The location is walking distance to Snook Inn as well as cute restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner. There was a band from 6-8 that we listened to from the walkway while having happy hour. The pool was clean and spacious. The condo had everything we could possibly need to cook as needed. The host was very responsive with any questions we had leading into the trip.

This is one of the best condos I have ever rented. The Pink Shell is right next door and the beach is beautiful and not crowded this far away from the pier. I would definitely recommend it! Btw: The trolley picks up nearby to take to the pier.

Hello. Iblive in Charlotte NC. I rented a house my wife and I from Wakita Wave at Folly beach in Charleston SC from a gentleman name Steven. And I really really enjoyed and loved it. It was huge and gorgeous house with a swimming pool and oceanfront view. Super clean house. I mean it's like living in your own house. Forget about the hotels. Rent a home is the way to go. Ask for Steven the gentleman who helped me thru the whole process. Overall I highly recommend this company to rent a home from. I will let my whole family and friends rents from them. By the way it was my first experience renting a home. And oh my God it was phenomenal. Love it.

Perfect place to stay on treasure island. Everything we needed was in the unit. Beach area was nice and quiet there. More busy to the left or right. Rentals available. Closet with two chairs, small cooler, beach bag, and toys. Beach towels provided. Plenty of regular towels provided. Only negative is our comforter was dirty. Would rent here again.

The condo was totally perfect (minus the ugly front door. Seriously, throw a coat of paint on it, lol. Otherwise, this was the most organized and supplied rental I’ve stayed in. It was immaculate and just beautiful. Location was great. I would totally stay here again. Oh, and the staff at iTrip was so great to work with, even when we had a minor hiccup after booking.

We really enjoyed our beautiful cabin and especially the very short walks to the beach and St John’s Pass large boardwalk. It is also a short drive to St Pete’s for added activities.

We had 7 adults and 3 kids here for a week for Spring Break. It was AMAZING. The house was beautiful. It was soooo well stocked (dishes, pots/pans, games, kids toys, toddler toys, pool toys, bikes, towels, beach towels- so much!). The pool was in like a screened in porch which made it virtually no bugs! We had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Property was great . really close to the beach and fishing opportunities. Quiet neighborhood for great relaxing vacation. They welcomed pets so it was great for our dogs . We brought our bikes and it was plenty of biking trails. Great plus was golf cart that you can use it for close drive to the beach.

Our family of 12 met up & stayed here for a week. The house was awesome. The grandkids (& grownups) had fun swimming, fishing, playing ping pong, etc. We went to the beach a couple days, & saw some sights. House was well stocked, & roomy enough for all of us! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this condo was so lovely. I love that we can bring the dog. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so nice and the best water pressure in the shower. Kitchen is updated and good cooking tools for basic stuff. Location is PERFECT. Close enough to the beach and The Sanctuary. Super responsive host and they provide you with everything you need for seamless check in and check out. We will absolutely be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Palms. The condo was clean and well stocked. The pool was clear with plenty of toys. The view was spectacular. We didn’t see alot of staff, however, we understood it was not a hotel. Would definitely go back!

We traveled to Hilton Head for our niece’s wedding and stayed at your house for 5 nights. Everything was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked, our grown kids enjoyed your pool and bikes. We saw a large alligator near your dock on the lagoon, which was a lot of fun. We loved our stay and hope to come again one day.

We go to the Emerald Coast every summer but this was our first time using iTrip Beaches Of Alabama LLC. From start to finish, they were outstanding to work with. The condo we remted was our favorite one so far. We always rent one overlooking the beach, so we can hear it from condo, but this one was RIGHT ON THE BEACH. It was only steps to the sand, closest of any and very easy walk. The beach was very well maintained and right next to a private beach so it was very spacious and not crowded. The pool was also right there, all very accessible. The condo was very roomy and well layed out. The patio was accessible from both the master bedroom (which had a mini living room) and also from the main living room. Parking spots were tight but very manageable and we never had an issue of not finding a spot, no matter the time. Never an issue with a wait for the elevators as they were quick and efficient. If I was pressed to find a con, to counter the LONG list of pros, I think I would say that the bathroom door (which is a sliding pocket door) should be replaced with a standard door. The sliding one is a pain and very loud. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again amd FOR SURE will be using iTrip Beaches Of Alabama LLC for any future trips to Orange Beach... which will hopefully be very soon.

