Very cute home! Everything was immaculately clean! Beds were very comfortable! Has all the necessities you need to start with! Washer and dryer along with a great size fridge! Literally a hop jump and skip from the beach and Pleasure Pier, amongst great restaurants. It’s near some great little fishing spots! And if you need anything your host is just a text or phone call away! We will definitely be booking this home again for future family get togethers

This cottage is the perfect location with a view of Drake Park and the Deschutes River. I appreciated that a week before arrival, I was sent a downloadable guidebook that answered every question I could possibly have for our stay. It included check in, check out, parking, wifi, details about the cottage, maps, contact numbers, etc. 2 of us stayed here for 4 nights. The king size bed in cottage 307 had an amazing mattress and pillows. There is a locked shed onsite to store bikes, floats etc. The kitchen was stocked with the basics along with a full-size fridge. The other cottages were occupied by several nice couples. This is not a party property, that is not allowed and that is not the vibe. You are on a busy road and intersection, especially during the summer and hot days, you are across from the float take out spot. I wore earplugs at night but that's not necessary. The cottage is so centrally located we biked everywhere: Drake Park, Old Town, Old Mill District, the Ampitheater, Galveston, everywhere. We will definitely stay here again.

I just want to start by saying that whoever chooses to stay in this house, it’s gonna be the best choice ever, if they want to enjoy a great stay in Naples. The house is well equipped with everything possible to make you feel like in your own home. The owner thought about every details, we didn’t want to leave, definitely considering booking in the future this house again. The communication with the owner by text is instant, they’re always there for you. Me and my family want to thank the owner for letting us share their house for that period of time.

May wife and I spent two weeks at 401G Island Reef. An amazingly comfortable condo tasteful furnished with every amenity. Wonderful pools and sauna. A short walk to the beach that is either vacant or sparsely populated. Fishing from the pier or fishing from the beach usually results in some exciting catch. Conveniently located near several great restaurants and bars. Or, a short drive across the bridge for many, many more fine seafood restaurants. The key lime pie at every restaurant is unique and a treat for dessert. If you want a quality vacation time, don’t overlook this gem at Island Reef.

Our recent trip to Marco Island was a great one, in part due to our stay at Mark's place in Anglers Cove! The residence was very clean and comfortable, and quite affordable! It is within walking distance to the Anglers Cove pools, some restaurants, and some shops in town. The apartment was very low-maintenance - nothing too extravagant, but had everything we needed (including amenities for our beach outings!). Overall, we had a very nice stay, and would definitely recommend booking here again next time we travel to Marco Island!

Our condo was exactly what we needed - spacious, comfortable, cozy and clean. We loved having access to a washer and dryer, and access to the bus stop was perfect. We could walk home from the slopes, which was really nice.

I have fallen in love with Steamboat Springs!! The condo was awesome - I rented 104 Norwegian Log on Ski Trail Lane and it exceeded all expectations. Mountain views from every window takes your breath away. The unit was pristine, spacious, fully equipped and beautifully decorated - a home away from home. The management company was customer orientated - our every need was met. The location is incredible - the gondola passes nearby, with restaurants and bars galore!!! I will be back!

Recent stay at this condo. It was convenient, clean, and close to the pool.and minutes from the beach. Being an end unit it had plenty of parking for myself and visiting friends. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch which faced the fairway. It was a great place to relax, dine and watch the sunset. Kids will like the specialized space in the loft designed for them with toys and board games. All appliances worked just fine. Internet access and speeds were good if you have to do some work or for play. Nice modern bedrooms/baths. Large family room too. Had some good memories here and plan to return in the future.

We had a great time staying in Lost Key Resort last week. We really enjoyed having the choice of the resort style pool in the resort or going across the road to the club house and second pool overlooking the beach. The shuttle was very handy too!

The panoramic views from the living room were amazing. The place is exactly as the pictures shown on the website. The layout was perfect for large groups with three living areas. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen was amazing with the two dish washers. The location was within 15 minute walk to Lionshead and on some days we took the bus back from town (bus stop is literally at the end of the street). What helped us most with the kids was the daily towel service!! The iTrip people were very helpful when we needed extra keys, arranging a full clean-up service etc. We definitely will be renting this place again when we come back in 2019!!

This was an excellent place for my friend and I to stay while I was doing some work in the area to get my condo ready to re-open. Beautiful location with an amazing view . Advantage of the first floor unit means you don’t need to use the lift. Clean , well stocked with everything you need. August much quieter than July as the kids are back at school which we preferred.

