This property was perfect for our vacation. Absolutely beautiful inside. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location to everything. Beautiful park out the front door, hiking, etc. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Once a year my friends from college decide to take a trip somewhere to explore the city and catch up. Each year we try to pick a different city and this year we picked Tampa and this was one of the properties we found. This house made our trip that much better between location and the tucked away neighborhood. This made a few of us want to come back to Tampa again! The property owners were great and were constantly communicating throughout our stay. Would recommend any of their properties to anyone wanting to stay in Tampa!!

We had a fantastic time in Treasure Island last week and we felt like the accommodations at South Beach were perfect for us! The unit was very comfortable, had everything we needed and what a view! We'll definitely look at coming back in the near future!

Our family of 12 (3 couples with 2 kids each) enjoyed our stay at Tranquility Base very much! It was spacious and clean with plenty of room for everyone. The added bonus is it was within walking distance to a public beach access point! Also, there was plenty of room for the kids to play outside in the evening. I would highly recommend this property for large families!

First off, I want to commend the iTrip NW team for their exceptional customer service! I rented another property in December but had to cancel at the last minute due to a family emergency. They went above and beyond to assist me with my insurance claim—true A+++ treatment. This review is specific to my experience, and I hope it helps others to make an informed decision. I want to emphasize that these observations are based purely on my personal needs and situation, and I truly appreciated many aspects of my stay. Background: Family of 5 (3 adults, 2 children) I rely heavily on internet for remote work. My mother, who uses a walker, has mobility considerations. The Positives: The house itself is amazing! Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, driving through the area was a real treat. The interior layout was fantastic—spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Being a single-level property, it aligned with our needs, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The master bedroom was especially comfortable, with its large size and direct access to the stunning deck—a real highlight for me! My kids and mother also settled in wonderfully, and I didn’t hear any complaints. Things to Be Aware Of: When we arrived, I noticed that the driveway was quite steep and uneven, which made navigating with my mother a bit of a challenge. However, we found a workaround by parking on the rocks beside the house, which made accessibility easier. The pictures were accurate, but the difficulty level for access was higher than I had anticipated. I also want to note that the garage was locked, so it wasn’t an alternative entry option. On the technology side, there is room for improvement. The TV (a 50-inch plasma) wasn’t user-friendly when trying to connect to internet services, and despite our tech-savvy family persevering for an hour, we couldn’t resolve it. We eventually bought a smart TV as a temporary fix. Additionally, the internet performed inconsistently, which impacted an important Zoom meeting I needed to attend. Lastly, there were no TVs in the bedrooms—a minor point I didn’t double-check beforehand in the amenities list. Final Thoughts: Despite these challenges—most of which were specific to my situation—I absolutely loved the house and would happily rent it again once my mother’s mobility has improved. My experience with iTrip NW and the overall charm of the property make it worth a visit for anyone seeking a comfortable, peaceful stay. I rate this property with 5 stars. It started with the check in process. We arrived after the rental office was closed, however the check-in check-out procedure was very easy. This house looked exactly how what the pictures looked like. The beds were comfortable and it had everything that we needed. I highly recommend this property and I will stay here again with my family!

The location was perfect. We were in walking distance of virtually everything in historic Saint Augustine. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and well organized. We won’t hesitate to book it again when we come back to Saint Augustine.

My wife and I stayed in the condo for 2.5 weeks in November. We've stayed in many similar but none were as well equipped as this one. It was very comfortable and the bed was super comfy. The condo had everything we needed to have a very enjoyable stay. The location is unbeatable. Easy 1/2 block walk to El Paseo Drive with all the shops and restaurants.

This is an amazing location when it comes to NC Beaches. Much more private and personal here than at a beach like Mrytle. Itrip was an amazing hostess. Very informative, responses were quick. If we needed they could provide they came through & they did everything to help make it memorable. The cellular signal was iffy in general on the coast so if your dependent on wifi maybe not your speed. To me it was a needed getaway for me and the kids though so it wasn't a big deal for us. The master bedroom needs a new mattress. It's a little worn but not in a uncomfortable way. Other than that this place is fabulous. There is so much to do in the area too. They were helpful on suggestions. We will be back!

This condo wasn't extravagant, nor was it basic, it just simply met our needs. The ski in/out was nice for those who know how to ski and for that the location is good. For going to the ski village for drinks, etc, it was more of a hassle having to drive or shuttle. Kids loved the hot tub closeby. Overall it was fine, no complaints. The beds were comfortable with plenty of space in the unit for a family of 5 and all that comes with a ski vacation (clothes, etc) however the second bedroom closet was full of extra furniture, lamps, etc so we were not able to use that for clothing storage. Ski locker was very helpful!

