Our stay at Chateau Roaring Fork Condo 31 could not have been better. From reaching out to book, through the end of our stay, we could not have had better service from iTrip. Great information and directions were provided and any questions we did have were answered quickly. Chateau Roaring Fork Condo 31 was very clean and well-appointed. It is in an unbelievable, walk to town location and was perfect for our needs. Overall, an amazing experience and highly recommend this unit. We will be booking with iTrip again.

The hosts did a fantastic job with communication prior to arrival, they answered all questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the condo is great, close to Night Heron, the beach, and the Sanctuary.

The condo was exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated and modern! Everything was in working order and all the amenities were awesome! All the beach stuff needed is there for use. The beach is with in walking distance where you will find a bar, restaurant, and gift store and a lifeguard stand. The pool is very private and relaxing! I will definitely be booking this condo for all my future visits! The island is definitely paradise!

We REALLY enjoyed our stay in Evergreen! Not only because of the amazing cabin and location, but also because of the outstanding customer service. Bryan was very helpful and prompt with responses to our inquiries. On the last day of our stay, 20 inches of snow dumped on us and we were concerned about our ability to get out of the long and windy driveway in time to catch our flight. Bryan himself came out and helped shoveled a path for us to drive through. We will definitely be utilizing iTrip Vacations for our next Colorado adventure.

90 Forest Drive is a lovely, comfortable home. The deck is great for sipping a cup of coffee or glass of wine while savoring a good book. This was our first time staying in Sea Pines, and once we figured out the bike path system, everything was great. We saw some glorious sunrises, enjoyed lots of delicious meals, and just basked in the natural beauty of HHI. (We even had a close encounter with some startled deer as we biked down a pre-dawn path to greet the sunrise.) We would love to stay here again soon!

Peaceful location, nicely equipped. I was quite comfortable here. One small issue that Itrip took care of quickly. No problems. Stayed here last year after Helene, and Milton. Second stay. Would stay again.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to coffee, restaurants, shops, Naval Academy. Literally just a few minutes of walking to everything downtown Annapolis. House was clean, spacious, and stocked with enough essentials that lasted for our complete 3 night stay of 5 guests. Floors and beds were squeaky, but it wouldn’t keep us from renting the house again in the future. Great communication from them, reaching out through email during our trip asking that everything was in order for us and that we were happy. I highly recommend this house for your next trip to Annapolis. Quiet street, safe neighborhood feel, and minutes from downtown. Take away the stress of searching for parking every time you go out and about, and stay here! You won’t regret it.

The location was very comfortable with all the amenities. It was nice to be at a "resort" and use wristbands for pool and gym access. The restaurant was good with standard bar food and all the employees were very nice and accommodating. The location for skiing at Mt. Bachelor was perfect. They have a nice large lawn area for our dog to play ball. I would highly recommend this location and this owner of the condo.

We have been vacationing at 32 Singleton Beach Place for the past eight years. it is a very large and impressive home with beautiful views from the top floor veranda on all sides, including the Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes, the marsh with all of it's wildlife and an unobstructed view of the ocean and beach. The staff at iTrip and Matt Harris, in particular, have been terrific in making our stay so pleasurable !! We have just made our reservation again for next year and look forward to another great vacation at Pelican's Perch !!

Our family has been going to the Destin/Miramar Beach/30A area for many years and this was the best condo we have ever stayed in. It's decorated second to none, close to everything you want to do and the beach access is perfect. Also friendly to families/grandparents with the elevators. The unit has great views of the pools and Gulf and a spacious balcony. We enjoyed the amenities daily including 2 pools, tennis and basketball court, fitness center, fire pit, covered parking and grills. The beach access is a short 1 minute walk directly across the street from the complex. This unit has the best location for everything that is great about the area. It's a very short drive to outstanding golf courses, the harbor with world class fishing and walking distance to the Outlet Mall. Not to mention the many fantastic restaurants located nearby. It's also a very short drive from the communities on 30A. Our family will definitely stay in this unit again and I would highly recommend it to others.

My hubby & I just had 2 glorius weeks here escaping the PA winter, & what a fabulous place it is! Views were amazing in #310, place was furnished fine & had everything we needed for a great vaca! The service for any issues ( we only had 2 small ones) was fast & people were so lovely at itrip! Liz Park is so efficient in answering any questions. The area is packed with great restaurants & dont miss the Beignets at Shrimpys!!! Great pool & friendly neighbors there. Water was warm, which I was really happy about. Bedrooms were both very comfy & one had great view! Balcony will be missed too, as those Bay views & watching Dolphins was becoming a great habit! WE LOVED IT HERE & Already booked a place for next year! Thx for all, itrip & The Palms of Treasure Island!

Lovely, sparkling clean condo. Lots of nice, personal touches throughout. Extremely responsive to questions. Loved the proximity to the beach and Salty Dog, shops, and other restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, immaculately taken care of grounds. Highly recommend.

Our experience was 10/10! From the moment of booking the trip to checking out, they were extremely communicative. In addition, when we arrived at the airbnb, we were so delighted at how cute, clean and welcoming it was! We loved the location as we walked to Higher Grounds coffee shop and Two Chicks and a Hippie breakfast spot on two different mornings. We also loved the bikes that they let us use, and there were bike paths in the neighborhood. They also have the cutest little creek in the backyard and had plenty of outdoor seating, which was so nice to sit at and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. I couldn't recommend this place enough and hope to return in the future. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

What a wonderful place to spend our family vacation. The house easily accommodated 10 of us. We range in age from 10-71. In addition to the five bedrooms, the dens in two floors also made it easy for those that has to do some work. The pool is fabulous. We loved it all…and always the beach at IOP is the best.

