Took a quick trip down after Thanksgiving and while booking, came across this jewel. It is a beautiful, clean condo, that felt like home and there was nothing that we needed that wasn't furnished. The management team were very accommodating, very quick to reply with any issue that we may have had and were extremely friendly. Would highly recommend and for sure would consider staying there again, if ever in the area.

We stayed at this North Naples property from Jan 21 to Jan 27 2018. Long story short the home gets a 10 on 10 from us and the managing team of Tammy and Niel with their staff get an 11 on 10. We had never heard of, rented or contacted this "Naples Vacation Rentals " company before this online discovery of them. We were searching for a Naples area place to stay as were going to visit our friends who have a home there for the first time. We found the area hotels to be expensive and quickly learned Naples is one of the most upscale parts of Florida to stay in.We turned our visit into a retreat/holiday and decided to try rent a home with VRBO, HomeAway and others. We are a married couple in our late 50's from Montreal Canada and had specific items we searched for. -Enclosed heated pool in a private setting . -Heated spa in same area. -Safe area to walk in and close to everything within a 10 min drive. -Open concept living, light in colour and bright, giving off a positive vibe when entering or living there. - Clean above the norm -Kingsize bed with an attached bathroom . This home appeared to meet our requirements as the pics only tell half the story. Are we ever happy we chose this place. What we found at the home; Clean , Clean, Clean, with almost all the kitchen acessories being new or almost new. The fridge and stove were spotless, the bathrooms sparkling , not a spot of dirt or a bug , ant , or whatever anywhere in the home. The towels and bedding arranged as if we were royalty arriving for a visit. I am specifically mentioning this as the first things you notice when you enter is the attention to detail the staff of Tammy and Neil have paid to making this visit welcoming.The main table was setup with a setting for 6, all tastefully displayed and the centrepiece was a big beautiful holiday season Red Healthy Poinsettia that hit your eyes as you walked in.A real positive first impression. We only used one of the bedrooms and were very pleased with the quality of bedlinen , the huge walk in closet, and the spare towels and sheets available. We thought if we would have had our friends or children visit the independence of the Main Bedroom and its remote location would be a super plus. We did not use the washer and dryer, but they too seemed new or almost new, Their location would allow them to be used and you would not hear them from the master bedroom. The pool area was spotless, the patio furniture upscale, new or almost new and comfortable. We did not use the BBQ , but it was there ,covered, if we would have wanted to. The Garage was clean as well and the remote control of the garage made it easy to come and go with groceries. The Team of Tammy and Neil; Neil; We had an initial problem booking on line with the website, the automatic deposit would not accept our US Dollar Canadian Visa Credit card. After many attempts , calls to the tel # on the web site for Home away, calls to our Visa centre in Canada we tried to call the listing property Managers direct.This is the only time we dealt with Neil and he verbally guaranteed us the reservation as we attempted to clear up our credit card trouble during the day. By the end of the day our Visa troubles had been cleared up but we still could not book online, the system was blocking us . I again called Neil around 6 pm and he walked me through , ensuring all went well. His patience was appreciated and our fears of not getting a place due to the number of bookings that week in Naples were put to rest. He was able to do what the host company and our Visa company could not, he knew the system and found a solution, all the while being such a gentleman and giving us confidence with whom we were dealing. Tammy; We had only briefly dealt with Tammy during our initial calls for help as mentioned above, but she kicked into high gear as our arrival approached.We were texted that the home was available a little earlier as the clean up crew finished early. We were at our friends some 15 min away and did not expect to arrive till some time after the 4 pm check in. It was a Sunday check in and dinner led to some drinks etc, etc so I texed her we would arrive some time after 7, she replied and said not to hesitate when we arrived to call for any info,this was Sunday night ! It felt good to be able to have a contact at that time on a Sunday. When we finally arrived at 10 pm I could not get the automatic door lock to open . I had the right code but did not realize I had to turn the knob to manually open the deadbolt. I texted Tammy, AND got a detailed reply as to what to do at 10:05 on Sunday night. The door worked and I apologized via text of my error in reading the detailed instructions, her reply was kind and again, as Neil had done weeks earlier, made us feel welcome in a professional, personal way. Two more times during our stay, we needed help and both times within 5 min our texted msg were replied to by Tammy, and she even sent one of