The Beautiful Decor and comfortable setting was enjoyed by all, and the “Special Treats” for us on the Dinning Table was appreciated . An extra plus was to be within walking distance of Georgetown’s Historic Square which was all lit up for the Holiday.

Absolutely fabulous locale with the ocean right outside the balcony, and view and furnishings. Surprisingly quiet too. There were SO many detailed Amenities, like coffee. paper towels, Lysol, Raid, placemats, broom, pool towels, kitchen stuff, etc. etc. that I didn’t expect! It was so restful and refreshing and delightful. Thank you.

Our 1 bedroom attached cabin is located in Flat Rock, NC which is convenient to exploring Hendersonville, Brevard, Sliding Rock. The Blueridge Parkway, Shining Rock Wilderness Area, Dupont State Forest and much more. Mattress on queen-sized bed was comfortable. Efficient a/c. Great covered porch on rear of unit that overlooked a very peaceful body of water that accommodates geese and egrets. Bank along the water was well manicured. Kitchen small but functional. No good place to hang clothes. Suggestion to owner would be to unlock closet but install a locked container in floor of closet which would still allow a guest to hang up clothes as needed. That would save a lot of wrinkles, although an iron is included (but who wants to iron?) Cabin located across the street from the lake located within Bon Clarken, the ARP church's beautiful large conference center and camp. We enjoyed attending Flat Rock Playhouse's Broadway play "The Million Dollar Quartet". We have never been disappointed while attending plays there over the years. We will return in the future.

This is an immaculate, spacious, condo at Kaanapali Royal, completely renovated in the last few years with Granite Counters, new bathroom amenities and new appliances. We love that it is on the third floor so we had two floors with three balconies and no noise from renters overhead. The view from the living room balcony looks over the pool/hot tub, Kaanapali golf course and in the distance Molokai. The condo has lots of space and is perfect for 2 couples/families with en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you may need – just bring in groceries and you are ready to go! Added bonus – a washer and dryer in the unit so next time we will drag fewer clothes on the plane! It is in the heart of Kaanapali and walking distance to Kaanapali Beach, Whalers Village and Fairway shops for plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property management company is very accommodating and helpful and ensured everything was in top notch shape for our vacation. This condo is on the top of our list to stay in on our next visit.

Opal house was a beautiful place for a quick getaway for our crew. We all had plenty of room and the house had all the amenities you can imagine. Only thing we didn't expect was no ice maker in either freezer. Beds were comfy and everything was as described. Great communication as well.

Lighthouse condos are very nice and accommodating! Great view for us and our elder parents who just wanted to sit on the balcony and watch the waves of the Gulf! My kids loved the beautiful beach and multiple pools! Great location and parking! We didn’t use any of the free admissions offered by iTrips, but we booked mainly for the beach! Really enjoyed our vacation and can’t wait to go back!

This was such an awesome stay for me and my fiance! The interior was mountain modern, clean, and welcoming. There were lots of amenities, but our favorite was the views! There is a balcony with seating options that we practically never left because it was so quiet and beautiful (the mountain views and lake are stunning). The master shower was to die for as well. The property is clearly updated and very well cared for-we are looking forward to our next stay!

We stayed there this past January 2023 and loved it. Beds are so comfy. The 4 bedrooms each with it's ensuite bath is perfect for older professionals who don't want to share bathrooms. Everything worked great. Would definitely stay there again. However, I wish there was a way to use the house speakers to listen to music.

The most beautiful home on the block! My family loved everything about this home. Not only will we stay again each year when we visit but we will tell everyone we know about the family business ITrip! We support family owned and we support this business! From 15 years of law enforcement to my service in the military I really value giving my family a better life and making it worth our time together! The house was just as it said in the description. There were 6 adults, 1 teenager and a baby. The space we had was great. Rooms were very comfortable. Pool was awesome, even though the weather was not hot hot, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The heater was a little difficult to use. that would be my only downfall. They need better instructions for the heater, We had a wonderful family vacation for 5 days after Christmas. Nicole was great to deal with and looked after any questions we had promptly

I just got back from a long weekend with college friends. LowCo bungalow was absolutely perfect for us. The decor is beautiful! There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. I have never been to a rental this clean. It is like waking into a model home. They have everything you could possibly need here. The location is great. A block from the beach and a 2 minute walk to Coligny Plaza. We would definitely rent here again!

