We were all delightfully pleased to find this little home away from home! Parking was available right in front of the door, all instructions were clear and worked perfect and the entire inside was well appointed and very clean! Very good location to access all of the keys! Only suggestion would be to have a small end table between the twin beds in room 2 with a reading light! The duck key (Hawks Cay) area is quiet and very comfortable sand we would come back!

We had an amazing stay in Carlton for a family wedding. Thank you for the great experience. We enjoyed the wonderful porch, fun game room and cozy living spaces. The kitchen had everything with a nice array of seasonings. There was plenty of space for all and the home was beautifully decorated and welcoming! We also enjoyed our visit to the Ghost Hills tasting room just outside of Carlton!

Our stay was so relaxing! During a week of unseasonaly high temperatures, even for St Simons, we had a nice, cool, clean and well appointed place to retreat to each day. Love that it was gated and not crowded on the dead end street. Made for a week of easy access to the beach, the town, and quick trip up the island for sights. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Beds were very comfortable!

Convenience, comfort and luxury all wrapped into one beautiful package! So much room for everyone to spread out, nice large bedrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials and dishes including dishware for the little ones, there were beach towels for the pool, everything was clearly thought of. The pool was great for cooling off and relaxing after a long day spent in the parks. The location can't be beat, it's centrally located to restaurants, shopping and attractions, making for an easy drive no matter where you're headed. We loved our stay here and can't wait to come back again next year!

We stayed at this beautiful condo with our lovely family of 8. The condo was luxurious, roomy and had great amenities. The decor in all of the rooms had a nice touch throughout. All of the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom was the best — we couldn’t stop thinking about nice and big it truly was! The kitchen made us want to upgrade our own appliances at home! The washer and dryer room even had some beach toys and boogie boards for our 3 kids ( ages 2 - 12 ). Everyone loved the huge TV in the living area and the balcony the most. The view from our room was truly remarkable. The sunrises and the sunset were truly breathtaking. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants, shops and to the nice and clean beach. Our family memories and this truly outstanding location with warm greetings have left us wanting to book the same place next year! Truly top notch! Oh and we ARE coming back!

Our entire family greatly enjoyed our experience. The house is beautiful and perfect for hosting a large family. The home was clean and well taken care of. The views are absolutely incredible. We will definitely be back!! My only advice for families traveling with young kids, bring a baby gate or two for the back patio stairs. Also main fridge is small for 11 people. Make sure you bring ice and coolers.

This is a great location with access to a free shuttle that comes every 20 minutes when called. Beautiful amenities and great service for any additional questions.

What a nice property. Clean, spacious, really well outfitted kitchen, and nice pool area and tennis courts. Exceeded our expectations. Only downside is this particular property may not be be available because I’m not sure I can get my wife to leave ;-)

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Condo was immaculately cleaned and we loved the modern look while still having a homey feel with great views. The top deck was beautiful and very comfortable. So convenient to Carolina Beach restaurants, bars, and much more. We have stayed at other condos in Carolina Beach and nothing compares! We plan to come back year after year.

We had a lovely stay at this house and would definitely rent it again. It was in a great location, close to bike trails and close to the beach as well. We biked everywhere and it was really in central location to the beach, South Beach, Harbour Town and the Lawton Stables. The house was clean, well-equipped both in the kitchen and with beach accessories. The rooms were super cute with updated bathrooms and the bunk room was a perfect hideaway for our boys and they enjoyed having their own space with a large TV :) The pool was great and it was super private which was a plus. Property management was very quick and responsive to anything we needed and we would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!!!

Absolutely 5 star stay!____What a wonderful home and owners/business to rent from. They truly care for their customers and provided a wonderful vacation experience.____The home was fantastic. It was well furnished, clean, and absolutely as described. There were plenty of beds, space, and bathrooms for my family of 7. Even when there was a day of rain we had plenty of comfortable indoor home space to play board games and relax. The beds were very comfortable and of quality (critical element on vacation) the home had all of the necessary elements to be a wonderful vacation home. The home was an easy walk to the beach as described and the pool was fantastic! My kids enjoyed the pool just as much as the beach because the backyard was so nice. The beach was very clean and quiet and again an easy walk. We loved having the beach cart supplied at the home to take the beach chairs, boogie board, build sandcastles, and relax. Once we got our groceries, we never needed our car the walk was so easy.____Truly wonderful owners who care for their customers. Home did feel like a home away from home by the way they prepared, cleaned, furnished and took care of the booking. My family had a great time with wonderful vacation memories.____Thank you!

Miller's Whimsy was perfect for our family vacation. We were quite comfortable and had plenty of room fir eating playing games, and enjoying our time together. The sunporch was a favorite place for all. If we need this much space when we visit again it will be a top contender. Thanks for the memories.

Everything was perfect. Check in was smooth, the condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, kitchen had everything we needed. Although we did not use the pool, hot tubs, grills and tennis courts they were clean and well kept. It’s obvious the owners take excellent care and pride in their unit and the community keeps the common area top notch. Definitely would stay again in this unit.