We loved our stay at Barefoot Hideaway. We can’t wait to come back next year. The house was beautiful and we loved walking right out our back door to the beach. The host David kept in touch with us to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed while we were there. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

This townhouse was everything that our group expected it to be. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a huge place with every amenity that you could possibly need. It's very relaxing and offers plenty of privacy as well. The shuttle service from iTrip was also perfect. The quick 5 minute ride to base will save you time and money from parking on your own. I'll check on this place first for availability the next time I stay in Steamboat. A+++

My family of 5 had a wonderful time. Perfect spot to the beach and away from it all. Beach never got overly crowded even on a holiday. The surf song cottage was the perfect size and so clean. Everything we needed. Including beach chairs and other beach toys the kids enjoyed. Hope to be able to return and stay again some day!

This house was perfect for our birthday weekend getaway! Just like it’s described. Everything was clean, nice appliances , kitchen equipped with everything you could need. Couch was comfy. Beds were comfy. The a/c worked great. The showers had great pressure. Loved the little office since of course the husband had to work some. Great location, close to downtown & the beach!! Neighborhood was quiet & even met some neighbors that were great. I do have 2 suggestions, & by no means did it take away from the overall house- we loved everything about it & will stay again! But, I would like a tv in the master bedroom & wish the backyard was a little better. Maybe a small area outside back door with pavers down & a table & chairs or even just a couple chairs to sit in the backyard. There is a room before you go out the back door that you could even just keep some folding furniture IF someone wanted to sit out back. It has potential. GREAT place, highly recommend!!!

We had a great time staying at Commodore 304. The unit was clean and well stocked. The full size washer and dryer was a nice feature. Renovations have been made to the unit to update the flooring and some furniture. As always with Price Morgan Vacations,all access codes worked and check in and out was seamless. The Commodore complex was clean and appeared to be well taken care of. It is located on the less busy east end of Thomas Dr. We would definitely book with Price Morgan Vacations again and stay at this location.

This was our second time staying at Deux Vert, and it just keeps getting better. The view, house, amenities, and overall thoughtfulness of the property are absolutely amazing. Our friends were truly impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the stay along with all that the Willamette Valley has to offer.

The Gables at Quandry Vineyards was the perfect place for a girls getaway! We enjoyed sitting on the decks drinking coffee in the rockets in the front deck, cooking in the gourmet kitchen, enjoying dinner and breakfasts outside on the back deck, and loved the 4 en-suite bedrooms with plush bedding. A slight negative was the chefs kitchen was missing cutting boards and baking sheets. Having those would make the kitchen complete!

This is touted as a ski in-ski out condo. It is, but you must figure out how to ski out and back on your own. There is no guidance in the unit on how to do so. Exit the ski locker level and look up at the mountain, there is a path there with an orange plastic fencing, you can continue on the path or ski down at one of the openings. There is a stair, too. To return, ski past the THUNDERHEAD EXPRESS and stay to the right as high as you can and you will find a path with signage to unit C. The spa has a small warm work out room and the hot tub needs to have its jets repaired. The shuttle system is complicated. There are many different real estate management companies with their own shuttles, the itrip guest service person is responsive and eager to help. There are no matches in the unit for the fireplace. The unit has one key on a lanyard and a lock box that is almost too small for the key. This is a nuisance is you are a party of 2 or more because this one key opens your ski locker downstairs and then you want to put it back upstairs to leave it in the lockbox for anyone else in the group should they want to leave the unit later or return earlier. There is no hand held shower, if you need one for kids. There is a nepresso machine and drip coffee maker. Bring your own coffee, there are NO starter packs. This unit is roomy, the grill worked and the MATTRESS IS DIVINE. Parking was easy and available.

My wife and I were fortunate to stay at this house for a weekend! We couldn't be happier with our experience! The view was absolutely incredible, and the beach accessibility was extremely easy! Regardless of the weather, it's worth staying here! The view from waking up in the loft was absolutely to die for! The house was stocked with all sorts of cooking necessities and the cleanliness of everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at the Opal House for a long weekend. Easily walkable to the pool and beach and a beautiful view of the pond on the driving range. We were even lucky enough to see many turtles and one gator sunning on the driving range green. The house was well appointed and a nice layout for an extended family.

