Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are glad you enjoyed the property. We aren't certain what BBQ arrangements is being referred to. There is a propane BBQ grill to enjoy during your stay. It's smaller than a standard size grill but there is one there to enjoy.

Overall the house was what we needed for 5 adults. The location was good as we were about 1-2 hours away from the places we visited on our vacation. We all had plenty of room to spread out when we were at home. There were a few things in the house that I would recommend looking at . The carpeting in different rooms had spots , the worst was in front of the living room sofa. With the dirty carpet in places start to wonder how clean everything is. The patio , outdoor space was not charming as there was covered work items in the area. Also no grill in the area as mentioned in the information about the house. Would have been nice to sit outside to enjoy the weather but did not like the patio environment. I know the handbook stated there was one set of full towels for everyone. Would have been nice to have an extra set for everyone. I know there is a washer /dryer on site but when on vacation I did not come to do laundry in the evenings.

Great private getaway. Arrived by boat from Tampa, the dock was PERFECT. Grilled the first night, Ophelia's next door within walking distance. Boated all day with perfect weather! We will be back for sure!

My son and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is well appointed, clean, roomy and has a great fireplace and hot tub. But the best thing about this place is the views. This has to have one of the best views of the nature preserve and it was wonderful to have coffee and watch the sunrise every morning. You can find a better spot in Kimball Junction.

Our secluded cabin had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Very clean. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings, hot tub was relaxing, the porch was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee and evening cocktails. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Zion’s Redrock Cottage! Beautiful home with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of space for our adult kids and spouses to get good sleep and to hang out during the day. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the cute home. It was great for my husband, myself, two teenagers and our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and close to our activities. The house was fully stocked with everything wr needed and they even brought us portable fans to help. Couldn’t have asked for more!

We rented with a large group of 4 families with parents and kids and had a lovely time at this location. Everything was just as the pictures showed and we used all amenities available. The pool was a hit with the kids and parents loved the hot tub as well. We loved all the utensils and how they were named and organized properly. Bathroom are huge in the king bed rooms and finding 2 such rooms with large attached bathroom was amazing. At the end it was a struggle to leave to come home. Would love to go back there again.

We had an excellent stay at Avon property! The property was well maintained. The house was in a beautiful location and had enough space to accommodate our group. We had some issue with hot water which was fixed immediately after one call to the property manager. Overall, an excellent stay!

This property is ideally located at the base of Deer Valley. While we were there in the summer, we still took advantage of the great location to do local hikes and bike rides. The unit is about as well outfitted as it could be. Every little creature comfort is present in the kitchen. The living room and decks are comfortable, the media is all there, and it just feels like home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked and comfortable as well. This was my first use of a VRBO property and I am sold. I would rent this unit again in a minute!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Little Yellow Cottage. We were both impressed with the cleanliness, and the location is in a safe neighborhood that is close to the downtown action. The hosts were accommodating with the amenities provided like the coffee pots, towels, dishes, etc. We are glad we stayed here, and we hope to stay here on our next visit to St. Augustine!

Excellent property! Our family had a terrific experience with the rental company and this home is absolutely gorgeous. The linens and bedding were excellent as were all other furnishings in the home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The 3rd floor has another den and balcony which was a favorite of our teenagers to have their own space. The property is very convenient to the beach - just down the street- and I would highly recommend paying the extra fee to use the golf cart. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach and back and to restaurants as well. This home was cleaned very well and spotless. We will definitely consider this property again for future vacations!

We had a great family gathering at the Blue Oasis. It was close enough to everything to be convenient, but far enough to feel peaceful. The home was sparkling clean and well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach equipment. The four flights of stairs are a workout, so be prepared to rely on the elevator or get your steps in. The kitchen being on the top level is unique, but it allowed the entire family to enjoy the views and ocean breezes together.

We loved our stay. The property is only steps from the beach, and the house had everything we needed for a four night stay with 9 adults and a baby. Kitchen was well stocked and rooms were perfect for all of us. We are excited to return next year. This is our second time we’ve stayed and we all had a blast. Thank you Jeremy. This was my second time staying at this home on St. Kitts and I can’t wait to get back to it! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook our meals and ample space to prepare our dishes without running into each other. The master bedroom was huge with an equally impressive bathroom, and since the layout is sprawling, it stayed quiet even when there was activity in the rest of the house. The pictures represent the private patio well. We enjoyed our coffee on the covered porch in the mornings and wine in the same place in the evenings, adding a little festivity by lighting up the fire pit and turning on the party lights. My only regret was not firing up the built-in BBQ – the set up was ideal for either entertaining or for a quiet family dinner. Next time! The home is a stone’s throw from one of the main property pools where we leisurely spent most of our afternoons. Elissa, Seattle, WA

We recently spent six nights at a condo in PCB. We booked through VRBO. During the entire process, Itrip sent us many notifications and emails helping us understand the rental and the stay. In addition, Amber sent us texts prior to, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was going well. She was very responsive to questions also. We had a great experience and had no issues with the stay or with customer service.

