Wanted to take a moment to leave a review for our recent stay during the Memorial Day weekend. The location and home were a great find and a perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend on the creek. Home was very welcoming and the downstairs man cave was a definite plus. Great place to hang out, play darts and cornnhole and spend time with the family. Deer and turkeys paid us a visit, as well. Definitely plan to return in the future!

The chic chalet in Idledale is exactly that: well appointed by intelligent hosts, tastefully decorated by a creative owner, a conventient location for a getaway in the Colorado foothills. Great views of layers of foothills, moon rising, garden of wildflowers, intelligently designed interior space. Thoughtful welcoming touches provided by the hosts.

We had such an amazing trip to BC this summer. We didn’t want to leave. The condo felt so homey and was very comfortable for our family. It was our home away from Home. The location was perfect. All restaurants and shops were within walking distance and it was perfect to go outside and walk to the trails. Having a/c in the condo was a definite plus, a must have in the summer. We will be back again and stay here for another family vacation!

ITrip was great to work with. We had reported battery out on our key lock. They were quick to come fix the issue and brought us more chairs for beach without question. The home was clean and stocked fully in kitchen and linens for our stay! Will use iTrip again!!

This condo was perfect! It was on the second floor & had the most beautiful view over the pool & the ocean. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen had everything we could need. The pool and hot tub were always clean. The beach was so close, just walked down the Commodore walk way & the beach was right there! Perfect for little kids and all their toys! Definitely the perfect condo for 2 families and their kiddos to enjoy. Can’t wait to come back and visit soon!

My family thoroughly enjoyed the Annapolis Firehouse. We stayed for Commissioning Week 2023. The location was easily walkable to DTA and the Academy. We found that we were always able to find street parking. The home it self was very fun, comfortable for family members who joined us and well appointed. Appliances were high end. The shower in the master bathroom is amazing! We appreciated the extra fridge in the garage which we used to store beverages and meat. There was a grill which we pulled out onto the driveway to grill burgers and steaks. We hosted a small grad party with a charcuterie on the island on the kitchen. All of our guests commented on the fun location. The BEST part of our stay was the kind neighbors on either side who took time to greet us and even attended our party. My only suggestion for improvement would be hangers in the closets.

We try and come to Aspen’s Woody Creek area to visit with family and friends every year or two. This year proved to be another great trip at another great location. The views were extraordinary. The cabin was well maintained and had pretty much everything we needed. It could use a little salt for cooking and sugar for coffee. But other than that, we were very comfortable. Checking in and out was fairly painless. There was a private gate I had an issue with the first day, but soon had mastered. Overall a magical experience. We hope to come back soon.

This house is wonderfully appointed, very comfortable furniture and beds, well stocked bathroom and kitchen. We were very comfortable in the house and didn't need anything as everything was provided. We would stay here again!

Such a cute little condo! We have never stayed down this far down in PCB, FL, but it was actually nice! You’re still close enough to town to do all the things there, but far enough to not have the crowds! It was clean and comfortable and we throughly enjoyed our stay! The team made sure we were informed on everything, which was wonderful as well! Plus, we never had to wait for a elevator!!!! Which is not very common during the summer at condos!

Amazing location, arguably the best located condo at any ski resort. Nicely appointed, could do with an upgrade to the TVs and perhaps nicer linens but otherwise a fantastic choice. ITrip team were incredibly responsive and very helpful from start to finish.

This was our second time staying at this condo. Both times have been with iTrip. After this trip, I can confidently say we'll be planning our third trip soon. Everything went smoothly and the condo was exactly what we needed for our trip. It was also a bonus to be able to book our snorkeling trip with them which saved us $100.

We had a group of 9 that included a toddler through senior citizens and the house worked perfectly. It was well equipped for all our needs. The location was great having only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The wagon, chairs, and other beach supplies were helpful because half of our group flew and half drove. The gathering spaces in the house were perfect for catching up with family. We were happy to have a very nice grill and appreciated the spare propane tank. Overall great for families of all ages with the nice walkways and neighborhood with quiet hours.

Love this house. We never once sat in the living room, we were always out at the pool area. Very peaceful and relaxing home and neighborhood. House was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. Sunset were beautiful. In the cove, you can see fish jumping, dolphins, and sharks in the morning and evening. My 20 year old kids and their friends loved it. Will definitely rent this house again.

