Our stay at LInger Longer was WONDERFUL. We were truly steps to the beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants/shops. After exploring the whole island we felt that we were in the best location possible. Fred (the manager) was fabulous to work with. We would have liked to have screens on the deck so that we could have used it more.

This place is hardly a slice of paradise, it is the whole pie ! It was simply amazing! The backyard oasis had plenty of things to do. This house would accommodate all ages and categories and was very clean and easy to manage. Management was very responsive if I ever had a question and everything was very well laid or for entry, exit and where-to’s. Both bath towels and pool towels were provided along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Would definitely stay here again and we are already planning our trip back next year!

Great location for our family of four. Easy bike trip to the beach and super convenient location close to Fresh Fields and Mingo Pt. More than enough amenities provided. Great location tucked back and on the water. Property managers were super quick with replies and help when needed. Hope to come back to Spriggs Shack

Rental company was very helpful with last minute change due to unforeseen construction at first rental. Condo was as advertised and we enjoyed beachfront views from deck and easy access to beach and nearby restaurants.

We had a wonderful time staying at Latitude Adjustment. The house was clean and well appointed and the location was great! It is a quick walk to the beach and a short drive to many restaurants and attractions. This our second time renting from Dan and Patty and it will not be our last. Thanks again for a great week!!

From dolphins breaching below, osprey nesting within view, waterfowl flying by at balcony level, to exploring nature at many local spots, this is the idea location and a fantastic property to spend time in. Well appointed, comfortable furniture and bedding, recently updated to a premium level. We will stay here again.

The unit was clean and well appointed. Loved everything about it. The complex is updating the sliding glass doors which created noise every morning starting at 8:00. I was there for a conference, so I had to be up anyway. However, If not, that would have been a nuisance about which we were not told.

My family and I were very impressed by the condo. The kitchen pans were new or like new. The sugar and flour furnished was wonderful as were the seasonings. It was quieter than all condos we had rented before. If we ever come back we will definitely rent this condo again. Thank you for hosting us.

I stayed here for the week and the property was exactly what I needed and more! Perfect for a couple or small group of friends! I was able to work remotely part of my stay with no connectivity issues while using video calls. The property was well equipped for cooking and had so many fun games and puzzles. The faux fireplace on the media console created all the cozy vibes. The property is so close to the beach and access and I was able to see the water from every room- even while working in the guest room by looking into the other bedroom’s slider. Hands down will be back!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!

Where do I even begin?! This home and stay far exceeded our expectations. Check in and check out was super easy. Life of Reilly is so perfectly appointed, so lovely, so cozy, you’ll never want to leave. We stayed in Scituate for a family reunion, and we had the perfect home base in this house. We couldn’t get enough of the front porch and the back deck - the views and ocean breeze from both were so serene. Every piece of furniture was so comfortable, including the beds and the linens. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was wonderful to have a washer and dryer so that we could do our young boys’ laundry as much as we needed. My favorite part was falling asleep to the sound of waves off our bedroom, which overlooked the ocean. We fell in love with Scituate and this home, and the only place we’ll ever want to stay is Life of Reilly!

My husband and I stayed here for our extended summer holiday. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the cooler mountain weather and see our family. When our grandchildren visited the bed that pulls down was perfect for them and they loved the pool.

We LOVED this house! It’s perfect for a couple families, ones with kids etc. The property is beautiful and all the big windows and decks are just amazing! The house was stocked and kitchen had a lot of items most don’t. Everything was wonderful! The short walk to the beach was just what we love and the families and kids had a blast daily. We would come back again for sure!

Unit was very roomy, plenty of seating which was great when we had visitors. Balcony was also plenty roomy for all our company. Nicely renovated and fully equipped kitchen. Location was great. Since unit is in a small complex (only 15 units in the building) there were few people on the beach and in the pool area. It was almost like having a private beach. View from balcony is spectacular! We enjoyed our stay so much we are going again next year. I should always mention how responsive and efficient the maintenance company was when we had questions or issues (which were very few).

We had a great time and loved this cabin. It was very spacious and all 7 of us had plenty of room to hang out. There were a lot of pots and pans for us to cook with which I thought was really nice. The master bedroom and bathroom were updated and very comfortable.

Great location and close to everything. Very quite since you are on the bay. Unbelievable fishing right off the dock. House was beautiful and roomy. We will rent again next year. At the entrance to the neighborhood there is a grocery store call Pier 33 and they are great people.

Everything about the house was perfect. It was a lovely home with a ton of space for us, it was clean, had everything we needed, and really was only a 1 minute walk to the bus, which made it so easy and convenient for us to get to the mountain.

Condo was very nicely appointed, had everything we needed for 6 adults and 4 children age 6 and under. Was great being right on the beach with the kids, etc. Checking in to pick up keys was great. Things at the condo were very chaotic with everyone else arriving. One elevator was down making getting everything to the room very cumbersome and long. Supposedly it doesn't normally go this way when all elevators work (?). Overall a great stay though!