We stayed at this property for 11 nights with 13 people, and loved it! There was plenty of space for everyone. We checked in on a Tuesday and Hurricane Ian hit on Wednesday. We never felt unsafe there. The power stayed on the whole time, which was great. The only downside was there was a leak in the upstairs living room ceiling. We reached out to the property manager and ended up just having to put a bucket under it because they weren't able to send anyone out due to the Hurricane (totally understandable). It stopped leaking on Thursday, after it stopped raining, and it didn't rain for the remainder of the trip, thankfully. The weather was great and we loved sitting out on the patio. The house is only 20 minutes away from Disney World and 30 minutes from Universal Studios, which is very convenient. Loved that there was a garage to park our car in during the hurricane. Would definitely stay again!

This is our 2nd stay at Eden on Adams and it will surely not be our last. The home is perfect for 2 and every need has been anticipated. Beautifully appointed, quiet, walking distance to downtown Annapolis and restaurants in Eastport. iTrip Annapolis made everything very easy and smooth. Professional and caring. They are our “go to” when we want to stay in Annapolis. Special shoutout to Cathy!

This recently renovated Townhome was great! It is a true ski-in ski-out location where you can step off the back porch, put your skis on and off you go. We ordered food directly from Safeway and the groceries were delivered right on time. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the townhome, using the updated kitchen, and enjoyed cocktails on the back porch with a fantastic view of the mountain. We also discovered that it's a fairly easy walk from the T-Bar cantina up the Right-of-way ski run, after re-hydrating, from a long day of skiing. The iTrip shuttle was very convenient and the driver very friendly...we used it to go into town and sent him a text when ready for a pick-up. There isn't a bathroom on the main level but they are easily accessible either upstairs or downstairs. Overall a great place that we will definitely consider for future visits!

My sister and I came back for a 3 day stay after spending the previous week here. With this place not being rented out after May 31st, we just had to make it our last hurrah! The Dahlin cabin is so comfortable and clean and the views are spectacular! It is/was our most favorite place to rent. I feel lucky to have come across the property last year and to then return this year before it was too late. Please let me know if the owners decide to ever rent it out again. I am in love with this place! Thank you for sharing this home.

I have rented houses from other vendors over the past 10 years, for family get-togethers. Upon pulling up to this house for our stay, my brother came jogging out of the house excitedly proclaiming, "This is the best yet!". My brother is usually not so ebullient about such things so we couldn't wait to go inside.. The first thing that struck me was the spaciousness of the living room/ kitchen/ dining area. Full of light and uncluttered it was a nice welcome. A quick inspection of the kitchen delivered a revelation of well stocked items - dishes and other plates were in abundance, the silverware was of good quality, every knick-nack you could think of (except maybe if you went to the Cordon bleu School). and clean! Touring the rest of the house revealed similar quality and cleanliness through out. There's too much to describe individually - all in good order. My favorite points about this house were, location, bedrooms (each with its own full bath), and the pool and deck. My family consisted of myself and wife, both in our 70's, my brother and his wife,(a bit younger), along with his two married children and their spouses, and an 18 month grandchild and a 4 year old toddler. It was perfect for us. I can't really state any negatives but you should know the house is on 3 levels, so there is a bit of climbing. The good news is there is a master suite on the 2nd floor - which is the entrance floor), so if someone requires and easier time of it, they can basically stay on the "main" floor and forget about going up to the 3rd floor. If that sounds confusing, the folks at I Trip can readily assist you. They are pros and everything went smoothly in dealing with them. E-mails were usually answered the first day and someone is always in the office. In conclusion, we were supremely satisfied. I plan to use I Trip in the future - no doubts about that!. best wishes to all, Conrad M

We loved everything about this condo! We return every summer and this by far has been our favorite and we will book this condo going forward. It’s so nice, well furnished, and parking is perfect. I love the small complex. I can’t recommend this place enough. You won’t regret it. I just hope everyone who stays takes good care of it.

I have been to the Commodore every year for 20+ years and we have stayed in multiple rooms. This was one of the best we’ve stayed in! We were greeted with a basket of goodies, which we snacked on our whole trip! The condo was very clean and we were supplied with everything we needed for a great stay! We will definitely be looking to book room 702 in the future!

We stayed here 4th of July week and it was perfect in every way. There were 10 of us and loved this place! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need to cook in! The open dining/living area was wonderful for everyone to sit around and be together. The rooms were were great for our large group! The beach was easily accessible as was the pool. It was the perfect place for our annual family beach trip. We hope to go back again next year!

If you are looking for a place to get totally 'off the grid,' relax, and unwind, Tamanawas cabin is for you. It is situated in a perfect location, surrounded by nature, yet not too far away from shops and all the attractions the Mt. Hood region has to offer. The cabin is tastefully decorated, with just the right amenities to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable. The iTrip team who took care of our stay were first class and were on hand before, during and after our trip to make sure our experience was perfect in every way. A great choice for a small group or family.

