a great place to stay. The location is awesome, you are surrounded by beautiful views of vineyards and on a clear day can see Hood and Adams which is lovely. The 2 decks are great for sitting and relaxing. You are close to the town of Dundee so popping down for food or coffee is easy. The house itself is fantastic with well appointed bedrooms, nice bathrooms, and beautiful open floor plan. The natural light is great throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with solid tools and cookware and the wine glass/serving ware (decanters/ice buckets etc) is the best I've ever had in a rental which is nice when you are in wine country as that is clearly part of the draw of staying here! Would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 20 families in Napili Bay for a destination wedding. 12 of the group stayed at Napili Shores. We arrived after staying in Honolulu for a few days. Apart E 243, 1 brm has been renovated and upgraded compared to the other apartments. The upgrade showed. The WI Fi internet was good and much better than the property we stayed in Honolulu. Overall we had a grand time in Maui.

My family and I travel to Florida to many destinations. The Sandy Shores location was very nice it was located across from the boardwalk and we did not use our rental car. We enjoyed the Conch house restaurant and The Hut had live music. This is a great area if you need to entertain teens and up. The balcony is on the side of the building,but you could still view the ocean.. 206 is highly recommended for all ages. The condo was updated,clean and spacious.

We rented this house for a ski vacation in March. The house was roomy and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The views out the windows were very nice. The space in the heated garage was a huge convenience during the winter. We have rented a fair amount in the mountains for both summer and winter, and this one ranks at the top for us. We will likely rent this house again.

Loved this condo on the beach! Located close to everything. There were such Amazing views of both the intracoastal and the beach, the sunsets from the balcony were incredible and one of my favorite parts. The bed was very soft & comfortable with a large memory foam topper. Overall fantastic!

Grandview 204 is in a terrific location. We enjoyed being able to access/depart the beach with 2 close access points. Additionally, the condo is 2 blocks from restaurants and shopping. The unit was totally updated to include a large smart screen TV in the living rm & smaller one in master bedroom. We loved just sitting on the lanai eating and reading. Bedrooms had large closets. The property was well maintained, an inviting clean warm pool with lots of shade areas for those who did not want to sit in the sun. Mark [owner iTrip] was very responsive to our questions and requests. He quickly replaced the leaking dishwasher with a new one.

This was great for a weekend getaway with friends visiting from out of town. Our group had a mix of snowboarders and shoppers, so everyone really took advantage of the convenient location. Walking distances to the Blackcomb lift, as well as the Village Center. We especially liked the heated outdoor pools. What a great place to be to watch the snowflakes fall! The staff was very courteous. Our inquiries were all addressed in a very prompt and professional manner. We definitely felt well catered to and that's why we are already looking forward to our next visit! I highly recommend this to any travelers!

We enjoyed our stay at Storm Meadows. It would have been nice to have extra parking. We felt very comfortable beds were great it would have been nice to have more towels and a half bath on main floor. We made it work . Hot tub was great! We always enjoy our stay in Steamboat. Pans need to be checked some worked some were hard to cook with and clean up. Very easy access with the code and convenient to stay where we needed to be. A ceiling fan in the living room would help also. Never messed with thermostat as it was perfectly comfortable.

My husband and our friends had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The villa was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and it was nice not to have to bring our own beach chairs and wagon. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach. Having the Marriott and the Hilton nearby was great too for lunch and drinks! Also, the rental company was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great stay and we would stay again!

We spent a week in this Park City home with another family, 8 of us. There was plenty of space to add more people as it sleeps 14. The bunk rooms are perfect for kids as is the separate TV area with xbox and videos. The decor is updated and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook in the home. We used the outdoor spa and the BBQ. The best part of this home is the location. We walked to main street almost daily and the home is steps from Park City mountain. I loved finding all the public stairs to access the main street area. We like to be active on our vacations and found many things to do during our stay; Local hikes, atv, whitewater rafting, Olympic Park and even outlet shopping. We can't wait to go back during the winter and will definitely stay in this home- no driving to the mountain or taking a shuttle, just walk from the home and get on the lifts.