We loved the 5 bed 5 bath condo! It was so beautiful, & set up great for our family. The only thing I would request would be more entrance/door keys. Otherwise, or stay was perfect! We loved seeing the pools & the ocean from our balcony & living room.

Booked for a 50th birthday. The guys played for 3 days while us ladies enjoyed the amenities of the house. Amazing kitchen, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. The casita was perfect! We all really felt at home. Got there a bit early on an extremely hot day full of groceries to stock in the fridge for the long weekend and they were very responsive to get me into the house a bit early. Perfectly accommodated 4 of us couples. Note; all bedrooms have on suite, the only queen bed does share a wall with the king bed room.

Had a great time during annual ski vacation. Family of 6 plus grandma and aunt. Located in the BC Village close to slopes and with complementary ski valet service. Well equipped. Wonderful views of Stawberry Park lifts and slopes. Staff of Itrip team very helpful and responsive. Will be back!!!

This was our first VRBO/Airbnb experience and we couldn’t be happier. The home is in the most perfect location, has all the necessities to just unpack your bags and relax, and is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Our stay at the Center Street condo was perfect! We love being in the middle of things and walking to everything. Lovely beach themed decorations! Easy access to restaurants, shopping, grocery, local activities, and the beach. Condo equipped with everything we might need for our trip. Love hearing the nightlife from the front of the condo but being able to retreat to the back for some quiet. We will be back!

Loved the ease of booking, check in and check out, as well as the Condo that we stayed in for our New Year's Getaway. Even though the weather wasn't the greatest, we simply relaxed as we enjoyed coffee and drinks on the 12th floor balcony. Great views, great condo!!

We are a family of 9 that spent a month at the Saddlebrook Resort, we stayed at Paradise On The Lake. The views of the golf course, trees and lake were amazing from inside and outside at the pool. We were fortunate to have some great weather during most of stay and were able to enjoy the heated pool with the grandchildren. The house was well equipped and clean. I would recommend this house if you enjoy golf, swimming and catch and release fishing.

This was the most perfect stay - the beach was super close, and we could take trolley to all other locations on the island - super convenient. We loved that the neighborhood was cute and quiet. We dined at the local places. We shall definitely be back:-)

I’m so thrilled that a place like this now exists in Oregon Wine Country. Our stay was so lovely and the estate is gorgeous. The art, the furnishings, the landscape - every inch is so special. I definitely didn’t want to leave! This will be such a special place for so many memories for friends and families for year to come.

We had three families that stayed in this home which worked out perfect. The kids room had 4 beds in it. It was decorated beautifully and was vey clean. It is only 0.3 miles to the beach - which with a lot of items to carry can be quite a ways. We would pack the car with chairs, tents, beach bags and drive to the public parking at 8 AM and park there and only walk down with the rolling cooler. There were a few minor issues - not enough sheets, no broom but were addresses immediately.

This was our first time renting with iTrip Vacations and everything was wonderful. The renting process, communication and instructions were so clear and customer service was great. The condo was clean, neat and sooo nice. It's not a brand new condo, it has some general wear and tear, but its in great condition and very well kept. The view and beach is amazing. Even the maintenance team that worked there daily was super nice and friendly, helping us with transporting our luggage and getting us carts. They cleaned the elevator area, pool, deck and surrounding areas every day. They were super great. We will definitely be back, our family loved the condo, the location and service. We were less than a mile from John's Pass and our favorite restaurant was the Salt Rock, less than 4 miles from the condo. Love, love, love!! Thank you for having us, we can't wait to go back!

The condo was clean and well furnished with modern amenities. The beach is great with an access within a short walk from the condo. The pool was an added bonus. Any issue we had with the condo was quickly resolved by the iTrip team. We have 3 kids (10, 6, and 4) and the bunk bed was perfect for them. We had 3 kids and 2 adults, so the condo was a perfect fit. Definitely recommend this condo and Oak Island!

This condo is in an ideal location if wanting to be on the mountain. Great views and the place is updated and cozy. We appreciated the lower level and being next to the hot tub. Absolutely loved our stay. Would love to come back some day.

We live in the area but decided to treat some out-of-state guests to a week at the beach on Siesta Key. We had a great time despite the rainy weather. The home is just down a block or so from the beach - easy walking distance. It is nicely renovated inside. When we arrived, everything was ready for our party of seven. The home was nice and clean, and we had plenty of towels. The screened-in pool was beautiful with a nice glassed in lanai that could be opened up to the pool area. The kitchen was very well supplied. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family visiting Siesta Key. It was very nice being in a single family home instead of a condo. More privacy and we did not have to share the pool.

