Have stayed at the sunny side multiple times. Clean, all rooms en suite, comfortable. Appreciate the fully stocked kitchen, good size rooms, comfortable beds and amenities. Lots of space to spread out and only steps from the beach. Look forward to our next trip. It’s our go to spot in IoP.

We had a nice time. The house felt like a model home. Everything is brand new and designed beautifully. The dock was great and also looked brand new. Beautiful huge pool and hot tub was great for relaxing. Kitchen was fully equipped and loved that they had a Keurig. We would definitely return if we plan another outing in Palm Coast.

Condo is wonderful. Very clean and comfortable for 6 people. Beautiful pools and short stroll to the beach! We enjoyed the pools, restaurants, downtown St. Augustine, golf and the beach. Absolutely would stay again.

Our host David left us a clean and comfortable condo. Everything we needed to have relaxing time. Great location 20 minutes outside city. Restaurants nearby. We used the pool but I noticed that he had chairs and carts to get everything over to beach which is a short walk across condo grounds.

The condo was awesome. Check in and out were both quick and easy. The condo was stocked with plenty of dishes and all the needed appliances. Everything work and was a pleasant vacation spot. Highly recommend the penthouse unit and looking forward to coming back.