We stayed at Little Farm for a girls trip and had the best time. The house is spacious with plenty of room. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine, and the awesome location with wineries in walking distance (several less than 5 minutes away). We met the owners and felt genuine warmth in both their conversation and in their hospitality. Great stay!

Porpoise Point is hands down the most incredible place we've ever stayed. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The view is best part!! We saw dolphins every day at several different times of the day. The property management team was very attentive. Answering any questions we had immediately. The owner is a great guy, very nice and informative. We will be back!!!

We loved staying at Nautical Nook as it was so close to the beach--a 2-3 minute walk. Liked being near the Dunes House and easy access to bikes, pickleball, tennis and golf. Property management was great with communication throughout the booking and rental time.

This rental was perfect for our family of five! It was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and the view (especially the sunrise) were absolutely beautiful. The unit was well-equipped, even though we didn’t end up cooking during our stay. The property itself had so much to offer, including a pool that our kids loved, plus fun activities like trivia and bingo. The shuttle service to the main locations in town was a huge bonus and made getting around so easy. We’d happily stay here again!

This is such a wonderful property and we can’t thank iTrip Vacations St. Augustine enough for letting us rent Arpieka Garden for our wedding weekend! The house was in a beautiful neighborhood that is walking distance to Downtown St. Augustine. The house was the perfect space for my bridesmaids and I to get ready for the best day of our lives! The house was stocked with everything we needed, modern design and very clean. The cooler evenings made the backyard such a great place to hang out, with the fire pit and lounge chairs. Didn’t get a chance to use the hottub, but we will next time.We highly recommend this property for anyone coming into St. Augustine!

What a beautiful place to call home away from home. All the comforts of home while on a trip is exactly what we needed for our busy week of soccer camp and tournament. The girls were able to relax, and we were able to take care of laundry & meals/snacks right at the house - saving so much time and money! Check in & out was so simple and informative. When you enter the front doors of this gorgeous home to find welcome goodies on the counter, and the sound of “Be Our Guest” playing on the house speakers, you know you’re in for a real treat. Don’t even get me started on the mesmerizing infinity pool that overlooks the lake…unbelievable. Multiple areas to lounge by the pool and hot tub with enough chairs for all. The house is lakefront, with a dock that allows you to fish or take out a kayak or paddle board. Ensuite bedrooms are beautiful, kitchen fantastic, pool table and bar area just one of the terrific places to hang. We were able to sit outside by the fire, on the large covered upper deck, one night during a summer thunderstorm. Talk about nature’s fireworks. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your “home away from home”. Bring a toothbrush and you’re set. Jenna and Tony (property mgrs) were so kind, welcoming and available to help with any questions. We will definitely be back!

This townhome was so comfortable and cozy! My family and I loved staying here. We stayed for Thanksgiving 2019 and had a wonderful time. The kitchen was fully equipped with almost everything we needed. We brought tinfoil food containers to make things simpler for cleaning up and taking our leftovers home (we're from Utah and had a 'staycation'), and used the dishes and utensils here. While we were here it snowed 15+ inches, so we had a lovely time relaxing by the fireplace and soaking in the hot tub while the flurries came down. We decided not to ski or sled because we can do that any time here and just settled in and enjoyed our time as a family playing games, watching favorite movies and TV shows. This home was a perfect place to do that! It has a nice homey-feel and was very clean and well taken care of. We definitely want to stay here again!

Our accommodations at Highland Lodge were exemplary! Our expectations were surpassed in every way. The condo was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy and the ski room was so convenient. The year round pool and hot tub was enjoyed by our children everyday after coming in off the slopes. Thankfully the staff at Highland Lodge was always on hand to answer questions, open the pool and be of help. The ski in and ski out made our time even more enjoyable and of course the mountain at Beaver Creek is fabulous to ski. We will be returning next year!

This is the PERFECT home for three couples or a family. It has the three things that make a wonderful stay: Fantastic view of the mountains and golf course, good beds and best outside pool and patio area. Kitchen ws also well equiped and furniture all comfortable. Casita was added bonus as large and very private almost like a second master, Best part was the staff at itrips was very helpful and reasponsive.

We have stayed at 102 Waterview many times in the past, The owners are personal friends of ours and is also a client of mine. I actually helped pick out their new flooring. I have to tell you the truth… this brand new flooring was so dirty it turned my socks almost black…as though the flooring had not been moped in months not to mention the sand. When we ended our stay I left a note for the Itrip cleaning people to ask that they don’t let the next people coming in to this unit have the same experience we had. That being said, We love the location and ease to the beach, that’s why we’ve stayed so many times.