We had such a wonderful trip to HHI, and this cozy condo was the icing on the cake. After beach time and walking to Coligny to eat (great restaurants, by the way!) - it was so nice to come "home" to a clean and cute beachy condo with an amazing view of the beach. When they say near the ocean, they mean it. You can see the waves from the (really comfy) chaise couch by the big TV. You guys thought of everything. You even had storage bins in the bathroom closet so we could each have a shelf for our stuff and USB outlets behind each night table. Nice touch. We'll be back as soon as we can. Thanks again.

I used to live in the historic district of Annapolis and remember this unique street very well. It’s quaint, full of character, and steps away from the lively market square with all of the dining, shopping, and entertainment. We were active over the 2-night stay, and we appreciated the VERY clean, quiet, and comfortable home when we needed a little downtime.

Beautiful home! Advertised EXACTLY as is! Very easy and pleasant check in process. Smooth and seamless! The home was big enough to accommodate our whole family. Very comfortable and so nice having our own pool in the backyard! I would rent this same property again next year!

My husband and I stayed here the last week of June 2016 and we fell in love with this place! Everything was as described. The view was magnificent! We were right on the beach which was never crowded by the way. The room was stocked with everything you need. As a matter of fact we will likely fly down next time since we really don't need to bring all the extras. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect. We did have a minor issue with the power while there but someone came and took care of the issue within an hour! We were super impressed! We are simply in love with the place and cannot wait to return! Many thanks to the owners and management company for a fantastic stay.

Condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and had nice appliances. It was nice to have the wagon and beach chairs to bring down to the beach. Unfortunately we did not discover these till we already had been at Target and bought beach chairs! It would have been to have a binder in there with info about this and other things about the condo that I’ve seen in other places we’ve rented We did have issues getting the TV to work and air conditioning to work. The management were very quick to respond and solve things. Much appreciated!

We totally enjoyed our stay. We were only a few minutes from everything in Scottsdale. The house was clean and tidy, the beds comfortable. It was a little early to use the pool but it was maintained very well. Being so close to games, golf and restaurants kept the lyft bill down. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet for a place so close to the action. 2 thumbs way up!

The cabin is wonderful and yes it felt very clean on check-in. Loved that everything was ready and it was a fuss-free check-in and out. Thank you for responding to the two small maintenance issues we noted and hope they are quick fixes before the next guests. As others have mentioned no air in the pool area and the windows are locked. It could feel very warm in there and I can't imagine later in the summer! The house was well stocked, the only item we needed and didn't have was a pizza cutter. My kids are older now but I loved the stools to help them reach the sink and would have been so excited to see those when they were younger. I would recommend mentioning bringing your own pool towels in the listing. We did and I saw it on the check-in email but if it is a big group not everyone might get the message. This was an excellent property and I would recommend it to anyone for their trip!

what drew my family and i to this property was the beautiful decor and wonderful pool. little did we know the service from the property manager was going to be just as good! we had one little issue that was resolved quickly. all communications were fast and polite. this is going to be the place we stay at from now on!

This apartment is lovely. The furnishings, the location, the supplied kitchen tools are all top notch. 1404 is super comfortable and beds have spectacular mattresses. Dining tables in the family room and kitchen are a nice touch. The views from front and rear patios are wonderful, with plenty of marsh birds and deer on display. Our family loved it, and Daisy Mae (our fur baby) didn’t want to leave, she made so many friends and loved the little beach out back. We’ll be back.

I’ve been coming to Kiawah for 28 years. This is the nicest villa I’ve stayed in. Last summer I came with my husband and my dog. When I was booking my beach vacation for this year with just my daughter, I knew to book this one. Perfect little walk to the beach; nice cozy deck off the back for morning coffee and late night relaxing. Beautifully decorated inside. The owners are super nice too. I’d be interested in booking this villa in the winter when we come down to look for a place to buy for a retirement.

We absolutely loved this house, we had a family Reunion with my siblings, it was a great way to get away together and enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. We grew up going camping at Honeyman State Park, so we reconvened as adults at this house. The house was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We all agreed we would come back to this house in a heartbeat.