Traveled to Myrtle Beach to celebrate my mom's 95th birthday - there were ten adults so needed five bedrooms and baths. Assumed the condo would be tight but how surprised we all were on entering the condo. It was spacious with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The condo was well decorated and clean. Everyone loved it. Location was perfect. Amenities were spot on. We all agreed we could come back. You will not be disappointed.

We loved everything about this condo! Anything you wished to be included was! It’s not missing anything! The location is perfection. Literally less then 1 block from front street. The condo was extremely clean and well decorated. The grounds were also kept beautifully and the 2 pools, perfection! The showers in the condos are gorgeous and spacious! Those alone make you feel like you are on a vacation! We will definitely be using this condo again!

We are a family of 5 and we absolutely enjoyed our stay in Naples Florida at the Regatta. The condo has been beautifully updated and has 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, everything was very clean. The condo was perfect and very comfortable for our family, the kitchen and the entire space is very well appointed. We also enjoyed relaxing in the Lani which is a screened room that overlooks the pool. The resort style pool was so much fun and has a great water fall feature. The condo is walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach and is stunning. We really loved our stay here in Naples and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

We stayed in the first floor unit for one week. The place was very clean and modern, base on others we stayed in. It had plenty dishes and utensils to cook, grill and eat. There were plenty of towels for the week to shower, clean and go to the beach. It had chairs for the beach as well as a cart, umbrella, toys for kids. Frisbee, football, etc. The lanai was great for eating breakfast and sitting at night. We used it a lot. I could go on and on about how great this place is. The only minor drawback is it doesn’t have a washer and dryer, but the one by the office is close and very clean and inexpensive. Actually, everything is close.

iTrip representatives - reservations and local property management- were exceptional to work with and very responsive. The unobstructed view of the Gulf from the upper floors and the short walk to both the beach and heated pool were definitely the highlights. The home was built in the 1980s with builder grade finishes, and some upgrades are scheduled/some windows and carpets need replacement, but it had been well cleaned and prepared for our arrival. There are modern appliances, comfortable mattresses and furnishings, fluffy towels and nice linens, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking at home. My only caveat would be that the lower level was considerably cooler in Jan and Feb, even when the heat was on, so the garage conversion bedroom (no window) and the futon might not be ideal in the winter months. (A heater is provided.) The whole of 30A is experiencing a construction/ renovation boom, including the Seahaunts complex, and that occasionally took away from the serenity of the place, but there is still nowhere like this piece of paradise. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. I highly recommend iTrip and this unit; I know the area and the rate charged is competitive, fair and good value. Enjoy the view and sunsets on the beach!

We had a lovely stay at the cozy cottage. The location was very convenient for moving around the valley. The cottage is tastefully decorated in my favorite blues and whites and is completely stocked with everything you need. Thou we were unable to make the television work, it turned out to be a good thing, motivating us to do other things together. It was a restful and pretty place to stay.

We loved the place. The unit was well outfitted and clean. We loved the balcony overlooking the Sea. We loved the quick access to the beach. We loved the white sand and beautiful views. The bathtub in the main bedroom may need the drain unclogged…it drained very slowly, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We’ll be back. Thanks.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. It has everything you need and more. There is also an excellent washer and dryer—large and new—which was ideal for us. . It's very close to the beach, which is incredible with crystal-clear water. They even provided us with beach chairs, even though these were already available for free at the beach.

I was pleasantly surprised when renting this loft. The property is clean and secure. The secure key pad upon entering the building made the feel of the building very comfortable and gave me a peace of mind that my property was being kept safe. Walking up the stairs to the unit was clean and modern. The black staircase was a perfect touch to keep the overall aesthetic of the building. The unit itself has a keypad which was easy to use. The unit was very airy and modern. I loved the overall feel of the open unit. Everything was at easy access to use. This unit had everything you needed to make your stay very comfortable. The wooden and metal staircase leading to the open bedroom loft was perfectly set. The oversized king sized bed was also very comfortable. The white bedding and firm bed made me not want to get out of bed for days (Unfortunately I had to go to work so I did, lol). I would definitely recommend this property when visiting San Antonio. Communication with the property manager was also very easy.

This place was awesome! We have stayed at several places in PCB, but this one is by far the best. They have several pools, a restaurant, and stores with ice cream, snacks and airbrushing. You don't have to ever leave while vacationing. Everything is right there. The room was right on the beach. It was quiet and had all the room amenities needed such as pull out couch, washer and dryer, king sized bed and more. Beach access was easy. I bought stuff I didn't even have to use. Great times had by all. We will be back!