I vacation in Naples a lot, but this is the first time I have taken my 15 and 19-year-old beautiful granddaughters with me. We all had a blast.They said the unit was “bougie.” I felt save letting them go to the pool; the guests all seem nice, and the unit was beautiful. The hosts were kind, and I have always loved Park Shores area. I hope to create more moments with my grands here.

We loved this house for our vacation. The entire house was clean and we loved the layout. The pool was great. Very well stocked house with all the kitchen tools you would need, as well as towels for the pool. The owner/management was great, especially if we needed anything. Would definitely return here!

Thank you for sharing the wonderful condo at the Commodore. We stayed in Unit 1209 and will be booking it again in the future. The property was located at the quieter east end of Panama City Beach, which was important for us. The property not only provided easy access to the beach, but provided an absolutely gorgeous view of the beach, water, and a spectacular late night thunderstorm. The outdoor shower was convenient to use when leaving the beach and the pool had plenty of seating and was well taken care of. I really enjoyed that the pool had a deeper end than most, going all the way to 8 feet. The condo itself was in great condition with two large sliding glass doors that provided easy access to our balcony. I loved that the view continued to the bedroom where you could enjoy watching a thunderstorm at night or view the beautiful beach in the morning. The only time we could hear our neighbors was when we stepped outside, as our condo was impressively soundproof. We had plenty of room in this spacious condo for the two of us. The open floorplan gives views from almost anywhere. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed to start our relaxing vacation. There was always hot water for showering and doing the dishes. We took advantage of the washer and dryer located conveniently in the unit, although small, it got the job done quickly and efficiently. The air-conditioning kept the room nice and cool, even when it was showing it felt like 109 outside it was refreshingly cool inside. There was luggage carts and shopping carts available for use to help with getting luggage and groceries up to the unit in one trip. Amber, our point of contact, was wonderful and responded quickly to questions. Unfortunately, when requested to extend our stay the unit had already been booked; but we can see why this property would be unavailable, as it was everything we could have hoped for and more. Some tips for future renters: -Be sure to bring beach towels, we brought two each so one could be washed when using the other. -Keep your parking pass in view at night, as we received a note on our windshield. For the owners: - I love the view from the bedroom, however the sun coming in early in the morning woke us up rather early. I would suggest moving the curtains from the living area to the bedroom. This was a perfect rental for a couple getting away for a relaxing week. Thank you, The Walkers

Great space. Clean and nice, as advertised and better than the photos. Perfect location, especially for those traveling with teenagers - close to beach and main/downtown area. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Bring plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, sponges, dish soap, etc. This is the second time renting a property from iTrip and they are very easy to work with and responsive. Will rent from them again.

Arrived in this beautiful home and started taking pictures to send to all my friends right away! I wanted to show off the lovely space we would be staying in for a week. It is a beautiful home, comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. The neighborhood was so picturesque. My granddaughter was in a Latin Art competition taking place at the University of Tennessee, so this location turned out to be convenient, since it was so close to the campus. No issues checking in and everything was well explained on the do's and don'ts. If she competes again next year, we will be staying there again.

I loved staying at Lazy Lagoon! The condo was beautiful and well kept, which made for a very peaceful stay. I enjoyed sitting in the screened-in porch, and the walk to the beach from there was nice with the Spanish moss trees. I even saw a group of deer on my walk back from the beach! This is a great place to stay and relax in. I give it 5 out of 5 stars!

Such a nice house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of everything! There's enough parking for 2 cars in the driveway, in case anyone was wondering. The house is well furnished and had all the amenities, including TV and fast WiFi. We had a great time here and would recommend it to a family or multiple families like we did. Hope to come back again!

We stayed at Tennesee Delight 3 for 4 nights and it was wonderful. We traveled from South Florida with our 2 pups and was originally planning on a stay at a hotel for the duration. As I was searching for dog friendly places in the Chattanooga area I stumbled onto this house it turned out perfect.

We could not have been happier with our stay here in Hilton Head! The condo was absolutely perfect for all our needs! It was immaculately clean, had the best-stocked kitchen of anywhere we have ever stayed, beautiful decor, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. We were so grateful for the beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach wagon that were provided for our excursions to the beach which was just 6-8 minutes away walking. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the location - close to everything we needed. We'd recommend this condo to anyone!