I knew when I saw the house name “Turtle Dunes” this had to be the house we rented for our family vacation. I LOVE TURTLES! The house was perfect for our family of 16. The house was super clean, the beds were so comfortable and the kitchen totally stocked with everything needed to cook great meals. I can’t say enough about how beautiful yet comfortable this house is. The beach has fantastic soft white sand and it is private so no crowds. The sand wasn’t hot even on 95 degree days. There were two turtle nests right in front of the house. And what a wonderful view of the ocean sitting on the deck. The windows in the house are big and there are lots of them, so when we had a thunderstorm, we had a great light show with all the lightening. This house is WONDERFUL!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Main Sail! The home was beautifully decorated, fresh and modern without a lot of fuss. The beds were comfy and the hardwood floors throughout are beautiful! We appreciated the starter pack of K-Cups for coffee in the morning while we waited for groceries to be delivered. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had an issue with access to the condo but had an immediate response from Mark. The condo was close to restaurants and shopping. The problem we encountered most nights was finding a parking spot by the condo. We usually had to park down by building F and one night we were afraid we would have to park outside the gate

First off we loved this condo so much we were lucky enough to extend our stay. We love Treasure Island because it's close to our favorite restaurants and it's quiet. The condo was more than accommodating for our family of 4. The kid's bounced back and forth between sleeping in the bedroom and the pull out couch. We also got some crab legs from Publix and other stuff from The Shrimp Co. and had an awesome dinner in the condo. Lastly you can't beat the view from the bedroom. Waking up to the ocean every morning sure did make it hard to leave. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Second time renting here. Had a group of six stay here for an extended weekend getaway. Home is directly located next to beach walkway access which made getting to and from the beach a breeze. Home is comfortable and clean. Will be returning!

We absolutely loved Sanibel Island and the condo we rented at The Historic Island Inn. The condo was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the view, and the amenities that were there for us. Plenty of beach towels to use and beach chairs too! The beach itself had an incredible amount of shells - really cool!!! This place is highly recommended!!! Can"t wait to come back!!!

We had a family gathering for my mom's 90th birthday celebration and this was the perfect place for it! The house is easy to get to, and it is located in a nice quiet neighborhood but also close to shopping for anything you want or need. It is one level, which was nice for my mom, the bedrooms were comfortable and the whole house was clean and tidy. The open kitchen/living area design worked very well for self-serve food set up. But the highlight is the big, beautiful, spacious, fully fenced backyard! The kids had a blast playing and the adults enjoyed visiting with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. Everyone commented on what a great place it is and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Love the St. Johns River. I could have sat on the back porch all day long. We fished and shrimped. The house looks like it was remodeled but not everything looked completed. Bring condiments because there weren't very many. Otherwise everything was great.

We stayed at the mountain villa unit 24 and had an absolutely amazing time. The house was so spacious and modern. We were right in the lake and in the evenings watched a beautiful sunset with one night seeing a double rainbow over the lake. I highly recommend using itrip and staying at this property.

This place is a hidden gem. Easy walking distance to the beach and surrounding attractions. Very roomy, great balcony. The private outdoor shower was the icing on the cake after a long day at the beach. Incredible location!

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house to end our jaunt from South Dakota to Idaho. Let me start with the bad, and these comments are from native Floridians where the biggest mountains are at Disney World. If you have ANY mobility issues, this is not the place for you. You park at the top of the driveway because the incline is extreme. My 50 lbs suitcase almost pulled me down the driveway. Luckily, there are pebbles on the side that work like "getaway truck" ramps. Access to the lake is also down a lot of stairs. That said, most lake houses in this part of the country are that way due to the geologic formation. Also, the road to the rental is not for the faint of heart. There are portions that are, for all intents and purposes, single track; however, it is a relatively desolate road from what we experienced. The house is stunning. The decor was so lovely and appropriate for the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable, as were the chairs on the upper deck. All the appliances were high end and worked well. The linens were plush, and there were plenty of high quality beach towels. The view from the deck is amazing - not just the lake but the deer that frequented the house in the morning and evening. The lake was so crystal clear. The lower deck had two chaise lounges, which were also comfortable. The management company was readily available, and we were able to check in about a half an hour early. They also informed us when the lawn crew was coming so we weren't surprised. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for those who can manage the terrain. If you go, take a visit to Sweet Lou's restaurant. We fell in love with it last year when we were in Sandpoint, so we were excited to be able to go there this year also. It is very convenient to the rental.

We loved our experience at Marlin Key 4F! This was our second year in a row to stay at Marlin Key, although this year was the best. This unit was spotless, comfortable and well appointed! Checkin and checkout were a breeze and we received communication throughout the entire 3 day, 4 night stay from ITrip ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed! The location is great and we love the covered parking. We had some rain but it was no problem because you were always in the dry. If I had one suggestion it would be to provide a little detail on operating the large TV in the common area and change remote batteries. Some didn’t work. We are older and not very techy. Not a game changer though! Great experience and we will be back next year hopefully!

