We had an excellent time in Sanibel and in E 32. Upon arrival, the home was clean, inviting, and relaxing. We really appreciated the code on the door vs keys as it made check-in/out easy, but the stay for this family of six more convenient. We cook a lot, and did not feel like the kitchen lacked anything! The home did not lack anything for that matter. The pool and beach access is so close, and collected amazing shells!

The description of Charming Ranch with Great Vibes is an understatement regarding this residence!__One feels the welcoming ambiance of the house the moment one steps through the door. ____Thoughtfully stocked with amenities, the single level floor plan of the home is ideal for a family visit, providing plenty of room for gathering together as well as comfortable space for quiet down time. ____Location is perfect for exploring the historic district of town and enjoying the eclectic choice of restaurants. Our stay was wonderful. The ocean views were awesome. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable and my husband and I had an awe inspiring visit to this magnificent area of Northern Oregon. The management company was extremely helpful and available for any questions. Thank you!

The Title for this review is perfection, because it is a perfect place to spend your get away. It is appointed with every thing you might need for your stay, from games, to bikes, to kayaks to, a kitchen that has everything you need for cooking. The house is very comfortably appointed. A place for everyone to get together. They pool is lovely, and heated if needed. If you have any questions or concerns they get back to you promptly.

This condo was perfect! It was on the second floor & had the most beautiful view over the pool & the ocean. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen had everything we could need. The pool and hot tub were always clean. The beach was so close, just walked down the Commodore walk way & the beach was right there! Perfect for little kids and all their toys! Definitely the perfect condo for 2 families and their kiddos to enjoy. Can’t wait to come back and visit soon!

We recently stayed at Chapel Square unit 220. This was our second visit in this unit. The unit is very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the upgrades that were made. Chapel Square is so convientent to local attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores. Robin has been wonderful to work with. She was able to help us with an early check in since our travel plans were changed at the last minute. We had originally planned to come a week later but had to change and come earlier and Robin was so helpful and we appreciate that so much. Leaves were at their peak and we got to see the first snowfall of the season. Great place to stay!

Rocking chairs on the balcony are genius! Room was comfortable. The view is awesome and relaxing. The only thing I would change would be to put blackout curtains on the bedroom window.

Our group has enjoyed this property every summer for almost 20 years. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms accommodate us well. In one room on the main floor, the sleeper sofa is quite uncomfortable. The bedroom mix includes four king beds, a twin bedded room -- or the option of two trundle beds. Favorites include the (small) elevator to access all four floors, the well-stocked theatre room, the billiard table and heated pool. The chairs around the dining room table are a bit oversized and bulky. Sometimes we brought a dozen folding chairs so persons could more comfortably fit around a single table for meals. There's also a second lovely old-style oak table with extra boards. By the pool there's a nice outdoor table with umbrella, lounge chairs, and a large Weber grill. Access to the ocean is a 5 minute walk from the house. The house is situation near the end of a small cul-de-sac with adequate parking, and large garbage and recycling containers. Vehicles can back in underneath the porch to the front door for easy unloading. Enclosed outdoor showers provide easy "wash-off" when returning from the beach.

I rented the Walnut Street West home for a weekend in early November, 2021. It was easy to find, located conveniently to lots of shops in Hillsboro, and was clean and well-appointed inside and out. I would definitely rent it again the next time I need a weekend rental in the Hillsboro area.

Our stay at the Naples Condo was incredible beyond our expectations! The property is beautiful and clean, with many recent upgrades. The condo had a well appointed kitchen and provided everything we needed. Our morning’s started with coffee in the Lani which overlooks the pool. What a wonderful way to start the day! The beach is a very short walk, we enjoyed many hours of sunbathing and made sure we would walk down to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There is so much within walking distance which incented us not to use the car, shops and restaurants are so close by! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us, we will definitely be back! We were so pleased with this unit and location! From the moment we walked in, we knew management was expecting us. The view was the first thing we saw. We were a bit concerned with the age of the complex before our arrival and were certain the teens in our family might not think it was lavish enough ; ) - but that was not the case. We all agreed it was the best unit we had booked (and we booked some nice places while island hopping) simply because the views, access to the beach and accommodations were perfect! We did some snorkeling and the turtles did not disappoint! We could see them swimming in the water from our balcony - and we were surprised with turtles on the beach, too. We would definitely come again! (It's not as "equipped" as some units we've stayed in - i.e., rubbermaid style containers and/or plastic wrap; we just didn't ask enough questions.).