My sister and I were traveling to Boise to see my brother and this home was perfect for us. It was immaculately clean, everything is new, and it’s located right in between the airport and downtown. It was situated comfortably and had a very nice kitchen to cook in. The backyard is small but private and had a gas grill and table and chairs with a shade umbrella. We were very pleased with the layout it was an excellent use of the space.

Our stay at Lorraine’s Beach Cottage was perfect! The location is very convenient to entertainment, the beach, convenience store, etc. The home is very clean and well kept. Most homes have limited and small parking, but the drive way was large enough for all vehicles and off the street to not worry about being hit. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to feel at home. We will definitely be coming back and recommending Lorraine’s to everyone.

We enjoyed this first floor (only 6 steps) property in Palmetto Dunes. The condo was very clean and the washer and dryer were an added bonus. Only a minute or two puts you on the beach and the Palmetto Dunes area is just beautiful!

We had such a great stay at Northstar 18 in Mountain Village. This was our first time visiting Telluride and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our visit. This place had the perfect amount of space for two couples with the two bedrooms and even had a third bedroom with bunk beds if you had any children with you. The beds are very comfortable and we slept extremely well here. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook your own meals. We loved the big screen tv and the beautiful electric fireplace in the living room. The hot tub was so relaxing even on a cold night sitting there watching the stars above. This is one of the nicest rentals we have every stayed at and will definitely be booking this place again soon.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Kure Beach. The house was so close to the beach and accommodated all of my family nicely. The only thing I would say is that the windows really need better curtains or blinds, in the bathrooms especially. The ones in the living room were ok but one of them didn't work at all. (I guess that would depend in individual privacy preferences). The "green" bedroom upstairs had poor lighting. Those are simple things that could be changed. Overall we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay!!

This was our first time staying in the bay side of Midnight Pass and was pleasantly surprised. From our easy check-in to a very well stocked condo, we had a great time. Wished there were more closer beach access but still had a fabulous time! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our first stay was so magical that we decided to go back for a 2nd time! We were naturally nervous that we wouldn't have the same experience, but let me tell you it was better! iTrip was super nice and responsive. The rental is now pet friendly so we brought our two dogs and they loved it so much! Like they were smiling! We also invited a couple new family members and they had such a good time they wont stop talking about it! The house has such a beautiful energy! The views are gorgeous! The home has its own beach access and the kids loved boogie boarding there. This property has everything you need for the beach and for cooking at home. We loved cooking there so much we only went to a restaurant once. The grocery store there has everything you need. The golf carts worked great to move around the island. The sunrise on East Beach, and sunset on South Beach were absolutely magical! Stargazing while listening to the ocean waves was one of my favorite things to do (they even have zero gravity chairs there for you) We also love our long walks on the beach while drinking an iced latte from Midway Coffee and finding beautiful sea shells! The list goes on! We had such a good time we are definitely going to keep coming back! We already miss it so much!

The condo has been great! The only downfall is that the master bed is hard. The tvs in bedrooms are pretty small and there could be more living room seating. However, wonderful unit, great location, quiet, VERY spacious! Well worth the money!

The unit was as described. There was a miscommunication about having a pack and play at unit but they were quick to fix the issue on both owner side and management side. Overall a great stay with great view and access to ocean. Would stay again and recommend unit to others!

GREAT LOCATION, WALK TO EVERYTHING. CUTE HOUSE. THE ONLY THING I COULD THINK OF WAS, IF YOU ARE TALL THE BEDS ARE TOO SMALL. HUSBAND'S FEET HUNG OVER (HA HA). YOU MIGHT WANT TO GET NEW MATTRESS. The home was clean and inviting. We were comfortable inside or when sharing a meal outside on the patio. The location provided access to many different restaurants and coffee houses. So we walked where we wanted to go and returned to just hang out afterwards. The owner gave us a cozy place to recline and recover.