My family and childhood friends family stayed here for the weekend. The location is perfect. It’s literally a block away from the living desert, it’s right down the street from the Rodeo drive of palm desert and shopping was just a few minutes away. We just stayed at this beautiful and cozy home. It's very nicely updated and was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. It is only a couple minutes walk to the secluded beach and to the bike/hike trails, which go throughout the island. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The pool was a lot of fun and a great plus to have, especially with kids. The outdoor pool shower was very convenient and really nice. The backyard/pool area is very private, beautiful and lush. It was very relaxing sitting in the hot tub or swimming in the pool and looking out at our private oasis. The house is fully stocked with pots/pans, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pillows, sheets, towels and so on. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous and very private home. The homeowners are very nice and accommodating. They were very quick to respond to us. We would definitely recommend this beautiful property to others visiting the gorgeous Kiawah Island.

This space is absolutely incredible! The moment you step through the door, the view takes your breath away. The layout of the condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is amazing, and the large deck overlooking the golf course is simply stunning. The condo is exactly as described – luxurious and well-appointed. We had planned to cook some meals, and the kitchen exceeded our expectations with its full amenities. Plus, having two pickleball courts within walking distance from the condo was a fantastic bonus! Very easy to access and get too! The only complaint would be the front bathroom tub and as hard to use because of the knobs other than that it was a great condo! Lots of space for us 4 a nice little kitchen and I enjoyed the freezer having an ice maker! Our kids loved it they walked in and was so excited about it and how they had there own bathroom!

We spent a day and a half visiting the area. It was very nice to have this place to relax and unwind after walking around monuments and shopping. Villa 20 was a great place to stay. It is a pretty place and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels & linens. We enjoyed the proximity of the pool & beach. The iTrip manager sent pertinent information well in advance of our arrival so there were no issues, and they were quick to respond when needed. We will definitely make a return trip.

Very short walk to the beach, heated pool, everything you need to have fun on the beach is in a storage unit, condo is packed with games and everything you need to have fun. Very nice condo, well decorated and very clean. Great location right on the beach. The only changes I would make would be additions of ceiling fans in the guest bedroom, living room and out and the balcony. Additionally, not being able to lower the temperature beneath 70° was a little problematic as it does get quite warm during the day into the night. Also, there were two children’s beanbag/sleep beds in the guest closet that need to be thrown away. When you open the closet door you definitely get a strong scent of urine.

We made our first trip to PCB for a few short days on our way down to Clearwater and booked unit 810 at the Commodore. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advised. The welcome basket was a classy touch and really showed the effort iTrip puts into their units. I was able to contact Amber, our representative with iTrip, with any questions and she responded in a timely fashion. The complex itself was extremely family friendly, clean, and the gated parking lot was a plus. The heated pool was a nice touch as the gulf is a bit chilly this time of year. The location was perfect on the quiet end of PCB but still plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Only about a 10-12 min drive from Pier Park and the busy end of PCB. We are in touch with Amber about planning another stay next year, this time longer than 4 days!

The Quarter Deck is a unique property that sits right on the beach that allows for awesome sunrises! We enjoyed our coffee and sunrises every morning on the beach! We were also able to watch the dolphins swimming and were fortunate to see a whale playing in the surf! The beach is very private! The Quarter Deck was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The owners/property managers addressed our concerns in a timely manner. We hope to rent the Quarter Deck again!!!

We loved our stay at the Annapolitan. The house was a wonderful fit for our family of 5. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and we enjoyed making meals and making ourselves at home. My husband spent the first day working at the desk, and the wifi was great! We enjoyed watching movies and playing some of the fun games in the house. At night, we loved having a yard for the kids to run around and the fire pit! The beds were comfy. The house is great for a family trip or even a group trip. The house is perfectly located to enjoy Annapolis. We spent our days walking through the city to the waterfront, Naval Academy and Newman Street Playground. I personally loved running the city. We enjoyed coffee at Curate which is very close to the rental. We will definitely be planning a trip back to Annapolitan.

We absolutely loved this townhouse! We stayed here for a week in early June. The place itself is beautiful - decorated and furnished amazingly. We have two little ones and had friends that joined us half way through the week with another two (all aged between 1-3 years old). The bunk bed room is great for little kids, as it has no windows and don’t need to worry about black out blinds. All the beds were comfortable and the place came with a bunch of little extras that really showed they go above and beyond with their rentals (hand soap, dish soap, plastic baggies, olive oil, large beach towels, wagon, beach chairs, and I could keep going..) they make it comfortable so you don’t have to bring (or buy) the whole world with you when you travel! (Id suggest asking what’s there before you pack your car, as we brought way more stuff than needed since they have the place well stocked!) The pool is great, one side is 5 inches deep and it goes to 4’ deep, so perfect for little kids! We were the only ones at the pool most of the week, not sure if that’s typical but it was nice not to have a ton of people there. The walk to the beach is a little far with little ones that need to be carried, but we had people offer to let us use their beach access that were right across the street. I think for most though, it wouldn’t be an issue. Would definitely recommend the place!