We enjoyed an extended Memorial Day Weekend stay! The beach and pool access without being crowded was just what we were looking for! The only time things felt busy in Wild Dunes was finding dinner on Saturday night… plan ahead with groceries or a reservation! We found everything we needed in the kitchen and a football for the teens to play with on the beach. I meant to look at what brand the mattress topper was before we left because it was so comfy! We really enjoyed the soft furniture on the porch with the ocean view…my husband took daily naps out there, even on a rainy day. The layout is great. We signed into Netflix and watched a movie and worked a puzzle from the cabinet on a rainy night. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Condo & Location. We (6 women) spent 5 days here, Great set-up, Great furniture, enough for everyone to sit together in the dining room, in the living room and on the deck. Clean, updated, walking distance to John's pass (across the road) Pool is so clean and inviting. Beach & ocean are warm and inviting. Sunsets are the most spectacular from this deck! Looking forward to coming back as soon as we can. We have already recommended this condo to so many people!

Loved the layout of the property-great room and lanai/pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location-near Gulf Harbour CC where grandparents live and close to beaches, shopping etc. Property manager was very responsive. We had a couple small issues (light bulbs) and they sent someone over right away despite being Christmas holiday. Property was very clean. Definitely would rent again.

Our family stayed in the Golden Mile Beach Retreat and we definitely enjoyed our time there! The house has a great layout! It’s comfortable, clean and modern and there was plenty of room. We loved the location of the house and the fact that it’s a quiet little street was a bonus. The whole process was very easy (rental, check in, check out) with great communication. We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again!!

We had an amazing stay at La Casa del Mare. It’s recently renovated and was nice and clean, with views you can’t beat. I can’t get over how perfect the location was! Carolina Beach has a ton to do and places to eat. In this condo, you can be on the beach within seconds with private beach access, and you see beautiful views of the ocean from the living area and secondary bedroom. We loved taking it all in on the porch. Highly recommend - can’t wait to come back!

Loved the cottage, great value for a fun stay at the beach with our dog. Comfortable King master bed (didn’t use the second bedroom) fully stocked kitchen and bathroom also had supplies- shampoo, hair dryer etc. So nice to have the fenced yard and loved the seating areas outside and also beach supplies like chairs, buckets, boogie boards. Had great food at Beaches restaurant with live music- also dog friendly. Very nice Publix super close. Minutes to downtown St Augustine and close to Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville beaches.

This is an amazing place, we loved our stay! Getting to the hotel was super easy! The room was clean and very nice, we loved the view from the balcony and from the bedroom! Most of the things we needed were offered, from beach essentials to kitchen utensils, food seasonings, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper. We definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

The penthouse 3 unit in the Jamacian Royale resort was perfect for a family of 4. Very close to the pool and beach, and issue with the door lock was resolved quickly. Would definitely rent again!

We had an amazing time at Luna Bella! The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. Close enough to larger cities to go for day trips and dinners, but far enough away that the beach was never too busy. Found some great seashells, sand dollars, and agates along the beach. The kids got to see starfish and sea urchins at the south end of the beach. The house was comfortable and spacious. Great views from the decks and crow's nest. We had a minor problem with a shower not heating up, but iTrip was able to send someone to fix the issue within a few hours. The hot tub on the deck was clean and a great spot to hang out after dinner. We liked it so much, we extended out stay by an extra day. We hope to come back to Luna Bella in the future!

This experience went above and beyond expectations. From the initial confirmation, to communication, to directions for stay. Everything was great. The condo is as stated on the website, with an excellent view of the ocean as well as close enough to hear the surf with the back porch doors open. Inside, it was updated and clean. This was our first time to the area and we adored this cute beach cottage! We have stayed at many rentals over the years and this one is definitely at the top of our list. We love the homey feel, yet still clean and well stocked. We loved having an entire home to ourselves and being within walking distance to the ocean. Thank you for a great stay!