We had a wonderful, relaxing girls trip in Depoe Bay, at Luna Bella. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet and it’s an easy walk down to the beach from the house. The beach was not crowded at all and could walk for quite a ways. Love the wrap around porch! The home was comfortable, great to have two bedrooms with full baths. I slept in the nook bed and it was not a problem at all. We all were very impressed with the comfort of the mattresses. We had everything we needed, and our little “needs” were quickly dealt with by the hosts. We would definitely stay at Luna Bella again! And if you come, the little c’est la vie cafe at the entrance to the development should be on your places to eat!! So so good!!

The place we stayed in was amazing!! The lady in the office rude when we walked in. We were trying to find which condoenium we were suppose to go to and she didnt even try to help us. Our family absolutely loved staying here. The house was decorated beautifully and had just about everything you could think of. With our children ranging from 18 to 3 we were fully equipped to relax by the pool, have fun at the beach, or to have a game night and BBQ with the family. The kids loved being able to bike around the neighborhood and not a far walk to the pool, playground, or the tennis/pickleball courts and fitness center. Less than 10 minutes from stores restaurants and close to Beathany Beach and Centrally located to both Rehoboth and Ocean City made this a great location. The community is so bright and welcoming it felt like a little town where people waved as we drove in and out. It put just an extra special touch a fantastic vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great family Labor day weekend at the cabin. Fabulous views and can also watch the planes fly in and out of Aspen. The cabin is very comfortable with a great layout for privacy too with one bedroom/bath upstairs and one bedroom/bath downstairs. It was so nice to be out of the craziness of Aspen, but close enough to go into town if you like. Fantastic hiking in the area. Be sure to get reservations if you plan to do any hiking in the Maroon Bells Area (highly recommended). Loved our stay!

The four of us had a great stay at this lovely home. The living room and kitchen were equipped for total relaxation. While the pool wasn't big enough to swim laps or anything, it was wonderful and refreshing to take a dip or linger in. The sound of the waterfalls lulls you into a state of relaxation, and there are plenty of lounge chairs. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge, and the bed was very comfortable! We started our mornings early, watching the sun come up over the golf course while we sipped coffee. You could get used to this! We had planned on finding a place that had all the conveniences so we wouldn't have to leave the property much, and it delivered on that. Only gripes: The A/C in the casita was underpowered, so it got warm in there and made sleeping or afternoon napping a bit uncomfortable. The ceiling fan was too noisy to be of any use, and trying to cool it off made the rest of the house downright chilly. Hopefully, those things will be fixed soon. Otherwise, we'd go back there in a heartbeat. And in fact, we have already forwarded the property info to several friends.

The house had everything the listing stated and more. It is the perfect house for a family getaway. The spacious layout was fantastic, the kitchen had everything for cooking and the dishes and silverware were were enough for us we were 8 people. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great. The pool area was so nice , the pool was heated for real and clean. The management were top notch and I felt they were available to me for any questions or help with anything. James from management was there when we arrived and he helped us get our things in the home, thanks James! We would return and recommend the home to other people. The location was excellent we actually walked to the beach and it was a short ride to St Augustine old town. One evening we took Uber , very convenient . We loved the house and so did our family.

My family and I had a wonderful visit to Ocean Villa #76.The reservation process was very easy and the communication for check in and check out was excellent. The condo is a perfect home away from home. It is a very spacious 3/2 condo with a kitchen, living area with a wonderful sun room and patio overlooking the pool. The condo was spotless and decorated with a lovely beach theme. They also stocked it with all the extras beach chairs , umbrellas, towels and much more. You are also provided with a coffee sample from the local gourmet coffee shop and coupons for local goodies. The property is very well maintained. Beach access was very good. We will definitely head back!

We had a wonderful stay, the townhome was beautiful and perfect for 2 families. The views were amazing and the weather, well, just perfect. We had never stayed in the Beaver Creek area and we loved it. One of our new favorite towns to visit is Edwards, so quaint and fun. We spent time relaxing, reading and also included some adventure. We went white water rafting, horseback riding and rode 4x4's, so much fun. Even though the townhome has no air conditioning, it was perfectly comfortable. We did as suggested and had windows open for the cross breeze and utilized the fans and we comfortable, if not a little chilly at times!! Hope to be back soon, thank you for a wonderful time and place to relax.