We had an absolute blast this week in this home. We rent vacation homes frequently and have rarely come across one this nice. Communication was excellent from booking throughout the stay. The home is everything advertised and more. One negative (which was not misrepresented in the description we just didn’t notice) was that there was no cable. We enjoy watching bowl games this week every year and we were not able to ok the TV’s and streaming from our devices to the tv would not work do to channel licensing. That did not effect our stay enough to give this house anything but five stars.

Our family stayed at Tipsea Toes in late June/early July 2022. We chose the house because of the location and amenities provided. We were not disappointed! The beach is an easy 2 minute walk away. The beach was never too crowded and the shed in back of the house had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. available for use. When we were too lazy to walk to the beach, or just wanted a quick dip in the evenings, the private pool was perfect. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and everything we needed was provided (laundry detergent, dish soap, pool & bath towels, etc.). Appliances seemed fairly new/updated. Though most of the dishes/glassware were plastic, we didn't mind since that made us worry less about breaking anything. It was very convenient having the washer/dryer and we put it to good use. Communication with the management team was mostly through texting. They were very quick to respond to any questions we texted (within a few minutes). Prior to the trip, they provided an email with plenty of recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc. Check in was at 4pm, but we got a text that cleaning/inspection were completed early and that we could check in around 2:30pm. We were still traveling at that point, but it was nice of the management team to let us know. We've already recommended Tipsea Toes to friends/family and would not hesitate to stay again.

We had another perfect stay at Shadowbrook. The convenience of this ski in/ski out condo cannot be beat. Great 7th floor condo immediately on the water! We saw turtles from our balancy lanai! Furnishings are a little dated but very clean and well kept condo. Lots of room for the price. Easily accommodate a famiy of 4 or 5. Full fridge w freezer and stove, all kitchen essentials, stacked washer/dryer, dining for 6 inside and four outside. Bed is comfy w/ tv in bedroom and living. Elevators are a plus! Very central and within walking of several stores and restaurants.

Our family had such an amazing time at this Cabin ! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made cooking meals together so easy and enjoyable. The sunroom was one of our favorite spots — so bright and relaxing — and the hot tub was absolutely incredible after a long day of exploring. One of the most charming parts of the property was the little creek in the backyard. It gave the whole place such a cozy, peaceful feeling, and we loved sitting outside just listening to the water. Every detail of the home was thoughtful and welcoming, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into making guests comfortable. My whole family had a wonderful time, and we made so many special memories here. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back again in the future!

My family and I had an amazing time at the Indigo NBT 301. The home was breathtakingly beautiful. There were 6 adults and 4 kids in our group, and there was more than enough space to accommodate us all. The room were big and comfortable. The family room had very comfortable couches and chairs, the kitchen was big, and had all the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular! It by itself, was worth the price of admission. There was another smaller balcony that had a great pool view. We were thoroughly impressed with the unit, and are already looking forward to coming back next year. Book with confidence.

We really enjoyed our stay in PCB at the Long Beach Resort. The condo was excellent and met all of our needs. Beautiful views of the beach and the ocean, relaxing environment with plenty of room for our whole family to just hang out when we weren't at the beach or the pool. The house was lovely and we enjoyed it very much. Just a few hiccups that would have made our stay without a hitch. Ants in the cupboard and sink, fruit flies comjng from the glass sliding door. We can see that alot of work has been made in house. There was alot of thought put in place to ensure every guest stay is accommodated. We appreciated all the details.. Upon arrival we noticed some items that needed to be addressed and the response was very quick. Trash being emptied between guest could be better, we had to have family and friends in the area take our trash as the bins were all full from prior guests. Check out time is too early for my liking. Although the stay presented some snag I would highly recommend the property and would stay there again. THANK YOU for a lovely stay!

The condo, Sweet Mimosa, was so convenient. It was close to the beach, pool and restaurants nearby. The furniture on the patio was wonderful because we had more family staying close by so we had plenty of seating. Can't wait to go back!

