This was a wonderful stay. The house is spectacular! Just opened to renters and possibly among the first to stay at this property but, wow, this is truly an upscale townhouse within walking distance of the beach. High end appliances, open layout, plenty of room (rated for 8, but can easily sleep 10 comfortably) and lots of little touches around the home to add to the experience. Nice top balcony area where you can see a small piece of the ocean from the very left hand side. Two master bedrooms - the one on the second floor and a private balcony as well! Private Elevator perfect for the elderly. On top of the house, the iTrip property management group was outstanding to work with! Top notch service and quick response time to questions prior to and during the stay.

This is our second time staying at this house, and we love it! We have a daughter in a dance competition, and this house is perfect for having fun and getting ready for the competition. Plenty of space, great backyard, and amazing kitchen!

34 Tahiti Rd is a lovely rental! I can’t think of anything that was missing! We enjoyed the long kitchen island, the warmth of the pool, and having two areas to relax, in the main room of the house. Having a Publix so close was also a valued convenience. I reached out twice about different issues. Both situations were promptly resolved. 1) Upon reporting (erroneously) that the beach umbrella was missing, a kind lady brought a new one over and ended up having to return it to the store after she located the existing one. ☹️ Also reached out when the pool stopped running and was told how to restart (switch on circuit breaker had been tripped due to service being performed in the area).

This lovely home is in a perfect location. Easy to walk everywhere or a short drive to others. In a place where you pay to park, this spacious home offers enough driveway space for your group. The 3 bed, 2 bath, spacious kitchen and living area made for a comfortable visit. The host is easily accessible if needed and very kind. 10/10 highly recommend.

We have been coming to Seagrove to vacation for about 12 yrs now and this was the best property we have ever stayed in. Everything about it was perfect for our stay. The view of the beach was wonderful, we were able to sit on the decks and watch the waves when we weren’t on the beach. The location was perfect, just a minute and your toes are in the sand! Will definitely be coming back to stay at this property again!

The condo is located less than a 2 minute walk from the bottom of the Wizard Chair so access to the mountain is super easy. The condo was well laid out with great sitting area and fireplace. The kitchen has updated appliances and all the utensils and cookware needed for a ski weekend. Beds are comfortable with extra blankets and pillows if needed. Overall the Glacier Lodge is a great base for a ski weekend in Whistler. The hot tubs and pools are warm and clean. There is a liquor store located in building and a small grocery store just across the street. We wouldn't hesitate to book with iTrip again. Booking was fast and efficient and they responded quickly to any questions. They were also very accommodating for our request for a late checkout.

We stayed at this condo for four nights and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hosts were very accommodating when we asked if we could get in a little earlier, which we appreciated. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and had a cozy atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to shopping and restaurants – we walked to dinner three evenings and it was nice to see so many people out and about. There were a few things that we think would have made our stay even better. The showers lacked grab bars, which made it a bit challenging for those who may need additional support. Additionally, the stairs leading to the bedrooms were quite steep—not ideal for anyone with mobility difficulties. We also had trouble with the blinds in the living room; we could not figure out how to get them closed and if there was a trick to it, we did not figure it out during our stay. Even with these issues, overall, this was a great home base for us while visiting family for Thanksgiving.

Possibly one of the best spots I’ve stayed at. The ground floor was awesome. We could walk out the back door just a few feet to the water. Every accommodation was available that we could ask for. We went in Mid April, so whales were breaching within the first hour that we arrived and sea turtles were there everyday. It was also short walk or drive to anything we needed. I’m giving the review 5 stars but would give it a higher rating if possible.

We had a great trip! The house was beautiful and the fact that each bedroom had an en suite made it feel sups luxurious. The pool and fire pit provided endless entertainment day and night and we didnt have to leave... except that we wanted to enjoy the beach which was such a quick walk away and was clean and wonderful. The hosts were easy to communicate with. The only downside is that its a little annoying (but really not an issue) to have to go to their location (only 1 mile away) to pick up and drop off the key.

Trust us when we say that you would much prefer driving less than 5 minutes to check in with us versus checking in onsite and standing in line for an hour. It's definitely worth that short drive! We really enjoyed our stay at Flagler Flat! The location is top notch!! We enjoyed walks to the old city and access to Anastasia State Park. The interior furnishings downstairs are well done. David is very responsive to text and that’s appreciated!