We visited the area for a family visit so we did not visit the beach area. The condo was walking distance to beach and restaurants. Very nice remodeled studio just great for two people. Completely furnished with everything you need.

We loved The Danbury. It’s fully stocked with everything we needed and the location is perfect. The outdoor patio with a grill is just one of the many thoughtful and lovely touches in this home. We felt comfortable immediately, loved the decor and appreciated the modern updates. The multiple Roku TVs with perfect reception made movie nights so relaxing. We appreciated the welcome gifts and the woodland/ski themed decor. Accessing the front door and parking were a snap. The host was thoughtful, helpful and kind. Thank you for giving us a warm and delightful stay at your beautiful home!

The house was perfectly clean upon arrival. The rooms were spacious enough for a family of six adults. The master bedroom mattress was real comfy. Bathrooms were great with 2 full size tubs, 1 soaking tub and 3 shower heads. The downstairs bathroom worked well. The large kitchen island was great for preparing meals and hanging out. Appliances were top notch. Gas bbq in backyard was great for grilling. Great views from the backyard and two upper decks. Awesome biking and hiking park right behind the house. If you need anything anytime there is a 24 hour WinCo 3 minutes down the road. Great trip. I would stay here again.

The view was very beautiful lookng off the balcony at the ocean. We even seen dolphins from the balcony and the room was made up very nice and the staff was very friendly. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kahana condos, we got a 1 bedroom 1 bath with a full very nice kitchen. It was really clean, with lots of utensils and towels. Beach view is perfect and beautiful quiet, family friendly pool seemed nice and clean. No loud noise anywhere very calm vibe. Definitely will consider going back when we go back to Maui.

We loved the Hoosier Hideaway! It was the perfect place for 15 of us to hang out for a long weekend in the mountains. The house was beautiful and just as described, on a huge lot, so it felt really private. Breck ski resort was about 35 minutes away and the cute town of Alma was about a 10 minute drive, which made it really convenient to grab groceries/liquor. Would definitely book this place again!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Ocean Villa (#83). The condo was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids! It has a great layout, and is nicely appointed, very comfortable and overlooks the heated pool from a big balcony with table and chairs for relaxing outdoors day and night, too. A quick walk to the other pool and beach access make this is an ideal spot. And St. Augustine is a fabulous vacation location, too! We will be back!

My friends and I had a great stay at your place. It was spacious and well appointed. Perfect for a group getaway and very convenient to the courses in the La Quinta area. One of the guys left a jewlrey item behind and received great response and help from your team in getting the item returned. We really appreciate it. The only thing I would caution about is the fact that gas cost to heat the pool and spa is the renter's responsibility during winter months. I wasn't aware of that at the time I made the reservation. You should anticipate spending extra or not using these amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at MB. The house was very nice and well equipped. It was very clean and it felt very roomy. We had 8 people there and never felt in top of each other. The pool and fire pit were awesome. Although we didn’t utilize the pool considering the weather, I could imagine never leaving there during the summer. It is a very short walk to the resort which was nice. I highly recommend this property as well as iTrip. They were helpful and very responsive. We will be back!

We rented Indigo 801 East from June 8-15. We received a call for early check in from Dan about 12:30. He sent all the clear check in and check out instructions, being able to go directly to our unit was great. There was a packet on the counter with door cards, arm bands, local activities, restaurants, etc. We visit this area every year as our family vacation so we are very familiar. The condo was very spacious, beautiful decor, was beautiful weather all week. The extra den for grandkids was great so we could all spread out. It had plenty of pots and pans if you decide to cook meals there instead of going out to eat. It had plenty of seating with the sectional couch, seating for 8 at the table. We would definitely consider renting this unit again, reasonably priced for the size of the unit. Dan was very responsive for any questions or concerns. There was a welcome basket with goodies in it in the unit which was thoughtful. Cons are we got 2 emergency evaluations to vacate the building, one at 5:30 in the morning, power went out for app. 2 hours but totally out of the host control. Other con is in the parking garage, way too tight for large trucks or large SUVs. Thanks again for letting us rent this unit.

This is one the hidden jewels of 30a. The corner unit overlooking the pools, beach and an unobstructed view of every sunset is all you can ask for. After reading previous reviews, I was curious about the walk from the parking deck elevator to the far end of the property. It was an absolute NON-ISSUE. I have to talk with assistance and I had no issues. The amenities once inside is exactly as it’s depicted in the photos. While the parking deck is low, I saw a 3500 dally parked inside and many full sized SUV’s. Previous people mentioned these as issues, I found them as just part of working within the limits of the land given. I’d stay here every time we go if it’s available. Truly a gem.

This property is in a great location to ride bicycles. Easy access to Virgin River Trail System. This gives access to the entire valley. There is a challenging short 12% grade to get back. Lot’s of fun to be had.