This cute, cozy well appointed Bungalow met all of our needs. It has been completely renovated down to every detail. The beds are super comfortable as is the living room furniture, The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including spices, oils, and some baking products. Just one block from downtown Newberg. Would definitely book this charmer again.

Unit was just as described and photos do not do it justice. Decor beautiful with thoughtful, upscale furnishings. Very spacious and would be great for three couples (3 bedrooms and 3 baths) or larger family. Layout provides privacy for all and common areas allow everyone to relax. Great communication before arrival and one very, very small issue was immediately addressed within a very short period of time (same day) by onsite property management. The arrival "welcome goodie bag" was extremely thoughtful and just what we needed for our first night! Location of unit was great for wonderful views or walking by the harbor and having a meal or drink at Beacon315.

My wife and I had a delightful 3 week stay from November 9 - 29, 2024 at The Palms. #310 was more than spacious enough for our needs and the balcony view of the inter coastal waterway was unbelievable. And yes, you can really see dolphins from the balcony while taking in your favorite beverage! Better still was a very short walk across the street to the huge Treasure Island beach. Grocery and liquor store right next door and many restaurants a short walk or drive away. We had a great time and huge thank you to iTrip for making this trip possible after our initial condo became unavailable after the hurricanes. We can’t wait to go back!

This unit was spacious and clean. Beautiful views, wonderful management. The condo didn’t lack for anything. Cabinets are fully stocked with all the kitchen gadgets and utensils you would need. We have stayed in several units up and down this beach and this unit was the best so far. Walking distance from restaurants and night life. Definitely a five star rating from our families.

The condo is just as pictured and described. It is clean, well taken care of and sufficiently stocked. Plenty of room for a family to relax and have their own space. The area is very quiet and nice. So far we have enjoyed both pools and hot tubs. We plan to attend the restaurants super bowl dinner. We wish the management would have informed us of building roof repairs upon check in.

Delightful nicely decorated spacious living area with plenty of seating. Awesome fridge and stove and large pantry for storage. We loved de-sanding in the garage and keeping all beach items out of house! Shuttle to beach was so convenient and drivers very pleasant. Great for golfers too!

We had a great time. Everything is as it said it would be. One suggestion the spare bedroom needs only one bed. It was difficult getting around in that room. And firmer beds. Now i want to tell you about the cleaning. I have had a cleaning business for almost 40 years, i know clean! This condo was the clean!!!! That is what makes a stay so much better. When you see one thing not clean you wonder about the rest. So cleaning PEOPLE thank you for your very hard work!!!!

We enjoyed at great stay at Red Pines U8 from the 12th-20th Jan 2017. The place was spacious and comfortable- so comfortable it was difficult to get my children to leave to ski or go out for dinner. We would recommend this place for guests looking fir a trouble free place in the Park City area.

Our Condo at The Royal Palms was beautiful! Perfect for a couples getaway! It appeared to be newly remodeled. Very cute, clean and quaint! One bedroom with King bed and 2 small bathrooms. Bunk beds in the hallway, so would work for couple with 2 small children. Pool was closed at the time for repairs, however not an inconvenience because the Ocean was beautiful! Great location!

We were very impressed with Treasure Island! The beach was gorgeous and this property was actually closer to the water than the pictures show, in my opinion. The condo met our needs and I enjoyed my morning coffee watching the beach from the balcony before the heat kicked in for the day. The property is walkable to a lot of ice cream shops that my kids enjoyed. My only suggestion would be to replace the bedroom carpets with tile. Thanks for a great trip!

We had an amazing stay at the Sea Sponge. We were four moms taking a post-Christmas ladies’ trip. We loved each having our own bedroom and bathroom. The common areas were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. Communication was great and all instructions were clear and comprehensive.

We stayed at Sail Away with our 4 kids, and it was a perfect home to relax and have fun. The home is spacious and clean, and we LOVED the outside area. We grilled and ate dinner every night on the lanai. The pool was so refreshing after the day at the beach. We rented bikes and could easily ride to the beach for sunsets. We even saw a couple of dolphins in the canal when we were relaxing by the pool. It would have been nice to have a kayak or two to take out on the water. Would also have loved to not have to pay to rent the bikes. Other than that, a perfect place to vacation.

Our family vacations through iTrip on Balboa island every year. There's always fun things to do within walking distance, whether it's shopping or the beach. The condo is perfect. Everything is well put together and the air-conditioning keeps the condo the right temp all day. On the balcony, the awning provides a break from the direct sunlight and lets you enjoy time outside with family or people watching on the street. We will be back again for a 4th time soon! With such a large kitchen, there is no need to spend money eating out unless you want to.

Wow! I can’t say enough great things about this home. Super comfortable living. The home felt spacious and very well cared for by the owners. The bathrooms were super clean and had plenty of towels etc. The kitchen was fully stocked. We cooked all of our meals. We made cookies. We made waffles. All the accessories for our meals were readily available. We made s’mores in a big outdoor fireplace with chairs for all of us and then some. We played games in the great big yard. We hot tubbed. We drank wine at nearby wineries. We all loved it. We loved waking up Sunday and not having a long drive home. Thank you to the owners and management company for having such a great wine country rental❤️. We will definitely be repeat customers.