I’m very lucky to be able travel regularly to ski resorts across the world, and over the years, I have learnt that staying in a well-managed home is far more comfortable than a luxury hotel room. Le Chamonix 11 is the perfect example, and is easily a luxe 5-star property in my books, and offering exceptional value in a town that is notorious for being expensive. This property is even better in the photos. The kitchen is generously sized, with a huge gas stove, outdoor BBQ, double-door fridge (with icemaker), water filter, Insinkerator, and appliances galore (electric pancake griddle, food processers etc). We loved the open floorplan with gas fireplace, feather stuffed sofa and generous dining table. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated, and all the table and floor lamps are a lovely touch. Perched above the Roaring Fork River’s lovely sound, this location across the road from Aspen Highlands is hard to beat. We timed the walk in ski boots – 4 minutes. These days we prefer to eat in, and plenty of restaurant and grocery delivery is available to make life easier, but if you really want to head downtown, the bus loop is nearby. The two car spaces directly outside the front door are also super convenient. We booked directly with iTrip, who were supremely accommodating and helpful. I had a couple of enquiries about the property while were staying there, and they responded immediately each time, and they generously assisted me with some personal matters. Lastly, and most importantly in today’s COVID climate, Le Chamonix 11 was immaculately clean. It far exceeded my expectations – from the sparkling cutlery drawer to the shiny bathrooms and the crisp cotton sheets and stacks of towels. iTrip stocks their properties with more than enough consumables, including large pump packs of shampoo, conditioner and lotion, and on our 2 week stay, we never ran out of cleaning and bathroom products. Thanks iTrip Aspen, we had a wonderful stay.

My family has stayed at this particular unit several years in a row. The owners have constantly been upgrading the unit and we have absolutely enjoyed our stay every year. The condo is very spacious and clean with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The complex is awesome with plenty of parking, multiple grills and even has two pools! But lets be honest, we came for the beach and it never disappoints! The sand is amazing with a ton of room to play games or relax by the waves. 10/10 would recommend.

The Baker Creek Retreat was amazing! Very accommodating, communicative and seamless. The bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. The backyard was a nice perk. Three generations of our family stayed here and loved it. Beautiful wood floors and doors throughout the house, comfortable furnishings, top-of-the-line appliances, several outdoor gathering spots around the house, and a management company that was very responsive to questions made this the perfect home away from home. My wife called it a house of luxury and comfort and impeccably maintained beautiful gardens. The younger generation was represented by a grandson who, a few minutes after arriving, told us "This is the best house I've ever been in."

We recently had a family reunion for our six children and their spouses and grandchildren. We always struggle finding a space, large enough and one that has kitchen and dining area to accommodate everybody. The Manzanita School house was the perfect spot! It was clean large and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 19 of us! The grounds are beautiful And private. We loved using the fire pit every evening and we grill burgers and dogs on their gas grill. It was great! Everyone felt comfortable and had plenty of space. We can’t stop talking about how awesome this day was!

My two girlfriends and I decided to book this place last minute in order to attend the Aspen closing weekend festivities. From the minute we walked in, we were blown away. The place was spotless, had more than enough room for the three of us and the location was perfect with everything downtown being within walking distance. The included parking spot was also an added bonus so that we could leave the car and walk around during the weekend. We enjoyed our stay! The location was nice and quiet. The house was big, lots of different sitting areas for people to sit. The beds were comfy! A little bummed there wasn’t SHARC access and most things in the kitchen needed to be washed before using, but other than that we had a great time staying. Big bedrooms. Loved that the ‘kids room’ has their own sitting area, that gave them a place to chill that was away from the adults. Great spot for a multi-family group to stay.

Simply put, pleasantly surprised with our stay at the property. The house was modestly clean and had no issues, cleaner than most people's houses. First time renting a house at the beach and we enjoyed the location and resort. Very quite in the development with a nice, screened patio to enjoy. Plenty of towels for a small family, and the bathrooms were great. Washer and dryer were great to have during the week to wash clothes and towels. I would recommend bringing hand soap, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent for the stay, as well as tissues and toilet paper. There were a few bugs we found but nothing serious, may have been coming through the garage door into the laundry room. Walk to the beach was about a mile from the house, not too bad. The bed situation probably wouldn't be great for multiple adult couples, but would work well with kids. Overall, a nice property.

I stayed here for 5 nights with a group of friends. The place was great, 4 minute walk to beaver creek to ski. 3 restaurants and bars right on the first floor of the condo. Easy walk to all you could need. My biggest pet peeve is a low end mattress, the beds were all good. Tv's in all the bedrooms. They have a room upstairs that is empty, they should put a ping pong table or a TV with some sitting and this place would be even better. It would be tough to find better lodging for the price anywhere in ski country, especially being able to walk to the lift.