We recently spent 3 fantastic weeks in unit 201 at The Palms and were very pleased with our accommodations. The condo was very roomy and the bedrooms were quite spacious, each with a private bathroom. Unit 201 has two large balconies, one accessed from the living room looking at the gulf and the other accessed from the master bedroom looking at the intracoastal waterway. Any minor issues or questions were quickly addressed by Jeff who maintains the building. The Palms has a very nice pool, hot tub, and BBQ area where it was easy to meet fellow travellers. The condo has carpet which is a negative because of cleanliness but I understand that it is going to be removed in the near future. The kitchen could also use a few more larger dishes for food preparation. We will be returning and look forward to dealing with ITrip and the Palms again.

We loved the bright atmosphere, modern decor of kitchen/baths, furniture, open floor plan, etc.! The view of the ocean was spectacular! We were right in the heart of the vacation hotspot! We definitely will make this our #1 ocean destination on the East!

I rented this condo for a work conference that our team was attending in Myrtle Beach from October 31 -November 2, 2018. The pictures did not do justice to this spectacular condo. There were six of us in our party and we had room to spare. The whole condo was spotless! The kitchen provided all the appliances that we needed. Each bathroom has a hairdryer and lots of towels. The beds were very comfortable! Parking was very easy! The views outside on the very large deck was incredible. I didn't think that we would have a great view, but I was wrong. You could see the ocean clearly and also views of the many pools in the common area. We will be renting this condo again when we need to be in Myrtle Beach for work!

This property was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of space, really clean, and a well stocked kitchen. The mountain view was incredible. Host was very responsive and the shuttle service was an AMAZING perk. They made it so easy to get to the ski resort or into town. Our only issue was the dishwasher - the bottom rack needs to be fixed and the actual dishwasher was not flush with the counter making it difficult to close (and caused a few issues with getting it started). Overall a fantastic stay - would definitely come back!

Beautiful townhouse blocks from the beach. Family stayed in townhouse for a visit to Saint Augustine. Very convenient to downtown, the beach, and local restaurants. Very clean! Very well decorated. Had everything we needed plus a hot tub😊

We loved our stay in Bethany Beach! The location was perfect – the house is on a quiet street but a quick and easy walk to the beach, the park, the boardwalk, and restaurants. The rooms in the house have a lot of seating, plenty of space for our family to spread out, and we liked relaxing on the porch. The kids loved that they could play in the yard and walk to Candy Kitchen! We will definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay in Palm Desert. Everything about the home, property, and neighborhood was fantastic. Could not have asked for anything more regarding the home. Everything we needed was provided with respect to kitchen appliances, dishes, and cookware. Bath towels and pool towels provided were great and having a washer and dryer was very nice. Steps from the pool made it seem like our own private pool. Just can't say enough as to how nice the property was and what a great time we had.

Our beach vacation in Summerchase P2 was really everything we wanted!! The amount of room that this condo has is amazing. We have always rented a house but this was just as big!! Views were spectacular.. large patio made it so easy to enjoy day and night! It could use some updating.. couches, towels… over all we loved it!! Love the table in dining that seats 10! We will be back next year for another Orange Beach adventure! GH

Our entire family greatly enjoyed our experience. The house is beautiful and perfect for hosting a large family. The home was clean and well taken care of. The views are absolutely incredible. We will definitely be back!! My only advice for families traveling with young kids, bring a baby gate or two for the back patio stairs. Also main fridge is small for 11 people. Make sure you bring ice and coolers.

My husband and I stayed at the LuxPad the end of January for a ski trip. The condo was small but perfect for the two of us. It's a short walk to the lift and we were able to ski right to the back door. We walked to main street every night for dinner and then would take a shuttle back. The shuttles run all of the time and the drivers were all super friendly and helpful. The condo had everything we needed and the washer and dryer were a great bonus! We had a great time and absolutely loved Breckenridge. We can't wait to go back!

We had a great time at this beautiful oceanfront condo! We especially loved the corner unit with extra views of the ocean, and spent alot of our time on the porch! The location was great, the condo was clean and perfect size for us. The TV's were big and easy to operate as well as the appliances. Beach access was great, and the pool was also enjoyable. The only problem we had was the struggle with the wifi being spotty all week, even after resetting the modem. We were totally informed during the entire process of renting and would highly recommend this beautiful condo!! If we come back to Carolina Beach again, we will definitely rent it again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo! Easy walk to Whaler Village and beach access! Pool right outside the door. Such a Peaceful setting inside and out. All appliances were in great working order! Loved the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, and boogie boards. Such a fabulous experience and WE WILL BE BACK!