The rental was in the perfect location for what we needed, access to bus up to the resort, and within walking distance in historic downtown Breck. All information was provided ahead of time, so easy to find and get access, great communication and support throughout stay. My wife and I had a great stay. All the amenities are here and the shuttle bus stops right in front so access to all of the nearby mountain towns are within easy access. Out of the back door is a national forest with many hiking trails and what a great view, like living in the forest. We definitely will be back.

So we have made this trip apart of our family tradition. My family LOVES it and me too. It’s clean, relaxing and peaceful. It directly right across from the beach and minutes away from all of the other attraction. And we did the dolphin cruise which was nice the kids loved it. We will be coming back next year.

This was easily one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. It was an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach and the Sanctuary building near by, which made it perfect when storms rolled through. The coded lock system was great so we didn’t have to constantly be passing keys around our group, people could come and go as needed. When storms came through during our beach time, we were able to make the best of it and make some tacos in the kitchen and played board games to ride it out; best part is we got to watch the lightening through the gorgeous bay windows.

The service provided was great, I had an issue with the door locker someday at midnight that I could easily solve with the emergency number provided and in the other day sent Itrip sent someone to fix the problem with the door locker definetily, also answered my e-mails fast. Thank you ITrip.

We came for Thanksgiving to see our daughter. When we arrived at our stay we were beyond pleased with the accommodations! It was beautifully decorated. It was clean and gave the home away from home feel. The home was stocked with personal touches to make you feel comfortable. They even decorated for the holidays. They thought of everything. It was impeccable! We would love to stay there again in the future. We highly recommend staying with them.

The condo was close to most attractions and very clean. My only complaint was the noisy neighbor, but the host can't control that. We appreciated the discounted coupons through itrip, it offset the loud noises. Well worth staying again just for that. The host got back with us quickly too.

Great location. Windows blocked off any street noise. But it was nice to sit in the balcony overlooking the water. Walking distance to amenities was perfect. Would highly recommend this condo unit.

The condo was very nice. Good location. The only complaints I have is the bathroom floors were pretty dirty, and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. Elevator was pretty slow, but glad that there was one.

This is our 2nd time renting this unit and 3rd time in this condo complex. The unit is a nicely lighted and updated corner unit, felt like home. Lived the newer touches like the large kind sized fabric headboard with USB outlets. We arrived late, the unit was clean and the ceiling fans were already in pricing a refreshing entry to the condo. We loved the easy and super close access to the beach, pool and some of our favorite places to eat-The Reef and Shrimpys. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella from our favorite beach guy, Bill. The unit has newer beach chairs as well, a good supply of beach towels. Planning on same time next year for 10 days!

The location of this house was great. Right on the beach with great sunset views. We had 8 people in our party and everyone had plenty of room. Only downside was there was no where to store our food in the kitchen.

Great townhouse away from crowded East End. All the beach amenities available in the spacious garage (we were able to get 3 SUV's parked). Kitchen is well stocked. We had a minor issue w/beachside garage door that was handled w/in 4hrs. Highly recommend this rental unit.

We were so pleased with this townhome! Everything was clean and well stocked upon arrival. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable ones I’ve encountered at rental properties. There are no assigned parking spots in the parking are, but there was plenty of space for our two cars. The bus that takes you to the base of the mountain was clutch, and bonus points for it literally being at the edge of the road that the condo complex is on. Would stay here again!

We just returned today from our stay at Kiawah island. This was the third time using VRBO and it was great! The condo was as advertised and it was wonderful! Amazingly close to Washington Park and Pittock Mansion as well as within 2 mile radius of great restaurants and tasting rooms. Close to Legacy Good Samaritan hospital which saved us so much travel time between Roseburg and Portland. Condo was very clean, quiet, and had everything needed for the weekend stay including separate bedroom for my mother-in-law. The stairs getting down to the entry were a bit tricky for her with her knees but she managed very well with the handrail. Will stay again when we can explore and enjoy this area of Portland a bit more.

The condo is equipped with everything you need to have a fun vacation. The views from the lanai are very nice. The tile floor is great for keeping the condo nice and clean. It has a nice large shower and there's adequate storage for your belongings. It was clean when we arrived so you can go barefoot and not be concerned. The bed is comfortable.

What an incredible property with million dollar views. As a boat owner, the dock was second to none. Being able to lift the boat each day and have fresh water and power on the dock to take care of the boat was great. The home owners definitely under sold and over delivered on this one !!!

I stayed at the Sunset Vista’s growing up and I was excited to have my own husband and kids stay there finally! The condo was well stocked and had just about everything you needed. The view was amazing, as expected. The owner was very communicative. The beds were super comfortable. Usually we have issues with rock hard beds, but these were really nice. The only thing, and I’m not going to fault the owner for this is the terrible wifi. This is the first condo I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have its own router in the room. We had to use the one from the actual condo that is shared with everyone else. It was so, so slow. It caused the TV signal to go out several times and with two toddlers, it wasn’t fun. I couldn’t get my phone to connect at all the entire time. That was the only negative though.