This is a lovely unit strategically placed on Balboa Island near the ferry, making it easy to walk either over to Marine Ave. or across the ferry to the peninsula. I loved having air-conditioning (which worked perfectly and quietly) and a reserved, covered driveway parking spot (an uncommon amenity on the island). It's also great being next to Todos Santos for coffee in the morning and amazing dinner in the evening. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

This was great trip! Easy planning, communication and a great stay at San Carlos 1408. I would definitely book this condo again! Great location, very clean and nice decor with modern appliances. I loved being able to walk to most places we went! Beach was not overcrowded even on the holiday. It was a great time!

My husband and friends had a wonderful stay here at Haleakala Shores! It was a 5 minute walk to the Kam III and Kam II in a great location in Kihei. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed for a great beach trip - chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc. Thank you for having us!

For my third time to Boise in 3 years I knew I wanted to stay in Hyde Park neighborhood. Best location. This is a large home where there is plenty of room to maneuver. The bikes were a plus! Also, just 20-25 min walk to downtown. I’d stay here again and recommend others do so without any reservations.

We had a fantastic visit and fabulous stay at the house 2 adult and 2 tweens close to lots of sites. Safe neighborhood, kids could go places by themselves! They also give us a few discount ticketss. I recommend the alligator 🐊 spot! I just wish they would not have a weight limit on pets!

Our family of three plus our Aussiedoodle enjoyed our five-day stay at Eastport Easy. The house was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The location was great, an easy walk to nice restaurants and the maritime museum. We enjoyed the fire pit, the deck, and the front porch. We would definitely recommend this as a great getaway and base for exploring all Annapolis has to offer.

The condo was very nice and the location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies you will need. The outdoor area was very comfortable and probably the nicest we have had so far in that complex. The only complaints that we had were that we needed to bring our own beach towels. We have stayed in Harborview Grande four times now and this was the first time we had to bring them. It was very inconvenient as we were flying in fromTexas and the towels took up a ton of space in our suitcases. All the other condos we have stayed in in the past always provided them. The other bummer was that we had to check out by 10am. I think it would be much more reasonable to checkout at 11:00 or 12:00 seeing as you take out the trash, strip the linens, empty the dishwasher and do laundry before you leave.Other than that the rental was very nice. We will rent again in this complex.

Condo has a great layout and perfect ocean view. Perfect for our first time visit to St Augustine. It was nice to fly in and not worry about packing all the little stuff - shampoo, etc. Condo was clean and very homey feeling. Having a half bath on the main level was awesome - saved running up and down the stairs LOL We will definitely book this condo again if we return to the area.

Lovely, inviting home and the relaxing and beautiful Emerald Coast of FL! From the panoramic view with nearly floor to ceiling windows, to the fireworks on the beach, our vacation was nearly perfect! We took our 5 year old grandson and it was his first time at the ocean - it was a week to remember! The sandy white beach, blue tranquil water, and this cozy, comfortable and luxury beach house made it the perfect much-needed getaway!

Our family enjoyed this condo, it’s decorated well, clean and furnishings are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, but I would recommend replacing the toaster, provide more wash clothes (only had 2 for family of 4) and address water leaking out to shower in master bath. These were minor items for us, no big deal. Great location, loved the direct access to the pool. Management company did a great job communicating at our arrival. Best things about this condo was the cleanliness, stocked kitchen, overall comfort and location. We would book here again.

We had a perfect stay here. We were a group of 7 girlfriends and the layout was perfect. Hot tub was great, location can't be beat. Extra vanity outside of bathroom provides great utility. Can't wait to stay again!

Very nice unit. Everything is as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped. Rooms are well and not crowded with furniture. Bathrooms are clean and plenty of towels are supplied. Washer and dryer are an added convenience. The view of the lake is stunning. The community is beautiful and well maintained. Kim and Charles personally addressed any issues promptly.

We are sad to leave today! We had a wonderful time at Kiawah Island and the Sea la Vie was a great place to stay. The check in and check out process was simple. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. We rode bikes and enjoyed some much needed family time! We will certainly return again!!

We had a great time staying at 105 Chambre! The location was great and we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The unit itself very clean and nicely decorated with everything we expected. The deck had the perfect view of the gulf with updated furniture which made evenings watching the sunset even better. We would highly recommend compared to many of the places closer to John's Pass where many members of our 'senior trip' party stayed.