This house worked perfectly for our group of 5 people for our January stay in Long Beach. It is very well located right next to the beach and the sailing marinas, and very close to many other areas for shopping, restaurants and beaches. Onsite parking was convenient and the owner/renter was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. There are no coffee shops, restaurants, or stores in walking distance, but you can stock up at the nearby Whole Foods.

We thoroughly enjoyed out trip to the Little Moon Retreat. Beautiful place, very cozy and the open space is perfect to play games, cook, watch t.v. etc. We loved the guest guidance book that was provided and it was very helpful to find great restaurants, things to do etc. It was very nice to be able to have our dogs there with us. Perfect location for everything Steamboat has to offer. One item to note is that the neighbors next door do sometimes park in your space/block your garage. We had to contact them twice to remove their car. Other than that a perfect getaway.

We came to town for a gravel bike race so it was great to have the big balcony (bigger than other units!) and all the living space to spread out. Highly secure building and beautiful Neighborhood was very safe. Conveniently located down in the town below beaver creek for lots of adventures and fun without breaking the bank. Well stocked kitchen made home meals a breeze! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and it is in a great location and a beautiful view. We did have a couple of issues. One was lack of spare blankets and sheets and we had a bathroom sink with standing water. They brought us the sheets and blanket and fixed the sink the very next morning since it was late when i had talked to them. They were great responding. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you all for making our girls trip a fun and stress free weekend!

This was a great location and the hot tub was a plus. Easily drive or walk anywhere in deer valley! The house was clean and had single use shampoos and even sponges to wash the dishes if you choose. Everything was clean and easy to use!

This condo is in a great location with Publix next door and the beach across the street. There are several restaurants in walking distance which was great because we didn't have a car. The unit is spacious and clean and there was plenty of room for our family. The intracoastal around the pool is really nice and we even saw dolphins.

We booked this trip as our honeymoon and couldn't have had a better place and more hospitality anywhere else. They were kind and quick to help if needed. Once we arrived at our destination, they also left several freebies for tickets to attractions in town, even food coupons for free items as well. Everything was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for a beach trip. This is a perfect little place for a couples get away. Equipped with all kinds of kitchen appliances and even a hot plate stove top so you can make breakfast in bed! For the price that we paid this will be a continuous tradition we will do years to come. I definitely would recommend a stay at Dori's place. Perfect location to Canyon's Ski, within a 5-minute walk. The room is exactly as pictured and incredibly clean. Instructions to check in and out were clear and emailed out within plenty of time to ask questions. The hotel it is located in has perfect after-ski activities; a steam room, hot tub, arcade room, and fireplace. This stay made for an excellent vacation.

This is our second visit to coastal cottage. The house is clean and just beautiful. We love everything about it, esp the 3 season porch and the fenced in yard. It’s a great location to downtown Southport or the Oak Island beaches. The neighbors are incredibly friendly and the development is beautiful. It’s a great walking neighborhood. We love stagers. It feels like home.

Second stay at this building The location could not be more perfect as it is directly across from John’s pass. The unit is nice and the beds were comfortable. I really liked how it has been updated and the side view of the beach is just right. A few more towels especially for the beach would be my only suggestion.

We LOVED staying here for the week, my boyfriend and I loved the view, and how close we were to the beach. The pool & tiki bar downstairs was super convienent too. The room itself was amazing, huge TV, remodeled shower, and everything was VERY clean. We will absolutely be staying here again - it actually felt like home and not a hotel. For people who are contemplating on renting a car - don't waste your money. We were able to either walk everywhere, or uber everywhere! Our most expensive uber ride was only $20 from the airport 30 mins away. Thank you to the owners of the room for the roses and bottle of wine, we will be referring your room to our friends & family for their next vacation!

I was very pleased with our recent family trip to La Casa del Mare. We had a lot of fun and I highly recommend this location. The beach was extremely accessible for my 4 and 5 year old's, and there was a lot to do in the area. The details of the trip were easily explained in the emails and the host was extremely quick in replying by text. There were no problems with the unit and it was perfect for our family of 5.

