Ziggy’s Place is the perfect retreat for a small family, the dog or group of friends who enjoy great outdoor spaces with comfort and convenience. A private pool, hot tub, a full outdoor kitchen, pickle ball court and dock are all available for you to experience.
Ziggy’s place has been completely remodeled in 2024 with new floors, kitchen, paint and furniture. Sit on the deck and enjoy views of the Cape Fear River, cook a great meal in the newly refurbished gourmet kitchen or fully equipped outdoor kitchen. You can sit around the pool on a hot day, jump in the hot tub on a cooler day or play pickle ball on your own court. If the flounder are biting you can walk down your own private dock and try your luck or drop a trap and try to catch some blue crab for dinner. You can get your game on and play some bocce ball on your own private court. The options are endless at Ziggy’s Place for fun and adventure.
Centrally located in the Wilmington area you are not far from downtown, Pleasure island or Wrightsville beach. You can also take a day trip to Southport or Bald Head Island.
You have an option to add an Airstream to your vacation for an extra fee. The Airstream can accommodate 2 adults and is equipped with full electrical, bathroom and a queen RV bed. Please inquire with the property manager about this upgrade availability. The Airstream is only available as an add on and may not be rented separately.

*"There is NO Guest Access to the Outdoor Gas Fire Pit''. There is a Solo Stove fire pit that may be used as long as there is no strong winds. Guests must bring their own wood. Solo Stove Fire Pit is not allowed on the turf or deck. The Solo Stove Fire Pit is only allowed on the stone or concrete areas.

****Access to garage is limited to a portion containing the dock wagon, beach amenities, ice machine and chair cushions.
***NO SMOKING or vaping allowed at this property.
***Guest must sign a waiver to have access to the dock (PDF via email). Please contact the primary number prior to stay for signature. If no signature is provided prior to arrival, booking will be canceled.
**This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. And for 2 Dogs the Pet Fee is $350
**Maximum Occupancy: 4 Occupants or M6 Occupants when paying extra for the Airstream - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib. If Tenant wishes to have 6 Occupants and utilize the Airstream they MUST call Property Manager to ensure Airstream availability and pay additional charges.
**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***
*Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
* No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests without a refund.
*This home has exterior security cameras for your safety
*If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
*No uninvited guests without permission
***Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee***

- Outside of Airbnb rules and restrictions, all guests will have to agree to the iTrip Vacations NC Beaches Vacation Rental Agreement
- Child / Family Friendly
- Registered Guests must be 25 years or age or older
- Bookings created by guests under 25 years of age will be cancelled without refund
- Maximum Occupancy: Each property’s maximum occupancy is stated within the Agreement and located in the Property Description; If at any given time, the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for expedited eviction will apply in addition to a fine.
- No Student Groups, Weddings, or Parties
- No more than 4x Minors per adult

- Pets are not allowed in properties that are not Pet Friendly
- Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

- There is no guest access to the boat lift.
- When on the dock or dock gazebo, no smoking is permitted. Immediate eviction and fines will be assessed.
- This rental is on the same property as another home and shares a portion of the driveway. Adjacent home will occasionally be used by the owners and iTrip staff. Owners will need to use the driveway, garages, and backyard areas, as well as the dock for access to the owner's boat and boat lift.
- Most outdoor living areas have video cameras. Tampering with video equipment will result in eviction and fines.
- Guests will have access to only a portion of the garage for dock/beach wagon, beach amenities, coolers, ice machine and chair cushions. No parking in the garage is allowed. There is plenty of parking in the driveway.
- Guests will not be permitted to use the fire pits.
- No refunds will be provided if the owner or owners employees are on property at the same time as guests. This is a business property and employees and owners will do everything possible for the enjoyment of the guest by leaving outdoor spaces alone and not bothering guests.
- There is NO Guest Access to the Outdoor Gas Fire Pit. The regular wood fire pit may be used as long as there is no wind. Guests must bring their own wood.
- No one under the age of 25 is permitted to stay in the Airstream. If under age person(s) are in Airstream during stay, immediate evictions will be applied.
- No pets will be permitted in Airstream, $500 fine will be assessed if it is determined pets have been in the Airstream.
- No cooking or eating in the Airstream. Non-staining drinks are allowed, a fridge is available for drinks only. If any cooking or food is brought into Airstream, an extra cleaning fee will be assessed.
- Airstream can be booked only if Main home is booked for the same number of days.
- When the Airstream is not available you can bring an RV. 30 amp, water and sewer are provided. RV height restrictions and fees apply, contact property manager.