We had a lovely stay at the Octopus Oasis over spring break this year. The kitchen was by far the best stocked kitchen in a rental home I’ve ever seen. We cooked many meals there. We particularly loved the roof deck for morning coffee and tea and watching the sunrise. A great thing is you can watch the sunrise and the sunset from the roof deck! The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. We would definitely return for another stay.

Had a lovely one month stay in this unit. Very clean and had everything we needed. No crowds this time of year so never had any issues with parking or the elevator as we had read before coming. The view was spectacular. We saw the dolphins and some surfers. Walked the expansive beach and got to enjoy the outside jacuzzi! Would love to come back again. Very reasonably priced.

Let me start off by saying how amazing the shuttle service was! Super easy to get to the ski resort/restaurants/ bars all throughout the city. All you had to do was text the number an hour in advance and schedule a pickup time and they showed up right to the door. This alone made staying with ITrips worth it. This easily accommodated 3 couples and could’ve fit more. 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms downstairs when you walk in (bunk room/queen bed) then a king bedroom on the second (main) level, then a loft bedroom on the third level with its own bathroom. The views from the hottub were amazing , only thing that was disappointing was it wasn’t fully covered so we weren’t able to use any of the furniture out there because it was covered in snow. There was a shovel that we could’ve used to get it all off but we were too lazy. There was another patio on the opposite side that was covered with furniture. The living area on the second level was more than big enough for our group of friends, and could’ve easily fit more than 6 people. Definitely will be staying again.

We love staying here. The home is lovely and everything is in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked. The screened in porch is fantastic. As was the deck right above the water. It was fun to watch the boats and the birds go by well sitting facing the bay. We recommend this place!

This condo is very nice. I am considering leasing it again next year. The condo is furnished very nicely and has a beautiful view. There is one thing with the resort itself. They continue to have issues with the elevators. This is no fault of the owner of this condo. However, it needs to be addressed with the resort.

We really enjoyed our visit to Storm Meadows Condos. Could not have been a better location. Easy ski in access to the hill, restaurants and bars. The unit had a new fireplace and updated appliances...couch bed was a bit old...but would definitely book again for the location! We were able to park our car and use the I trips free shuttle to get into town. A life saver to get during a busy Winter Carnival weekend. Very convenient!

Our stay at the Dream Catcher’s Bungalow was just what we needed. While renovating our home, we needed a home away from home in which to live, and this sweet home fit the bill. Our family was able to stay in comfort in this lovely home, and had all our needs met. The iTrip team was communicative and responsive. The property was clean on arrival and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you to the iTrip team and to the home owner for a great stay. We will definitely book again when needed.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon at the end of October and we were blown away! The house is gorgeous and comfortable. The location cant be beat! The historic district is a ten minute walk away, and there were 5 different beaches within a 20 minute drive. We are very excited for our next chance to come back here.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The kids didn't want to leave. Everything we needed was provided one exception (we couldn’t find the sheets for the pull out bed) other than that everything was AWESOME. The Beach was right across the street. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool more than anything. Can’t wait to come back next year for vacation.

We staying in the condo for a destination wedding. It was tastefully done and very convenient the main pool was across the street. The event center hosted the reception which was a very close walk. We had a few friends over to sit on the patio prior to the reception. This is a very convenient location. You do hear everything above you they might need to add insulation between the floors especially in the bedrooms.

We loved the Condo! It was perfect for our family + friends. Plenty of room + exactly as described. The only issue we had was someone from one of the other condos telling us we couldn’t swim unless we had wristbands. We talked to the office + got it taken care of. Lovely home that had a great location that is close to the amenities (pool and beach). Home was clean and had all necessary toiletries, except extra garbage bags, but we figured it out. It was great to have three bathrooms and the home was big enough for 6 people to have plenty of space to spread out.

We had a fabulous time while staying at Desert Rock. Access to the house was smooth and easy, and instructions for everything were thorough,. There was plenty of room for all of us with three beds and two full washrooms was a plus. The location was great, easy to get around to all activities we wanted and with the pool, it was great to just stay at the hiuse to relax and swim. I would not hesitate to stay ar Desert Rock again or recommend to anyone else. Absolutely loved it!

We had a great stay. The property is very nice and clean. it had all the amenities we were looking for, but the beds were extremely hard and so was the living room and balcony furniture. The kitchen had everything you needed. It was very easy to spread out and relax. I am giving it a five star because the time we spent in the townhouse the furniture was not that much of an inconvenience.

Very nice condo, private deck with a great view and lots of seating, close to many activities. Could be updated a little, the master bedroom throw pillows were smelly but after washing were fine. Did have to re-vacuum and mop the floor the night we got there, due to my 11 month old's knees and feet being dirty from crawling on the floor, but the floor wasn't visible dirty to the eye. Very nice kitchen and laundry room. It was so great to have beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo! Would for sure stay again.

We had a great trip to Marco Island. Slightly concerned about booking outside of the usual Airbnb / Vrbo platforms but found iTrip process to be absolutely easy with plenty of comms. Also slightly cheaper than Airbnb etc so no bad thing either! Apartment / Condo we stayed in was great - no issues.

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Wow, what a find, this was such a relaxing fun place to be. The home had everything and more than you could ask for, immaculate, every convenience, warm and cozy and located close to everything. Located close to fantastic restaurants, shops, every activity you can imagine, and the beautiful beach is just steps away, with the famous sugar sand to massage your feet! I must come back soon. Can't wait to have a return to this bit of heaven!