We had a wonderful stay in large unit with a stunning view of the ski resort from the balcony. The location was perfect, only two blocks away from the gondola and close to many restaurants and shops. The unit was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. The best part was the access to the amazing amenities of the resort, such as the hot tubs, and free shuttle. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway in Steamboat Springs!

This particular condo at the Caribe was very nice. It was the kids spring break and They enjoyed their selves very much! The kids love the variety of The amenities! The kids love going to the Lazy River, Laying out at the pools, Walking over to the beach or trolley over to the beach, they enjoying the hot tubs as well. The view from our balcony was the amazing beautiful beach. The kids love the Caribe and the condo was great!

Our spacious, four bedroom condo in Vail, CO was amazing. Well stocked with towels and amenities that we would need for 6 days. And an oversized frig that was perfect for the food we would need for a week! There were six of us! Itrip treated us like royalty and attended to some minor details immediately. Our family of seven (two grandparents, two parents and three children) had a great stay at Holi-day by the Sea. The rental unit looked just like the photos, but even bigger which isn't always the case. The unit is very well laid-out - we were all together, but could have privacy if we wanted. The living/dining area is open, inviting and we enjoyed eating there, playing cards and board games and chatting. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, and there is lots of closet and drawer space for clothing, etc. The children loved having their own room...with a TV! The bunkbed and single bed set-up was perfect for us. The skylight is a cool feature giving added light to that room - including in the early morning. Almost every kitchen dish or utensil you could want was provided. If you're staying longer than a week, you'd probably move items from one of the cupboards to another to make room for your dry goods. This unit is VERY clean and well-maintained. (We reported a loose laundry cupboard door and got an immediate reply that a work order had been put in.) A quick 8-minute walk to the beautiful beach was easy for the adults and the children, and we went every day - sometimes twice. The beach wagon, 4 good beach chairs and a beach umbrella were much appreciated. We will happily recommend this property to others.

We used the property for a business get away for adults. It was an amazing place to meet and get to know each other better. The property is very well equipped (redundancies for everything in the kitchen) and modern. Very close to Fairplay, so if you forget something or need that caffeine hit, you can run to town quite easily. The game room was a fantastic place to hang out and the doors/walls were sufficient to keep sound out if you wanted to nap/sleep while others were still active. Nothing but good things to say. This is not a criticism, just a quick note: There are some Disney like mice that like to come in the kitchen around midnight and say hi. We also had a raptor of some kind land on the outdoor table and steal an apple while we were sitting there. This is not an issue of cleanliness (the house was immaculately clean), just a product of being in the mountains. Make sure you put your food away and keep a broom handy to scoot the mice out the door. I have lived in CO for 28 years and never been to a cabin that did not have such visitors. But, if you are not used to it, you should be aware.

We loved this beautifully decorated and cozy apartment. It was very well equipped with everything and more for our skiing trip in Park City. It even had special rack to dry our gloves after a day of skiing. Check in process was very smooth. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook meals. The condo is located in the quite area, very beautiful view from the balcony and great restaurant Fuego Bistro and Pizzeria. It was an easy commute to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain. We loved the living room area with the fireplace and big TV to relax after the slopes. We would love to stay in this apartment again.

Panchoy was a fantastic place to stay for our family. The views are wonderful to wake up to, & fishing on the lake was fun. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for our family of 8. Beds were comfortable and just enough space for us. Wonderful 3BR, 3BA townhome located in a quiet neighborhood between Steamboat Ski Resort and downtown Steamboat Springs - minutes to both by car. Great way to avoid the public areas of other lodgings, and relax in front of the fireplace after a day of activities. Easy to book, easy to find, easy to access, and an easy place to stay. iTrip was very responsive to our questions, everything was clean and worked.

Positive: all the humans I dealt with were amazing. The drivers Hunter and John were especially awesome. Whoever I was texting to arrange my shuttle and luggage storage was also amazing. Everyone deserves a raise. The room, on the contrary, was just ok. Both my wife and I on separate occasions hit are shins into the corners of the bedframe. The temperature of the room was too hot despite changing the thermostat. One of the keys was broken; therefore, one of us never had a key and it's easy to get separated on the mountain.

We had a girls weekend stay at the Surf Perch and we loved absolutely everything about our stay. David and Robyn communicated well and were easy to get ahold of. We had 6 girls staying at the house and we were more than comfortable with the space (My only recommendation would be to add a few more mirrors for us coming in for a girls trip :P) The location was on point: easy access to the beach, only a block away, and a short walking distance to all the hot spots on A1A. I’d stay here again!