We rented units A8 and C8 for a week in March 2023. We had an issue with the AC in one unit and the shower head in another unit. The response from maintenance was incredible. Timely, responsive, and resolved in record time. We requested a late check out last minute due to some car issues and it was granted for one unit. I honestly cannot say enough about the service and responsiveness of the team. Truly incredible! Top Box across the board!

Had a wonderful week in this home. Very clean and spacious. The pictures doesn't do it justice. In the middle of campground so everything was easy access. The rental company was easy to deal with and had a wonderful experience. The golf cart was also nice to get around the campground. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were as well. We couldn't have asked for a better location, accommodations or amenities. This unit has two bathrooms so showering/getting ready for the mornings or evenings allowed us freedom to do so at the same time. Having laundry in unit was immensely helpful and allowed us to pack lighter and have more options through our trip. The full kitchen was also helpful and allowed us to cook as we chose, or order in and have all the utensils/plates at our disposal. And the A/C was life saving. Was so wonderful to get the temp down so I was able to sleep soundly at night.

We stayed with our family and friends for a ski trip. The condo was a short drive from Keystone. I liked that the kids could spread out through the house. The decor was nice, the beds were comfy, and we had a great time!

The house had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Nice pots, pans and knives which is always hard to find in a rental. Everything was beautifully appointed and comfortable. We would stay here again. I highly recommend walking to the community dock for the sunsets!

We stayed for four nights at this lovely, CLEAN, and bright condo and would stay here again. Two comfy bedrooms and separate baths are always appreciated. Management was super responsive to answer questions (no issues to complain about). It's across the street from the Bear Lot in Avon at the entrance to the Beaver Creek ski resort, so if you'd rather not pay to park, you can just walk a short distance to catch the shuttle bus. I had to cook a large dinner to take to family at another location and was just amazed that everything I needed for entrees and desserts was right there in the best equipped rental kitchen I've ever enjoyed. The layout was great and would be comfy for 4 adults. The unit was bright and sunny too. Although we were adjacent to Hwy 6, there was little traffic noise to disrupt our stay. It's a newly renovated unit making for a perfect stay. We skied Beaver Creek and Vail, just 15 minutes away by car. We had a covered parking space underground that was easy to get in and out of. This unit is one of my top two choices for skiing in Colorado's central mountains.

Happy Place was the perfect place to bring our family together! We loved the screened porch and the views of the golf course! It was a very cozy & comfortable place too. The Sundowner II was great. You can ski in on the 4 O'Clock run and cross the street. Short shuttle ride to multiple lifts. The shuttle stop is a very short walk, right across the street. I think the shuttle runs every 15 minutes. The two bedroom, two bathroom set up was perfect for two guys. The place is pretty darn big. Plenty of space for two couples or a family. The parking garage was a nice feature. The elevator was appreciated as well after a long day on the slopes. You can walk into town if you don't mind a bit of uphill travel on the way back. It can be quite cold after dinner so sometimes we walked, sometimes we drove. I would definitely stay here again. The unit is closer to 4 O'clock than most of the other units in the complex which means less walking. This was an excellent homebase for us.

We were very pleased with this unit. It was spotlessly clean with nice amenities. We were spoiled with having 2 balconies, and didn't realize when we booked that one of the balconies even had a bit of an ocean view. It was very convenient having a Publix next door, too. It was a little confusing trying to figure out how to get into the condo building when we arrived, but some other guests helped us out. We would definitely consider staying at this location again.

Fantastic stay. 2 minute car ride or a 10 minute walk to Main Street. Location was perfect for us. 15 hour overnight drive from Chicago to Breckenridge was a bit exhausting. Arrived in Denver early and we were looking for something to do to kill time until check in. Late morning received an email giving us the ability to check in early. Extremely grateful for that opportunity. Upon arrival, immediately hit the bed for a quick nap. Comfortable beds. Upstairs bedroom gets a bit warm due to direct sunlight and no shade on the window above the lower shaded window. Easy fix. Opened window and placed fan on ledge. Bedrooms downstairs are between 10 to 15 degrees cooler. Plenty of space in main living area. Kitchen provided everything we needed with plenty of space as well. Highly recommend opening up a few windows overnight to cool off main living area and upstairs bedroom. Close windows and shades in morning to keep it cool during the day. Overall fantastic stay. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Plenty of bathrooms. Great amenities. Didn’t take advantage of the hot tub but will next time.

Lichenhearth is a wonderful condo location - right at base of mountain with easy access to Village Express lift and the Gondola up to the Snowmass mall. Condo is spacious with several drawers, hooks and closets for all your gear. Super easy access on first floor to pool and hot tub! Kitchen very well stocked and plenty of towels and linens. Loved also the firewood stocked upon arrival for the wood-burning fireplace. Best of all - the game table for chess and checkers - great use of the space in living area for eating and relaxing.

Our trip was awesome, the only thing we found was a few ants had came into the cabinets and there was no blankets for the beds. Beyond that it was perfect, very clean, better than described to be honest. If 5 is the top rating I would give it a 6 overall. The overall value was good but the fees above the daily rate were very surprising, really unexpected. We greatly appreciate everything, we had an awesome trip.