The rental process with iTrip was flawless and stress free. The website is very user friendly as you navigate through the tabs. The local office was close to our condo and picking up our rental packet was a breeze! The total cost of the condo rental was better than what we reviewed on VRBO. We were pleasantly surprised by that. The condo unit at North Beach Resort was exceptional. This was one of the nicest and cleanest condo units we have had the pleasure of visiting. The staff and security at this resort are the best. They take your visit and safety seriously. The weather was a little rainy but the grandkids had a blast at the many pools and also at the beach. We had a wonderful time despite the weather. Thanks and maybe we will see you again next year.

We booked this trip 36 hours before departure and it all went smoothly. I got texts from Madison and she was so helpful with entire process. The house was great! 3 couples each had their own space and bathroom. The kitchen /living space and decks were great for hanging out. Extra fridge in garage was really helpful. We had never been to Kure Beach so the pier was really a great spot for activity. I found pickle ball at local park down the street. Had great walks, good convenience store on corner too. I will definitely be back and will offer my advice to anyone who wants a great beach trip.

We loved this home! It was even better than the photos. We paid to have the pool heated and it was such a perfect temperature. The community the home is in is incredibly quiet (& beautiful) so floating in the pool was so relaxing. The backyard is full of humming birds, doves and quails which were neat to watch. However, if you’re a light sleeper bring some ear plugs as the doves are quite noisy especially in the mornings. We were unable to reach anyone for small issues during our stay by texting the number provided but we received response by emailing itrip and received prompt support. We will definitely return to this home.

We were in town for Thanksgiving with our family. Casa Guillermo was perfect. Plenty of room and great location. We were really surprised at how quiet the location was, considering the size of the city. The washer/ dryer were great, huge capacity! Only small issue was the lack of kitchen tools and pots and pans. Granted, we were preparing Thanksgiving dinner. Overall a wonderful stay.

My husband and I had a great 2nd trip to the E32 Unit, we loved it the first time and our second trip was even better. Our 3 year old twins love the beach and pool, and you can not go wrong in staying here. The location is great and the complex is clean and well maintained, the unit has everything you might need. Great location with a great view and wonderful sounds of the ocean from both decks. Walking distance to restaurants and shops! Biking path was a plus too. We had a great vacation inspite of tropical storm Alberto! The beach was beautiful! Just a walk across the courtyard to the beach.

House was Beautiful. The cleaning before We arrived could have been better. They should invest in a bigger refrigerator and should upgrade the kitchen appliances and utensils. Also there was only one trashcan out back for trash and we were there for 5 days with 8 people. Neighborhood nice, Neighbors nice, everything else was good.

It’s all about location and there is no better location then beachfront. You’re walking distance to restaurants and bars. And everybody’s very friendly and outgoing. Flagler Beach is a hidden gem.

We love staying at Simba Run. The condo association does a great job running it as it is very clean and efficient, as well as having improvements and upgrades made constantly. The shuttle bus makes it so convenient to get to the mountain or even West Vail for grocery shopping. The unit that we stayed in was so beaurful, even nicer than the pictures, and we felt so at home. It was quite easy to book through ITrip and they were quite responsive and even checke dup on us once we checked in, just to make sure that everything was ok. The whole process was seamless.

The house is well furnished and plenty of equipment for a long stay. It was very comfortable and lots of space. The furnishings did not feel like we were living in Ikealand, which is often the case with properties that are used mainly as rentals. the outside space was large and the pool and spa we had heated for our stay. The pool is big enough for lap swimming, unlike many kidney-shaped pools that are more decorative. The feel of the house made it seem like a place I would happily rent again. The only things missing were champagne glasses but that is easily fixed.