Loved staying here. Was very clean and very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view off the back porch. It felt very roomy with 12 people- 3 families. The only down fall was there was not enough bath towels and wash rags to go around and only one trash bag was available. Over all I would recommend this property to family and friends.

The condo was extremely well stocked with so many things we weren't expecting. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were very close by. Unfortunately since we got sick right after arriving in the desert, we had to leave a week early. We let the office know we wouldn't be putting the trash cans outside for pickup since we wouldn't be there to bring them in. We would like to mention a couple of things. There was no spatula to turn eggs. Otherwise, the kitchen was great and has everything one could need. There was no way to lock the small door into the garage. There is one broken blind on the far right end entering the patio. The ceiling vent in the master blows directly onto the bed and makes it very cold. The ceiling fan in the master turns the wrong way (opposite from the one in the living room). If you were using heat, it would be right.

I rented this town house for 3nights for my birthday, and it honestly made the celebration much more enjoyable! Enjoyed how cozy and home like it was, location is very convienent. We went a few days after a snow storm, so the fireplace was put to good use! Hopefully coming back during the warmer months later this year so we can walk to and from main st, instead of having to drive & find parking since we were only a 3 minute drive, 15 minute walk, away from all the fun that goes on at main st! We woke up to animal tracks all around the back and side of the house, so that made for a great view during breakfast! we had such an amazing time thanks to how awesome this place was! I will recommend it to anyone looking to visit the amazing town of Breckinridge!

We stayed a Magnolias on Cobblestoe for 3 months. The unit is spacious and clean. We truly felt at home , everything you need was provided. We enjoyed using the grill and relaxing on the back patio. We loved lthe community and the beautiful landscaping. It felt like we were living at a resort that was tucked away yet there was tons of stores and lots of restaurants within 15 minutes. Kim the property manager was very accommodating and always available . We used the pool often it was never crowded we were often the only ones there. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly, it was nice to walk around the community and enjoy the views.

Great location, within walking distance of coffee and farmers market and short drive to restaurants, grocery store, and even an awesome food truck park! Condo had all basic necessities (minus any pantry items like cooking oil), but onsite property manager was having trouble reaching the owner about spraying for bugs as she received multiple complaints. We did see a few cockroaches. Amazing views! The whale watching was spectacular right from the back door, binoculars provided () we even made friends with curious birds. Despite the pictures, there is no beach access from the room, but you can get in the water. Small pool, but nice and warm. We had a great trip overall.

Recently, we stayed at the Gondola Village, in one of the many interesting chalet-style homes there on a hill amongst the tall trees. This type of building is very interesting and must likely be inspired by Alpine ski accomodations in Europe. Each building has approx 5 units. The unit was clean and fully appointed with many conveniences. It had a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There was an entertainment centre with TV, Roku and a small stereo. The bathroom had an abundance of towels and cloths. Also, there was a hide-a-bed in the couch. Our unit was on the second level. We learned that it would be better to be either on the bottom floor or the very top rather than in the middle, where you have to climb stairs all the time yet still hear people walking past you and above you all the time. The two of us brought our large dog, and found there was enough room for all. Speaking of animals, a medium sized black bear walked by our window while we were watching TV around dusk. So you really are close to nature here. Keep that in mind.

Everything that was advertised when we booked was spot on. The condo was very spacious and everything we needed and was there when we arrived. The condo was clean and the king beds were very comfortable. We took advantage of the free activities that were offered. We had a blast on the sea blaster dolphin cruise we took the sunset cruise and it was amazing. We did the deep sea fishing trip on the Destiny the captain and crew were very helpful we caught plenty of fish. ( would only suggest the 6 hour trip ) The views from the condo were amazing and the grounds at beach manor were clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend this package for a family vacation.

We are a family of four who spent five nights at Lichenhearth 30. This is a corner unit which is the closest to the pool/hot tub entrance in the entire complex. The sliding door to the back yard allows you to literally ski in/out and the walk to the Snowmass Village is 100ft. From there you can access lifts and the town gondola. Parking is covered and included (we fit a Tahoe in the spot). The location could not be better. The place itself is very cozy, with comfortable beds and couches, and includes a wood burning fireplace that is adequately stocked with starters and wood. The kitchen is all you need for breakfast and some snacking, but I wouldn't cook a full fledged meal there. The building itself was built in 1962, but is in great shape and has certain ben renovated from time to time, and we met lots of friendly owners and renters at the hot tub, which is mere steps from the back sliding door. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

My friend and I so enjoyed this property. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. It is peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed time on the deck outside in the sun. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. There were dishes and towels for our doggie friends so they felt welcome too. We plan to put this place on our list of favorites and come back again soon.