The location of this guest house CAN NOT BE BEAT! Loved how close it was to the water, and the great back yard. Owner lives next door and was very 'chill' - enjoyed a couple of beers with him on our first night. Lots to do around the area. Home was very clean and comfortable. iTrip was great to work with. Enjoyed the weekend and will definitely come back.

The complex is beautifully laid out and landscaped. The unit is clean, updated, and well stocked. The beds are more comfortable than most hotels and host is very responsive and interactive if needed for questions, not only on the unit but on the area as well. Only amenities that needs updated is the patio furniture on the large patio, as it has seen better days due to the ocean air. The only thing I would have the host change would be to provide cushions for the patio loungers. The location and private beach access are perfect for taking advantage of beautiful St Augustine Beach.

This unit was perfect my boyfriend and two daughters. We had the best week. We had everything we needed ane more! It's the perfect location to the beach and pool. The beds are comfortable, everything works as it should. It's so convenient also having a full size washer and dryer. The AC was great, there's even a dehumidifier to keep the air clean and dry. Can't recommend this place enough! We hope to come back next year !

This was our family’s first trip to Maui, but we have traveled extensively throughout the country and internationally and would have to say the location, beach access, sunset views and lack of crowds would be in our top five properties we have stayed in. The condo is not very private sound wise as the door and windows are louvered glass to allow the breeze to cool off the interior, but this allowed every sound to be heard. Kills the romantic mood if traveling with multiple generations like us. Besides this one detail the condo was comfortable and spacious for our family and we are already planning to come back again. The beach and cove in front of the condo are private and can only be accessed through the property itself, many times we were the only ones on the beach and even during peak times we always had space on the beach and to snorkel. The snorkeling was as good as advertised, we ended up swimming within feet of 4-5 sea turtles that make the cove their home. 20 feet offshore there are rocks/reefs that house many tropical fishes.... even seen a puffer fish and small eel. The pool area was nice, a hot tub was the only missing amenity.... but in its place was a nice kiddy pool if you have young ones. Penley family

We visited Marco with our kids and their significant others. The house comfortably accommodated all 8 of us. Everyone enjoyed having the pool table in the house and we loved the location. We were able to walk and bike everywhere including the beach.

Stayed in two different condos, both were what we expected, however we were very disappointed that we were not told when we booked that the ocean beach was closed due to a storm wash out in November . We would not rate this 5 star as is indicated below, we would definitely return to maui

We had an amazing two weeks in Marco Island. We stayed at The Riverside Club and loved it. Our unit was everything we hoped for and more. Fantastic location. Every morning we had coffee and relaxed in screened in lanai and watched the sun rise while the fishing boats cruised by. In the evening, there was a gentle breeze and the party boats would cruise by. There were two pools and hot tubs at Riverside. In the dock in front our unit, a dolphin would show up just about every day. A few fun boat tours were Wootens Air Ride, Go Cats where you drive a Catamaran on a guided tour, Captain Marco’s Sightseeing Tour and see the dome homes and where dolphins would follow the boat and jump though the waves and in Naples (approximately 20 Minutes from Marco Island) on another Catamaran out to the Gulf. We had an amazing time. The Unit was fabulous(except for the dryer). We would highly recommend renting this Unit for your stay. The management company was very quick and responsive on any questions we had for our stay. Thank you for two beautiful weeks. Absolutely a Five Star stay!

Our family trip was a big success at Dolphin Watch! The location being a very short drive/walk from the center of Carolina Beach but also beach front with a private boardwalk was wonderful. The house is located fairly in the middle between two public access so there was no crowding at all in front of the house, even during the busier beach days. Having 3 bedrooms and the kitchen/living room on the 2nd (but first livable floor) was a great plus for bringing in luggage and supplies. The only negative I have is that some of the items in the house are well worn/stained and quite a few blinds were missing. However, most everything was in great working order for its age. Definitely will consider the area and this house for future trips!

Stay at south seas tower 3- 701 was amazing! Room is beautiful and view of the sunset is stunning. Showers could use some updating and wish the master had a king bed...but other than that no complaints! Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Family of seven including teens. We all slept comfortably in cool townhouse. Small neighborhood provided safe walk to pool and beach. Neither were crowded. Perfectly located for quick drive to anything we needed to pick up, restaurants, and family entertainment. Showers in all 3 bathrooms. Mater bedroom is spacious and includes great en-suite.