This is the 2nd time that we booked a condo in Simba Run in Vail through itrip. Booking was so easy and the condo was as nice as , the pictures on the booking site. Our condo was spotless and well stocked with paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and some coffee . We had a slight problem with the ice maker and the property manager came out immediately to try to fix the problem and supplied us with a new bag of ice. I highly recommend booking through itrip.

Our stay was great. The house is in a nice neighborhood and is cute and updated. Some of the neighboring homes were in a bit of disrepair but that did not at all impact our stay. All of the neighbors were quiet and respectful and the house was in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We’d stay there again!

we had a very nice stay here. everything is well maintained and stocked. pool and hot tub are very nice. the lights did stop working the second night so we couldn't see to go in the hot tub, but they were very quick to respond and fix the problem. Temecula and other fun stops are all about an hour drive away, 2 hours if you want to visit San Diego! Renting a car is a very good idea. We would definitely stay here again.

I and the LA Beat padel team thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Saddlebrook resort accommodation provided by itrip. The rooms were spacious and exactly to our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Charles was extremely helpful with all of our requests. He went above and beyond and helped us with getting extra food, water even transportation to and from the padel courts. I loved waking up and looking out at the lake that our back door opened up to. As an Australian it was very exciting to see some small alligators. I was amazed at the size of the resort as it had not one but two golf courses and tennis courts of every surface. A really nice place to look around on the bicycle that Charles kindly lended me. It's a Definite 5 star rating from me and the team. I would love to stay again in the future and will look out for more accommodation offered by itrip. Rating... Definite 5 star rating. I would love to stay again in the future.

I'm a vacation rental owner, so I understand and appreciate the efforts and dedication it takes to provide guests a great value for their hard-earned money. And also how critically important it is because a bad rental experience can ruin an otherwise great vacation experience. I'm happy to report that iTrip was awesome to work with on our recent stay in their Sandstone property in Vail. If I could give them a 6-star review I would, (or did I just do that?). The home was beautiful and easily accommodated our party of 12. It has everything you need. Just show up and turn the key (but maybe bring some groceries and adult beverages). And the staff of iTrip was quick to respond to any question or request we had. I'm not sure how they could make our stay any better or easier. Thank you, iTrip. We had such a wonderful time during our week at Orange Beach. We slept 4 adults and 4 children comfortably. We cooked and ate several meals in the condo and the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we could have possibly needed available. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The best part of the condo, though, was definitely the view from the patio. We spent every night on the patio playing board games while looking and listening to the ocean. I would definitely return again!

We had a great 10 day on Maui and staying at the kahana sunset in B2. The rooms were very nice. everything you could every need was in the condo. We were a family of four staying and we kids had a blast. swimming on he private beach and in a swim pool all week the condo had boogie boards, chairs and a ice chest for us to use. the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we wanted blender, crock pot and stuff to use at the BBQ. we enjoy so many days just there at the condo enjoying the beach and property.the staff was amazing they the grounds were always being cleaned and straightened. many others family were there as well and it still was very quite. this is for sure were we will always stay when returning to the island.

Our family had a great time staying at 34 Pier Point Dr. The accommodations were perfect - three level townhome with 4 bedrooms offered lots of places to sleep. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The location was wonderful - a few steps from the pool and just a quick drive to shops, restaurants and the beach. We had a wonderful stay at the Riverfront Hanger - a beautiful home on the river. It is. Recently updated, tastefully decorated and spacious home. The space was abundant for our family reunion of 8 people- that included 3 teens. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The home is also very conveniently located close to Annapolis, Baltimore and several hiking trails. The homeowner and property manager was very friendly and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this property.

We loved the condo. Location was great! The only issue is we were told to go to security as soon as we got there and purchase parking passes. I did that but then when we got to the condo there were 2 passes on the counter. I paid $60 that I did not need to pay.

A beautiful setting for our anniversary week getaway - a beautifully appointed condo, tucked right into the sea pines. Every comfort we needed (and a few we wish we had at our own home!) to really enjoy the time away. We had to bring some work with us, but when it was time to relax and enjoy the area, there were so many things to enjoy - a beautiful neighborhood, access to great shops, cafes (try C'est Bon, right across the street!), bike and walking trails, and wonderful restaurants, on and off the water. Easy beach access and nearby forest preserve and Audobon trails were terrific ways to see the beauty of the lowcountry environment. Thanks to our wonderful hosts. We're already looking forward to a return trip.

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could ever need! The home is a very short walk to the shops and restaurants and right by the visitor entrance to the Naval Academy. The beds were extremely comfortable and parking was made easy with the garage parking accommodations. We participated in the Annapolis running festival and this home was on the race route, which was a cool experience for our kids to sit outside the home and see us run by! Great home for a family trip, will book again!