This was a perfect homebase for us to travel to Firebird Raceway. The home is lovely and the air conditioning was very nice after long hot days at the track. We were very comfortable and loved the Koi pond!

We came to IOP for a wedding in Charleston and stayed for a beach vacation. Walking on Sunshine did not disappoint! It's beautifully decorated, well stocked, and the perfect beach location! We had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Lots of dishes. Might want to add a hand mixer or just a whisk. But this is minor. Beautiful views and outdoor seating. Tennis and basketball were fun. Lovely pool with lots of deck chairs Thank you!

This is our second stay at Peaceful Waters in 2023 and we have already booked for 2024! The home is situated on Siltcoos lake and provides stunning views, lake front access, a dock, and three levels of patios with group seating at each patio. In addition, there are two fire pits, one with propane and one with natural wood burning. The home is beautifully and practically decorated with all amenities needed. Florence, Oregon has been a tradition for our family for four generation! It started 67 years ago with my in-laws and we have never missed a year. It's a joy to bring them and reminisce about the memories we have created. We have stayed at many locations over the years and Peaceful Waters is hands down the best. Overall, you can't go wrong with staying at the wonderful, comfortable, and welcoming home. ____Heather

Leanna Roberts (iTrip Maui, Lahaina HI 808-633-6816) was wonderful to work with and helped make our stay a lot of fun! The condo was perfect and we especially loved the gorgeous blue granite kitchen counters!! The beds were comfie and the morning view out the Master Bedroom was the best ever!! What a great view! The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed meals on the deck with nice patio furniture. Mahalo and we will return again to this great place and hope to work with Leanna!

Had a great stay at #315 Maalaea Kai. The view was outstanding and the condo was stocked very well. Loved that we were able to listen to waves 24/7. Sea turtles were awesome. We will surely return. Only downsides was the air conditioner stopped working for 2 days. But did get fixed. And we had a slight ant problem.....

This condominium complex is in the perfect location! The beach is pristine and just steps away from John's Pass where you can watch fishing ships come and go, dolphins and beautiful sunsets as the condo faces the west. Also just steps away is the crosswalk immediately adjacent to the complex parking lot to allow for easy access to the shops and restaurants just across the street. The unit we stayed in was perfect for our family of four, well equipped, clean and modern. The balcony was wonderful for morning coffee, evening drinks and nighttime stargazing. The pool was clean and private with adequate pool chairs and some shaded seating as well. Having the added bonus of a parking spot and both stair and elevator access made for easy and convenient trips in and out of the unit - especially with a coded lock (no forgotten keys!). Be sure to try out the Mad Beach Microbrewery over in John's Pass shops/boardwalk - the Key Lime Hard Cider was AMAZING!!!!!! They also have a taster you can order to try all of their other yummy brews and the menu is a unique offering of fresh seafood and traditional pub fare - all perfectly prepared. The fresh grouper fish sandwich was fabulous! Also - you can tell the property is well maintained as the office is on the first floor and you can see maintenance folks or someone always around helping folks out. We also used the available washer/dryer on our floor steps away from our unit - it took quarters, but any of the shops at John's pass will make change for you as well as the visitor's center. We will definitely be back! This would be a great unit for elderly thanks to the elevator and ease of access, sidewalk/crosswalk and pull through garage/parking. It would also be a very safe unit for families of small children with the excellent safe railing on the balcony, along with the elevator, and the gated pool area (no lifeguard of course) and quick steps to the beach. They do allow pets (with owner approval) - or maybe just dogs - under 25 pounds and we saw several folks there who managed their sweet puppies very well on leaches with cleaning up after them and didn't ever hear barking at night, etc.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights and wish we had another week! The location of this rental in Mountain Village is perfect for anyone looking to be nearby all the awesome places it has to offer and the accessibility with the shuttles to and from many destinations is hard to beat. The moment you walk into the house, you have some of the best views and beautiful décor you can ask for. You can tell every inch of the house was planned out and designed to fit your needs. The living room has so much natural light to keep you always feeling like you're outdoors. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and looks like it's right out of a magazine. This house can comfortably sleep many adults & children (check out the bunk room). The master suite has the most stunning views looking over the mountains in the distance. It also has a large dual-sink bathroom with plenty of space. The master also has an office with dual monitors that you can plug into at any time you need to work which was so nice to have. The beds were literally some of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Overall I give this a 12/10 and already looking to plan another stay here. the kestrel suite met our family of 4 needs perfectly. well maintained and equipped and in close proximity to the slopes. we've stayed at Westgate before and find it a great way to experience the slopes and a nice condo. several hot tub and pool options as well as convenient restaurants nearby. we used the shuttle several times to get downtown, which is nice so you don't have to rent a car.