We had a nice weekend in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. House was very clean and convenient to local attractions. Pictures are true to what you see. Although it was off a busy road, we did not hear traffic noise which was a plus. Kitchen was well stocked, and we were happy to have a washer and dryer to use. We put my parents in the master bedroom and they were hot sleeping as there was plastic on the mattress. This might be a standard practice in VRBOs. Would rent this home again.

This was our first stay at this property. This is a great place great neighborhood, quiet and well kept. The inside is very clean and of a newer design. The beds are memory foam and newer. The flat screen is easy to use. The one and only draw back was the very sparse kitchen it needs a lot in regards to basics like measuring devices, blender, etc. The management company was A+, very attentive and extremely responsive to any questions or issues.

What a lovely apartment! We had the best time, and felt so at home. We loved having the fire on, and everything we needed was there. It was so easy in the morning the put our skis on, ski down to town and catch the gondola to Peak 7 and 8. Skiing back down 4 O'clock run was a breeze, being next to the apartment. We loved it!

We had a great stay at Oak Woods Cottage in December. The hot tub was awesome and we used it daily. The house was about an 8 min walk to the beach and an easy walk for a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Kiawah is a lovely island for peace and quiet.

Our extended family of 10 adults / young adults truly enjoyed our stay at Palm Warbler. The decor was lovely, the furnishings comfortable and the kitchen was great — sharpest knives I’ve ever experienced in a vacation rental! It’s on a quiet cul de sac, and not too far from the beach. There was plenty of room around the dining table for family dinners. The grill was put to good use, too. We’re hoping our schedules will allow a return visit soon.

Wonderful property and great hosts! Location just a few minutes away from town, City Market, and also easy access to Frisco. Large beds, clean and well appointed bathrooms, hot tub, open kitchen with plenty of room for dinner with friends or lounging on the couch.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Condo was immaculately cleaned and we loved the modern look while still having a homey feel with great views. The top deck was beautiful and very comfortable. So convenient to Carolina Beach restaurants, bars, and much more. We have stayed at other condos in Carolina Beach and nothing compares! We plan to come back year after year.

This beautiful condo is roomy enough for several family members. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The large balcony is great for relaxing and watching for dolphins or manatee. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Our family Really enjoyed our stay! We love St Augustine! The townhouse was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was the most equipped I have seen at any retal property. The bikes were a plus. We brought our kids’ bikes and enjoyed nice rides on the beach. From the garage to the sand it is about a 5 minute walk. The buggy was very helpful making it easy to take our stuff to the beach. The pool was right outside our window. It was clean and well kept. I would definitely stay again.

Cute place to stay! The backyard was perfect for the kids! Everything was well stocked, lots of beach towels and linens available. They had a bunch of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas in the garage! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a weekend (wedding) and loved the location. Easy to get to Dundee and Newberg. We easily walked to restaurants and wine tasting! A quick Uber to Newberg for great food and drinks. We sat on the backyard patio and enjoyed the sunset with drinks. Lots of good amenities at the house- 2.5 bathrooms, laundry center and more!

We stayed at Whale of Time for a girls weekend in April! It was the PERFECT space for all 9 ladies! The King master upstairs was stunning and all the other rooms were updated and beautiful! The living and dining space was perfect for a large crowd to gather and enjoy our time together! The 5 minute walk to the beach was gorgeous and we lucked out with great weather!! We went downtown one evening for dinner and it took no more than 25 min- Uber picked us up without issues!! We also walked the 10 min to the Wild Dunes 'downtown' and had lunch and drinks by the pool. Steven and Sarah were amazing at communications and answered all our questions before we even had time to think of any! Great hosts with a beautiful home!

We are having a terrific visit in Park City, staying at Snowcrest Condos. The condo has everything we need and the owners have been extremely responsive to our needs. The location is perfect, walking distance to the ski resort so we don't even have to worry about parking! We are a group of 3- 1 couple and an adult daughter.

We loved this charming little cottage that lives large. It was perfect in every way for our family of five. It was beautifully decorated with plenty of space to spread out, cook meals, have another family over to cook out, play euchre tournaments , and just find your own nook to read. The private pool was such a treat to have in the mornings before we were ready to hear the beach and after returning from a hot day at the beach. The easy walk or bike ride to the beach and Coligny really makes this a five star property in my opinion. And added bonus was the beach location was not crowded so it was very easy to social distance. Will look to book this property anytime we visit HHI!