The home is beautiful and a perfect setting for our families. The one small issue we had with door locks was taken care of by the maintenance fellow within minutes; we couldn’t believe the speed and efficiency! The only thing that could have been better was the weather, but I take it that you don’t have a direct line to God. Or that would have been taken care of also.

The condo we rented was very clean. The view was amazing! We really enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning on the balcony and watching the water. Also, really enjoyed all the tv channel options since we did have one rain day.

Our unit was top notch! Updated throughout, with every possible convenience. Fabulous view, accessible beachfront. Trolley service was great, no need to drive if you chose not to. Loved the peacefulness of the area, away from the hubbub yet close by if so inclined. We are looking forward to another stay.....best vacation ever!!

My husband and I love staying at the Royal Kahana. The location is great, plenty of parking and during whale season, it’s easy to spend hours watching them from the balcony. RK1003 is well stocked with kitchen necessities, comfy king bed, wifi, a/c, washer and dryer, nice bath and amazing views. We had a great experience and was even able to check in a bit early. Only negative was the floors seemed to need a good heavy mopping. Other than that we had a great time.

This was by far our favorite vacation stay we've ever had – it was perfect from start to finish. My wife and I stayed at the Homestead Townhome with two other couples (6 total) to visit our friends who live in Aspen. The home was spotless, spacious, high end, well-accommodated, and the best part was the breathtaking view. It's situated in a prime location just minutes from Snowmass Village and the slopes. Some of the very best skiing, shopping, and dining Colorado has to offer are literally minutes away. The home offered everything we could need from high quality linens and cookware to cozy furniture and fireplace. The master suite even has a zero gravity bed and steam shower! We can't say enough great things about this home, and we wouldn't change a thing about our stay. THANK YOU!!!

This is a nice home in a very quiet neighborhood. The upstairs master bedroom with full bath and walk in closet was amazing. With a small fan blowing, I could not hear anything happening in the rest of the house and got great sleep on the incredibly comfortable king sized bed. The main level was nice and roomy for our group of six. We could all fit at the table and there were still three chairs at the counter. We used the end of the counter to put together three different puzzles during our stay and still had plenty of room to prep our meals. It was a perfect home away from home.

This house is in a great location in Newport Beach and on Balboa island. My family and I come out just about every year to see family and spend time at the beach. The house is always clean and is the perfect size for the 5 of us. If there's ever an issue, Scott is very quick to get it handled. We plan on coming back next summer.

I’ve stayed in a few different units at Kaanapali Royal and this one was my favorite. The renovation has great beachy aesthetics that aren’t too overpowering. I especially loved the mirror walls and ‘bamboo’ curtains. The key pad to the front door is such a convenience not having to worry about keys. Comparing other units that have done renovations, I appreciate the price point. One suggestion that might be nice for future guests, is putting down rugs in the living room and bedroom as the floors are little hard on the feet. Other than that, I would recommend renting this unit out and I would definitely return!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this property last week. The house was very accommodating for us. (3 couples, 3 kids (8yr,4yr,10mo)) The outdoor area is wonderful! It is not a far walk to the beach. We all have beach carts with having kids and they come in handy. We have 3 large SUVs and parked very easily. The house is very clean and is on the southern end of the island so it is very quiet compared to the northern end. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the condo and the easy access to all the attractions nearby. Parking was free and easy as well. My only complaint was the master bed was a bit hard but still ok. We would stay again for sure.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable just as described. It was perfect for what we needed at the time. My daughter had surgery and it was great for rehab. Definitely would stay again.. Only thing that that you need to do is supply more towels/ washcloths and teaspoons. We had 4 people and 4 towels washcloths. Thanks!

This is my second time staying at The Palms. I absolutely love the location. Right next door, just steps away, is a Publix grocery store. Across the street is the beach access. Umbrella and chair rentals are available. Across the street and down one block is Sloppy Joes. A great place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can eat inside or outside. It is right on the beach. Two blocks down is Ricky Ts. They serve food, drinks, and always have entertainment. I like The Palms because I fly in to St Pete Airport and The Palms is only 15 minutes away. From Tampa airport it’s 35 minutes away. The only time I used an uber was to go to 1200 Chop House. That place is a MUST! The Palms is a condo that is one block off the beach. The pool is located behind the condo where you have a beautiful view of the inlet. I loved watching the boats come in and out. All of the back side condos have a view of the inlet. The front side condos only have the view of the road. Each condo has a nice porch equipped with furniture. I experienced a slight issue once I came into the condo, I made a call, and right away maintenance was there! The only thing I wish were nicer would be the bed sheets. ( I think they need an upgrade. ). The condo hallways need better lighting, the elevator could use a fresh coat of paint. It looks pretty worn, and the inside hallways getting to your condo room need painted. None of what I mentioned will keep me from staying there. The condo I rented was very nice! The lobby and restrooms in the lobby are very nice. I would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Barefoot Resort - North Tower Unit 702. The condo had a spectacular view and it was, by far, one of the nicest places we've stayed in a long time. The location was perfect and it was evident that owners took great pride in making sure their guests had everything they needed during their stay. The condo's kitchen was well stocked and having a full-size washer and dryer made things very convenient. We had one minor issue accessing the parking lot when we arrived; however a quick phone call to the office and the issue was resolved in 5 minutes. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us and we are already looking to rebook again in the near future!