Lovely clean well appointed home in quiet safe neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. We drove to several beaches nearby. All were nice. Historic st Augustine is delightful with lots of history and shops. We explored Anastasia nearby and loved the beaches there too. We loved our time at Turn of River. The location is prime...Folly Beach one way and a short trip to Charleston the other way. Our family enjoyed the pool and the views were great. There was plenty of space. There is a grocery store nearby and a seafood shop called Crosbys about a mile away.

My Husband and I stayed here for a romantic getaway from the kids. The unit was perfect for our needs and very clean. The unit included a microwave, small two burner stove, and kitchen sink. It was steps away from the sparkling pool and BBQ grill which we used quite a bit. The beach was a two minute walk away. They provided beach chairs and coolers which made going to the beach super easy. Lastly, we were within walking distances of great restaurants, a liquor store, and a convenient store for any last minute needs! We will for sure be returning!

The kids took over the basement and the adults enjoyed the remaining 3 bedrooms. Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Really enjoyed the views. Would definitely stay here again!!!

This was our first time booking a vacation rental through itrip vacations and we could not have been more pleased. Check-in was flawless. This 4 bedroom house is great for extended families. 2 Curlew is roomy inside with comfortable furnishings. Pool area is on the smaller side but nicely appointed. There’s a safety lock on the pool door deck so no little people can get to this area without an adult which was a concern for us as we have an active 2 yr old! Car parking is tight but doable for 3 midsized cars. All issues we had were minor and promptly addressed by the owner. We all loved the short walk to the beach. 🏖

It was a wonderful stay with a fantastic view. The place was clean and well appointed with an amazing balcony and quick easy access to the beach. I do wish there had been some basic condiments like salt and pepper, etc. Bed was comfortable. Check in and out was easy. The restaurant/bar across the parking lot was very good.

This condo was everything we wanted, lovely, clean, updated and great location. We would return here in the future. I would have to agree with an earlier review that there are lots of stairs getting to condo but was not an issue with our family and the view and location were well worth the extra stairs!

This comfortable condo is clean, well-managed, with a covered porch over the inland waterway, facing east. If you are up early, you get good sunrise views over the water. You can’t see the gulf from the condo, but it’s an easy walk across a busy street that has pedestrian signals. Having the grocery store immediately next door is convenient. It’s very convenient also having a washer/ dryer in the condo.

The weather did not cooperate but the accommodations sure did. We had a Studio Condo which fit our needs, we had a great ocean view, the unit appears to have just been remodeled, and it was quiet at night. Everything was perfect for a shorter stay.

Just like the first sip of a crisp, refreshing wine, this charming cabin is so invitingly refreshing. The vineyard views are panoramic and a treat to wake up to. The house itself is neat and very comfortable. Loved how many windows this place has. Our visit had us relaxed and rejuvenated. Would definitely visit this inviting home again.

Meadows S5 was WONDERFUL. It was FULLY stocked with all kitchen equipment you could ever want, plenty of plates, glasses, cups, etc., nice towels, decor. The views were spectacular! All six of us voted it a five star stay.

We recently stayed in Oceana 18 and loved it ! We were a little skeptical at first being a first floor room because we have always stayed on top floors , but it was perfect. Steps away from the beach ,very quiet yet right by all entertainment for all ages. The owner was extremely sweet and responded to our needs within minutes. We will be staying here for now on .

We loved staying here! The biggest issue we had was not being able to stay long enough! We could only get away for a few nights. There was so much room there that we would love to go back with family and enjoy the beach. Our trip was for our 2 year wedding anniversary and most of the days we spent in the historic district. We didnt get to explore to much close by. However we did pass by so many cool places that we are going to come back and adventure more. The house seems like the perfect spot for a family vacation, they have 2 family rooms with tvs and board games and a cute backyard with water behind it. Cant wait to plan another trip over there

This was our 4th trip to Orange Beach and we normally stay at Island House but last year it was bought by a chain hotel and the prices almost doubled from what we were used to paying for it. So this year we started looking at condos and we found Tidewater. It was the perfect price and size for 3 adults/2 kids. I loved having a full kitchen and the ocean view was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Liberty Tree House was great. We loved being in an older quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the historic downtown area. The house is nicely furnished and the kitchen well equipped. We had a problem with the washing machine which was quickly fixed. The house owners even helped us with our laundry when the washing machine quit!We'd love to come back some day!