This great property is conveniently located steps away from Sunset Beach with some of the most picturesque sunsets. The condo is updated and still provides that special beach ambiance. On site parking makes it convenient to get to several excellent restaurants and fun bars or grab supplies at the grocery to make our own meals using the upscale condo appliances. We could even cookout using the condo community's grill. The full size refrigerator is much appreciated. A large comfortable king size bed is perfect for an afternoon nap or a restful night's sleep. This is the perfect beach getaway!

House was wonderful! We’ve rented in Pagosa before, some a lot closer to town but none of them had the view or been so completely stocked as this did. Our cavapoo loved all the fenced yards and waited patiently every day to see the deer running by. The house was very comfortable and we all loved the walking trails in the national forest right out back. I will say that the construction downtown did inhibit us from going down during the day, but at night it was perfect and all the restaurants had parking although it might have been a short walk. We have talked about returning next summer but the traffic has us really thinking about it. If anyone is looking for quiet and a great place for your puppy this is the place!

We decided that we would spend this Thanksgiving with just the immediate family and would do so not in Texas but in Steamboat. The mountain was not open, COVID was running rampant but we found the perfect place to chill as a family of five for a week. The unit is surprisingly well equipped (e.g. a cheese slicer!) and right on the mountain so morning hikes were easy. One of the children had university classes the first couple of days and the wifi worked very well. All in all, for a really weird time to travel this was great and iTrip did a great job, responding quickly to our questions.

My family of 5 (kids 4, 8, 11yo) stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and the following week. It was beyond amazing from start to finish! The condo is pristine and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. There are boogie boards and beach chairs to use as well. Bring a beach towel or grab some at the beach stores. The walk to the beach is an easy 8-10 minutes. There are two pools at the condo complex each offering a different experience. My kids had an absolute blast. Everything is close by and walkable. Great time at Celebration Park- about a 5-8 minute walk. The sunsets are absolutely amazing. Try Shelter Cove and Sea Pines for great restaurants and fun sites. We can't wait to go back and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is just the perfect house for a family vacation. Everything is clean and each bedroom with a bathroom works just great! Plenty of towels, and the laundry room is so nice to have. Plenty of furniture and dining room is a great place for large family meals. The location is excellent. Very lovely, quiet neighborhood and the pool is just right for everyone to enjoy, even kids, since it’s about four feet deep. The distance from the house to the resort is walkable, especially for adults and older children, but with little children we loaded everything in a vehicle to take beach toys, etc. Parking is easily accessible in a parking garage. Close to a grocery store and the development is across from Barefoot Landing. iTrip is so easy to work with during planning, check-in and check-out. They think of everything each family will need. We have rented other houses for family vacations and this is by far the best. Can’t wait to return!!

Hoosier Hideaway is a great house to rent. Ample room for 11 adults (each having their own bed). The kitchen is spacious and offers plenty of socializing space while meal production is in process, the living room and game rooms (basement) offer plenty of room to spread out while spending quality time with members of our party. We could not have been happier with this place. If you need a place anywhere near Breckenridge or Fairplay, I would strongly recommend the Hoosier Hideaway.

The Red Pine Condo was a perfect stay for our Ski Trip. Everything was clean, organized and convenient. All the linens were clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils and anything else you need to make breakfast/lunch/dinner. The unit is a 90 second drive to the gondola for The Canyons, and it took us about 45-60 min to reach Alta and Snowbird. Great place to stay and will return on subsequent trips to Park City.

We stayed in Jasmine Tower Room 1519 for Spring Break 25. This was our second year staying at North Beach Resort and booking with iTrip. The people at iTrip make the booking and check in/out process easy. The office is located right down the street from the resort. They are accommodating and ensure the stay is flawless. This until is breathtaking. You have an ocean view from every room. The master bedroom and the queen bed room share the main balcony, while the other 2 rooms have private balconies. All gorgeous views. You have sun on the main balcony all day since it wraps around the side of the building, which is an added bonus. The beds in every room are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook your meals and make smoothies/coffee. You also have a full size washer and dryer in a laundry room. The living room furniture is clean and comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this unit. Spend the extra money and experience an end unit.