We had a great time at the Interlude 303. This unit was perfect for our stay with 4 adults and 2 children. What I loved most was it's convenience to my meeting (located at the Viewline Resort which was literally a 2 minute walk down stairs), and it being a true ski in and ski out. There is nothing better than walking 10 feet, putting on your ski's and going. We will try to stay here again next year if we can!

We loved everything about this villa. The newly remodeled master bath was very nice. The spacious bedrooms were perfect for our large family. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The large porch was my favorite place to be in the mornings while my kids were all still asleep. I loved the size of the laundry room And the gated patio where we could store the beach chairs and toys. The location was perfect for our family. Steps to the beach, the Dunes House, and the general store where we love to go get breakfast. We will definitely be returning to 16 Beach Villa!

This home is amazing! So much room and comfort for everybody! The living room is huge and has comfortable seating. Plus there is a bonus sitting room perfect for game night or just hanging out. Very well stocked kitchen and everything is in working order. Bus ride to the slopes was super easy and quick! With free ski storage at Deer Valley, the bus was no issue at all. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was excellent. The extras like beach chairs, umbrella, towels, wine, and popcorn were wonderful for our first trip to Marco Island. The condo is well equipped with everything you need, very spacious, and a tremendous view of the back bay. It was also a short walk to the Snook Inn for dinner and a drink as well as viewing the Borrowing Owls along Bald Eagle Drive. We highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in the area.

The beds are super comfortable as is the living room furniture, The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including spices, oils, and some baking products. Just one block from downtown Newberg. Our stay was amazing. Our family took this trip for Grandma who has always wanted to come back to Charleston. Everyone had a great time and the beds were very comfortable and the house was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. The poole was right next to our unit. There was a complimentary bottle of wine and cookies that was a very nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Walgreens, walmart, places to eat. Very convenient and not far at all from the beach and downtown. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fairly cool and rainy week of weather. While we spent time on the beach daily, we did spend quite a bit of time in the Shangrila Condo. It was comfortable, easy, quiet, and relaxed. It worked well for our cooking and meal needs. Great sized fridge. Plenty of cabinet space for prep. Water was always hot enough! This cosy bungalow is surrounded by the fun spots of Folly Beach. A single block stood between the unit and Folly Pier. All of this worked beautifully. Lastly, I will compliment the owners. Outside their control and mine, our arrival day was in heavy rains and poor visibility. A 5 hour trip took 8. As we drove into Folly Beach, I couldn’t even recognize landmarks with downpour and fog. The owners helped me get reoriented and find where to park, showing kind hospitality.

This was our 2nd time to stay at The Cove, this time Unit A, stayed in Unit B in 2023. This trip was as peaceful as we remembered from a couple of years ago. The cabin was clean, bright and surrounded by nature's beauties. We enjoyed the many cabin amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed, nice linens and a modern design. The large island in the kitchen was perfect for playing cards and dominos. TVs in every room, including the kitchen, made it easy to watch college football all weekend. It was the perfect space for our family of 4, including 2 kids who slept comfortably in the living room. We are already talking about planning our next trip.

Upon arrival to our cabin, our kids were so excited and the home was VERY clean. We loved the privacy in the backyard and the neighborhood was very quiet. Probably the best starry night I have ever seen in my life! The cabin was fully stocked with an exception to some starter coffee and basic condiments such as salt and pepper for cooking. Having a washer and dryer in house was very convenient after a day of hiking! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Pagosa and would definitely stay in this cabin again! Until next time!

My husband and I booked for the Labor Day weekend. The room was exactly like the pictures and there were plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels. We didn’t realize it was truck weekend but we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and checking out all the cool trucks going by. The view of the beach was great from where the unit was located and there were a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from. The pool was refreshing after coming in from the beach. We met a lot of great folks around the pool. Overall it was a great and relaxing weekend and I would definitely stay there again.

This place was fantastic! We had never stayed here before and when we arrived, the views were breathtaking. The unit is beautifully decorated with very large rooms throughout the unit. We had a great time at the condo would definitely stay here again. Accommodations were very comfortable and the close proximity to the free ride bus stop was great. We parked the car and used the bus for the rest of our stay. We were looking for a white Christmas and we were not disappointed. This was our first time using this company and going to this condo. Our family with a 15 & 12 year old had a wonderful time! Condo was very nice and beds were comfy. We were missing some things in the kitchen that would be nice to have (more than one skillet and a skillet that was not warped, chopping knife, oven mits). That is not a bad critique...just would be helpful to know for the owners. I did call them and left message on Monday but never heard back. Pool was heated and amazing and the view of the beach and the beach itself was amazing! 2nd floor was really nice so we didn't have many stairs and easy to get down without having to take the stairs. We would stay here again for sure.