We enjoyed our recent vacation very much. Condo was clean and well equipped. Corner location was awesome; kids loved balcony with such an expansive view. Everything worked in the condo and we had no problems at all. Quick access to grocery, restaurants, zoo, etc. I'd recommend to anyone. Very minor things did exist like skid marks on entry wall, probably caused by carts. Also the beach was pretty crowded, but that should be expected with any multi-level unit with several floors.

What a fun time we had staying in Laurel Canyon at Isabelle's. (Mom and 3 adult daughters). My California sister stayed with us. The home is in such a cool area, and since I had seen the Laurel Canyon documentary, it was wonderful knowing the history. We were so comfortable there and it felt like our home. Breakfasts on the spacious deck in November was such a treat, and we really appreciated the 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The beds are great quality, as are the linens. One person slept in the living area and that fold out bed was very comfortable as well, with lots of bedding provided. We had 3 relatives visiting a few times, and there was plenty of seating for everyone. Ubers were quick, Trader Joe's 5 minutes away, and great restaurants in the area. Much to see as this is part of the Hollywood area. We also found good shopping and loved The Grove mall. I would recommend this home.

Just returned from spending a week with friends at Beach Breeze. Luckily, we missed spring break and there were no crowds! The house, as usual, was spotless. It is in a great location for adults and families. The house, and community, is very well maintained and we have vacationed there annually for about ten years. We experienced a minor mechanical issue with the dishwasher and the management company was out to the house early the next day. Very responsive. All in all, a very fun experience.

Great spot for a relaxing family vacation! The house was clean and in working order. Plenty of room for 5 adults and one child, but cozy enough for spending quality time together. Quick walk to the beach and excellent views of the marsh. I would stay again and recommend it to friends!

This was our second stay in Sandy Sunset. It is pure perfection from the accommodations to the stunning views. Everything you could possibly need is there in the well stocked condo. Great restaurants and ocean front resorts are a short walk away. ITrip is great to work with. Very easy to communicate back and forth and very quick to resolve any issues. This was my family's first time to Hilton Head and staying at this home just made us feel at home the whole time. I had constant communication with Peter who answered all questions in a timely matter. The house was spectacular! It had everything we needed and wanted during our stay. Loved the open floor plan as my son just loved having the open space to play and run around. The open windows in the main living room is a delight to wake up to. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone and we will definitely come back next year!

We live in Tampa and stayed two nights for a mini “staycation” and it was perfect! Friendly hotel staff, great location, everything we needed was provided to us from chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella. Sure it wasn’t SPARKLING clean, but as a Florida native I understand the expectations for a place at the beach unless you want to pay stupid amounts for a 5 star hotel. There was plenty of parking at the hotel. We were able to walk everywhere we needed. The bar located by the pool has a great staff. I would definitely come back!

I visited IoP with my family in September and stayed at Carolina Breezes West. The location is very close to the beach, just an easy two minute walk. The house was well stocked with beach gear, including chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some family meals together. All in all, it was a great place to rent for a family vacation

Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean and well stocked. Was surprised to see beach chairs umbrellas and various beach toys in the closet as well as towels and mats. Even had a couple larger coolers to use. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet and clean place to stay. Just be prepared for the walk to the beach. I knew when booking it would be a bit of a trek but worth it not having to fight for beach space or having to get up at sunrise to claim our spot. Went to the beach daily around 11 and had plenty of space for us to set up and spread out. We were “front row” at the beach daily. I would choose this specific room if we were to fly instead of drive down knowing it has everything we need/want.

From the very beginning before booking the trip, every person we communicated with were very friendly and quick with responses. We loved the location the big open space for our family and everything was clean. There were very minor things such as wear and tear but nothing to ruin our trip over and we are so happy to have chosen this place. I dream about having a great night sleep like I did at the Claridge place. The beds were amazing along with the very comfortable house. My family(2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for four nights and five days and we couldn't have been happier. The location was close to many dining options and the Living Desert, which my kids have been asking to go back to. The house was much bigger than anticipated. The four bedrooms were a nice size, especially the master suite that opened up right to the backyard for some late night swimming. My whole family could have stayed in the master suite! Another great perk at this house was the high tech amenities. The sound system in the living room was deafening! Watching a movie felt like you were in an actual movie theater. It was also nice to have an open floor plan so I could take full range of the kitchen while the kids watched tv. Last but not least--the backyard! The golf course and hills as a backdrop were stunning. It did not matter that the temperature reached 105. We stayed in the pool and was not bothered in the least by the heat. Without a doubt, my family will make it back to this lovely Palm Desert Oasis. We are all looking forward to it

We enjoyed our stay on Lupine Lane. Absolutely loved the location. Pool and spa were great. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint was the TV. The streaming wasn’t working well, we had to either unplug the TV or the box. Could still watch TV but was just a little annoying. Thanks for letting us stay there!