This was our third visit to this house in the past 3 years - it's our all time favorite place to stay on the island! This house is perfect for our family...you absolutely cannot beat the views (in all directions), the privacy and the tranquility looking out over Tarpon Bay! We pretty much stay in every night until dark just so we can watch the sun set over the bay. Can't even remember how many dolphin and manatee we saw from the point too...endless wildlife in the water and flying overhead. We fished for hours a day off the point and caught tons of snook, ladyfish and some others. Awesome to have the kayaks to just go out for a paddle at any point (which we did just about every day - gorgeous back in the channels off the bay!). The pool area is fantastic - nice pool, some new Adirondack furniture this year, heated, and of course....the views! The house itself is wonderful too - a one of a kind from an architectural standpoint, well appointed, comfortable, clean. There are a few things that could use some updating, but all in all no complaints. The house had everything we need and then some. The only downside of this house is the steps - there are a lot of them you have to go up and down to go in and out of the house (both in front and in back)....but there is also an elevator (which we did not use, as we did not need it, but it's available) - just something to be aware of for people with mobility issues, and very young children. The property manager, Jim, is great to work with - on the rare occasion when we've had an issue he has addressed it immediately. We love this house and hope to be back again and again!

This was a great unit in a very convenient part of Eagle County. Easy access to Edwards, Avon, Beavercreek and Vail. The condo is nicely furnished with a great kitchen and updated bedrooms and baths. Kitchen is very well stocked. The underground parking is also a nice feature in the winter.

stayed at same Lighthouse 208 3 of 4 last years and just love the place. Zero entry is fantastic for my little ones (and this old grandma :-) )There was a rowdy kids ball team there that kind of were obnoxious by spitting off 14th floor onto people and dropping ceramic coffee cups off balcony but the security staff was fantastic watching out for everyone! You can't go wrong with this unit! When I win the lottery, I'm buying this unit from the owners :-) Hope the owners don't mind but we left behind a book so each future guest may put their experience and helpful suggestions for restaurants, dolphin rides, etc. Hope to be back soon! We stayed 7 nights at the Palms. Excellent location, grocery store, liquor store next door. Pool and hot tub on the grounds. The beach is right across the street with numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was nice, worked well for our needs. We asked for stroller, pack n play, etc for an infant and they supplied so we didn't have to bring it with us. We had a hiccup or two and all we're taken care of immediately and satisfactorily. It was a great family trip and we would stay there again.

The house was perfectly situated close to the beach and fantastic views from multiple levels. The house was as described minus some outside furniture that was displayed but not there. Kitchen was great for cooking. Cooking pans needed an upgrade! It also would have been great to have a small vacuum cleaner. We enjoyed the roominess, views and short walk to the beach the most. It was also a super plus it is pet friendly. If stairs are an issue you might want to reconsider.

I "snowbirded" at this townhouse for a long time occupancy during the winter 2019. It's spacious with a fantastic location and newly installed bathrooms, upstairs carpets and main level hardwood floors! Loved the recliner movie style sofas and the big screen TV. The queen beds were very comfortable as were the supplied silky sheets. It was nice to enjoy the fire pit in the back yard at times with guests. Having access to a BBQ is a big bonus as is the large two car garage. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and then some! If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I'd give Berne, the property manager at iTrip Vacations, and his team, 6 stars! He responded almost immediately to some minor improvements, issues and missing items that needed attention for my long term rental that were easily ironed out. The Las Brisas townhouse community is great...friendly residents, and pet friendly...so it's perfect for your dog. Nicely paved dog walking trails abound this community. The townhouse is only minutes to the Price Freeway and 5 minutes to a free park and ride for the streetcar to downtown. Only a few minutes to the hub of restaurants and pubs with lively night life and ASU students at Mill Avenue and Tempe Beach Park. It's only about a $7 Uber ride to Cubs stadium (so you can enjoy a beer and not worry about driving). The location is pretty central to anything...10 minutes north to Scottsdale and minutes to hiking trails at Papago Park and the Zoo. If you're an avid cyclist like me, a plethora of cycling trails exist in Tempe and the Valley of the Sun which is what I did almost daily...you can access major cycling trails right from this townhouse without the worry of racking your bike on your vehicle and driving. While it is advertised as newly renovated, some improvements to finish it off superbly would be refreshed new kitchen cupboards to replace the painted original ones to go with the gorgeous new granite counter top and new appliances, and to open the wall from the kitchen to the family room with a breakfast bar to allow more natural light in the unit (as it is a bit "dark" on the ground floor). (Thanks to Berne for providing a floor reading lamp!) As well, the current half bath in the master bedroom could be upgraded and changed to an enclosed large walk in shower to prevent water splashing on floor, the garage could use some tidying up (which is where the a new washing machine is located), and the older dryer could be upgraded as it had rust on the top (although it worked fine). The back yard is a bit "stark" with a concrete wall, no vegetation and only crushed stone, but on the other hand, it was a great place for my dog to take his last pee before bed! Take note that it takes a few minutes to get hot water to the townhouse taps because the hot water tank is located in the garage and the toilets don't always flush fully (so you have to flush twice at times). But these are minor inconveniences. Unfortunately the one and only hot tub for the community located at one of the pools had a broken heater during my stay, so hopefully this is fixed by now. In conclusion, when you weigh the benefits and amenities this townhouse has to offer, and its incredible location, and the fantastic response time from Berne and his crew, I would highly recommend booking this property. I would come back!