Loved the place, we stayed 2 weeks and had a great time. We have vacationed for about 12 years in several different beaches in S.C. We love Surfside, it is the best. The condo was well cared for and well stocked with all the essentials. Only problems was the texture was falling off the ceiling. No other complaints. Thank you so much.

I had not been to Fort Myers Beach for decades, and I had some trepidation after hurricane Ian. While the island was devastated, the resiliency of the locals is very evident as businesses and residences alike recover. Which leads me to this rental. It was almost completely re-done post hurricane, and most of the neighbors are working their way back to normalcy. The beach remains perfect, and it is only a three-minute walk to the surf. For getting around, there are good bikes. For the stroll to the beach, there is a useful wagon to haul chairs and everything else you need. The house was fully stocked and has two porches for perfect outdoor enjoyment in shade or sun. I had a problem figuring out the TV, and management was remarkably responsive.

My family had a great time and we'd definitely stay again. We liked having separate units, relaxing outdoor space, and being walking distance to the beach access. We appreciated that there were variety of kitchen tools and cookware. Typically at vacation rentals you get just worn out non-stick pans which are not great to use. Lots of natural light in the afternoon.

We found this condo to be centrally located, yet not in the higher traffic area, which is a total bonus! It was super clean and ITrip vacations was very accommodating with any of our questions or needs! I highly recommend this condo and we for sure, will be returning! The only downside, there are MANY steps to get to the beach and our beach access is not disability friendly and neither is the condo(not wheelchair friendly !

Awesome location close to so much! Home features a great outdoor area with a summer kitchen and fenced yard for our furry friends. We enjoyed lots of time outdoors. Beds were comfortable and kitchen/living room open concept was ideal for hanging out with our family. Great stay overall in a safe/quiet neighborhood.

My family and I had an amazing time at the Carnation house. The views were incredible! The home was beautiful, spotless and was well equipped with everything we needed. The location can’t be beat. It was close to the beach, close to shopping at Fashion Island, and there were several nearby grocery stores. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and there was a lovely park nearby that my children loved. I would stay here again without a doubt!

We had the pleasure of staying at Ocean Villas #20 for a family getaway in January. The location is perfect ,1st floor , pool view and easy walk to the beach. We loved the layout of the condo . It was easy to be together but not on top of each other. The condo was extremely clean and organized. Two big bonuses are, it’s easy to get in to town to tour things and you can walk to many great restaurants . We will definitely book again in the future.

We had an excellent stay at the Flip Flop Inn! Everything was clean and it was the perfect size for our family. It’s just a short walk to everything: the beach, tennis, pool, resort and restaurants. We used the beach equipment that was provided, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals as well. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My friends and I have taken our families to 30A for years and this was our best trip yet! Especially when it came to convenience. You are literally steps to both a pool and the beach. The pool is key with little ones (we had 6 kids under 7-years-old) and it was so nice to be able to run back and forth from it to the house. You can see the pool from the balcony on the main floor which would be a nice way to keep an eye on older kids. It really felt like it was in our back yard without having to worry about the easiest access for those in our crew who can't swim yet. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas, recommended by itrip, and they were located right off the access steps. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for 3 families. The top floor was perfect for sending kids up to watch a movie while we got food ready. There is a great dining table on the main floor balcony (with an umbrella) which is where we mostly fed the kids. We wished the washer/dryer had been a little bigger since we had a lot of laundry! But, that was our only *tiny* complaint! We will definitely try and rent here again!

This condo has definitely exceeded expectations! This unit is spacious, immaculately clean, and has everything you need to feel right at home as soon as you arrive. We had a wonderful time on our girl’s trip in this home! The home is very spacious with an accommodating floor plan. Very clean and nicely decorated. The master bedroom is huge and it has a walk in closet the size of a small bedroom. Plus, the bathroom was amazing and felt like being in a spa. The towels are luxurious and super soft. Nice private patio with bbq and plenty of sitting areas. We enjoyed early morning tennis and a few late night swims at the pool nearby. Great pool towels and floaties available to use. Close to a mall and fun restaurants. I’m looking forward to staying here again!