This house served as an ideal spot for our group birthday trip. Each couple enjoyed a spacious and comfortable bed. The mattress and pillows were surprisingly nice, and the layout offered quiet corners for everyone when we weren't all in the main living space together. The birthday guest loved the primary bathroom upstairs and the swing above the lower stairs made for some cute picture opportunities even though it doesn't actually swing. Although our trip was adults only, there were plenty of family options if we had brought the kids (fuseball, ladder ball, jenga, etc) The location offered multiple breakfast options and bars right within walking distance, yet on a quiet street front. We would happily stay here again.

Beach Club at Pass-A-Grille is ideal for combining easy walking access to a beautiful beach, fun shops and restaurants, and peace and quiet at night despite being near these attractions. Our unit was clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and nicely decorated. We were happy with our choice.

October being a cooler time of year, we wondered about the location. However, it was a great visit. The condo was just as it was pictured and had everything we needed. A bottle of wine and cookies were left for us to enjoy, lovely welcoming touch. This time of year was great, no crowds, felt like we almost had the place to ourselves. Going back sometime, will definitely look at the same condo and time of year. A recommendation for breakfast would be The Vicious Biscuit, went there twice.

This rental is great. It's a short walk to the Cortez Beach and even a shorter walk to the bay! The location is a just few blocks from the Bridge Street shops and restaurants. You can stay here and never leave a 5 block radius! Close to many activities near the marina. The trolley stop is the next block over. Free and easy to use to get around the island. No need for a car, here! The unit is very clean - kudos to the cleaning company and has comfortable amenities. I'd definitely stay here, again!

We had a fantastic stay in Sea Pines! It was the first time our family of 4 has made the trip from Atlanta but definitely won't be our last time. Our Villa was great! Beautiful, clean, organized, convenient (super convenient actually). We biked a few times to Harbor Town but usually drove to the beach. I was a little nervous at first seeing signs, "do not feed the alligators," but that added to the Hilton Head experience. During our stay we saw two alligators, rescued a lost baby raccoon, rode horses, walked miles along the beaches, found star fish, crabs, and lots of jelly fish. We swam in the pool, the ocean, and played for hours on the beaches. Next time we know not to pack as much stuff. Our Villa had everything we needed from bedding to blender. Having laundry in our Villa was clutch! We saved on packing and didn't have to rush to do laundry when we got home. Huge thanks to the property owners, managers, and cleaning team. Your communication was great! All our questions were answered before we even needed to ask, and we felt welcomed and comfortable. We look forward to visiting again soon, thanks again!

Our first reaction to the house when we pulled up was "wow!" A beautiful house in a beautiful location. The house was clean, comfortable, and fit our family of five, plus grandma and grandpa, just right. It was close to beach access, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants, with a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding trees. The management was great to work with and we always knew they were there if we needed anything. We chose this house with the purpose of relaxing with a book on the front porch and playing games at the kitchen table. We had a wonderful time and were so happy with it!

This top floor condo was exactly what we needed for our party of eight. It was not only spacious and beautifully decorated it was very clean. The beach access is close by and convenient. The only issue would be walking up steps if you have older guests in your party. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommended it to families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful water front home. The house was well stocked and clean. Scott, the property manager, made sure our stay went smoothly. We really appreciated the owners taking the time to go out and purchase a new barbecue since the one on the property had stopped working. We will surely rent this house again. Our stay at this location was great! We were here for a week working at Mote Marine Lab and the location was ideal for quick commutes to Mote, but also walking distance to the beach and restaurants at the circle. The house had plety of amenities. Kitchen ware was well stocked and in good shape. Plenty of inside and outside seating for meals. Garage access with plenty of beach amenities for our use as well. LAstly, the management company was GREAT! Very quick to respond and was available if we needed anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our family stayed at the Shell Station House in mid-June and had such a pleasant visit! The house is located right off the bridge when you get to Folly Beach. It’s a 5 minute walk to the center of town and about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach. The house itself is in great condition, set with a screened in porch to enjoy the evening without any mosquitoes, a full outdoor table and grill to make a sunset dinner, and perfectly sized kitchen and living room space to lounge. There was a full collection of Vinyls and stereo setup that we turned on while home, it was great!! The landlords were extremely responsive and respectful. I’d rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Home was beautiful, extremely clean, had all amenities needed and in a nice neighborhood on Marco Island. Also easy walk to Publix to stock up on groceries. The service was spectacular, I had a few questions and the team text me nearly immediately each time!