The condo had so much space and was in a perfect location. We walked around town and had an easy drive to Vail and to Edwards. Would have liked to have access to an outdoor pool/hot tub because the Avon Rec Center facilities were small and indoors, but the amount of room we had outweighed that.itrip was fantastic to work with from booking through check in and checkout. They followed up on an issue we had and resolved it very quickly.

The cabin was in a great location, tucked back to provide a quiet peaceful retreat. It's about 10 minutes to Mt. Hood Skibowl and just minutes away from shopping and dining. The place was well stocked, and the communication was outstanding. We requested an early check-in, which they accommodated without hesitation. The hot tub and sauna were a bonus, after a long day on the mountain.

Our stay at 445 S. Heathwood was perfect. The house is absolutely beautiful. Lots of space and the bedrooms are all very roomy, especially the primary. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked (we enjoy cooking) and bikes, beach chairs and beach wagons were available. The pool was perfect. There isn't much of a yard, so for dogs or for kids who want to play it's a little limited, but we were not bothered by it at all. The location is terrific. The house is on a slightly busy street but it in no way hindered our experience - it was actually very peaceful. There's a municipal facility behind the house but you don't even know it's there. It was quiet and hidden behind foliage. We would absolutely stay again.

Very convenient location to get to the beach, local restaurants, Goodland, etc. If you rent a boat, good fishing out in the local bays and beautiful homes to look at while on the water. This was our second stay at Alexander Villa, and we will be back. This a spacious welcoming accommodation, with comfortable beds and a large kitchen. There is construction across the street during the day that did not bother us. But if we were planning to get some sleep during the day, it could have been a problem. Management keeps in good communication and checked on us to make sure that everything was fine and there wasn’t anything we needed.

What a perfect setting for a fun, relaxing week in Maui. Amazing sunset views every night, the pool at the property was very nice and the private white sand beach was great. The accommodations at the Condo were just as described with no problems with WIFI and Cable TV (ample channels as well). I have stayed in many rentals that have been great. This is the top one so far. It is furnished beautifully and very clean. The many windows make it bright and cheery. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook if you choose. There are many restaurants near by (not chain restaurants). BBQ is steps away and well maintained. Spend our days taking a short walk to the beach which is beautiful and clean. The pool is steps from the door. Our balcony overlooks the pool which is a nice view. It is very relaxing and quiet. Close drive to many attractions. Will definitely rebook in the future.

This is a great unit for a family of 4. Our two kids, 15-year-old daughter, and 14-year-old son, shared the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom is excellent. The A/C units worked well. The communication with the property managers was very easy. The location is perfect for golf, going to the beach and exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable house for a large group! The hosts had clearly thought a lot about what a large group needs while on a beach vacation and had gone out of their way to provide it. We had ages from 3-65 and the house met all of their needs. It was a week our family will never forget and the house is a big reason why.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with iTrips and our family vacation at Tranquility Base at Kure Beach, NC. The house was amazing, spacious and bright, and exceptionally clean. Every detail was exactly as promised and the staff went the extra mile! Upon arrival we were greeted with balloons and a homemade sign for my daughter as we were celebrating her 18th birthday and high school graduation. Every room had a private porch or deck! The weather was perfect and the cicadas added to the evening ambience. We hope to return for future family vacations! 5 stars!!!!

I found this stay on line as I was looking at VRBO for Gatlinburg area. My family was very happy with this booking. The location was great as it is off the Parkway but still very close to everything we did. The great perk was each day we got a free ticket for something we wanted to do. The savings made this even a better stay. We also used the outdoor pool and it was nice. Another bonus was we could walk out at night and had a great view of the fireworks at Dixie Stampede. We already plan another stay here.

This cottage is beautiful and was beyond my expectations. It was warm and inviting and extremely clean. It is just a short walk to the Old Mill. It has a really nice deck that overlooks the creek and would be nice to use during warm weather. We will definitely stay here again. The only thing missing that would've been nice was a hot tub but it won't keep me from staying there again. 5 Stars!!