We had a great few days at BHI staying at Summer Wind. There were four bedrooms and four full baths along with a large kitchen and living room area. Both golf carts worked great; we especially liked the 6 person golf cart because our family of 3 could all face forward. We got to see sunrises from the front porch, sunsets from the back porch, and you can see and hear the waves from the house. We were close enough to walk to the BHI club and which had three pools, three restaurants, snack bar, fitness center, playground, tennis courts, and golf store. If you want to play crochet at the club you need to wear all white--now we know for next time. The house is pet friendly but it didn't have a dog smell and our allergies didn't flare up. The house is in great condition, but the back deck could use some attention; make sure your little ones wear shoes because some of the boards are popped up.

The condo was a great place for us and our 3 children, ages 20, 18, and 15 and a friend and his 19 year old son. We all had plenty of room and having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was wonderful. The management company was very helpful in showing us around the condo and bringing more soap when needed (which was the only "issue" we had). Should we travel with a large group again we would definitely stay here again.

Our multigenerational family had a wonderful time while staying at Marsh Pointe. The home is clean, comfortable and BEAUTIFUL. There’s the perfect balance of privacy and gathering space. I was worried that access would be an obstacle for the oldest in our group. Turned out to be better than expected. It was a quick car ride to the beach and the morning marsh views did not disappoint. Perfect location and very clean! Everything you need at the beach was provide! Things like beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and even a kite! 😊 We loved that the unit had an A/C and a washer and dryer, some don’t. The only complaint/suggestion I have is there wasn’t big enough cooking pans to cook meals. (Only a small 8” pan) I was SO glad I bought a couple from home. I don’t know what we would have done trying to cook the few meals me did if I didn’t. We LOVED that a whale watching excursion was included with our booking! We vacation at Newport Beach a couple times a year and have never done it before. It was fun!! We will definitely keep an eye out for this rental again in the future!

Siltcoos Landing is a beautiful house and property. It has plenty of room and amenities. The check-in and check-out procedures were very easy. The house cleaners were still there when we arrived at 4pm. They did a fairly good job on such a large house. They needed another 30 minutes to finish even after we had arrived. The floors were still wet from them mopping so it was really hard to start unpacking the groceries we had brought with us. Supplies are very very limited so make sure to bring all your own: dish soap, bathroom supplies, baggies, tinfoil, plastic wrap, garbage bags, etc..

I booked Unit 303 in the Indigo resort for five couples this past weekend (Oct 10-13); and it was an amazing experience! Everyone totally enjoyed their rooms and the entire unit as it served our purposes and more. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has all the conveniences; utensils, pots, pans and extras needed. We had someone cook breakfast every morning of our stay. The pool area was very accommodating, and access to the beach was very convenient. I personally loved the pizza restaurant and bar on the third floor because the pizza was BOMB! We will be back :)

This comfortable unit couldn’t be closer to the beach and was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. It was so nice to have access to beach equipment and toys and the unit outdoor hose to wash up after the beach was so helpful. The closeness to the main drag made getting food and shopping so easy (our two year old could walk it!) but also was quiet at night. We would highly recommend this rental and definitely hope to be return customers!

I spent 6 delightful days here with my two adult nieces. The unit is very convenient, with Whole Foods right across the highway and another small grocery even closer. It is only a short drive to Frisco's main street with many restaurants and shops. It is also within reasonable driving distance of many hiking trails. The unit is stocked with nearly everything one needs, including grill, washer and dryer and has a comfortable sitting area, large dining table and modern kitchen. 4.5 stars would be a little more accurate rating, as it could use a little maintenance. Josh responded quickly and fixed a small problem with a sink whose drain stopper wouldn't work. A kitchen window and a master bedroom window need to be fixed so they can close completely. A dining room blind has a tendency to fall from its mounting if not handled delicately. It would have been nice to have some facial tissue in the master bedroom/bath and more than 2 dish towels in the kitchen. Overall, it was very nice though and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We had an amazing time with perfect weather and accommodations. The home was perfect for the 4 couples(add the extra king instead of Queen). Each room had it's own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with basic needs and worked well with the group. Pool was nice but could use a little refresher and had some challenges with the spa but we still enjoyed it tremendously. We had some bugs come and ended up in/under the water which made it so we couldn't use the pool the last day. Highly recommend the home.

Thanks for the great review. Regarding the bugs in the pool, apparently there was some kind of bug problem that I saw on the local news that was hitting all the pools across the valley and originated in the Salton Sea. Never happened before and hope to not see it again.

We really loved staying in this older home! It has some updates in the kitchen which are great, but still has great older charm. It is a great walking distance to St. George street with many folks walking back and forth so always felt safe. Plenty of easy parking so never had to worry about the car. Some hanging space in the master would be great, but overall really loved it!

We spent 9 weeks at this house and had multiple family members coming and going over that time. It was a great family time. The pool and spa are great, we spent many hours in the pool and spa. Be aware of the cost to heat the pool during the winter months. The house is large and was well equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is quiet and convenient to the tennis center and shopping. Rozet, the property manager, and her staff were extremely responsive to all questions and issues.

This place was perfect for a girl's getaway! The setting is so beautiful and peaceful. We spent so much time on the back patio where there is a pond on the golf course with a fountain so you can hear the sound of water. The property was even better than the photos, absolutely spotless and well-maintained. It was a perfect location. Very close to restaurants, shops and grocery but still very quiet. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend!