We loved our stay at 412 Banyan. The house was beautiful and the layout was perfect for us. We had 4 adults and 5 children. The resort pools were incredible and our sons loved the lazy river. It was a longer walk than I was expecting to the ocean/pools because the shuttles weren't running due to COVID. The washer and dryer were great and the private pool was incredible. My only complaint was that the kitchen wasn't stocked very well. There were no plastic cups or plates for kids to use outside and no plastic Tupperware or anything similar to use for leftovers. The location was perfect. We were so close to everything and walked to Nacho Hippo for dinner one night and walked to Hamburger Joes another day. Lots of great shopping at Barefoot Landing

The owners of Saltwater sanctuary deserve 10 stars!!!! The gorgeous little cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated !!! We were beyond pleased with our stay and the accommodations! Everything is as pictured and plus …. I’m a stickler for clean places and truthful advertisement!!! Everyone can say oh our place is clean and new etc but until you get there you won’t know for sure but I was not disappointed here at all !!! Thanks to the owners who took time to even have a NEW golf cart available for our use ! What a treat !!! We were tickled pink to drive around 3O A !! The code was provided for the HVAC system as well ! The beds are very comfortable and pads are on each mattress that my family used . We didn’t need the twin bunks . This has been the best family Christmas trip Bc of several reasons which includes this place !!! Once again we were beyond satisfied with EVERYTHING! the decor , the company handling our info , and the extras that comes along with this cottage!

We just returned from a very nice stay at the Palms 716. Our party included 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The condo was very clean, and beautifully decorated! I would certainly recommend this unit. The complex wasn't huge so there was never a wait for elevator, and there were always lounge chairs available at the pool. We enjoyed our stay!

Great getaway with beautiful sunsets. We encountered so much marine life, manatees swimming by close to shore, dolphins, baby sharks, and even the seagulls and Pelicans were fun to watch. The bed was comfy and the condo had everything we needed. I might suggest that a rental car may not be needed. The walk to John's Pass was pretty easy and the trolley stops right outside the condo. Also I heard there is freebeachride.com. We didn't use that but was an option. So many close restaurants. We will definitely be back! Loved our stay.

We are half way through our stay in Vista Cay, what a wonderful place to stay. Not far from any of the parks or shopping centres. Welcome pack was appreciated to get our stay started. And as a party of six we have plenty of space Apartment is spotless and balcony a is great for my cup of tea I the mornings and glass of wine to watch the fireworks in the evening. A short walk to the pool and pool bar, where all of the staff are so friendly. We would highly recommend staying here.

This property is very nice, just minutes from Vail Town Centre, which is just across I-70, and well equipped. The views are stunning. The rooms comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of appliances, plates and drink ware, and all stylish. The beds are comfortable, as is the living room. It's really an ideal location with outstanding accommodations. Do know that if you're traveling to the area in the few really hot weeks of summer, like most places, there is no AC. It did get into the 50s at night, with a good breeze working in through the large patio door. It does take a bit to cool down to sleeping temps, however. Still, very happy with the stay.

The family had a wonderful stay at the unit and enjoyed the many thing offered in the Park City area. We were disappointed with the quality of some of the beds, the guests should not be required to replace the boards under the beds to hold up the mattress. When we needed a little service help from maintenance it was timely and helpful. We would use the iTip services again.

Wonderful vacation! The view of the ocean from the deck is spectacular, especially as I had my morning coffee! The accommodations were clean and just the perfect size for the two of us. Centrally located to everything. Every household accessorie is present in the kitchen. One issue we ran into was my husband got locked out of the condo at 8:50 am on the day we were checking out. The entry keypad would not accept the combination. The combination was supposed to be good until 10 am, luckily I was still in the condo. Other than that incident, everything was great!

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the wine from the local winery you provided. What a great treat! We were blow away by the excellent location to all the attractions and having a prime parking spot! We spent lots of time on the large balcony watching the action. Entering a well presented and clean house is always a good start. No complaints and we had a great time. Perhaps the only ding I could say is parking is limited to two vehicles and there is nowhere for a visitor to park. Overall still a great rental and we will likely use it again.

we have rented this condo for several years and have always enjoyed ourselves. There were a few cosmetic items we noticed that had not had attention from the previous year and we wanted to bring your attention to these items. 1. patio rockers need a definite paint job and new cushions. 2. ceiling fans make a squeaking noise 3, Peeling paint on ceiling in spare bedroom 4. Ceiling spots in master bedroom near window 5. Bathrooms need some TLC We love the personnel service we received from Mandy at itrips she defiantly goes out of her way to ensure you have a great time.