We had never been to Balboa Island before and it was a delightful experience. Scott's place is super cute and has a real beauty vibe. If you're new to Air B and B and are feeling unsure, let me assure you: my husband is very picky and he loved it. The pictures are an accurate representation. It is clean and comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of hot water for showers. The bed was very comfortable. Even my husband agrees! Scott was quick to respond, but there were absolutely no problems that needed responding to--we just sent a message saying we arrived and were very happy with the house. We took advantage of the off street parking which was perfect for our car--a Jeep Patriot. There is a nice private patio area with lots of seating. The location is a five minute walk to the shops and a few minutes to the walk along the water. We actually got more than we hoped for! Thanks again to Scott!

The location was unbeatable, especially to the children’s ski school and Snowmass base. Accommodations were comfortable for two adults and a small kid, and had all soaps and detergents needed. The iTrip team was very responsive to all my questions throughout the stay. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Coastal Chic. The house is perfect for a family (or two) and is very well equipped with everything you will need. It is perfectly maintained and situated right in the middle of everything at Wild Dunes. I would definitely recommend staying at the Coastal Chic for your trip to Wild Dunes. Five stars!

Very nice home on the 15th Green of Eagle Vail Golf Course. The home is well maintained with 5 bedrooms and a spacious interior. The deck overlooking the golf course is a great place to sit to read or watch the world go by. Very comfortable property and would stay there again winter or summer.

We loved the flamingo house! It was perfect for our family. We loved the pool! I would definitely recommend this house! The only thing was we wish the beach was a little closer to walk to. If you don't get up very very early and get to beach early early then you will not get a parking spot. Parking is very limited! They have 2 parking lots for public beach access and it's full early. So my recommendation would be go early to get a spot, or walk. They need more public beach parking. But we loved everything else!

This 3b/3ba townhouse was comfortable and well located. Easy walk to the Chairlift and to Main Street. The living area was spacious, well appointed and clean. My wife and I, along with our 2 adult children, each had our own bedroom and bath. With bunk bed and fold out sofa there would have been ample room for additional friends and family. Also, easy parking. Big Thumbs UP!!

Just a ten minute walk to one of the most beautiful hikes in the Vail Valley, Booth Falls, this three bedroom unit has just been fully renovated with luxury finishes and decor. Itrip did a great job supporting our stay. It's a quiet unit in an East Vail condo development, just a short ride by shuttle bus or car to Vail Village. I would definitely stay here again. A group of friends and I took a trip from Pittsburgh to this beautiful beach house. So much fun was had by all. It was my third time visiting, one of my friend’s second time and the others first time. Each time I visit it gets better. The house features wonderful amenities, numerous options for activities in the area, as well as spectacular views from sunrises and beautiful stars at night, to dolphins breaching the serene, captivating ocean waves. Our stay on Oleander Drive couldn’t have been better. The home was immaculately clean and provided us with everything we could have needed during our stay. We only had to shop for groceries. Tammy was so helpful both before we arrived and while we were there with suggestions of restaurants and sightseeing activities to packing recommendations. This is our second time staying at Glacier Lodge and it was just as good as the first. My main criteria was proximity to a lift and Glacier Lodge provides that at a good value compared to nearby properties. The lodge is very short walk to the Wizard Chairlift and the unit was well appointed and very clean. We would definitely stay here a third time should we come back to Whistler.

Our extended family rented this house to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday who is attending GFU. We flew up from Southern California grandparents and all! The house was perfect for our family celebration with extra room to spare! The game room downstairs was great for the adult kids and the views were amazing! We loved the house. Unfortunately, the A/C on 2 levels stopped working. Jason was unbelievable! Had people there right away and it got fixed after 3 technicians. The ice machine was broken on the fridge and he sent a bag of ice and a technician to fix it! He was amazing. The pool is a huge disappointment as it’s basically a hot tub-pics were very deceiving. I swim laps-no way in that pool. Location and decor very nice. Cleaning needs to be improved. Dishes need replacing.