We had a great time at the Lagoon Villas Condo. The early check out time on day of departure (10a) was a bit of a surprise. We had a full day until our flight home and would have preferred a bit later (12p) time so we could have enjoyed the beach in the morning and came back to check out, but we made the best of it and went to downtown Charleston on that day after checking out. The note on the side of the fridge regarding beach access is dated and should be removed. That part of the beach is not accessible. The outside storage unit had just about all we needed to enjoy the beach so we didn't need to really purchase anything more (sand toys, chairs, boogie boards). Unfortunately the wagon in the kitchen closet has a broken wheel and so we could not utilize it for carting things back and forth to the beach. Overall this was a great place to stay with kids. Comfortable and clean. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Many companies will not extend early or late checkins/outs, but iTrip Charleston East will free of charge if possible. (We usually know 24 hours prior to the date as we also have online/late-minute booking capabilities). Thanks also for letting us know about the broken cart, we will be sure to get rid of the older beach gear that other guests have apparently left. Unit was lovely - bright and airy. We enjoyed the tranquil view of the fountain and the lagoon. The unit was well equipped for our 7 week stay. Let’s split this review up into four areas: accommodation, pools, location and housing development. Accommodation - very nice; newly renovated. Very cozy. Very enjoyable living space. Everything worked fine. No issues during our 4 night stay. Met our expectations based on photos during reservation. We comfortably slept 4 adults and 3 kids. Pools - there are 3 pools in the Treetop housing development. We used the one closest to our unit. The pool was in excellent shape. The water was pretty warm due to the hot weather. We went to the pool with the kids every day. Very happy with the quality of the pool. Location - great location as it is close to Coligny Beach Park (which we loved) and Sea Pines. Lots of restaurants, stores, and bike trails in area. Very convenient. Trolleys stop close by. Housing Development - there are parts of this development that look and feel aged and a bit rundown. Curb appeal is not great. The streets and sidewalks are decaying. The common boardwalks/walkways that connect the many Treetop units show considerable wear and tear. Could use a paint job. The elevator needs to be cleaned. Smelled bad. The outside impression is in stark contrast to the inside of the unit. Night and day. It does not look like that there is much landscaping care throughout the development. The curb appeal concerned me when I first drove into the development. But the unit was modern and really nice. So that eased any stress or concern.

From dolphins breaching below, osprey nesting within view, waterfowl flying by at balcony level, to exploring nature at many local spots, this is the idea location and a fantastic property to spend time in. First off, let me say this location is perfect! View of the ocean while you have your coffee in the morning or cocktail later. Walk to restaurants, shops and live music venues a short distance in either direction. The condo itself is really charming and comfortable. We had fabulous sleep in the king size bed with a super comfortable mattress. The building itself is quiet and everyone we’ve met has been very friendly. The area is really safe- we felt comfortable walking around any time of the day or night. The condo is super clean and everything you need is provided including beach chairs, towels, coolers and picnic baskets. We didn’t rent a car, just took an Uber from the airport and a car is certainly not necessary. The friendly native resort definitely lives up to its name. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful, peaceful home equipped for Sr Citizen's with mobility issues. Grab bars in showers, 4 wheel walker in the garage for guests use. Peaceful neighborhood in gated community. Dog friendly (our daschund loved it). Great pool, lanai areas with grill, out door TV, whirlpool, lounges etc. Cleaning service available for long term rentals.

We loved it. The kitchen is loaded like you would expect for a high end rental like this. The spices, oils, pans, storage and utensils are nicely stocked. 2 King suites are really great. The other beds are fine too. The clubhouse is great too. Just know that you need to start the saunas about 20 minutes before you want to use them. The outdoor hot tub is nice and large. We had it to ourselves each night we used it. This is a great spot, we had 2 couples and 3 teenagers in it and never felt crowded.

we recently booked thru itrip and i have to say i’ve never experience such a good experience with a rental company! the condo was absolutely the best we’ve ever stayed at and we lived on the balcony!! great place to stay we loved it!!We left Asheville to get away from the hurricane damage and when we got to the beach our car broke down lol Mandy was so helpful and thru out our trip she was in contact regularly and was just a pleasure to deal with! thank y’all for making a rough start to our trip so much better and thanks for being so helpful! will def book thru y’all again!

Our family loved staying in Little Nell #3 for a week over Christmas. We found it to be very clean and modern with a great walkable location which we took advantage of. Everything we needed to cook up quick meals was present and there were tons of blankets and pillows. The only negative isn't really a negative but should certainly be noted for awareness - the murphy bed in the living room isn't really meant for two big kids and definitely not two adults. Our 23 yo son used the bed for the few nights he was with us, and our 12 yo daughter made a bed of the couch. It was totally do-able and we would rent again.

We recently rented a home that provided us with a memorable experience overall, complemented by some beautiful features. The landscape of the property was truly stunning, with well-maintained greenery in both the front and back yards, creating a picturesque setting for our stay. The pool was a highlight of our vacation. It was exceptionally clean, which made it very inviting for our family. However, we did notice that all four of our kids developed a rash, which we believe may have been caused by the chlorine levels; there were seven chlorine tablets in the floating device, and we were curious if the pool had perhaps been shocked on the day we arrived. It’s something to keep in mind for future guests. Inside the house, we were pleased to find it spotlessly clean upon our arrival. The upstairs bonus room was a fantastic retreat for the kids at night, providing them with a perfect space to hang out. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the convenience of having a washer and dryer on-site was much appreciated. There were just a couple of drawbacks that we encountered during our stay. We wished there had been some lawn chairs available by the pool, as there wasn't a comfortable place to lounge in the sun. Additionally, we experienced some issues with the sliding door, which kept coming off the runner, and the fireplace was not usable due to a lack of propane. While there were some areas for improvement, the charm of the property and the pleasant memories we created made our stay enjoyable. We would recommend this rental for its beautiful surroundings and the convenience it offers families, with the hope that future guests find solutions to the minor inconveniences we encountered.