This is a fantastic house for a family event. The house is modern and a has a very well equipped kitchen. The views are amazing and the location is great for a wine country home base. Only a ten minute drive to the cute town of Carlton for the bakery, tasting rooms, and restaurants. The owner checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was going well.

We had a nice week in Hilton Head, the home was comfortable and had lots of space to together. The Enclosed space is a great area to hang out, relax, and watch the wildlife. The home was equipped with pretty much any type of cooking/prep items you’d need but make sure to bring your own spices!

My family and I travel to Florida each spring break for fun in the sun. Each year we visit a different beach. Last year we visited Naples. This year we were able to cross off two beaches with one trip, Clearwater and Honeymoon Island. This trip was special because I was able to enjoy it with my mom, it was her first time at the beach. Home is centrally located with lots of food options. It is comfy, warm, and modern.

Loved staying here. Was very clean and very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view off the back porch. It felt very roomy with 12 people- 3 families. The only down fall was there was not enough bath towels and wash rags to go around and only one trash bag was available. Over all I would recommend this property to family and friends.

This location is ideal walking distance to shops and first class dining. Take the trolley bus to the beach and back. Amazing history and sightseeing. The property overlooks an action packed old town road with a convenient bagel and coffee joint across the street. After an action packed day you get to return to this wonderful open air clean comfortable space with a very spacious and amazing master suite. We love to purchase first class wines conveniently located downstairs at the wine shop. And enjoy a glass before turning in.

My wife and I loved, simply loved the Mountain View Condo #3604. It was exactly as pictured, with wonderful furniture, a King Sized bed in the larger suite. The Memory foam mattress took a little getting used to, but it was extremely comfortable and made for great night sleeps. Check in was flawless, the view from the long and roomy balcony was exceptional. It was a two bedroom condo and my sister joined us for a few days. She had her own space and I can't say enough about the condo. I would recommend it to anyone. We really enjoyed it far more than the cabin "which was impressive" we stayed in last year. The space was close to everything, just about .25 miles from the strip down the driveway and you are in the thick of things in Pidgeon Forge. If we return to Pidgeon Forge we will certainly lease here again. I left some athletic shoes in the condo upon my departure. We inquired about them and they were found and the staff, Allison, promptly got back to me and said they were found and that they would send them out to me. You gotta love that kind of service. Only two things we didn't like. The ironing board was so small that we could not actually use it and therefore went about wrinkled. The iron leaked water making it difficult to use without wetting your clothes. Other than those two minor things, it was a great place to stay. It was clean and well kept.

The door locking system is integrated with our software, so if your code worked once at arrival I can’t imagine why it stopped working. Those codes can be very temperamental; sometimes if they are punched in repeatedly they can time themselves out. I do hope the rest of your stay was pleasant. We stayed in this nice condo for five nights. It was great, the bed was comfortable and the recliners in the living room were a nice change from sitting on a couch. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped to cook a full meal, we grilled a couple of nights and the charcoal grills were clean and well kept. We had planned a family spring skiing vacation with our grown up kids and grandkids. The place was everything we expected and more. It was immaculate upon arrival. Plenty of paper products, towels, dishes. Very clean jacuzzi, nicely appointed bedrooms, good location, less than 10 minutes to Vail and BC, four minuted from Walmart, beautiful view of the golf course, mountain in the backyard. Perfect!