We chose the Lovely Laurelhurst Living cottage because of its location near a family member we were visiting. The location is in an historic neighborhood of well maintained residences on tree lined streets. The cottage was everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful setting, very cute little home. We also enjoyed the cottage because it was very clean, quiet, and had comfortable queen beds in both bedrooms. Everything worked well and was easy to operate. There is AC which was useful because we were in Portland during a warm spell. We are looking forward to our next visit to the charming Lovely Laurelhurst Living cottage the next time we visit our family in Portland.

The house was everything we had hoped it would be. We had incredible proximity to the beach and there was enough space at the house for those that didn't want to soak up sun to relax and enjoy themselves at the pool without it feeling cramped. The rooms and bathrooms were all much nicer than what you would find in most other houses, and all the appliances (kitchen equipment, AC, etc.) worked perfectly. If I'm ever heading back to Isle of Palms I will definitely be booking this house again.

We had the best stay here at the Shell Station House. It had everything we needed plus more! The house had a fully stocked kitchen plus plenty of towels and beach chairs. We also had plenty of room for us girls! The table on the porch was perfect and we had breakfast out there every morning! Very good location to stay. The neighborhood is a standard residential neighborhood that felt safe. Our adult children took long runs in the morning and bragged about the Botanical Gardens for their beauty. So much to see while enjoying their runs. We had baseball games on 3 different fields, and all were close: especially Slone Field. We would stay again!

Condo was in excellent condition and decorated very nicely. Bedrooms were plenty big for our family. Our view from the deck was of the intercostal waterway and had a side view of the ocean. Sound of the waves were very therapeutic. Right on the street, so there was a lot of traffic noise, but that didn't bother us much. Just steps to the beach. Very clean, soft white sand. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawback are the steps up to the condo.

The mail key was missing/unavailable through out our two month stay which caused a huge inconvenience for us especially the first month. The living room couch cover is freying badly essentially worn out. The two living room chairs are structurally unsafe as they are separating from the legs. If a heavy person sat in them they could collapse. Other things that were reported were fixed promptly without delay and we are happy with our dealings with itrip company.

We had a wonderful week on the beach. The elevator was down the whole time from the hurricane. We found many other places in the area had elevators/escalators still down unfortunately. But many restaurants and stores are opening back up. We would definitely stay again. The condo was a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. They only supply a few rolls of TP, a few trash bags, a few dishwasher tablets and 1 paper towel. The pool was heated and clean. Parking for 2 cars. Right on the beach and across from John's Pass.

This is our second time renting this cabin. It fits our family of 5 perfectly. We love that it is literally 1 traffic light away from Park City, Canyons Village making it an easy drop off for those who want to ski and those who don't. The cabin is well equipped and maintained, even with undeground parking so there is no need to shovel snow. Until next year.

Beautiful home! We had a group of 17 and this house was perfect! Never once ran out of hot water! Plenty of room for everyone. The back yard is small but still big enough for my grandson’s to play games. Just wish the lake hadn’t been Flooded and closed. But still plenty to do in the area. This place is amazing! Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend! Notes - the stairs are a lot and are not the best for going up and down all day. But with the view and kitchen you never really need to leave. The upstairs room does not have a door and you can hear everything downstairs. It wasn’t bad but just had to adjust our sleeping plans. The garbage disposal had to be plugged in to turn on and unplugged to turn off. We had a few questions or issues and the team was absolutely amazing at getting us the help we needed. Also a huge highlight was we saw whales multiple times while sitting on the patio! If you are patient you will definitely see some. We moved the umbrella from the back porch to the front so we could be out there all day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment in Whistler, and I cannot recommend it enough! The apartment itself was absolutely stunning, with stylish and comfortable furnishings, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, and a cozy fireplace that was perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes. The bedrooms were spacious and featured top-quality linens and mattresses, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was unbeatable just in the center of the village, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The picturesque mountain views from the private balcony were truly mesmerizing and made for an unforgettable experience. Not only was the apartment immaculately clean, but it also offered a range of amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services. These thoughtful touches made me feel right at home and catered to all my needs. In summary, my stay at this Whistler apartment was an absolute dream. I will undoubtedly return for future vacations and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and unforgettable experience in this beautiful mountain paradise. A true 5-star gem!