We loved GIGIs beach house. It was the perfect size for our family. We loved thed kitchen and family room area. It was large enough for our entire family to be together but we didn't feel cramped. We enjoyed the large table and played games at night. We loved the beach and enjoyed the nice pool that was close by. We loved mornings getting out on the covered deck area and enjoyed watching the deer play while drinking our coffee. It was perfect and we will be back. Thank you

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook. We also enjoyed having the Perfect Pig right below us for dinner. Easy walk across the street to the beach access. We've stayed in many rentals and the worst part is always the uncomfortable bed, however, this condo had an awesome mattress which means we had restful sleep. My family and I stayed at Powder Ridge 205 and it was perfect. We had 7 adults in our group and we all had plenty of room. This place is large enough for all the couples to have their own room and bathroom and the common area was really nice with plenty of seats for all of us the sit and talk and play games. The decor and upgrades were very nice and updated. Great parking and never have trouble finding a spot. We will certainly stay here again.

This is a very nice clean condo with great views of Napili Bay. It is also just steps away from the lower pool which overlooks the ocean. The BBQs are right next to the lanai. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family had a perfect Spring Break at Wine Down 30A. The house was in great shape, the location was great (highly recommend renting bikes for the whole family at the beginning of the stay). The shuttle to the beach was super easy, we could bike anywhere we wanted in just a matter of minutes and could also walk to the heart of town in less than 10 min. Rooms were spacious, house was super comfortable and nice. Couldn't have asked for anything more (except a few more days off!)

Spring Break was a success at a Cypress-n-Sun B-3. We stayed March 23 through the 30th. Everything was perfect, from the furnishing to the back deck which overlooked the intercoastal. This was the first trip I did not have ocean view but to tell the truth I liked the intercoastal view just as much. There are no complaints to be had even when the air conditioning went out on the hottest day of our stay. Within two hours of calling we had a service tech on the way, unfortunately he could not fix the problem so he brought portable AC units for the night and the next morning there was a new AC unit being installed. It was a very minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect trip. We all liked the privacy of the beach with plenty of space to spread out and not be crowded like some of the bigger complexes. There was parking for 2 cars and also we had use of the storage shed under the building which was real nice because we could leave our fishing poles and beach chairs down there instead of lugging them upstairs after each use. There is plenty of food options within walking distance or just a short car ride. I cant wait to come back next year. We found out new favorite destination.

Our family stayed at Someplace Else and had a wonderful time. The beach house was older with a lot of character. We loved it. The location can’t be beat. The views from the deck were fantastic and we made a lot of good use of the outdoor shower after spending time boogie boarding and hanging out on the beach. We really liked Folly Beach. It’s a very chill beach town with some great restaurants and shops. The house was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay and we greatly appreciated the bottle of wine and cookies that were waiting for us when we arrived. We would highly recommend this property!

Apartment 320 was exactly as the listing described. Very spacious for 4, could easily stay with 6 or 8! Facilities in Glacier Lodge great, hot tub, pool and being able to store skis in the adjoining shop overnight. Great location in Blackcomb and only a short 10 min walk into the much livelier Whistler. The staff helped with advice and some arrangements both pre arrival and when in resort so thanks to everyone! Only issue would be that some detailed heating control info would be helpful and where consumer units/heating switches are. Bit confusing as some underfloor heating thermostats say 'don’t use', some have a room name but didnt work and as the electrics/heating tripped at minus 40 you want as much heat as possible! Tried to contact the spa downstairs (although nothing to do with the lodge) and got no response. Went down a few times and always shut.

Cerulean Paradise was the perfect home for our mini vacation to Oak Island! We absolutely LOVED the screened in back porch! Very clean & conveniently located. The golf cart was also a big plus as it made it so much easier loading sand toys, etc and getting to the beach! High recommend this home!

We had a great stay in this unit. The unit was clean and well stocked and was a true ski in/out. iTrip did a superb job coordinating the details from the booking through the departure expectations. Everything in the unit worked and the views of the slopes from the deck and living room were awesome for the non-skiers in our group to enjoy. This place has all that you will need for a cozy and relaxing time at the Oregon coast. The home is located in a beautiful and tranquil community. Four of us spent an idyllic 4 days at the property. Yes it’s dated, but it’s ruthlessly clean & the beds are wonderful. The kitchen had every appliance/gadget you could want and the grill is great. The views are beautiful, the location is quiet and close to so many of the wineries we visited. We had one minor issue that was responded to so quickly it was as if the host were there with us. We had a great time at wakita wave. Everything was clean and perfect for us. We used Instacart for a few snacks and drinks. We didn’t use any kitchen appliances or cooked at the home as we wanted to try all the different restaurants in Folly. Views, cleanliness and proximity to the beach was our main concern and those were terrific. We used the beach chair rental recommendations as well and it worked out great!

First time in Telluride did not disappoint! Beautiful house at a great location! Close to gondola and Village Market. Loved the hiking and mountain biking! Hot tub was an added bonus- So nice to come back to after a day on the trails. Just be aware of the high owners fee.