We stayed for a week with my children and parents. It worked out perfectly. Every room had its own “designated” bathroom. So no teenagers fighting over bathrooms. The water pressure was excellent, never ran out of hot water, and the access to the beach is perfect. The grocery store is close, St Augustine shopping 10 minutes away, and if you want Target or Aldi you just have to go a little bit further. The house was super clean, comfortable and the views were stellar. My parents and I spent hours sitting on the porch early mornings watching the sunrise, and every evening watching the sun set. We didn’t want to leave. Communication with our hosts was easy, directions for our stay as well as expectations were laid out easily and they were so kind. They even had complimentary (delicious) coffee and some coupons for treats and experiences around town. My goal is to visit every year if possible, and I know now that I can book with confidence knowing it’s going to be a wonderful experience. I can’t wait for next year.

Our family has stayed at 320 Pacific many times and we love it. It is in the perfect location for summer or winter. A short walk to the Gondola, and all of the activity in the Town of Telluride. I rarely write reviews however I felt compelled to do so regarding our vacation on Siesta Key. Just can't say enough about the condominium we stayed in it was perfect for our family. We felt like we were in our own home. While Harbor Towers complex is lovely and pristine, this condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. Incredible view of the Intercostal, extremely spacious, steps away from our car and we never went into the lobby except to get our mail. I would highly recommend staying there. Siesta Key beach is just amazing. Loved our morning walks on the beach. The free trolley is right in front of the condominium complex. As a side not for young families, Harbor Towers has an awesome kids pool along with an adult pool.

The location of the apartment is perfect! It’s close to everything you could want to see or go to. The parking space is right across the street from the unit and couldn’t be any closer. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the balcony was awesome for people watching with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. As a few others have stated, because the location is in the middle of everything, there is bound to be noise. The college is all around there too, so be aware of late night noise especially from the club right next door. It didn’t bother us to sleep since bedrooms are away from the front of the club building but it would definitely be an issue if someone intended to sleep in the living room since the club’s sound system is very loud and the pounding music continues until about 2:00am. That was the only issue we had and, like I stated, we were able to sleep, especially if you use the fans provided. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the apartment.

My wife and I have been coming to Kiawah and Seabrook for more than 30 years. We have stayed on the ocean, lagoons, golf course, and more recently the marsh. We now much prefer the marsh view to any other location. Villa was well maintained and very clean. Parking is somewhat tight but not a big deal. This unit ranks up there with the best we have stayed in and we will definitely consider staying here in future. Very satisfied.

LuLu's Key House is a great place to stay for a small to medium group. The location is perfect, a short walk to the village (especially if you cut through Gilligans/Lelus coffee house and the beach was also very close, about a 5 minute walk. Loretta was very responsive when it came to questions or concerns. They layout of the house was also great and the keyless entry was a plus so all guests could come and go as they please. We will definitely be back, it was a great stay, highly recommended!

We arrived on a Saturday for a three night stay in August. The pics on the website are accurate but actually don't do it justice. The apartment is beautiful. Large bathrooms and plenty of space throughout. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a small washer/dryer combo which is always great to have on vacation. There is parking at the rear of the building which allows access through a rear door into the master bedroom making moving in with luggage a breeze. The location couldn't be better. Located on a busy pedestrian only walk way with access to multiple bars and restaurants make this an ideal location to stay for a vacation. We didn't need to use the car once we parked it as everything was within walking distance. At night we would sit on the front deck overlooking St. George St. and people watched. When we return will will most definitely stay here again. Why use a Hotel when you can basically stay in your own home? Communication with the owner was smooth and they were available if we needed them. Highly recommend.

We hosted guests from Taiwan in the Courtyard Cottage. What an amazing property. We were 3 couples and the ability to have three bedrooms with our own adjoining bathroom was wonderful . The location was perfect for our winery tours and the dinner options in Dundee were outstanding. We did have some issues with the property but the communication with the property manager was immediate and accomodating. Will visit property again.