Our stay at this magnificent house was truly a magical week for our family of 6 adults and our 5 year old granddaughter. Having the private swimming pool was awesome as we didn't have to pack things up to go to a pool. Our granddaughter especially loved being in the pool having fun. The house was very spacious & beautifully decorated! We loved having our morning coffee on the lanai. Our contact Mark was awesome! If we had a question,he responded within a few minutes! We highly recommend it and iTrip. We will definitely use iTrip for future vacations!

This place was beautiful and very roomy. There were two families (4 adults, 4 children; ages 2-12) that stayed here and there was plenty of room for the kids to play and the adults to relax. The communication with Danielle and Jason was fantastic! They were very quick to respond whenever we had a question. We had an issue with our jacuzzi jets not working and Danielle arranged for prompt servicing. One of the kids left an iPad mini behind and the honesty and integrity of the cleaning crew and property managers was excellent. They recovered he iPad and mailed it back to us. Only a five minute drive to the slopes or downtown, very quiet. Amazing place! Amazing views! Helpful crew! Would stay here again next time!

We stayed in this townhouse over Easter 2023. The home has modern decor and is very spacious. The property is located in a quiet area of the Solterra Resort that has some great facilities. The whole family enjoyed this home and the children enjoyed disney themed bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable and the owner maintains the home very well. There is a view of a small lake to the rear of the home and the pool area is not overlooked by another property. The theme parks can easily be accessed from this property. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this townhouse.

We had the best experience with this stay. Less than 15 minutes to pretty much anything you wanted to do in St Augustine. We enjoyed going into the city, a fishing charter, the lighthouse, Anastasia State Park, and the St John’s Pier beach. House was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, etc for our family of 5. The house and pool were very clean. The pool was amazing! Very nice to walk out the back into a screened pool deck. Only thing I wished was that there was a schedule for when pool guys came just for planning purposes. Other than that, we can’t wait to come back in a couple years!

The Blue Oasis was a great place for our family to stay. There were three generations from several households and everyone had a comfortable space to be. The kitchen is amazing! We cooked several meals and there was plenty of space around the island to gather. The pool and hot tub space is lovely and very relaxing which we used in the evening. We had a dog with us as well, and the close proximity to the beach was wonderful. An easy walk just a couple of blocks away. Everyone in our group said we'd love to stay here again!

Our experience for the long weekend was tremendous! The house was located a quick walk to the beach (wide and with great sand) and literally steps from tennis, pickleball, and pool. The house was extremely well-maintained and well-decorated with great internet connectivity. Kitchen was really well-stocked and easy to use. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. March is a refreshing time to spend at BHI. The island is quiet & there are many opportunities to enjoy nature during this cooler time. This was our first time staying g at The Doc House & it didn’t disappoint. It has little extras that add to the experience- binoculars for bird watching, beach towels, out door shower/dog washing station, boardwalk to the beach, & SPECTACULAR views of Old Baldy & the ocean. Our family (including adult children and one baby) stayed in this lovely and well appointed house for a family event. The pool and backyard had something for everyone. The layout of the house worked well for our entire family. The house is well stocked with games, books and a putting green. Close to grocery stores and the highway. Everything about this trip was amazing. We loved our view from the 18th floor overlooking the pools and ocean. Our condo was spacious and clean. Viking appliances were a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable, thermostat kept it cool. We loved the pizza place on site as well as the poolside restaurant for lunch. Food was excellent from both. Pool bar made some great drinks. Great beach access. Shopping and restaurants right across the street. Things I would have changed would be having to get in line and hour before the pool opened to make sure we got pool chairs, the gym has no mirrors and was very hot. One of the bathrooms in our condo did not have the shower installed correctly so water would just pour out onto the floor. We will definitely be staying again.

Wow! Can’t say enough good things about Lorraine’s Beach Cottage! It’s clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you would put in your own beach house! From a screened-in porch with a table and chairs and a hammock to a children’s play corner and a huge, well stocked kitchen with plenty of room for the family to hang out. It is conveniently located - it’s just a short block from the beach and near plenty of restaurants and activities. The spacious driveway was great especially for loading and unloading the car. Owner and property management are top notch! Highly recommended!!!