A buddy and I stayed at this property during a 5-night stay in Sunriver. The three-bedroom / two-bath home was big enough to accommodate our needs and reasonably priced. We fished East Lake, Paulina Lake, and Crane Prairie. The property is centrally located to these and other prime fishing destinations in Central Oregon. The communication was fantastic and the home was very clean. The garage was large enough to store our boat between fishing excursions. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay at one of the nicest beach houses I have rented. Hosted several family friends coming down from the Michigan area. It was great to just relax - yet it has conveniences like the large laundry room so we could wash some loads and feel fresh every day. The place is decorated well and every guest felt comfortable. TV's in every adult bedroom and plug-in nightlights made our kids comfortable for sleeping. Love the window coverings in every room that can be raised during the day for bright sunlight, and lowered for evening privacy. There are three air conditioners in the house, and the master has its own system for extra comfort. Fans in all bedrooms as well. Loved being close to the ice cream shop and the souvenir places and especially the Gulf - our favorite restaurant. This Orange Beach location can’t be beaten!

This was our 2 families’ 2nd year in this condo! We love the ski-in, ski-out access, easy walk to the bus and the setup is so perfect for our two families! We each took one side of the condo and shared all of the kitchen, dining and living space. It’s the perfect amount of space and togetherness for our group of 12 (4 adults, 8 kids ages 8-18). The new washer/dryer combo is a great update from last year’s visit! We’d stay here again but it’s time to go explore a new mountain next year. If you’re thinking about booking this unit- do it! We had a wonderful time with the family. Beautiful views and a short walk to restaurants and the beach! We had a 4 year old and a toddler with us as well as my mother who is in the middle of chemo treatments. If I could relax and enjoy myself in that environment, anyone can! We made use of the pool and picnicked on the pier/dock. We also enjoyed hanging out both the screened and unscreened porches - my favorite spot after the kids went to bed. The layout of the condo gave the kids space to play and there were pool and beach toys available for our use. It was easy to throw the kids to the double stroller and walk anywhere we wanted to go. There was an elevator so it was easy to get my mom in and out with her walker or the kids with the stroller. We ate in a lot and while the galley kitchen is rather small it is fully functional and had all the cooking utensils we could possibly need. Don't hesitate!

We stayed at Simba Run Unit 1102 the week after Christmas. The condo was clean and spacious, check-in was easy, and if we needed anything, all we had to do was ask the front desk, all of whom were very responsive. Being able to park in the Simba Run garage (vs outside), having access to the Simba Run shuttle that runs like clockwork (vs having to choose between driving and taking the Vail bus), and having a ski locker onsite, are all perks that shouldn't be overlooked.

Our stay at the Hamptonian was just perfect. We had great weather which allowed us to walk just a short way from the house to the beach every day to watch the sunset , the sunrise and enjoy the waves. We really enjoyed the wrap around porch . We sat and rocked in the chairs, took naps, did yoga and had quiet times in the morning. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room for all 6 of us. We were able to fill the large refrigerator with lots food for meals and the well equipped kitchen was large enough for us to cook together with plenty of counter space. We gathered in the spacious living room for games and other activities. There was ample parking and the neighborhood was friendly and beautiful.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Last year we rented another house in the same complex, but we thought this house was much nicer. The house is beautiful and clean, and the layout worked well for us. The grill was out of gas so I called and they brought a new gas can right over. I called with a couple other questions about the house and received a response very quickly. The location is fantastic. Very close to the beach and the donut place across the street. I'm still dreaming about those donuts. Also recommend Angelina's Italian and Cafe 30A for dinner, and the Mexican place and Bronzini's are good for lunch. All are within a short walk.

Our group of 7 agreed that the White House is the best-equipped, beautifully furnished property we’ve stayed at. We’ve rented homes in Oregon, Washington and Idaho over the years and the White House surpassed all of those. Extra touches like bags filled with toiletries in the bathrooms and a snack/beverage basket in the kitchen were totally unexpected and appreciated. This is a roomy 2-story home with space for everyone, a lovely yard (thankfully no pets allowed) and plenty of off-street parking. Definitely a 5 star rental.

This was our 2nd stay here. We will definitely be back. It is the perfect size for our family. Love the accessibility on the ground floor to the beach, pool, and grassy area. My only wish was a better stocked kitchen, but that will not hold us back from returning again next year!