We have stayed at a different room in the Trappeur's Lodge/Trappeur's Crossing with great results. The location is fantastic, the outdoor hot tubs are plentiful and large (and hot!) and the rooms are compact but designed to maximize space and utility. Our stay in room 1306 at Trappeur's Lodge wasn't the greatest experience for us. The availability of pots, pans and kitchen items was basic. It was functional but not great (there was only 1 coffee mug but several tiny tea cups). Overall, our stay was nearly ruined because the furnishings in the condo were completely worn out. The sofa and chairs in the TV nook were old reject seating with the cushioning so crushed that it wasn't comfortable to sit or congregate. The twin beds seem to have slightly newer mattresses but all 3 of the Queen suites had bedding that was so uncomfortable that you could feel the inner springs, and at least one bed was so destroyed in the center that occupants rolled into the caved-in center of the bed. The head boards were not attached well and leaned inward over the beds when you laid down. The frames were weak (and we are not heavy people!). We would not have been able to sleep at all if not for Jason at iTrip, who made a special trip to Walmart to purchase (at no expense to us!) mattress toppers for all 3 queen beds which didn't help with other 'bed issues' but did make it more comfortable (we couldn't feel the springs through the mattress anymore) and I am eternally grateful to iTrip for going the EXTRA MILE to save our vacation lodging experience. Thank you so much iTrip for saving the day! We will book with you again!!

This was a perfect home for our family to stay together as we had a funeral for our mother. We had sold our parents' home several years ago, so it was so nice to have a home that we could all be together again during this sad time. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was great to have our own space. The kitchen and living area was great for all of us. We also loved being able to enjoy the neighborhood and parks very close to the house. Thank you!

Everything was exactly like it appeared in the photos online. Spacious unit perfect for our family of 4. Great location away from the "college" scene and the beach was beautiful. Friendly and easy check in process as well, we drove in and arrived an hour or so before the 4:00 check in and they graciously gave us a new code to enter the room early and get a little extra beach time! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hoosier Hideaway! We have 3 kids from 7-13 years old and the basement full of games was perfect for them at night. The adults enjoyed it too.. The home itself was very nice, roomy, and located on a secluded lot, could only barely see two other properties through the trees, so we really enjoyed being in the middle of nature and feeling like we had our own home away from home for a week. Home is also close to Breckenridge (20-25 min) and Fairplay (5-10 min), which have lots of fun stuff to see and do. Would definitely go back and take friends and family!

We enjoy wine, so every year we pick a different wine region to taste the area wines. This year we picked the Willamette Valley. The property was in the country so it was very quiet. It was also centered in the area of the wineries we wanted to try. We were told at one of our wine tasting that there is approximately 700 wineries in the area. The house was very nice with a large Kitchen area. The view from the house was outstanding! It reminded us of the views we had seen in Italy.

Location was awesome! Unit could use some updating. Maintenance came and advised us not to use master bath because of leak underneath us. Maintenance returned the next morning at 9 with plumber and they left about 9:15 for parts. They finally returned at 2:30 to repair. Our day was screwed because of that. Other than that one-day loss it was great.

A wonderful Winter Texan experience. Alison & Dustin are caring, attentive, friendly Franchise Owners. We only hope our plans for winter 2023/24 will include a stay at Cation on the Guadalupe. Our condo was clean, modern, bright, with a well stocked kitchen, and we felt right at home. The River patio is a beautiful area to enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the kayakers. The beautiful grounds are home to birds, squirrels, deer that keep you entertained while sitting on your patio/deck. After receiving the news our original house was not available the night before we were to leave due to the AC going out, Dana at Holiday Properties found us a new house in Serenity in Dune Allen. Having never stayed down that way, we were very nervous about distance to beach, sleeping arrangements for 8 adults, 4 kids, etc. Well it was great! Dana arranged for a golf cart and the house was perfect! Quick trip to the beach and pool around the corner. Only negative was parking. We had to figure out where to park extra cars, but got it worked out. Highly recommend! Big thanks to Dana!