1 Fletcher Street had everything you might need on vacation! The kitchen has more gadgets that are in my kitchen, there's a washer/dryer, there's a half bathroom on the main floor and a full bathroom on the top floor. It's so close to everything in historic St. Augustine so you can walk with ease.

We recently stayed in Ocean Ritz 2101 for our annual girls trip and had the best time. We had to contact Itrip as soon as we had gotten there b/c Ocean Ritz changed their parking signs, the lady I spoke with was so helpful and just knowing that having contact and immediate answers to our questions was great. The only thing we wished about the condo was that the living room furniture was more comfortable, but I still give the trip 5 stars

We absolutely love this condo! It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is larger than most condos we've rented too. Garage parking is a definite plus! (Visiting from Michigan) My family and I recently stayed at Avon Center 801 for a family wedding and vacation. We had the best time and the view was an added bonus! Robin and Kris were both incredibly helpful during the booking process all the way up to checking out Sunday morning. Everything was clear while booking what was expected of us and when payments were due. It was amazing to have the whole family be able to stay under one roof! Everyone had their own space and we never felt cramped having 11 adults and 2 children in one house. We all felt at home and comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and we built lots of memories around the large island every day. There were also many conveniences in the area, most within walking distance. Incredible experience being in the mountains and in such a beautiful home! Thank you for having us!

Seacrest 2 is everything we expected. Great location, close to the beach, 3 minute walk, close we to nearby restaurants, bars and local attractions. Inside is super clean, good layout, washer dryer so only had to pack a few clothes. Nice showers water pressure and A/C worked great. There is a long set of wooden exterior stairs so wouldn’t work for someone with mobility problems but no issues for us. We’ll be back soon!

This beautiful home is located at the end of a cul de sac in a nice neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly. The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances in the unit are up-to-date. Our only complaint would be that the sounds from downtown Lincoln Avenue carry up the hillside and since there is NO Air Conditioning in this house, open windows make for less than perfect sleeping in the Master Bedroom. We had some troubles understanding all the miscellaneous charges for the rental during the booking process, but Jason at iTrip Vacations Steamboat Springs was very accomodating.

We enjoyed the trip to the beach with family at this condo unit. The condo was clean and nice. The outside porch offered great views of the ocean. Beach access was good, with a public access walkway right next to the condo. The pool was kept nice and clean as well and was not crowded at any time. The only downsides were that the wi-fi connection was pretty slow and not reliable in the main living space, and the beach water made the interior shower have a smell to the water at the beginning of the shower. All in all a good visit and place to stay.

As for the internet, it can get spotty on the island. So, we cannot guarantee it will work at all times and recommend that if you really need it to bring a hot spot (or create a hot spot on your phone) just in case. We actually work on the island and do not experience many issues. We enjoyed at great stay at Red Pines U8 from the 12th-20th Jan 2017. The place was spacious and comfortable- so comfortable it was difficult to get my children to leave to ski or go out for dinner. We would recommend this place for guests looking fir a trouble free place in the Park City area.

We had a job in Eagle nice short drive there.We took dirt bikes and mountain bikes to have a little fun after work.This place is close to lots of great things to do.Super clean and everything you need for your stay.Thanks again Jerry Long

The house was spectacular and not too mention the views! My girlfriends and I had enough room to spread out! We loved the decor. The beach was only a few steps away. We could not have asked for better weather! The only issue was the Wi-Fi signal was weak. But, whenever we walked outside we were able to receive a signal. The property was close to grocery store and restaurant. The seafood was amazing! I definitely recommend staying at this house!

We had a wonderful time this week…all 10 of us! Sleeping arrangements were a breeze with big rooms and comfortable beds! The kitchen was well stocked and the cookware was better than we have at home (usually my pet peeve at rentals!). I was impressed by the personal connection with Chris concerning our reservations and the communication was thoughtful. I would highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone!

This studio condo is wonderfully situated between both Honokeana and Napili Bays. Napili Shores is well kept and the sunsets are phenomenal. The unit itself has everything needed for a stay...the boogie boards maybe should be thrown out as the foam is coming off and not good for the ocean. Unfortunately, the mattress is pretty darn old and incredibly uncomfortable and the older refrigerator runs pretty much around the clock. Yet still, we had a lovely stay in G256 and are grateful to have stayed at Napili Shores again!

Such a lovely, comfortable and beautifully appointed condo! The screened-in porch overlooking the lagoon was the perfect setting for an early morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The condo was spotlessly clean and communication was a breeze. We will be back! Thank you!

We had a large group of family from out of town staying with us for our daughters wedding. This house was so perfect. Lots of room with a beautiful view. Excellent place to gather at. The host / managing group was super faarto help with anything we ask. It is one for the books

This home was the perfect size for our group. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect and so was the parking. The beach access and outdoor amenities were just what we needed.