Our stay was great! The condo was in great shape, very clean and up to date. The location was fantastic, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and only steps from the pool. The iTrip team was great with their communication throughout the whole trip. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for my daughter’s college orientation, 4 nights. The place is exactly as described. Plenty of pans and utensils to cook with. Washer and dryer worked fine, and the home was very clean. That’s one of my biggest factors in renting anywhere, is how clean the home is. Very close to everything, you can walk anywhere, or use any kind of transportation to go somewhere farther away. The home is beautiful, I love old homes and even walking around the surrounding city looking at everything is just beautiful. A few notes- lots of construction, all around, you will pay for parking (that’s anywhere in downtown, not specific to just here), and keep in mind that this is an older, historic town, and if you can’t appreciate that, then this may not be the place for you. I adore the exposed brick, the shabby chic, the floors were breathtaking, and all of the history and charm surrounding the home. Would stay again most definitely.

This place is amazing, the view of the valley is superb, and the house is spacious on the inside. We had 10 guys here for a snowboard trip/bachelor party and it was the perfect stay. Super close to the free bus and 2 stops away from the gondola on that bus. Will rent again.

The condo is adorable. We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything and the extra touches (soap, aloe) made for a really special experience. A couple of notes: the Smart TV didnt work for us, even after calling the help line. There just isnt enough bandwidth for the TVs to work. This was a bummer considering we have 2 kids and, after a packed day and night, we really just wanted to hang out as a family and watch TV. The bathroom door also squeaks VERY loudly, which was annoying since it literally woke people up to open and close it. It needs WD40 on the hinges and needs to be adjusted so the door doesnt hit the jamb. Last thing thats minor is that the palm trees are beautiful but they are sort of in the way of getting up and down the stairs. Overall, these things were noticeable but didnt affect our ability to enjoy the trip. Being so close to everything was wonderful, and the condo decor and location were absolutely perfect for us!

We stayed at Downtown Olympian for 4 nights and the condo was perfect for our group. Lots of room and well-equipped condo. The location was right in the middle of downtown so we were able to walk everywhere. I would absolutely stay here again. Also, iTrip was so easy to work with and accommodating!

Beautiful ,bright ,beachy condo. We always enjoy our stay,though ,we would like to see upgrades on bedding,towels,and kitchen supplies, and for a lengthy stay it would be nice to have a more comfortable couch and recliner. We do look forward to returning each winter, now if we could just be guaranteed daily temps in the 60s and 70s ,it would be perfect. Itrips is a wonderful company,very thorough and accommodating.

We have been coming to Marco for years and are very familiar with island. We enjoy getting away from the cold in the winter and Marco is on our list. This home was as advertised and by far one of our better rentals. The outside area including the heated pool were very comfortable and enjoyed every day. I would recommend this property.

Be Cautious of this rental. The place looks like a frat party had taken place. The unit was not clean, mold in the master bathroom shower, dead bugs thru out the house. Bed sheets were stained and old. We requested a second clean and for the sheets to be changed. The second set of sheets were worst than the first. The place was not worth the money!!!

Our family of four enjoyed a lot of beach time on Seabrook. This property was a clean, well-equipped two story unit with pool access and beautiful marsh view. We have family members with pet allergies so the “no pet” policy is a must for us. Parking is covered which came in handy during periods of rain and for storing beach stuff. It is conveniently located to the beach access points, nearby shopping, and 45 min from downtown Charleston. We highly recommend this property for a family visit to Seabrook Island.

Loved everything about stay except the beds in the guest room with the 2 double beds. They are worn out , squeaky and you rolled to the middle when you got in bed.

We had a wonderful stay in the Sunset Canal Cottage. The decor was beautiful and made the home warm and cozy. Our favorite spot was the patio overlooking the canal. We enjoyed many meals here and even had a few Sudoku challenges too. I also loved being a short drive from the local attractions and only a few blocks from the beach.

I really enjoyed my stay at Napili Village. It is right across from the public entrance to Napili Bay and is just a short walk to THE GAZEBO and the SEA HOUSE restaurants. Quiet condo complex and nice pool with friendly people around. Leanna was a kind and helpful hostess!

This house is wonderfully outfitted with anything and everything you would need to enjoy time in sunny Marco Island! The 1/2 mi walk to the beach makes it a no brainer picking this house over another rental. The only thing you need here is your choice of groceries and those you choose to spend your vacation with. When you’re not at the beach relax in the peaceful pool out back with plenty of space to unwind.