This go do is located in a gated community not far from many restaurants, stores, and gas stations. It was conveniently located for Universal and Disney theme parks. Though the unit seemed small from the exterior, it was quite spacious inside. There was plenty of room for my family, with plenty left over. The home’s amenities and rules for leaving very easy and convenient. This end unit and community were very quiet. The unit is just inside near the main road, which can be noisy with traffic, but it wasn’t really an issue. We never heard any noise from neighbors during our stay. The decor was beautiful, but there is a lot of glass decor, which made me nervous with 3 kids. Glass coffee and end tables, some ceramic dishes set on the dining table, a large floor vase, and glass fish on the counter. It’s all beautiful, and we had no incidents. I would be hesitant to rent this unit with very young kids. ITrip reached out during our stay to check on things as well and responded promptly. Overall it was a great place to stay for our time in Orlando.

The Tom Creek Haus offered our small group of five exactly what we wanted! A mostly tech free escape from the city heat with a variety of amazing outdoor adventures within reach. And after we got back, a well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook and relax before a dip in the hot tub.

Six of us stayed at the Liberty House as a base to see the Charleston Open Tennis event. Included were two seniors and one infant. The property was perfect for our needs. It had the right mix of beds, wonderful gathering places in the kitchen and living room, and convenient access to sites for both adults and the child. There was even a link to a crib rental agency that set up and tore down the crib prior to and after our stay - very convenient. Finally, the property was immaculately clean in all respects.

This place is amazing! The virtual tour made it look nice but it's even better. The decor is beautiful. Breakfast on the balcony looking at the gulf is a must. Walking to shops, restaurants and bars makes it very relaxing. Haven't heard any noise from the neighbors. Can't wait to come back!

This was our 2nd straight stay at this beautiful condo. We love it there! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and each having its own attached bath was a bonus! Great kitchen and living space with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Very clean and updated. Wonderful view of the beach with a short walk to the beach. The outside property was beautifully maintained and has a great kids play area. Quiet location. Great parking area. Already planning a third stay!

Loved our stay at the craftsman home in Boise. I love old homes and this one is both historic but with all the modern conveniences and charm. It had everything we could have needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were very comfy. We loved walking a block after a day of visiting the area to get to a great restaurant for dinner. We had a fantastic time at this house. It was far enough from Charleston that we didn’t have to deal with traffic and congestion, but close enough to be an easy drive in for sightseeing and shopping and dining. This house is not on the beach, so if you are looking for an ocean view, this one is not for you. It is located in an adorable suburb on a cul-de-sac, which was absolutely perfect for us. It is a very simple drive down to a couple of public beaches. Our four kids all shared a room sleeping in the bunk beds and having a blast. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable down to the smallest detail. Would DEFINITELY come back! We were so sad to leave!

The place is really nice. It was my first experience renting air bnb and they made it really easy. The condo is a 2 minute walk to the beach and inside has all the amenities needed. Including a little porch nice for sitting outside at night.

Our overall time at the Nautilus was amazing! The location was amazing and the house was beautiful. There were some situations that happened that were out of the locations control but the maintenance people were on top of it. Emails were responded to within minutes. The Penthouse at Folly Beach definitely lives up to its name! I felt absolutely spoiled staying in such a beautiful home! The view was spectacular - you can sit on the lovely porch and listen to the waves or view the stars on a clear night. The location couldn't be more perfect - it is within walking distance of all the stores and restaurants in downtown Folly Beach. The four bedrooms are very spacious and having so many bathrooms came in very handy with a big family. The decor is bright and airy, providing a relaxing quality to the home. Everything feels so new and clean! I cannot imagine a better place to relax and spend time with family than the Penthouse!

We stayed at Whale of a Time for 5 days. Beautiful and spacious house that was very clean. It was walking distance from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of couches/chairs for hanging out in the house as well as an awesome deck and screened in porch. The outdoor fireplace was a favorite from our group. My wife and I stayed here at the end of October. The location is fantastic. This area of the beach is non-drivable so it’s MUCH quieter than other places in the area. The walk to the beach was incredibly easy as well. My only critique of this place is that I wish there were blackout curtains on the windows. Being directly on the road and across from the hotel brought in a significant amount of light pollution into the rooms at night. Overall it was an incredible stay!

We had a wonderful week at the gulf while staying at Beach Club, Avalon 801. We have stayed at rental up and down the east coast shoreline and this is our second time at Beach Club, but our first in this condo. We would absolutely stay at this condo again. The views of the sunrise were breathtaking. It was well equipped in the kitchen, there wasn't a single cooking utensil, cookware or tableware item that was missing to prepare our diverse weekly menu. The furnishings are very nice and the beds were fantastic. As usual, the Fort Morgan beaches were amazing and the Beach Club facilities are as well maintained, if not better, than they were our last stay. We had one or two small issues and the iTrip management firm were on top of every issues providing superb customer service with all the appropriate follow through and actions. My wife and I just made our first trip to Colorado and stayed at the Lodge at Brookside Unit 106. I can honestly say that after traveling all over the world, you would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful place! When we arrived, there was a foot of snow covering the landscape and the mountains were unbelievable. Our unit was very clean, spacious and located so that we could easily visit the many restaurants, shops and ski lifts in the area. We could not have been happier with our accommodations and look forward to returning in the near future.