I visit Perdido Key multiple times a year with friends and family. I’ve stayed at this beautiful home three times now. It’s always the perfect amount of space, extremely clean and has everything we need. The golf course is beautiful and all of the amenities at this resort make for a perfect, convenient stay. Private beach, pickle ball courts and the free shuttle is always heavily utilized. I have nothing but good things to say about the house, host, and area. This is now my go to rental in Perdido Key! What a beautiful condo! Super clean and had everything we needed. This condo is in a great location. Close to the Olympic Park and Park City. A couple of restaurants within walking distance and also Thursday night summer concert series is right there. Free valet parking, wonderful pool/hot tub and huge fire pit for s’mores! Literally cannot wait to come back!

This condo is beautiful and clean! You can walk out the door and onto the beach! The small building also means that you are not packed into the beach multiple rows deep! I can’t wait to go back! Book this place! You won’t regret it!

Loved our week at Lime Pie! The unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved that we had space for everything - whether sprawling in front of the TV (with multiple couches), playing games or working a puzzle at the smaller rectangular table, or eating at the large dining room table or at the barstools. The building had accessible elevators for each unit (a plus for any mobility-restricted guests) as well as easy-access stairs. Loved our Seaside location as well, located about midway between Destin & Panama City. There was plenty of (non-crowded) space on the beach. The nearby high-rise is several homes away and did not impact us. I also liked that our unit was set back off the road (no road-noise) and everyday we loved sitting out on the back balcony soaking up the oceanfront and unobstructed views. Private beach access was directly next to our building - couldn't have been more convenient. Pool was convenient as well (just across parking lot). If you have any interest in biking, splurge on a couple of the bike rentals. There are bike paths everywhere and it was fun to use them - whether exploring through neighborhoods or even to dash over to a nearby convenience shop to pick up a few forgotten items. Probably the toughest things we encountered were: (a) figuring out exactly where the unit/complex was and how to get into the complex on the first day (there's a gate right on the main road and you'll need the gate code to get in!) and (b) figuring out where the trash cans were (they are out on the main road, so you have to go outside the gated area to take out the trash). Totally enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at the unit again in the future.

The property was wonderful! Our children were attending a tennis camp at Van Der Meer, so this property was the perfect location for them to walk. #18 Courtside was beautifully renovated and we really enjoyed our stay. We were given a number to text to check on whether or not we could have an early check-in, but no one ever responded. While the condo was beautiful, the mattresses could use an update. The king mattress is not comfortable. It was farther away from the beach than we anticipated. The condo did provide a wagon for carrying chairs and coolers so that was a life saver! Great stay!

We rented the Deer valley property in Park City and it was absolutely fantastic. The place was clean and stocked with all essentials. This AirBnB is in a great location with easy access to the beach (6-7 minute walk at a casual pace). We appreciated the nice treats from the owners and the towels were folded in a nice, decorative way. The place was clean and had a full kitchen with all of the pots, pans, blender, utensils, etc. that we needed. The washer and dryer are a huge plus for washing all of the beach towels, regular towels, and even our clothes. Charles has fantastic communication and our family enjoyed our stay.

We had a great day at this condo where we met with some of our friends and spent five days skiing. Easy access to blackcomb gondola on a trail and we could ski back To the condo on a different trail. The condo is beautiful And well stocked. we had a great stay.

Great little condo within steps of the beach. Nice pool on property to cool off in and take a break from ocean. Small view of ocean from the side window of the condo as it's the last condo in the building upstairs. Everything was supplied, even beach towels, umbrellas and shell finders. Nice kitchen with all things necessary to cook and really nice bathroom. Bed too firm for me but clean and comfortable all around. Pull out couch not very comfy either but I've actual never found a comfy one. Living room small but overall most time spent at beach. Only in room to shower and sleep. They also accommodated us on literally 2 hours notice. Great customer service.

Our vacation and accomodations at Makani Sands #106 was by far the best ever! We like to get out of town during the holidays and just forget and relax. Maui is our place to do just that. This place did it for us! Every day in the water, snorkeling is my fav thing to do. The condo has everything we need and more. Bert the caretaker was so friendly and helpful and Leanna was the best! We couldn't get tv reception in the living room and she went way over and above to help us with this. We were so thankful for her help. Thanks for a great 2015 vacation and we hope to return soon. We spent a wonderful week at this home. 9 of us fit comfortably on the upper level. All the appliances were modern, the beds were comfortable. What I liked the best is the balcony that had ocean view. It is amazing to have your coffee and watch the sun rise above the ocean. There are some great restaurants even walking distance. The grocery stores are 5 minutes away. The beach is clean and was not crowded in March. We definitely would love to come back again.