We recently spent 5 days at Beach Villa and enjoyed every minute. The unit was just the right size, clean, and the view was lovely. No waiting for elevators, great parking. Pool is small, but most of the time we had it to ourselves. The only downside was the bedrooms were warm at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Our visit to Saint Augustine, Fl and our accommodations at Atlantic Vista Beach House was beyond our expectations. The three floors were more than enough space to accommodate our family of 11 people. The beds were comfortable and all of the amenities were awesome, Ample parking, washer and dryer, four bathrooms, supply of towels and washclothes, pot, pans, dishes, etc. I wish we could have stayed longer. The ocean sounds and view were spectacular from the balcony of the home. I highly recommend this home for vacation or business stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores. The condo was clean, bright and had great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The indoor-outdoor pool was great for the few rainy days we had and my son loved the game room as well. The access to the beach was awesome, just a few steps and you are there! Our family of seven (two grandparents, two parents and three children) had a great stay at Holi-day by the Sea. The rental unit looked just like the photos, but even bigger which isn't always the case. The unit is very well laid-out - we were all together, but could have privacy if we wanted. The living/dining area is open, inviting and we enjoyed eating there, playing cards and board games and chatting. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, and there is lots of closet and drawer space for clothing, etc. The children loved having their own room...with a TV! The bunkbed and single bed set-up was perfect for us. The skylight is a cool feature giving added light to that room - including in the early morning. Almost every kitchen dish or utensil you could want was provided. If you're staying longer than a week, you'd probably move items from one of the cupboards to another to make room for your dry goods. This unit is VERY clean and well-maintained. (We reported a loose laundry cupboard door and got an immediate reply that a work order had been put in.) A quick 8-minute walk to the beautiful beach was easy for the adults and the children, and we went every day - sometimes twice. The beach wagon, 4 good beach chairs and a beach umbrella were much appreciated. We will happily recommend this property to others.

Beautiful condo! Enjoyed the pool and the beach - not over crowded like most of the larger condominiums. Location is excellent - it is close to our favorite restaurants. And being on Thomas Drive is a plus, not as much traffic as Front Beach Road. Loved staying here and plan to again.

We had such a great stay at this house! It was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy the ocean without having to drive anywhere. We booked this spot for a friend’s wedding nearby, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we felt right at home. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Very nice place on quite end of the beach. Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Worked out great with our bunch of 7. Nice pool, security on site. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Just wish the ocean would have played nicer, was double red flag for most of our stay. We made the most of it though. Will definitely look at returning to this condo in the future.

The Heron Hideaway was an excellent home away from home! It was stocked with everything we needed and it was a reasonable walk to the beach. I suggest bringing beach chairs if needed as the ones supplied are pretty weathered. Plenty of beach towels were supplied. The pool and back yard was an excellent retreat. We truly enjoyed cozy home and its layout was very roomy and accommodating for a large family. The hosts were very kind and communicated regularly!

Condo was spotless. Hosts were wonderful. Loved the proximity to Center Street restaurants and shops.Two things to note. 1). If youve never vacationed at Folly you may be surprised by the traffic. Be very careful making left turns from the condo parking lot.2). The front bedrooms would benefit from blackout drapes. The night security light is right outside the windows and is very bright, even with the blinds closed.We loved this place. Highly recommend.

My husband and I rented Casa Cudjoe for 70 nights. We absolutely love the home. It has all the amenities we needed & wanted: a master suite wing seperate from guest wing, a large screened lanai (if your not familiar with noseeums, this is a must to fully enjoy your evenings outdoors), roof top terrace for star gazing, watching the sunset or just the ocean waves, various guests got some color with a good book and maybe a nap ;) the views & grounds are wonderful! All guests, including us thought all the beds were comfortable. The rooms have a comfortable amount of space, closets & drawers. (Bring your own hangers) Extra pillows of different stuffing & firmness, extra blankets, and extra linen sets were all provided. There is a blow up mattress in the guest closet, we didn't use it but at least queen size. Showers water pressure was great, plenty of towels (bring beach towels) and drawers were empty to easily store your personal toiletries in each bathroom. (Blow driers provided) Dining area is large enough for guests and accessible for when it was just two. Hutch near table had room to store my laptop (plugged in) and office supplies, so I could comfortably (chairs are great!) work when I needed to. Livingroom furniture is deceptively comfortable. Games & books are available in cabinet. TV works great with Tubi & sign in to our apps. Wifi had 2-3 outages that were keys wide, which is normal and handled fairly quickly. The kitchen is large & well stocked with equipment, pots, pans & utensils. This is important to us, as we like to cook and cooked most meals. We brought some of our own items & there were empty drawers for us to use. When we book again, I will bring glass containers for food storage/leftovers. There were a few plastics, so we ended up saving our glass jars from olives & such to use. We didn't have any concern, but for those that may: the master & livingroom have TVs that work fine. The queen guest room doesn't have a TV. The 2 Twin guest room has an old school TV that doesn't have cable/DVD hooked up & doesn't have sign in capability. This was our second winter in the lower keys and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend.