We had a lovely time overall and are giving five stars because the location is fantastic, the unit is clean and well-maintained, and the hosts clearly put care into the space. That said, we want to share some honest details to help future guests have the best possible expectations—and to give the owners constructive feedback that could take this place from good to great. This is the lower level of a duplex, not a standalone beach house. You have your own private entrance and outdoor space, but you will hear guests staying above you. At times, it felt more like an apartment than a private home. Also worth noting: while the listing says “whole house,” you’re actually renting one of two similar lower-level units side by side. We were in the left unit when facing the ocean, and it felt a bit more private than the other. That’s because to our left is an RV park, so there’s no foot traffic, and we didn’t have people crossing directly past our hot tub or patio. The right-side unit, however, has a bit less privacy—our only access to the beach was by walking along a shared path that runs directly across their yard space, and guests there may experience the same. So while it’s technically a shared bluff, privacy between units isn’t fully separated. Still, the bluff itself is a great feature. You’re perched about 100 feet above the beach, so you get that expansive ocean view without people constantly walking past your windows or hot tub. It’s elevated enough to feel special. The home looks like a boutique beach retreat, and it photographs really well. The décor is on-theme with whites and grays, sea glass and shells, and thoughtfully chosen accents. But the experience is best described as affordable proximity—you’re steps from the ocean with beautiful views and vibes that feel luxurious, but the finishes and furnishings are clearly budget-conscious. The kitchen is small but functional, with everything you need. Countertops and cabinetry are designed to look high-end, but are more in the “economy chic” category—likely MDF or plywood that’s been stained to mimic quartz. The same material is used in the bathrooms, which are basic three-piece setups with older, round-bowl economy toilets—not luxurious, but clean and functional. Beds are very firm, which may work for some but left us wishing for more comfort. There's no A/C, so in warmer months, open windows are your only option—which brings in the ocean breeze and nearby noise. This can be challenging for light sleepers or pets who get spooked by unfamiliar sounds. The living room furniture looks stylish but isn’t especially comfortable. The sleeper sofa is awkward to sit on, and one of the two recliners is tucked behind the fireplace and doesn't face the TV. The TV itself is small and struggles with glare from the large, uncovered windows. The Venetian blinds are damaged and don’t close properly—an upgrade there would go a long way. On the upside, the fireplace is wonderful—it puts out solid heat and is perfect for cozying up with a glass of wine and watching the flames instead of the TV. And the hot tub is truly the standout feature: clean, well-placed, and perfectly positioned for watching the sunset over the ocean. Just brace yourself for that post-soak breeze—it hits fast! While the listing says the space sleeps six, it’s best suited for a couple or a small family. The two bathrooms are attached to the bedrooms, so there’s no shared hallway restroom—something to keep in mind when entertaining. All in all, this is a great place to enjoy oceanfront proximity on a budget. It's beautifully staged, well located, and very pet-friendly. Just know that the luxury is more about the location and view than the finishes inside. We had a great time, and we hope this honest review helps others decide if it’s the right fit for their trip.

This is a very good property for a family vacation. Location is good with easy bus and shuttle access to both the mountain and town. Condo is fine. The only downside to be aware of is that the amenities are lacking such as enough kitchen utensils, plates, cups, toilet paper and paper towels so you will need to order some from the store. It is not enough of a hindrance to cause me not to stay there again but you need to plan for it.

This vacation rental is absolutely amazing. We came here to relax and unwind. Life as a RN can be pretty busy and mentally draining sometimes. This house was peaceful, the pool was refreshing, and the dock was a great place to fish and watch the sunrise. We had the pleasure of seeing dolphins while fishing off the dock during our stay and the kids enjoyed the tree swing. I called itrip to deal with a problem during our stay and they immediately took care of it. I will definitely be booking with itrip for my next vacation.

My wife and I decided we wanted a week oceanfront and Stephen with iTrip set us up with Aqua Vista, a lovely ocean front condo. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need. The owners left a nice welcome gift as well as starter soap, detergent, paper towels, etc. Very nicely equipped. We have gone to Madeira/Treasure Island for the past 10 years. We often try out different properties and this was our first time at The Harbor Condo. The check in and check out process was so easy - no need to return keys or wait on instructions. The condo was very clean when we checked in and it was ready on time. The condo interior is really well done and very secure. The furniture is updated and very comfortable. The layout is spacious and provides lots of privacy for a family or a group. The kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed in Dec. so pretty soon after the two hurricanes hit. The only thing still being worked on was the pool and the hot tub. The building and unit smelled very clean - no musty smells ect. The views are really nice from the balcony we watch boats come and go and also saw dolphins. The balcony does not get much if any sun but it is very spacious and comfortable. The walk to the beach, the rec center and groceries etc. is really easy. I would stay there again and recommend to my friends and family.

The place was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures but that didn’t really affect anything. Location was amazing, to get on the ski lift you just have to walk across the street and then head down about 100 yards and you are at the ski lift and then when your done skiing for the day you can ski right up to your back door. It was very close to Main Street so you can take a walk down to get there or if you want you can drive down and there is a parking lot right on the other side of the round about. There was only 3 of us and it slept us very comfortably, with 4 people like it’s listed it might get a little cramped but still doable.