We had a great stay for 2 weeks at Dolphin & Dunes and highly recommend this property if you are looking at locations on the west end of 30A and Santa Rosa Beach. The house is spacious and well appointed and had all the things we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. With very young kids in tow we ate in most nights but it was easy to pick up food at a close by seafood shop and cook in the kitchen. The golf cart makes getting around super easy and we used it for trips to the beach and ice cream shops. Having the pool just out the back was very convenient and we took our boys there almost every day. Highly recommend Dolphin and Dunes.

When booking this house there weren't any reviews but we took a chance as the setup and layout looked perfect for our family vacation in Telluride. The house was very clean, had amazing views and great outdoor space. Our young kids (2 and 4) loved the bunk room and had fun playing Pacman and other games on the arcade setup. The location was great, less than a mile from free parking for the Gondola and exactly a 13min drive into Main Street Telluride. The kitchen was well stocked, and we hired a private chef who made good use of the awesome stove for dinner one night. https://www.starwoodculinary.com/ I would recommend this house for anyone looking to visit Telluride, and we will definitely book it again when we make it back out there. The views alone are worth the stay. We sat out on the porch every evening watching the sunset and even had Elk and deer visitors in the back yard several nights.

Management company was fabulous, from well before arrival until after check-out. They followed up with us regularly to check if we needed anything. Just an overall enjoyable week in Sarasota.

Stoneridge #11 worked very well for our bike trip to Whistler. It is a great location for either skiing or biking. The unit was well stocked, good size for our group of 3, and allowed our dog. The outside lights did not work because the bulbs were burned out and the smaller bedroom sliding door needs some work to slide properly. The deck was great for our dog and the bikes but we weren't able to attach our hose due to the design of the deck.

We traveled to Pt St Lucie for a family vacation and the home and stay was more than we expected. The location was perfect because it was close to the beach, shopping and good food. But also the pool was perfect to hang and grill to stay at home. The beds and furniture was so comfortable. It was truly a comfortable stay with everything we needed. My husband had to take some work calls, so having a desk was also perfect for an impromptu office set up. This was definitely one relaxing and fun trip and next time we are in the area will be staying here again. We're already trying to plan another trip back soon!

Thank you for the use of the penthouse. The building is situated in an ideal area and it was very nice and clean. The furniture was updated and comfortable. The view itself was priceless, sitting in the living room, master bedroom or on the terrace, there was an unstructured view of the gulf and the sunsets. It was in driving distance to Universal, we drove there three times and it's a short drive to Clear Water Beach. But, let me make it clear that our beach was clean and we enjoyed swimming there too. We are planning on returning next year!

The location couldn’t be better—close to the airport and downtown, yet incredibly peaceful with no airport noise at all. Getting around was easy with quick Uber rides to nearby restaurants, great shopping, and several golf courses just minutes away. The home itself is stunning. Large windows with electronic shades let in gorgeous desert light, and the entire space has a calming, hip modern vibe. The beds, sheets, and towels were all exceptionally comfortable—truly hotel-quality. Our group especially appreciated the layout: three bedrooms and three bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. The private cocktail pool was a morning and evening favorite, perfect for coffee at sunrise or a refreshing dip before dinner. The larger community pool was great for afternoons in the sun and a little frolicking. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for our culinary adventures, and while we didn’t use the two-stall garage, it’s nice to know it’s there for next time. This property exceeded our expectations—beautiful accommodations, thoughtful amenities, and an unbeatable location. We would absolutely stay here again!

This vacation was truly amazing. We had 6 adults and 2 kids stay at this house and it was the perfect size. Everything was cozy and the views were so good. Our morning walks were joined by a ton of deer! The pool was the perfect cool off on those hot SC days! The beach was about a mile walk and was so peaceful (private beach)! Stylish and well furnished, you will feel like you are truly on a beach vacation. Grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Two great coffee shops: check out Honor Coffee Roasters and Alta Coffee. The Dock serves excellent cuisine on the waterfront, a short walk from this property. Kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances and pantry items for your use. Washer and dryer, including detergent. Bathrooms are beautifully done; towels are high quality. Hairdryer and starter toiletries included. Kitchen detergent, coffee, etc ready to get your vacation started. Beds are comfortable with quality linens. Very quiet neighborhood. The living room windows open fully onto the patio to bring the outside in. Communications with the host were promptly responded to and helpful in every way. 15 minutes to John Wayne Airport and very convenient for long walks in beautiful neighborhoods as well as along the beach. Take some time to explore Lido Isle on foot for beautifully landscaped homes and walking paths. Perfect location for your Newport Beach holiday!

This was a beautiful, new house that was perfect for a family of any size. We loved the multiple primary bedroom layout with king beds and the bunk room for the kids. The location was only a block from the BHI Club which was really convenient for morning coffee runs. Also very central and easy to get to the market, turtle conservancy and only a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

We decided to get away for a few days to enjoy some quiet time in Palm Coast, and it was absolutely wonderful. Palm Coast is a beautiful town, and our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We spent our afternoons sitting outside, enjoying the warm sunshine and the calming sound of the pool. The home had everything we needed to fully relax and enjoy our time. Having access to the garage was a great bonus. We also enjoyed taking a few bike rides around the neighborhood. We visited the beach for walks, as it was a bit too cold to swim since it was January, but it was still lovely to experience the uncrowded shoreline. Everyone we encountered in town was friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend staying at this home. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located close to everything.