We (2 couples) stayed at this cabin for 4 nights at the end of Oct. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the view off the back deck was beautiful. The cabin was very nice and just like the pictures. The location was great, just a short drive to all attractions. The only issue we had was the hot tub never got hot enough for us to use but if I had reported it I’m sure it would have been fixed. It just wasn’t important enough to report at the time. The only suggestions I would have to improve one’s stay would be more pillows on the bed and maybe some sort of outdoor heater on the back deck so one could stay warm in the cooler months while enjoying the gorgeous mountain views. Would definitely stay again.

Surf Song Cottage was an absolutely beautiful house right on the beach. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a wonderful stay. Five straight mornings sitting on the deck watching the Sunrise come up over the Ocean was unbelievable. Had a relaxing stay at the Flip Flop Inn. The view is fabulous! Direct access to the beach provided many enjoyable walks on the sand. Lots of natural light in the beach themed decor. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows, blankets, etc. Cookware is acceptable but a Dutch oven or large pot would be a nice addition. Owner responded immediately to any concerns or questions. We would definitely return if in the area again.

We enjoyed the condo and the services provided by iTrip and Explor!e. The room was what we expected and more. Easy check in, easy parking pass purchase (if you follow the instructions—we waited for several who did not pre purchase), easy check out. They even called to check on our stay on day two. We used the free round of golf as well. The other activities looked appealing but didn’t fit around our plan to attend a wedding.

It would be helpful if there were a notebook with information about the resort, but we figured it out just roaming around. The location was great for us. However, the condo needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. We found dust and trash behind one of the twin beds and the baseboards need to be cleaned thoroughly. Needed more towels for the 8 people that stayed. The dryer didn't dry the clothes and we could not find the vent to clean it out. Overall I would give this unit a 3.

This was by far the best house that I have ever rented and I have rented quite a few. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The outside area was quite and perfect for relaxing, swimming and grilling. I would highly recommend this house and will definitely rent again. Also, the communication before arriving was excellent.

I cannot say enough about this beach and the condo! The condo was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, and so very comfortable. It made for a wonderful week of relaxation! Our family of 6 absolutely loved this house! We had never stayed on the canal in Fenwick and it almost felt like we were in Italy. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable. The only note is that we could have used more flatware - a set of 8 place settings did not get us through the day. Other than that, perfect!

We recently stayed at this location and what a little gem. We needed a place for our family to gather from out of town for my son's wedding and the 4 bedrooms worked out perfect. The living room opened into the dining room giving us a good place to gather each night. To my surprise the beds were amazing comfortable and my cousin from Maryland said that she had slept so good all three nights and wants me to find out the brand and type of mattress they are. This location is so close by car to many restaurants and we took several walks to the river just a few blocks away. If you are looking for a nice house that your whole family can enjoy together I would recommend booking this house.

We loved the condo and enjoyed our stay However there was a severe issue with roaches. I hesitate to put this on a public review. We have been going to Summerhouse for a long time and never ever had issues with roaches. You may want to make sure this unit is treated soon.

Amazing condo. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked, including zipper storage bags and foil. Beds were compfy. Best part was the lani. Coffee in the morning watching the wildlife and again in the evening with a cocktail. So peaceful!! Just a short hop to the Historic District. We would definitely stay here again. The unit is beautiful with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a pull out couch. The back patio was amazing place to hang out in the evening and through a storm. The front porch has two rockers that we also enjoyed in the mornings and late evenings. We had a couple issues, one housekeeping and one mechanical that they jumped to take care of with in minutes. The best part, we didn't have to be there. A storm also knocked off the electric and thus the router for the cable internet. I texted and asked where the router was and they responded within minutes. It took about an hour for the cable to come back on and I never replied to the text. Right as the cable came on we had a knock on the door and it was someone from ITrip making sure we were able to get the cable back on. That to me is beyond service, it was service at our back and call. We will definitely book again.