I want to start out by saying I was more than pleasantly surprised at the condition, ease, and comfort of this rental. My husband and I had a brother staying in the Napili area and wanted to be close by. I searched and searched for a small reasonably priced place so as to be able to remain in the area at night. This condo was perfect. Perfectly perfect. Quiet, a parking space, laundry facility (if need be), full kitchen, very clean, new like, and comfortable. I will be suggesting this rental to friends in the future. The quaint back garden setting and bird sounds helped ease the comfortable sleep. It's about a block from the Napili Ridge Condos and some great snorkeling in the cove there. If you are looking for beach access, this is not on a beach but it was close enough to everything we needed and wanted to do.

We had a lovely stay at The Sea Prize rental home. We had a few issues at the beginning of the week with the elevator and the oven but James from iTrip was super responsive and helpful. The home was very accommodating and spacious. We appreciated the amount of seating available on the patio. The only two things we would have changed was wishing the pool fencing extended farther out so that we could more easily let our dogs out. We also had issues with the thermostat changing back to the set temperature throughout the stay. Oh, and we couldn't find a wine opener! The "complaints" were tiny though and overall our stay was truly fantastic. The access to the beach and overall state of the house made it a wonderful stay.

There were many positives about our trip but the one thing that stands out above everything else was how great the service was!! From Sean, that helped with luggage, to Carmen, in the activities dept., everybody was super friendly, very accommodating and had a great sense of humor!! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We only ate out twice the entire week and the kitchen worked very well for our meals. The front desk was very responsive getting things sent up when needed and always followed up to ensure we got what we needed. We're Westgate owners and have stayed at several locations but this is the best so far! We'll definitely be back!

5* review for a wonderful vacation at Nature’s Haven, Kiawah. The home was beautiful and only a few minutes' walk to the beach access. The kitchen had everything we needed – loved all the plastic-ware for the kids! We brought our own bikes, beach wagon and chairs – but ALL of these things were available in the garage. While the pool isn’t large….the kids enjoyed it everyday – while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The kids also enjoyed their own space upstairs & there was plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. Our stay at 40431 Pebble Beach Circle was everything we hoped for! The unit was as advertised on VRBO and we were impressed by the upgrades on the unit compared to other units in PDR CC. We had a great patio with western exposure to enjoy the sunshine, although it was a bit close to the 17th tee box of the golf course and to a busy road. The Check-in and Check-out process was easy to follow and instructions regarding the property and the organization of things made our stay stress free! The property manager responded to any questions we had in a very timely manner.

Had an amazing stay! The house was impeccably clean, comfortable, lots of extra blankets and amenities. Comfortable bed, washer dryer was a plus! Great fully fenced yard for dogs and a nice clean hot tub. Well stocked kitchen for cooking! Just know you need to bring all your own spices and oils, etc (except salt and pepper). They have plenty of Pyrex with covers but you may want to bring some of your own storage containers if you need to take any leftovers. Internet is super fast and reliable, we worked while we were there and had tons of simultaneous video calls with no issues. Itrip was extremely responsive and helpful. I couldn’t rave more about this stay. Thank you!!!

When we arrived the condo was very clean! We had a group of 8 and there was more than enough room with the pull out couch. The three full bathrooms made getting ready very easy. Going into the town of folly and to the beach was an easy 10-15 minute walk right over the bridge. (Lost Dog was our favorite breakfast stop). When we wanted to go to Charleston uber was very accessible and only about a 15 minute ride! David from iTrip was very quick with responses and everything he said was true when we arrived! I will definitely book again in the future.

WOW! Our family vacation was great - we will be back! An absolutely fabulous place to stay! Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and enjoy the week. Wonderful bedrooms, bathrooms, view of the ocean and pools. I can't believe my 4 year old grand-daughter didn't wear out the kids pool slide!! Everything there for us to cook and hang out! Second refrigerator and ice maker were a bonus!! We ate breakfast at the on-site buffet and walked to Barefoot landing to shop and eat dinner. So much to do close by too! We enjoyed staying for a few weeks in this lovely updated and very clean condo. The location was perfect, quiet, and private. The furniture was extremely comfortable. The two bedrooms were private and each had nice bathrooms with walk-in showers and double sinks. The kitchen was complete and spacious. We enjoyed watching the water fowl on the pond as well as the golfers entertaining us with their abilities.

We have rented houses at Hilton Head a number of times. This home was by far the best one yet. Great location, quiet neighborhood, beautifully updated, well stocked, nice large kitchen with everything you could need, comfortable beds, fun bunk room for kids. Overall, it is a perfect house for multiple families. Backyard had great privacy and nice areas to sit around the pool. Beach is a very easy, short walk or bike ride. House has a nice supply of beach items, including a wagon, beach chairs and toys. Rental company was very responsive. We all had a great time and hope to return again.

The location of the condo was awesome. We had beautiful views and were close to the pool. The condo was roomy, comfortable and clean. Check in was seamless. We enjoyed the condo very much. About the only negative thing I can think of was the lighting in the bedroom. It took a while to figure out how to turn the light on. Once it was on, it was still very dark. Maybe different light bulbs would help. We had a very relaxing vacation and would highly recommend this condo.

We had a lovely stay and the home is amazingly comfortable! Furniture, beds and linens all great and kitchen well stocked. Porches are lovely and surprisingly quiet street for being so close to all the shopping and restaurants nearby. Already planning to return!