This home was a 10+ for our weekend at the beach! The house has so much space, decorated as a beach cottage. Super comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with 3 bathrooms ( a must for 6 women!) The best part is that the home is 2min to the beach! We enjoyed a full day of sunshine, swimming and sunbathing! Great amenities and the hosts are so responsive. Do not pass this gem up!!

We had a lovely time staying at Sailors Aweigh. The home was located at the perfect spot to visit Boston for a day and Salem for a day. The area is remarkable, with a laidback, quaint feeling. Lots of people out walking, jogging/running, biking, etc. Our boys enjoyed many games of croquet. At no point did we feel like we had to keep them under a watchful eye. Of course, they are 12 and older, but we had no worries. If you are looking to visit the area, this is a house in a picturesque setting. You can’t go wrong! Enjoy!!!

My husband and I along with our Canines Companion for Independence puppy stayed at 1490 Vintage Lane in the Briarwood Community, Naples, Florida. The house was nicely appointed, very clean, with a great view of rhe lake. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, and glassware. Pots and pans were all in excellent condition and the appliances seemed quite new and also spick and span! The master bedroom and bath were spacious with plenty of closet space. The bedroom was very comfortable and relaxing. The development is situated in a great area of the city. It was very easy to get around from there. We also enjoyed just walking the neighborhood. It's all so well maintained and the people we met were all very friendly. The only regret we had was that we were only there a week. We would definitely stay two next time!

The condo was very nicely decorated and well-kept. It was nice that it was on the 2nd floor and easy to take the stairs down to the beach. Parking passes were waiting for us, and everything was clean and nice. One review mentioned leaving chairs outside the door--we got reprimanded by security for that so I wouldn't advise doing that.

Dolphin watch has the most amazing location with a private walkway to the beach. It was perfect for 3 families (11 guests total, 6 adults and 5 children) the house is mostly well maintained and better than the pictures. The person assigned to us from itrip was extremely responsive and helpful. The only issue was the dishwasher wasn’t working.

This home was so clean & comfortable, it made vacations so easy. The management staff was incredible- and readily available. The location is less than a 5 min drive to El Paseo, so convenient!!! The condo was EXACTLY as advertised. Very comfortable, decorated beautifully and we had everything we needed. One big plus was no stairs with it being on the floor level. That is good for those of us who have bad knees. We spent some good quality time with some great friends and look forward to doing it again and this condo will definitely be our choice! Great location, walk 2 blocks to the PCMR center. Dori is very responsive. First floor is two master suites nicely updated. Washer/dryer stack is in between and works well. Second floor is kitchen, 3rd bath and living room. Kitchen and bath a little dated but everything works. Third floor is loft bedroom with 3 beds. Easily accommodates 6-7 guests. Mountain, grocery, coffee all within walking distance. We did a family ski vacation with adult children and it was great. We took the bus to Main Street and later walked back, the younger generation walked both ways!

What a wonderful home. Well kept, very clean and well stocked. The view was amazing and the living room set up was perfect for a girls weekend or large family. The kitchen was spacious, the table big enough to seat everyone. The rooms were decorated so cute, charming decor and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and linens were super soft. The basement was an extra bonus, air hockey and ping pong kept the kids entertained for hours. A record player with records and a vintage bike. The place was seriously well thought out and I cannot wait to come and stay again. We had a question about wifi and the host was quick to respond. Would highly recommend this place!

We rented the house for our family to bond and share in our wedding. We had my husband's mother, my husband's daughter and son-in-law, my two kids and their spouses and grand daughter. The house was perfect for us having all the bedrooms and private bathrooms for everyone. Even though one of the stoves went out the third day we were there, the iTrip staff was very accommodating. Allan and Fred were awesome. Fred even gave me flowers from his own garden for my bridal bouquet. We enjoyed having the house across the street from Napili beach that we had our wedding ceremony performed out. I recommend this house to anyone who wants to be close to the beach. From 74 to 7 we had a blast! The house is big and multiple levels makes us not feel as though we all have our space! Bottom floor has large one car garage, laundry room, and separate large bedroom. Second floor has three bedrooms, one with a balcony! Third floor has large kitchen, large sitting area, and a large bedroom with an on-site. Elevator goes to all floors.