The management company was so nice easy to work with, we had a small issue with the stove and it was addressed quickly. They went over and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Super cute and clean condo, walkable to downtown and a 10 min bus ride away from Park City! An added bonus for me was the free ski rental that came with the package!! Keep in mind, you need to reserve this ahead of time, with a72 hour notice, or they will not allow you to rent! I almost missed the deadline. I would love to stay here again!

What you see in the pictures is what you will get. Comfortable, beautiful, convenient, safe, updated...all you need is here! We traveled here for vacay/baseball tourney as a family of 5...we only left Wild Dunes for baseball games and to explore Charleston a little. Everything we needed was at the condo/complex. Having access to the beach and pool was AWESOME. We will highly recommend to our friends...unless we will be traveling back ourselves, in that case we will take for ourselves!

Stayed at 110 St. George street and the location could not have been more convenient. Stayed within easy walking distance of many great restaurants and attractions. Convenient parking was available with the rental The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to stretch out and the balcony overlooking St George street was great for people watching. Easy checking and communication with the host. My wife and I I don’t believe there to be a better rental option in St Augustine. Loved it

And the walk to the beach was just a few short blocks.

I was staying in Breckenridge for a couple days for work , as it is very expensive to stay in summit county anymore I was very pleased to find this place. The condo itself was very comfortable with easy parking. As far as location you are right in the middle between Frisco , Keystone & Breckenridge which made it perfect for my needs. I have several more projects in the area and I believe I wont need to look anywhere else to stay.

Everything about the condo and property were perfect. And we love all the local shops and food. The check-in was smooth. Communications were great. We also had the excitement of a potential hurricane and both the building and host were proactive in checking in and communicating any preparations. Exactly what we needed after a hectic year. Would absolutely return and recommend.

Bald Head Island us really like no other place we’ve been. Summer Wind is an amazing house situated right on the beach at South Beach! We love the house, with an open transitional space. Each bedroom is your own little cocoon with private bath! And the have everything you could possibly need! Two carts, chairs, umbrellas, wiffle ball! We love this house!

We had a wonderful vacation despite the unwelcome guest named Debbie who blew through the shore while we were there! The house has everything for a family getaway including for your furry friend. The pool was very relaxing, but it was way too hot outside to use the hot tub. Nice touches like toiletries, laundry detergent and trash bags simplify your packing. The kitchen is fully stocked for a large group. Our poodle really appreciated the dog treats, blankets and towels. Can’t wait to return to this beautiful house!

We rented the above property for a month and found everything to be very well appointed. The home had everything you could possible want for an extended stay. Tammy and Neil were easy to work with and the process of renting was easy as well. This is our second time working with Tammy and Neil and we would certainly do so again in the future. Even though we had the coldest weather in Naples in 12 years, we had a wonderful time relaxing in this lovely home.

Awesome! Was the perfect setting for relaxation. Really comfortable condo. Peaceful and wonderful view! Beach chairs and umbrella provided by the condo was a bonus. Highly recommend for a couple.

Our family had such an amazing vacation staying here! The condo was clean and plenty spacious for us and our kids! The communication with everyone was excellent and answered any questions we had almost instantly! Checking in was super easy and the rental had everything ready for us! We would absolutely stay here again!

We have rented this unit many times and will continue to come back. We would like to have maid services resume at least once during our weekly stay. We ran low on towels and toiletries. Although we see some repairs and upgrades that have been done over the years we still see the recliners are comfortable they are getting old. We also had to call and request beach chairs and an umbrella. The service did drop some off and pick up which was helpful.

Great accommodations for our family getaway. The younger set loved the hot tub while we enjoyed the fire pit nearby. How many toasted marshmallows can you eat? The home is nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Short walk to the almost private beach...and centrally located to enjoy all the coast has to offer. Loved the train ride to Garibaldi and the 50 year old "kids" had to check out the Goonies house in Astoria. Tillamook is a must see! And so many wonderful hikes nearby. Enjoy!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Also conveniently located to golf, shopping and sightseeing. We used both pools and the outdoor grills as well. Would definitely recommend this condo and we will book it again for our next stay.

Had a wonderful two night stay at the Tree House. We launched our boat from the boat launch on the property and went fishing along the black creek, grilled and enjoyed the scenery during the stay. If we could we we would've booked a longer stay based on the time we had.