This place is the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The unit is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The screened porch was my favorite place to be! Come Sail Away was just a great stay for my family. It is centrally located in Sea Pines. It was an easy bike ride to the beach or to Harbor Town. The home was beautifully decorated and spacious. The hot tub was an awesome part of the outdoor area. We have been to HHI many times and in many different plantations. This was the best place by far. This one will be hard to beat in the future.

We were very impressed with our stay at Chestnut Highlands. The home had plenty of space for my extended family and children. We loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need to prepare meals at home each day! The hot tub was awesome to come home and relax in after a long day on the mountain skiing. We loved our time at the Little Green Cottage. We have stayed here during our last five trips to Folly. It is simple, clean, perfect location and wonderful for our little dog Murphy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment, which has a complete kitchen full of all the gadgets you need - blender, kettle, coffee-maker, full oven, dishwasher. A trip to Costco and we cooked a number of meals at the apartment. Lots of towels of every size including beach towels. Bed/bedding great. Even beach equipment provided! Snorkeling gear, boogie boards! Location couldn't be better - just a 2 minute walk to Front Street with superb shopping and restaurants. The only thing that could be improved would be to provide a full length mirror in the bedroom. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in a pristine apartment! Highly recommended!

This is an amazing house in a great location with an amazing view. Beautiful and very spacious inside with everything you could possibly need while on vacation! The house is warm, clean and cozy. We walked up to the bar and grill up the street several times, which was so convenient. The iTrip staff was wonderful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. We were extremely happy with our choice to rent this home and will be renting it again on our next visit.

Next time I come to Florida I would definitely look into booking this property again. Since the trip was too short, we really couldn't get the full experience of using all of the amenities in and out of the house. But I do have to say that the mattresses were firm but comfortable.

This property was everything it advertised. The pictures of the property were exactly like the pictures on the web site. It was very clean and well stocked as promised! This was the perfect place for our extended family to stay. There was ample room for 6 adults and 4 children. The little ones loved the 3 tier bunk beds and all adults were similarly pleased with the comfortable bedding. It was an easy walk to the beach and a playground but the house pool was also a big hit. We hope to return next year for a longer stay.

Great place walking distance from the main ski village and from downtown Park city. Three levels, lots of beds, great hot tub, perfect for a guys ski weekend, a little rundown, not sure our wives would’ve loved it, but overall fantastic stay. Very flexible with check in and checkout.

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood about 300 steps from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. There were comfortable beach chairs to use and plenty of beach towels. The back porch was great for eating meals. I would definitely return.

This is a fantastic, well equipped, perfectly located condo on south Marco Island. We would definitely stay here again. This was the first time we did not stay on a beach front property on Marco Island and I was a bit hesitant. I was pleasantly surprised. This unit is optimally located a stone's throw from one of the few public beach access points on the south end of Marco Island. The condo complex is very well maintained, the common pool is fine if you don't want to go to the beach and Marco Walk Plaza is a short walk or a less then 5 min drive away. The rooms are very nicely decorated. There is plenty of room for a family (though my husband and I were this trip's guests). The master bedroom and secondary bedroom are on opposite sides of the unit for plenty of privacy. The master has a reasonably comfortable king sized bed and an on suite bathroom. There are 2 closets and a window seat in addition to a TV. The master bedroom is just off of the living room. The other bedroom which has a bottom double bed, top single bed bunk bed is on the opposite side of the unit so little ones could easily not be disturbed for naps and an earlier bed time. There are a number of family board games in the closet if staying indoors is in order. There also is a small non windowed room with a single bed for a nap or time out room. The washer and dryer are super convenient as is the other full bathroom. The dining room area is well lit and the kitchen is well equipped with kitchen tools, flatware, knives, dishes, bake wear and pots and pans. No staples other than a few cleaning items and paper towels are provided but I would rather buy my own to assure freshness. The refrigerator and freezer are large and there is a good sized pantry. Grocery stores are a short drive away. The lanai, or screened in porch, faces the gulf so you can see a slice of the gulf sky between the buildings on the beach. The screened in area faces the west so it is cooler in the morning. The closet there is equipped with somewhat used but very useful beach gear including some sand chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a beach cart to take your day's worth of items to the beach. As this is a corner unit there is plenty of sunlight and the overall feel is fresh and well maintained. My only minor, and I mean minor complaint, is the living room couch has seen better days and isn't very supportive for sitting. The occasional chairs and the dining room chairs are easy substitutes. The cable (and if you have streaming services) access is terrific as is the internet. We hope to return to this wonderful condo on our favorite island to go shelling for the wonderful Marco Island seashells.