Overall great space inside and out! First floor is spacious and works well for large families. The patio and yard were fantastic. Very well provisioned throughout the house. Kitchen had everything we needed to feed a crowd. Bedrooms are laid out very well and the basement space is incredible. Stayed at Captains Quarters 30A two years in a row. We fit six adults and five kids comfortably. The kids range in age from 6 years old to 1 year old. House has everything you need. We noticed that the owners must have done some upgrades during the off season. Really did a great job with the updates. The house is about a quarter mile from the beach. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. 30A has a very nice walking, jogging, or bike path. There are numerous restaurants and shopping very close by. There are two name brand grocery stores within a few miles also. Would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach Fl.

This is our 2nd time staying here in 2 months! The weather was cold so we weren’t able to use the pool but the house was very clean and the bonfire was nice. The view is simply incredible. We love how close it is to everything and how quiet the area is. We can’t wait to come back in 2021! Fingers crossed there is a pool heater addition next time so we don’t have to worry about the weather not cooperating or off season! :-)

This unit has very large windows on three sides so there is great natural light all day. Good room sizes, great condition. Close to lifts (one block walk). Quiet. Ski/boot room is very convenient. No restaurant or bar but a couple of choices within walking distance. Covered parking. Overall excellent.

We had a FABULOUS stay at the Mountain Queen! The condo is well laid out, everything was clean. The beds were REALLY comfortable and the kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I've used in a rental. We had a variety of pots and pans and plenty of dishes of different sizes. The only negative is getting into the condo. The complex sits at the top of a hill and once you climb the hill, you have 40 exterior steps to go up to get inside. Fortunately, all the steps have hand rails and slip resistance. We knew from the photos that there would be steps, but not how many. It's fine for an active group, but if I'd realized I think I would have split my one big bag into two smaller bags that would be easier to carry up the stairs. (Especially since I was also carrying my parents things.)

Westgate hotel makes everything extremely convenient. The ski valet is very helpful- skis are ready to go for you every morning without needing to carry equipment around. Great restaurants all within a few minutes of walking. You can easily spend a week here without needing a car/rental. Our room was great, with a cozy fireplace, steam shower and was equipped with everything we needed. Planning on coming back!

Great place to stay! High above Breckenridge- it has stunning views. The place was amazing. Clean and updated. There is no grill to cook on and no place to make s'mores unless you want to build a fire in the fireplace and clean it out. That was the only downside to this place. Everything else was fabulous! My son (10) and I really enjoyed our stay! The layout at Westgate feels confusing at first but once you learn it - very easy to navigate. My son loved the pools, ping-pong, and arcade. It is a very family-friendly location. The service staff were all very helpful and kind. Having ski valet (free) that brings your skis/poles to the gondola and back every day is such a nice perk! Overnight boot drying (free) is also a great service at Westgate. The hosts were very attentive and responsive to any questions/requests. We will stay here again!

We enjoyed our recent stay very much, The condo is spacious, well decorated and the view from the deck is gorgeous. We had stayed in this complex 2 years ago so we were familiar with the area and complex, The pictures online are accurate. Patio furniture is slightly different, 1 lounge, 2 chairs, coffee table. A large cooler, a huge box of beach toys and a collection of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards were available. Beds were comfortable. The remote controls for the ceiling fan lights in the bedrooms seem to be synced so when we turned on/off light in master, light in second room turned on/off. The touch lights on master headboard did not work for us. Kitchen is well equiped and all appliances functioned fine. We didn't use the stove. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed there as two couples and had an amazing time. All the paperwork was bang on from the address to the facilities to the pictures. iTrip provided great service. Jeff one of the maintenance men was very helpful, even helped me change a signal light bulb in my van because I didn't have the right tool. He is one major asset to your company as he helped us in so many other areas. I would definately recommend this property to a friend or relative. We are hoping to stay again next year in 2018 for the month of March, Lord willing. The main items we enjoyed were the beach, the Publix grocery store, the pool, Sloppy Joes, the boardwalk, and just being able to walk the streets and feel safe. Thanks for everything.