This is the second year we have stayed in this condo. There were many nice changes this year (new couches, new floor) although we were very happy with the original . There is no longer an expansive view of the gulf as a new building is being built directly across the street, Instead there is a smaller view. You cannot beat the location of this unit, across the street from the beach and a few blocks from the bars, restaurants and shops at Johns Pass. We will be back.

We had a fabulous time in Beavercreek. The condo was clean, updated, and a great location. It had a working wood burning fire place with wood supplied. Ski lift was right out the back door of the ski room with provided locker. The free shuttle service was easy to use with quick service. Loved the village of Beavercreek. We definitely want to go back!

My mother and I stayed at 1490 Vintage Lane the last week of February/early March. Leaving the cold winter of New England, it was heaven when we first entered the house and our gaze took us right to the pool and spa that overlooks the lake. The house has beautiful high ceilings, tastefully decorated furnishings, open layout, and everything you need is provided. The gated Briarwood neighborhood is picture perfect. We joked it was something right out of the movie, The Truman Show. Meticulous lawns, beautiful plantings, and friendly waving neighbors. The property managers, Tammy and Neil, were fabulous at communication. From precheck in instructions, to making sure we had arrived safely, all the way up to our departure. Not obtrusive one bit, just gently let you know they were available if you needed anything. Would definitely stay here again our next trip to Naples.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Aina Nalu and we love the location and the apartments. Our unit was very clean and welcoming. We have stayed here several years, and it is by far our favorite place on the beach! It is relaxing, out of the hub of Myrtle beach chaos, and the view is unmatched. The way the house sits low behind the dunes, it looks like you’re floating in the ocean. The kitchen is large, and we love the open floor plan. We sit on the deck in the shade watching the waves while our children play in the pool. No need to pack up to go to the beach. We just walk right out when we feel like being there. This year was the first time we experienced some “issues” with the place upon arrival regarding necessary working appliances and cleanliness. However, we contacted the management team, and they immediately set things into motion to correct the situation. Also noteworthy: we arrived the day after a hurricane passed through, so many things were in disarray beachside. The pool was cleaned promptly, appliances replaced and we experienced outstanding communication and efficiency from the management team. I cannot praise their professionalism and dedication to “making things right” for our stay enough. The place is heaven. The management is wonderful. Best place on the beach!

Kitchen, appliances were in good working order, updated nicely. I must give a negative to the sofa and chair in the living room. Very uncomfortable. We loved our stay at Evergreen Lodge. Very comfortable and clean. Simple walk to Vail Village. If you have someone who doesn't walk well, the busses run every 10 minutes. Loved going during the off season as the weather was lovely. Would return in a heartbeat.

This a small home appears to have been recently completely renovated. The results are great: hardwood floors, lovely tile in the bathroom and kitchen, all fresh paint and everything in excellent condition. The kitchen has a full set of brand new appliances, new dishes, cutlery, and glassware. It was provided with coffee, tea, a bottle of local wine, and more. The table has seating for four, and there are also bar stools at the kitchen counter. There's a very comfortable bed, washer and dryer, back patio seating and BBQ, and air conditioning. The shower is walk in.____The interior design is well done - new and refinished furniture is nicely arranged. There's art on the walls and books in the bookcases - games and puzzles too. It's a very short walk from downtown Newberg, with lots of restaurants and locations for wine tastings nearby. This would be a great place to spend a week if you're seriously into tasting Willamette wines. Not very wheelchair accessible, as there's a couple steps to the front door. ____We stayed for two days and loved it.