The location was quiet and the neighbors were great. Getting into the room was interesting only because we arrived a lot earlier than expected. Two of our families shared the house for a 3-day wedding weekend. It was everything we hoped for during our stay. The dining/living room area had sliding doors opening onto 2 decks, letting in lots of light and included a hot tub which we used. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to navigate. The sleeping accommodations worked out well for our varied group and were on separate levels from those of us chatting in the living/dining area which was convenient. And having three TVs satisfied our TV watching needs. Wifi worked well. We had one small plumbing issue that was resolved within minutes of our contacting the managing agency. Lovely home. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We absolutely loved our stay at La Coquina #103! The unit is beautiful, spacious, and has a stunning view of the ocean. It’s in the perfect location—just a short walk across the street to the beach and close to tons of local attractions like John’s Pass. There’s even a gas station right next door, which came in handy for grabbing any last-minute items we forgot at the grocery store. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance. The beds were super comfy, and the space was just right for the four of us. We also really enjoyed the quiet, heated pool with plenty of chairs for relaxing. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed staying between Christmas and new year. The apartment has amazing views and beach access. You will never forget this beautiful sunset. It is decorated with luxury in mind. Whether it was playing games in the spacious living room, enjoying quiet mornings with coffee on the deck, or soaking in the hot tub surrounded by the peaceful forest, every moment felt like a gift. The kitchen is fantastic, fully stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals, which we then shared around the big dining table, laughing and talking for hours. The layout of the house was perfect for our family—everyone had their own space to relax, but we also had so many places to come together. The master bedroom was an absolute sanctuary, and the kids loved the game room and exploring the beautiful outdoors. We even spotted wildlife like deer and moose, which made the experience feel even more special. We spent our days hiking, exploring nearby Winter Park, and just taking in the incredible mountain views. But honestly, some of the best memories were made right there at the house, sitting around the fire, talking under the stars, and feeling so grateful to be together in such an extraordinary place. “The Luxurious Escape” is truly something special. It gave us the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, and more than anything, it gave us the chance to slow down, connect, and make lasting memories. We can’t wait to come back next year!

This house was so perfect for the weekend! We had a group of 10 people and there was plenty of space (and bathrooms) for us all! We were able to walk straight out to the beach and had a wonderful time. The owners of the property were so thoughtful and made a birthday sign for my husband. The house was very cute and nicely decorated. The master bedroom and bath are very spacious. The walk-in shower is plenty big, with no danger of hitting your elbows on the walls! Washer and dryer made it convenient to do your laundry before going home. There are only 2 chairs on the porch. We visited the last week in May, and the bright sun made it unbearable to sit on the porch in mid-afternoon. Overall, it was very nice, peaceful, and quiet.

I love the furniture here - very comfortable! Love how it's arranged, the perfect art work all over the place, and that we had two recliners. We are senior citizens, so comfort & convenience are important. The bedrooms are lovely and relaxing. Beds very comfortable! The deck is great and even the neighbors we met were friendly! Heading home from four fantastic days in Sedona at 50 Bell Rock. The house itself is so cute! Fully stocked with everything we needed, stylishly decorated and really comfortable beds and furniture. Had a small hot tub issue on day one and Megan was responsive and it was fixed for us to use in less than 24 hours. Mystic trailhead is steps from the door and the trails for Cathedral Rock are also very close as is the Chapel. We absolutely loved this house and the location and will definitely be back again! Solid five stars!!!

This home is exactly as described! GREAT location with a private hot tub and pool, close to shops and restaurants! We loved fishing off of the dock during the day and enjoying the peaceful canal in the evening. The home itself was cozy and clean. The lanai is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. We had a 4 day stay at the palms it was very nice, beds we're comfortable , condo was very clean and in a central location within walking distance of the super market right next door , Walgreen's Ricky T's , VIP'S Mexican restaurant. Beach access across the street . Anywhere else you would like to venture off to is just a call away to island Hopper that will take you anywhere up and down the beach !! Pool is nice only complaint would be they heat the pool as night temps are cooler . I can't think of anything this condo didn't have to offer we would definitely stay again .

We just stayed at this condo and we had a great experience! Great location, plenty of space for the two of us, pretty much everything you need. The only drawback from this building is there is not any ski lockers to store your equipment. But there is plenty of tiled space just inside the door with great hooks on the wall to hang jackets, gloves and such. Also the management company was quick to answer any questions we had via text! We will return!