The pool is amazing, and the easy walk to the beach was perfect even with toddlers. We loved the large kitchen with pantry as well. The fridge is a little small for such a large group, it’d be great to see them add an extra fridge. The house was very clean and the hosts were responsive via text.. although we didn’t really need anything. Noise does travel easily through the house, but it was no issue. We would certainly stay again.

We had a great stay this past week. The kitchen was recently remodeled and was great! (the pictures are not yet updated to reflect the brand new appliances and improved layout). We had planet of space for our family of 4 (including 2 kids). It was also an easy walk to a number of lifts at Park City. The hot tub was also great at the end of the day. I booked this house for my girlfriend and her family. This house is amazing with plenty of room for all our guests and visitors. It has a large, well equipped kitchen and spacious living room with a sun room overlooking the ocean. It has 3 large bedrooms and 3 baths on the main floor. In the garage there is almost a separate apartment with 3 beds, a bathroom, a microwave and a small refrigerator. This was great for her oldest son and his significant other. The house is in a great locations within walking distance of stores and the boardwalk. The garage is full of toys and games as well as bikes for use by guests. The house was incredibly clean yet nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this house for any large family yet it's inexpensive price could allow for just a romantic weekend for two. Fantastic view and absolutely wonderful condo. Close to all the shops and dining and hiking! Host was extremely responsive with questions and recommendations if needed. The stairs and walk back from dining are not always fun because of the incline but it was not a problem. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and we had plenty of towels so we did not have to do laundry to have enough towels for the week. Easy check out procedures too. We had an early flight so we didn't have time to do a lot of clean up prior to leaving and none was required.

What a beautiful condo! Beautifully decorated, so cozy and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is here! To wake up to the view of the lake after an amazing nights rest was amazing. Was perfect for some much needed down time for our family! I cannot wait to return here in the near future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We had a GREAT trip to Gulf Shores!! Our unit was clean, comfy and all that we had hoped for. We used the Xplorie benefits for the zoo and a dolphin cruise. We would definitely recommend this unit to others. The view is AMAZING!!!

We had a girls' getaway in Vail and this house was absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms and restrooms were beautiful, comfortable, and everyone really enjoyed their individual spaces. The common rooms like the dining room, living room, game room, and TV room were also great! The kitchen had everything we needed and the view was outstanding. We also had a few children with us who enjoyed the house as much as we did, if not more! It was also really close to downtown Vail and Walmart, which was great! I would definitely recommend staying at this house!

We loved this condo and building! Very spacious and beautiful decorations. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy spending time together. Especially love the patio where you can sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. The condo is a great location, walking distance to the gondola and plenty of restaurants. Restaurants in the building are convenient and good too. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the house and the location. The I Trip people were very responsive. They replaced an outdoor grill that was not working. Brought us new pot and pan set; as we rented for two months. We rented it for January to March 1st in 2026 after such a great experience.

Our stay on Kiawah Island was perfect! The house was well appointed, the living space was awesome and the bedrooms were comfortable. The location was perfect with beach access nearby. Steven and Sarah provided us with a welcome note and some goodies to help get our weekend off to a great start! All in all, it was a wonderful weekend spent catching up with friends! We’re hoping to get back to Kiawah Island in the future.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed to enjoy the week! Even beach chairs, cooler, sand toys! How comfortable and enjoyable! We had an issue with hair dryer and was responded to immediately and new one delivered promptly. Definitely one of our best stays in Treasure Island. And oh the view from this 6th floor condo...gorgeous and relaxing!

This is the second year in a row that we stayed at Tennessee Delight 3. We had a wonderful time again this year. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. Everything you could possibly need is available in the house and you're only 10-15 minutes to downtown. We look forward to our visit next year!

We love to stay at River Rock cabin any chance we get! It is perfect for our family of 7. The cabin is well stocked with everything you need. We love the big back yard for the kids, the hot tub, the game room, and the nearby rec center. The beds are comfortable and the cabin is tastefully furnished. Thank you for sharing your little slice of Heaven with our family! Great memories were made here!

The most relaxing little cabin was perfect for us!! Felt like we were on a private island. Everything we needed was here. So cozy. Loved out door shower!! Traveling through Flordia this was our first stop for a few days.