Fantastic in all aspects! Outdoor area is sprawling. You feel like you are at your own private resort. All day sun on the pool, but there are so many under cover areas for shade lovers. Saw dolphins and manatees swim by! Kitchen is extremely well equipped, and there are additional mini-fridges at each wet bar. Tons of beach gear provided but we honestly never left the lanai.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in IRB! Stephy's place was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The house was very clean upon arrival, kitchen stocked with all of the essentials, beds comfy, and overall, very well-appointed. We loved the modernness and decor throughout. Just two blocks away from the beach, it was in a great a location for those who visit the beach often. The staff at iTrip were also amazing -- two of the four beach chairs were damaged when we arrived and they quickly had replacements dropped off, in addition to a new beach wagon! When we visit the area again, we will certainly reconsider this property given how much we liked it.

This home was absolutely perfect. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers so the layout of the home was ideal with the 2 master suites on the main floor and the 2 huge bedrooms upstairs. The 5 bathrooms was an extra bonus. The home is beautiful and well stocked and we really enjoyed the front porch and view of the ocean across the street. We were here for the 4th of July and sat on the front porch and watched the Folly Beach annual fireworks show that was on the beach in front of the house. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay.

We stayed at 3 different VRBO on this vacation and this was the best one. It has a real nice location of 3-4 blocks to the beach. Surprisingly you are able to drive on the beach for FREE. The house everything that you need including beach equipment. The furniture is very comfortable as are the beds. The TV actually had channels you could watch including a local news channel. The bathrooms could use a little more countertop space. We would definitely rent here again.

We were originally supposed to stay at another location but when the owners pulled out, we were upgraded to this beautiful home and it was definitely an upgrade! The house has basically two apartments so each couple had our own private place to stay. The kitchens were well equipped and the home had everything we needed to make our stay a relaxing and enjoyable one. Having access to the lake and even a canoe and kayaks was a fun bonus. Jim was very good at communicating. We had some hot water issues but he worked to make sure it was all taken care of. There were only four of us, but the place would have been very comfortable with even more guests. Would definitely stay here again.

Can't complain when you can have it all and be in the water no matter what. The ocean was literally a 2min walk away... only way to be closer would be a beachfront property. If the ocean is choppy or we weren't feeling it, the pool was a great option because it was private to the house. There is construction literally right next door to the house, but we weren't really bothered by it. Just know it's extremely close if that would bother you. House was set up well. Bedrooms all had king size beds which was awesome and the showers were large even if the water pressure wasn't fantastic. The furthest back bedroom stays significantly cooler than the loft bedroom/beds. The house had lots of bonus items such as movies, boardgames, puzzles, a ton of books, baby gear, etc. We very much enjoy our stay.

We booked an extended weekend with itrip over labor day and we were extremely pleased with our accommodations. The town-home was spotless and Chase (itrip rep) was very helpful and made sure our stay was his priority. We were able to play all day and get back for dinners and a cozy home when we were finished. LOVED IT and would definitely stay at this same location again. Thank you!!

We loved the location - only a couple blocks to Everything in the historic area - and you can get tickets at (close by) stop 14 for the Old Town Trolley. Beautiful neighborhood around the house, it was spacious, clean, and well appointed with all you needed. Large front porch with great furniture, back yard beautiful with nice big table. Bug dining room table too! Huge couch. It all looks just like the pictures. Management responsive. We'd certainly go again. All good things to say.

We love the place! It fits us well. Great location! Morning views hard to beat! Although starting to feel the wear and tear in small places such as kitchen furniture, bathrooms… The grill was not as clean as last time and lacked propane.

The condo at Folly was perfect for me. I was staying by myself and it allowed access to all the city going-ons just outside the front door. A block or two down was shore. It could accommodate a small family in the living quarters but would best be used as a base with most of your time spent out and around. By way of endorsement, I plan to stay there again next year if it's available.

This is a beautiful property with lovely views! The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The property managers were extremely responsive. With the understanding we were not traveling during busy season, the property was VERY quiet which was also great! If you do not have a car, the walk up to the condo can be a breath-taking (and I’m not referring to the scenery). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Sadly, we didn’t discover the elevator until the day we left.

This Timbercreek condo was perfect for our Christmas vacation on beautiful Bald Head Island. It was our first time staying overlooking the marsh and it did not disappoint! The decor is quite tasteful,beds comfy, and the screen porch with this lovely view will keep us coming back for more. The kitchen will need a refresh one day but was nicely designed and met our needs. Just a couple of suggestions: Better outside lighting for stairs and blinds in the master need to operate more efficiently. The management company was very responsive and helpful with general questions. We look forward returning to Marsh Mellow in the near future!

We lived out time at Beachwalk 177. It’s a close walk to the beach, quiet and super clean. It’s centrally located on the island and a quick drive, bike ride or walk to restaurants and activities. We will be back!