We planned this trip as a memorial to our mother who passed away in January, to celebrate her life on her birthday, and to create new memories as she would have liked us to. This is a lovely condo overlooking the water where boats casually troll by and dolphins were spotted feeding. It's worth getting up for the sunrise each morning on the balcony with a coffee, tea, or juice. Our family group found the condo to be delightfully more spacious than we even expected. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed to prepare several meals and store leftovers. There was even salt and pepper in the cabinets. We used the George Forman grill for steaks which turned out really good. The sectional couch is so comfortable! We loved gathering there to play games and watch tv. The condo is essentially one street back from the main drag so some of the late night/wee hours party traffic noise was reduced, yet, we were close enough to walk to everything we wanted like the beach and Ice & Cream. It really is a great location. Other pluses were the water pressure was nice & strong, we liked the convenience of the washer & dryer, and it happened we had the pool to ourselves whenever we went down there. The colors in the condo and the themed bedrooms add to the feeling of being at the beach. Overall very relaxing, lovely place for a family like ours to connect, reminisce, and make new memories.

This was our first time to stay a month anywhere. This Desert Rock Ct. house in La Quinta was beautiful. There was a misunderstanding on Day 1 but Dan quickly called back, and we were reassured. The beds and linens were first-rate and very comfortable. I planned to do lots of cooking, and the kitchen had all the equipment I could want. Again the items were first-quality, even a Henckles knife set! The back deck had comfortable lounges and dining area. The pool can be heated but uses too much gas for us to use it more than two days. We used the hot tub almost every day though. I used a float (one of two provided) in the pool many days and though cold, it was fine for me. A plumbing problem was taken care of the same day we called which was amazing. We had a wonderful month and want more. Note for tennis fans: cable gets The Tennis Chanel-Hooray!

Marlin Key 4F was the perfect place for our family vacation. With adult children, the layout provided a bit of privacy for everyone, but large living and dining area for gathering together and well stocked. The location may very well be the best in Orange Beach -- no high rise condos nearby (and actually some vacant property) so the beach was never crowded and we always had a front row spot (in fact, there was nothing but a front row) - and we were there Memorial Day weekend! It is also the closest I've ever been from condo to beach with no boardwalk even needed to enter the beach area. Because it is a low-density building, there was also never a wait for the elevator! Each condo in the building has a reserved parking spot. The only - and I do mean only - drawback is that a second vehicle is not guaranteed a parking spot. Second vehicle spots are first-come, first-serve, so a late arrival may not have ample parking. And no information for alternative parking was provided. Not being from Orange Beach, we had no idea what to do or where to go to park our second vehicle, which we would have done and even paid for if we had known of any other option.

No doubts, best stay in Breck ever.__House super clean and fully loaded. Super nice bathrooms and lots of beds. Kids had so much fun there. Only 3 min from gondola parking and in front of city market. Perfect location. Outdoor and indoor hot tube and pool next door. We will definitely gonna be back pretty soon.__Thank you so much for the stay guys.

House was Beautiful. The cleaning before We arrived could have been better. They should invest in a bigger refrigerator and should upgrade the kitchen appliances and utensils. Also there was only one trashcan out back for trash and we were there for 5 days with 8 people. Neighborhood nice, Neighbors nice, everything else was good.

So we got a unit that didn’t have pictures that was supposed to be beachfront. Wasn’t necessarily beachfront, but unit itself was very nice and you could still see the beach, just not a panoramic view. Got in the room and it was relatively filthy. We talked with customer service, and they promptly had someone come out and clean the unit. After that, stay was great, and they refunded cleaning fee. Would definitely make another trip with itrip.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It is newly remodeled with updated appliances and comfortable beds & furniture. Views of the beach are awesome from the newly constructed deck and ocean facing large bay windows. We would definitely rent this house again. It is conveniently located 3 miles from Folly Beach town center and close to the nature preserve.

Wonderful stay at the commodore I have a place here in PCB but not on the Gulf and wanted to invite my mom and dad as a Christmas present to come to the beach for a wonderful 5 day trip here . The place was clean and we enjoyed the condo loved the sunsets on the balcony very cozy and they will be back .

I enjoyed this condo conveniently located over looking the beach and main pool. Loved the beach theme decor. Huge balcony with electric grill was great for morning coffee, as well as grilling for our Father’s Day celebration with family. iTrip manages this rental extremely well. When we walked into the rental we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the unit it was larger than expected! The kitchen was stocked well with forks spoons kitchen tools pots pans and dinner wear. The rental had extra towels sheets pillows available (even beach towels which was a great plus! The tub in the master was huge and perfect for soaking after a long day in the theme parks all 4 of the children with us and the big kids as well enjoyed playing fozeball in the game room. Took us 10 mins to get to Disney and old town. Walgreens nearby Publix grocery store conveniently located nearby private and clean complex. DoorDash and ubereats availability. I would def rent this unit again for family vacation We had a group of 4 adults and 4 children and all slept comfortably with plenty of room. Stairs easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues and doorways were nice and wide enough. Highly recommend and would most definitely use this rental again.