We came to Park City to escape the Phoenix heat and absolutely loved the location relative to the local area hiking! Our favorite trail had to be CMG (Crescent Mine Grade) Trail to Jenni`s (Lower) Trail - Loop right out the back door! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Shadowbrook 302 has perfect ski in ski out location for Snowmass. Ski hill is less than 30 yards from condo door, with easy access to Village Express lift and Elk Camp gondola. Condo is older but everything inside was great. Washer/dryer in unit is a big plus.

Guests: 4 adultsWhen: Dec/Jan 2020We had a fantastic stay at Powderview Unit 9 (Whistler Creekside) over the Christmas/NYE period. Four adults could sleep comfortably in the unit (assuming two are comfortable on a fold-out couch), and there were all the appliances required for a decent stay (new oven/cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, etc). The one addition that would be great would be a drying room for the ski season, to avoid having to stack skis and boots near the door.

This is the cutest, most adorable well equipped beach cottage I have ever rented. From the hand made Waverly curtains and matching lamps and couches to every imaginable amenity in the kitchen, bathroom and patio we never wanted to leave. They have thought of everything and we were so cozy we felt like two bugs in a rug. Two blocks from all the restaurants and shopping you could want as well as a 5 minute walk to the ferry to the other island with amusements, stores, eateries and the ocean and the pier. Morning or evening exercise with a walk around the 2.7 mile island and a view of the yachts and mansions. I cannot recommend this unit enough. We were i heaven.

This is a lovely home with plenty of space and amenities for all ages. Our family, ages ranging from six to seventy-eight, were quite comfortable. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and feels safe. The pool was utilized daily, as was the pool table and Pacland game in the upstairs living area. Appreciated the number of bathrooms both upstairs and down. There are a fair number of spices to use in the kitchen, however, no condiments in fridge. Plenty of glasses, dishes and silverware. Small appliances of every sort were offered, including an ice machine. Very nice! Initially, there was a glitch with the timing of the automated pool cleaner, which was responded to in quick order. Communication with the management company was easy and very responsive.

Our little family has been coming to lido Beach Sarasota area for years. It's a quieter beach but that's our preference but still pristine white sands. Beautiful water. Very clean. Parking and beach access is much easier than siesta Key. I was delighted to see that the property had some updates when I arrived at the condo. Furniture changes, paint color changes. Very nice additions and much needed changes. It's a great quiet place to stay this time of year. The property is always very clean. You can't beat the access to Saint armands. Very helpful. Staff will stay again

The house was just as it said in the description. There were 6 adults, 1 teenager and a baby. The space we had was great. Rooms were very comfortable. Pool was awesome, even though the weather was not hot hot, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The heater was a little difficult to use. that would be my only downfall. They need better instructions for the heater, We had a wonderful family vacation for 5 days after Christmas. Nicole was great to deal with and looked after any questions we had promptly

We were in Phoenix for Senior Men’s Baseball Tournaments. The heated pool was perfect after games. The patio is perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The house is comfortable and roomy. The home is well stocked with bathroom towels and beach towels. We love the Cave Creek area. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. The owner/management were very quick to respond to questions. I would stay again if available.

My family just got back from our stay at Merlin Key 3B and we absolutely loved it!! From age 2 to 62, each of us were more than satisfied. The condo is huge, comes with plenty dishes, pillows, blankets, etc. We we're just an elevator ride down to the pool and the pool is just a short walk to the beach. My grandmother has trouble walking in the sand and with the board walk, it makes it a very short distance which is great. I will definitely recommend and we can't wait to come back!!

We loved our stay at Miller’s Whimsy! It has that classic old school beach house charm and the location honestly can’t be beat. Being able to walk right out to the beach on the private boardwalk was amazing, and we loved sitting on the deck listening to the ocean. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group to hang out together. We also really appreciated how close it was to the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. Such a fun and relaxing beach trip!

Golden Retreat is an amazing condo- great quiet location directly on Marsh with exceptional views from screened in porch/deck and deck off master bedroom and convenient to many island activities. Very recent renovations are beautiful. Bonus that rental agency is very professional and great to deal with. will definitely book condo again.

Newly remodeled and great location. You have the sound at the back door and a short walk to the gulf. Great host and accommodations everything was clean and decorated super beach style. Made you feel right at home. We will Be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Positives (important to us) were: location, quiet, clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, and safe/secure. The only negative to report were the dishes and cookware. There was an incomplete serving set of dishes with only 6 dinner plates and no soup/salad bowls. More importantly there was minimal cookware; one sauce pan, 3 fry pans (one was bent - not allowing it to sit properly on the stove and 2 were markedly stained from burned on food), and one larger fry pan with a broken handle. It was impossible to cook a meal with the lack of and poor quality cookware. I am rating it at 5 stars because the positives far outweighed the negatives though I would highly recommend this be addressed for future guests.