If you’re looking for something super clean, on a cute little street, has comfortable couches, is close to everything, and that feels like home, you’ve got it with Hydrangea Cottage. We loved: - Hot Tub (super clean and brand new) - Couches (they feel like something you’d have in your own home - comfy) - Master Bathroom (The walk in rain shower is like a spa day) - Kitchen (it’s stocked with literally everything you would ever need, and it’s all clean) - Personalization (they had a handwritten note at the table - so cute!!) - Location (it’s on this safe little no outlet street and feels like you’re in a little jungle. We saw deer on the property each night. But then you are in the middle of civilization within 30 seconds!) - Cleanliness (every single thing was perfectly clean. There was no major fragrance smell either - which is refreshing!) - Beach towels and Bikes were provided! - Responsiveness (I had a quick question and texted the number provided and got a response quickly) ***Note about beds: I absolutely loved the firm foam master bed mattress, my husband felt like it was too firm. The pillows are the king size pillows and slightly firm but fluffy - perfect for me, yet my husband wasn’t a fan because he felt like he had to roll them up to get comfortable. He absolutely loved his stay though and we both agreed we loved the place more than any other rental we’ve stayed at. So, beds wouldn’t deter us :) Things that need fixing: - TV providers (we couldn’t get any of the tv providers working - Hulu, Netflix, etc. But with that being said, we weren’t here to watch tv, so it wasn’t a big deal to us) - Microwave (maybe it was us, but we couldn’t get the microwave to work - my husband wanted to heat up a cup of coffee and couldn’t) Definitely stay here. 5 stars across the board!!!

We love Royal Palms because it is low density and so close to the Gulf Shores State Park where we ride our bikes. However, the complex is older so we've had a few where the condo really showed it's age. 403 was recently remodeled, well appointed, and the furnishings were so nice. We will be back.

The unit was very nice and worked well for our group. The kitchen was well equipped. The only complaint is that the side walk leading to the door was very slippery. The potential for someone to slip and be injured was significant.

We booked 502 Dockside for a family vacation. The condo was very nice, up to date and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to everything in Clearwater Beach! We had a chance to meet the owners and they were super nice! I would recommend this rental to everyone!

Went to Hilton Head for a tennis tournament and stayed in the wonderful condo. What a view we had! We could see the light house and beautiful sunsets. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. We even came in 2nd in the tournament.

Both of our kids are home from college for the summer and for the last two years for the week of July 4th we spend a week with them in the Mt. Pleasant/Charleston area. We typically stay in a hotel, but this year decided to try renting a house through VRBO. It was totally worth it!!! The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and we had more than enough room for four. I can’t wait to brag to my friends and co-workers about the whole experience. The only thing I wanted to make you aware of is the number of spiders we discovered throughout the house in various sizes — probably due to the weather, but I killed at least 10 in the downstairs over the week (mainly kitchen and master bedroom, bathroom and closet). It wasn’t really a problem, and you probably just need to spray again throughout the house and the exterior. You guys have done a fantastic job with this property, and thank you again so much for allowing us to stay there.

We had a great stay at the Prettiest Palm rental in Jamaica Beach, Galveston. The place is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. It was super comfortable for our group of six. The beach is super close and it was a nice touch that this rental provided beach chairs and some outdoor games. The location is great—walking distance to a park, marina, and a few markets and restaurants. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and I definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Jamaica Beach.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Barefoot Cove! Communication was exceptional by the company. I loved the text system they utilized. They provided thorough check in and check out instructions which were very helpful to ensure we did our due diligence on our end! There were so many great amenities in this home - towels, dishes and cookware galore, KitchenAid appliances, soaps, and even laundry soap. The home felt warm and inviting, and was perfectly close to the beach and pool. We absolutely loved our short stay and all wished we could have stayed for much longer. Thank you itrip for a wonderful vacation!!!

Just one block off the main street in charming McMinnville! The large front porch is ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. The house itself is warm and inviting, with a well-equipped kitchen and excellent showers in both bathrooms. We also loved the history of the home. The highlight, though, was the amazing local support team—they were quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

We have enjoyed our stay at Flagler Flat. There are a few things that could be improved on. Shower needs a thorough cleaning, door to get to dryer needs a door handle, no dishwasher but advertised as having one. It was a convenient location and was clean otherwise.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again. The shuttle to Park City and surrounding areas is great. We did not rent a car, just used the shuttle and Uber to dinner. The staff was very nice and helpful.