Was great to have coolers for beach and had 5 really nice beach chairs which made stay super convenient. Can access Johns Pass at parking lot entry. Everything within walking distance. This condo was a great choice. The covered parking was a plus. The condo itself with a pool and beach view was wonderful. The large balcony was a perfect place to listen to the beach waves at night. An easy walk across the street to Johns pass for shops and restaurants. We hope to stay there again soon. The beds were very firm. I prefer softer but that wouldn't stop me from booking another stay. Great location walking distance to lifts and gondola. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be that we were in a bit of a complicated situation at the time of check out because of a snow storm, I asked iTrip’s staff if they could give me suggestions about what we could do and their response was to leave as early as we could, which we did risking to get caught in the middle of the blizzard. In fact we did got stuck with nowhere to sleep half way to Denver. I think staff should be a bit more knowledgeable about what to do in these situations and offer guests different options. Just try a bit harder to be nice and helpful. The apartment is great, staff didn’t get my 5stars for that detail.

This was our second stay at SeasLife and we'll be back again next year. No rental is perfect, but iTrip was very responsive to our requests for help or info. Home was clean and well stocked with kitchen items (dishes, pans, etc). Quiet neighborhood, but it's also the off-season so I'm sure that helped! The only 'negative' I can think of is that there isn't a bathroom or any sort on the main (upper) living area of the home, so for older people that was a bit tough on the joints (but we knew that ahead of time and it wasn't a deterrent, just an annoyance). All hard surfaces make it pet friendly (didn't have to worry about paw prints, etc), but stairs and no fenced yard were again a bit of a challenge.

My family and I stayed in Cozy Jerome, Mesa AZ over thanksgiving. It was a perfect spot. The house was clean, well appointed, even had a desk area and handy printer. The beds were great, always important. The neighborhood itself is very quiet. The development had great common facilities, pool, hot tub, (although too cold to use them in Nov) tennis courts, several playgrounds for the kids. Lovely to just walk around. Megan was very helpful and accommodation. Always respond quickly to any question. I would highly recommend ITrip and working with Megan.

The condo is well stocked with the basics and we enjoyed it so much. The air conditioning was so appreciated. I did not realize that most of the other units do not have AC. I love that it is on the 1st story. Right outside the condo we sat for hours to take in the turtle and whale sightings and the magnificent Maui sunsets! The next time we plan a Maui trip we are looking to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay in Oak Island at a home managed by iTrip. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and ice cream, which was a big hit with our families. The house itself was beautiful, very clean, and offered the perfect amount of space and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. That said, there are a few things that could really improve the experience for future guests. The house wasn’t stocked with any dish towels, and the number of bath towels/washcloths provided was very limited, which meant we had to do laundry much more often than expected. For the cost of the rental, it would have been greatly appreciated to have more basics included—such as garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and toilet paper—so that guests don’t have to buy full supplies for just a week and then leave them behind. Finally, the storage area of the home could definitely use some ventilation. It had a strong musty/moldy odor that made it unpleasant to use. Overall, we loved the home and location, but with a few thoughtful additions and improvements, it could be an exceptional rental experience.

This was our 18th trip (since 1989) to Sanibel and 13th staying at Pointe Santo. E32 is a very nicely appointed unit. The location, with a view of the lagoon & pool area, plus the gulf is perfect. The new kitchen is nice & my wife & I loved the new design & layout of the master bath. The flat screen TVs were nice & the wifi worked well. I also liked the keyless entry. There was construction going on in the A building (which was closed) fortunately the noise levels were mostly manageable, the one bad day was when they were removing the tiles from a balcony - 1.5 hour of very loud jackhammering. On the plus side, with the building closed the complex was less crowded. I would highly recommend this unit & will probably book it on our next trip if it is available. I will however inquire if there are any major renovations going on.