Amazing condo especially for the price ! Our 4th visit to Papakea 1st in this unit and would definitely stay again. Only thing that could of made this perfect would be beach chairs and umbrella in the unit . Will ne visiting again sooner then later !

The home was very nice and is in a beautiful setting. About 16 min from Park City. So if you don’t mind the drive, you will not find a better option in Park City.

Wow! Can’t say enough good things about Lorraine’s Beach Cottage! It’s clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you would put in your own beach house! From a screened-in porch with a table and chairs and a hammock to a children’s play corner and a huge, well stocked kitchen with plenty of room for the family to hang out. It is conveniently located - it’s just a short block from the beach and near plenty of restaurants and activities. The spacious driveway was great especially for loading and unloading the car. Owner and property management are top notch! Highly recommended!!!

We really enjoyed our trip to Frisco and found the condo to be just perfect for our family. It was clean and well appointed - which sounds basic but not always the case when renting. There were plenty of linens and paper products and we could see that others had left cleaning products, spices, and coffee. We did our part and did the same, paying it forward. The clubhouse was convenient and the hot tubs were great - they keep it up well and clean it daily. Just remember to BOYT (towels) as they don’t supply them. Lastly, the covered parking was really great and the pullout sofa pretty comfy! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Some people say Disneyland is the Happiest Place On Earth, but I disagree! It's really the Newport Penninsula - at my vacation home rented through iTrip. My family has rented 2 houses on the same property for the past 3 years. ITrip employees are really at the top of the vacation rental game. They are very well organized from the innitial contract to the move-out instructions, and have been available to me whenever I've had questions. This is all you couldl ask for in a vacation rental company. They are efficient, curtious and reliable. They make a vacation -- a Real Vacation. We had a wonderful time at Ocean Villas. Everything was clean and the unit was well stocked. When we had a small issue with a clogged drain the response was immediate and professional. We would love to come back! The condo is near everything we could possibly need and close to St Augustine Beach. Great views, easy access, friendly people.

My friends and I stayed 4 days and 3 nights at the art house on the lake. I requested an early check which was graciously granted. The house is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a beautiful view of a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to create a meal, serve drinks and appetizers. It’s located close to everything we saw and did…the racetrack, golfing, Garvan Gardens and local restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends!

5 of us stayed here (2 couples plus a friend) and we all had a comfortable stay. The ski access is great- from the unit, you walk down 2 flights of stairs, grab your stuff from the ski locker, walk outside with your gear, go down another flight of outdoor stairs, then walk about 200 feet to the catwalk. The ride down the catwalk to the base/gondola is about 2 minutes. When you return, you can ski right up to the door you exited from where the ski lockers are. The beds are new and the couches comfortable. Fireplace was cozy. Kitchen well stocked.

My two girlfriends and I decided to book this place last minute in order to attend the Aspen closing weekend festivities. From the minute we walked in, we were blown away. The place was spotless, had more than enough room for the three of us and the location was perfect with everything downtown being within walking distance. The included parking spot was also an added bonus so that we could leave the car and walk around during the weekend. I absolutely would recommend this space and hope to stay here again in the future.

Lost Key Resort was the ideal location for a week-long vacation to Perdido Key Beach! Patti & Dan made coordination a breeze, and the Salt Meadow townhome was brand-new, clean, cozy and came equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful unit on ground floor. Also an end unit. View the fabulous Gulf of America out the front door and a delightful pool out the back door. Walking across the street to the beach, less than 2 minutes. Brass Monkey, Hurricane and Paradise Grille are all 1-2 minutes walk. Unit is well furnished, very comfortable. Any questions I had were answered within minutes. Will definitely book again.

This is the PERFECT home for three couples or a family. It has the three things that make a wonderful stay: Fantastic view of the mountains and golf course, good beds and best outside pool and patio area. Kitchen ws also well equiped and furniture all comfortable. Casita was added bonus as large and very private almost like a second master, Best part was the staff at itrips was very helpful and reasponsive.

This is a beautiful and clean place with spacious bedrooms and lovely decor. We really enjoyed the porches and the swing! Worked out great for our family and we loved being in downtown Bluffton! It’s a great little town and the people are so friendly! Nice to be close to shopping and be able to get to HH beaches too!

We had a wonderful stay at jasmine 1414. This was our first time at this resort. The condo had everything we needed. The few things that did needed attention were resolved very quickly. The view was amazing. We loved the balcony. Itrip was very great to work with. We used a free ticket to ripleys aquarium and that was such an easy process. Will stay again next year without hesitation. Thank you Itrip!

I gave 5 stars here for many reasons. First it's the value for the accommodation with scenery. Second the itrip team were on their game and left the condo perfectly prepared for our arrival ( neat and tidy). Why yes I will go on and tell you more, your welcome. My wife and I wake up every morning to the sun rise and coffee on the balcony over looking the bay. The balcony was a great hang out for a glass of wine after our days exploring Ft Myers Beach shops too. The layout of the condo was inviting with wonderful views of the bay, full kitchen a comfortable safa and bed, also cable tv and internet when we wanted down time. The layout of the resort was perfect, from the breakfast cafe, too the pool with heat tub, also the amazing views all around. My 14 year wedding anniversary was made beautiful thanks to my choice vacationing here. Thank you Brett, and the Itrip team.