Perfect condo for us for the summer in Utah! Roomy, comfortable beds, and comfortable furniture. Very clean. When any problems itrip handled them right away. Great pool, work out room, pickleball court, and location so close to Jordanelle Reservoir. It was great having a garage and the coded entrance. The internet was amazingly fast not always our experience with rentals!!

We had a great stay here at this home. Everything was as pictured. The pool was the star of the show for us to cool down after warm beach days! The beach access is directly out the front door, we definitely plan to return to this home!!

Shadowbrook is right on the slopes and is close to the mall as well. The condo was very nice, cozy with a great kithchen that is stocked with everything you need. The staff is always on top of things with great customer service. Will stay here again for sure!

Our stay at a The Gables was 10 out of 5 stars!! The house is gorgeous, comfortable and every detail is perfect! The view from the deck is breathtaking. Each bedroom is relaxing and beautiful. We loved this house. It was ideal being at the end of the road, with a perfect side yard that is shaded, and our dogs were happy! The floating docs were awesome, and we were so appreciative of the kayak so we went exploring quite a hit. We felt somewhat secluded (a good thing) yet a short drive to grocery stores, etc.!

We just wrapped up a wonderful 17-day stay at this incredible Sarasota property, and I cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean everything was. The layout is fantastic, and the bedrooms are absolutely huge, giving everyone in our group plenty of space to relax.What truly sets this home apart is how incredibly thoughtful the setup is. The hosts have truly thought of everything you could possibly need for a long-term stay. The games room was a massive hit and kept us entertained for hours, and the backyard is a private paradise. We spent countless hours lounging by the beautiful pool and enjoying the outdoor space. It sits in an excellent, peaceful community that felt safe and welcoming.The location of the house is absolutely unbeatable for exploring the area. It was incredibly convenient to get to Siesta Key Beach for morning walks and sunset views. We also loved how close we were to the area's best shopping and dining hubs. We ate our way through the region, easily hopping between the vibrant food scene in downtown Sarasota, the casual beachside spots in Siesta Key, and the upscale dining and shopping at St. Armands Circle.To top it all off, our host was absolutely amazing—so communicative, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a perfect vacation. We were so incredibly happy with our experience here. We loved every single minute of our stay and would definitely stay at this property again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bunk House and the location was perfect for our trip! The house was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. The only downside would be that there isn’t a Mountain View, but we were on the move so much we didn’t care. Our first morning we were greeted by a giant elk in the road-what an amazing start to our trip! Evergreen is a really cute town, lots of trailheads and beautiful ride up and down the mountain. We were easily able to travel to Boulder, Breckenridge, Colorado Springs, Red Rocks and Estes Park and return home each night. Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I and another couple just spent a fabulous week at Point Santo, Sanibel, FL. We have been to many beach resorts, inclusive of Hawaii and several places in the Caribbean.....this rates right up there with the best of them. Our unit was comfortable, spacious, and extremely well appointed.. We especially like the way the owners have decorated....mostly light colors with a nice airy feel throughout. Our Gulf view unit was only a 3 minute walk to the water's edge. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and the pool on site was very inviting. All in all....a wonderful place to vacation....we plan to return.

We really enjoyed renting Poolside Paradise with our family of 8 adults and 2 children. The location was great, super close to Dune Allen Beach access and we used the golf cart daily. The private pool was great for quick dip, but was sometimes a bit chilly in the shade until about early afternoon. Loved the alarm to put my mind at ease about having two kids under four in the house. Plenty of space to spread out on 3 floors and loved the three decks. The home is also close to great restaurants (went to Stinky's almost daily for oysters, Vue on 30a is wonderful) and the Walmart is only a few miles away for essentials and groceries. The biggest compliant we had was no beach towels and very few amenities like extra toilet paper, paper towels, only one small packet of dish detergent and laundry detergent. We had to buy tons of extras after the first day including towels for the pool and beach for our large group (we all flew in so bringing a suitcase of towels wasn't really feasible). You'll need to rent any beach items (chairs, toys, boogie board etc). Overall, we really loved staying at the property and have wonderful memories from our trip!

This place was perfectly located to get to any of the historic or walking sections quickly. We always felt very safe walking around this area. The unit was very well maintained and very clean. House was nice. Comfy place to stay & relax during downtime or a rainy day. Had everything needed to cook in the home. Close to many things & just a short drive into OCMD. Could use more TVs, perhaps in bedrooms for when not everyone likes to watch the same things. Also take note, there are A LOT of steps. We knew being a townhome it would entail stairs but not quite this many. Carrying a sleeping 30lb toddler all the way up was no easy feat, also for anyone in your party that may be older or have hip/back problems, just be aware. Overall, a nice place to stay, not right in the hustle & bustle of OCMD but super close.

The beds and pillows are really great unfortunately there are a lot of things that need fixing the gas cooktops did not work properly. The fry pans were Teflon coated were in terrible shape and should not be used. Lightbulbs were out all over the place with a little bit of fixing the place would be awesome. It just needs the issues to be fixed