My husband and I just returned from our trip and absolutely loved this home. We were celebrating Valentine’s, my Birthday and my 5 year cancer free anniversary. The home was perfect, very clean, comfortable and well stocked with the basics. We loved having the gas fireplace and the hot tub ( two person). The home is located in a cute and quiet neighborhood with beach access right next to the home. We had such a wonderful time and it’s such a great location. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was great. Very clean. Large enough for our family of 8. You wouldn't even know others were in house with there being upstairs and down stairs living areas. Love the large upstairs deck. The couple minute walk to the beach was nice and close and pool just steps from the door. We spent every day at the beach or few hours at end of night in pool. Only about 2 hours from Disney we took a day and spent it there. Went on boat ride to find dolphins only 20 minutes from this place. I definitely would love to come back and book this place again.

We can't say enough good things about this condo and the town. The location couldn't have been better. The condo is updated and extremely comfortable. Once we arrived we didn't have to drive anywhere other than the grocery store. Morning coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and almost all activities are a short walk away. We will be repeat customers for this property. This condo may cost a small amount more than others on or near Main St, but there is a clear reason that you need to experience for yourself.

110 St. George Street is the center of everything in St. Augustine. We couldn't believe how accessible everything we wanted to see and do was. We only moved our car once in the 4 days we were there. We decided to take a family trip and enjoy sunny Florida. We loved the property! It was clean, well equipped, and the added pool heat was perfect! Every room had a wonderful view! The condo was clean great and the security guard the older guy was great ,friendly and there to help with any questions! The beach is beautiful and very peaceful! The bay is a plus and we loved fishing !! This was our first time going to Gulf shores and we will definitely be back !!! A lot of kid friendly restaurants!!

We had an incredible stay at Shores of Panama! The view from the room and balcony was simply breathtaking, and the comfy and beautifully decorated interior made it feel like a true paradise. The bunk beds with their individual built-in TVs were a wow factor, especially for the kids. The pool facilities were perfect for families, and the staff was so courteous and helpful. With plenty to do nearby, I still found it hard to leave the room and its private beach access. Already looking forward to rebooking next year for another perfect family vacation!

Four of us spent an idyllic 4 days at the property. Yes it’s dated, but it’s ruthlessly clean & the beds are wonderful. The kitchen had every appliance/gadget you could want and the grill is great. The views are beautiful, the location is quiet and close to so many of the wineries we visited. We had one minor issue that was responded to so quickly it was as if the host were there with us. We will be back and would love to stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights and it is truly a Slice of Paradise. We had 2 families; 4 adults, 2 kids and the space was perfect! We enjoyed all of the amenities in the backyard to the fullest! Our boys didn't want to leave. The proximity to the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons was great. The grocery store was close, also. The living space was great. We will definitely book again!

My wife, myself and 3 adult boys had a wonderful experience in Breckenridge. This home was perfect for us, we all loved how spacious it was and the downstairs game room was our favorite place. The deck with the grill and hot tub was a great place to relax. Would recommend to all families. Thanks for everything.

This was a wonderful beach getaway. Clean, updated beautifully, all things you could possibly need were included. Pool for a swim was a few steps away, and the beach was just a quick walk up a ramp. Lovely complex, quiet and well cared for. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was only one night, but with the proximity to the beach, it made for a beautiful evening and early morning walk along the water only a few minutes away.

Commodore 1305. It was a 3 bedroom 3 bath and a lot of space for our family. Had a GREAT time. Room was nice and clean. Great stay. Ready to return.

This is our 4th year in a row staying in Bear Hollow, 3 in a row for this same house. We love it and will be back next year! Well appointed and very comfortable with plenty of space, we love the open floor plan for our 2 young grandchildren to play. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary gadgets, including a crockpot & rice cooker. The knives do need to be sharpened😊.

We loved being able to park our three cars under the carport and having a gated driveway. Proximity to Universal was perfect and walked over one evening just for the Universal City Walk. Plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. After all the walking at universal, the hot tub was perfect ending of the day. Would recommend to anyone that needs a great place to stay in LA.

We spent thanksgiving on the beach with our adult Children. We had so much fun! The home was beautiful and has everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving meal. The bedrooms had plenty of room and the bathrooms were super clean. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful. 5 stars for sure!

This is a great, well laid out house. We had 3 adults, 2 young kids, and one dog. There are plenty of bedrooms and living space for everyone to hang out together or spread out. The kitchen was well equipped for a group that loves cooking! The neighborhood is quiet and great for a walk, and it was easy access to Avon and Beaver Creek or a quick drive to Vail. It is also just a few steps from a park where the kids could sled or play. Would highly recommend this house!