We loved this condo right on the water. Each morning's views were spectacular and the snorkeling off the nearby beach was nice. We had everything we needed for our stay provided for us, including one of the grills on the property. The unit was clean. Property is close to shopping, but away from the bustle of a lot of the resorts. The only negative is the a/c unit on the master's balcony made it unusable due to the heat/noise. However, we enjoyed the lower balcony a lot. We hope to return.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at the Paradise Beach Cottage (unit B) for 7 days in July. This was our 2nd stay here and we plan to come back again! We love the close proximity to the private beach, and the pool is only steps away too ! We love staying in Fort Morgan as it is quiet and away from the crowds of the main strip in Gulf Shores, but only a short drive to get there when we wanted to get out for shopping, dining and fun. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook with ease. The property is a wonderful home away from home.

This was our second stay at this house, and it remains the perfect location for us. We love the welcoming and warm atmosphere. The amenities are exactly what we need—the boys enjoy playing on the GameCube, taking walks on nearby trails, or heading down to the pool. It was the ideal spot for my husband, our three boys (ages 8, 10, and 16), and me. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the house was impeccably clean.

We are a group of 9, 7 adults, 3 couples, one single, a toddler and infant. The house slept us perfectly, each bedroom having their own bath was ideal. Having access through the garage with zero entry was ideal for luggage, groceries etc. The home has been professionally decorated, and still through many rentals looks good and feels clean. The kitchen is equipped well enough for quick breakfasts before heading to the parks, and a take home dinner after a long day at the parks. We chose not to purchase the pool heat package, @$30 a day, three day minimum that was too steep, but sadly the pool in mid March is unusable otherwise. The downstairs King bed has lost its comforter that is pictured in photos, there is a thin blanket that apparently replaced it, in my opinion it’s cheesy and inadequate., we were cold. The pillows throughout the house are awful and miserable to sleep on. Bring your own. The upstairs laundry room holds a selection of bath towels that took us awhile to find. Two bath towels, one hand and one washcloth are all that is supplied in each bathroom attached to a bedroom that can sleep two to four people...

The cabin was beautiful and we loved hearing the ocean, playing pool, cooking meals, and just enjoying time together on the beach. We will definitely come again.

This is the Perfect Family Vacation Home!! The location was great and the layout was perfect for a family of 6 (2 adults/4 kids)! Very close to the slopes. Weather we were cooking, watching movies or playing Monopoly, there was plenty of room. After skiing hard every day, the hot tub was a life saver! The only thing we would pass on to guests staying during the heavy snow season is that the appropriate vehicle helps with getting up the driveway. It snowed a lot and we were able to get up the driveway, but any all wheel or 4x4 drive vehicle would be recommend. Otherwise, we had a blast and the house was amazing! Also, the staff was super helpful! Any questions I had were quickly answered in a timely manner. Can’t wait to go back.

We loved staying at Blue Cabana this year! The condo is very nicely updated and decorated and was very comfortable for our family of five. The convenience of having a pool right downstairs and walking from there straight out to the beach was amazing. We would love to visit again!

Everything about this trip was amazing. We loved our view from the 18th floor overlooking the pools and ocean. Our condo was spacious and clean. Viking appliances were a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable, thermostat kept it cool. We loved the pizza place on site as well as the poolside restaurant for lunch. Food was excellent from both. Pool bar made some great drinks. Great beach access. Shopping and restaurants right across the street. Things I would have changed would be having to get in line and hour before the pool opened to make sure we got pool chairs, the gym has no mirrors and was very hot. One of the bathrooms in our condo did not have the shower installed correctly so water would just pour out onto the floor. We will definitely be staying again.

From arrival to departure, Chapel Vista made you feel like you were on vacation. The home had historic charm with modern conveniences. The layout -- including kitchen and patio were great for entertaining. Our family is already discussing making Chapel Vista a reunion spot for future gatherings.