We had a great time during our stay. Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Slightly dated but worked for our needs. Lots of beds but could be updated with more plush mattresses (at least in the master bedroom:-)) Very much loved the amenities with the heated pool, hot tub, beach view from our balcony, and the grilling area. Close to all fun stuff! Very quick response when we had a maintenence issue.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and we had everything we needed! Everything was sparkling clean. The bathrooms were so nice, the beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could want. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Our two grandsons were so excited about the play room so even though it rained, they were content to play. Next time we come out to Oregon we would LOVE to stay at Maison Ananda Oswego again!

we had a great experience and the location is perfect. We love fishing at the pier it is way access to the beach. Our tow of our favorite restaurants are close by Beach house burgers and Kure Beach diner. Elevator was very helpful as well.

Well start with grounds. Somebody was out there working all the time everyday. The grounds and outdoor facilities were perfect. Inside both units were equally well cared for. We had no issues.Communications were also timely and informational.

We came to Conroe from WI for a wedding. We had a great stay at the condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The coffee you provided was very good :-). Beds were comfortable and the complex was quiet even with all the units in the area. With the TX heat in June, we enjoyed the pool quite a bit which was just a short walk from our condo. Location was nice and lots of good places to eat very close. Just an FYI for future golfing customers. You CAN golf at the course right there, even though it says it's a private course. We had wonderful communication with the host. Trip was great!! One of my favorite things - the Dyson floor cleaning unit right on the wall. I'm a "neat freak" so it was wonderful being able to easily keep the floors clean while we were there. Thank you!!!!

Are stay at this property was great, the home was very nice, the online photos do not do it justice, much nicer in person. Definitely 5 stars I have stayed at rental homes many times in the past and would Definitely return back to this condo. It was disappointing that a grill was not included, you could get one for a extra fee, but we did not find value in the expense of 11.00 a day fee, having to rent for a minimum of 5 days..

The room was very well kept, lots of space. The most important thing was the location! So very close to the slopes, there is a shuttle that takes you around for free! (please tip) The fire place in the room was awesome and the view from the balcony was amazing. Penni made herself available and was very integral in keeping me up to date on my trip as it was approaching. Great experience and the best snow to ski on period!

This condo was right on the beach. It had an amazing view and was an amazing unit. The furniture was the only complaint, the couch and chairs were terribly uncomfortable. The beds were ok, not great. But we spent most of the time on the balcony admiring the view! If it were a scale of 10, it’s a 9/10 with the only ding the furniture.

My family and I just completed a week vacation at North Beach Resort. The Resort is wonderful and we had a great time. I would like to compliment iTrip Vacations for the ease of reservation, check-in and response to any text that I sent. The personnel was always friendly and gracious at all times. I realized that I left a bag after I got home. I texted and they got right on finding out if it had been found. It was and they are returning it to me. 61A Elk Lane is beautiful spacious Beaver Creek rental home that has been very nicely maintained. We enjoyed the snowy views, bubbly hot tub, and roomy bedrooms and family rooms. The home is well stocked with lots of super soft cozy blankets, fire wood, kitchen accessories, books, etc. The master bath room is very large and updated, but could use soaker tub. The living room furnishings are a tiny bit tired, but the home will be fabulous after the kitchen update, scheduled for later this year. The management company is top notch!

Gorgeous home- pictures don’t do it justice (and super clean). We live an hour away in SC and are familiar with the area- Isle of Palms in an upscale, pretty community. The view from the upstairs master and balcony there was incredible. My husband and I stayed for a week with my toddler and infant and it was perfect! Lots of beach toys and towels already there. Kitchen well stocked if you want to eat in- we went out some too. There’s some cute places to eat and walk around in IOP but Mt pleasant and downtown Charleston were also an easy drive. I recommend making reservations for the more popular restaurants in Charleston a bit in advance if you can. The pool is literally right behind the house and my toddler requested to go there every day. It was never crowded. Beach is private so also amazing. Highly recommend this place!

Pleasantly surprised. The condo was nice, had great views and we were able to watch whales and sea turtles almost every day from the lanai. Use of the explore!e free fun stuff was easy and great. (Except the golf) The golf course did not recognize the third party vendor. Definitely will have to go back.

Terracehouse 81 was the perfect home base for our family week in Snowmass-Aspen. It is the perfect location to the slopes, Snowmass village, and Snowmass mall. The unit is just like the pictures. We especially loved the fireplace which made the family room so cozy while we were watching NCAA basketball games at night. We also loved the awesome hot tub right outside the door. Laundry was right next door and not a problem not being in the unit. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

Our family had such an amazing time at this Cabin ! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made cooking meals together so easy and enjoyable. The sunroom was one of our favorite spots — so bright and relaxing — and the hot tub was absolutely incredible after a long day of exploring. One of the most charming parts of the property was the little creek in the backyard. It gave the whole place such a cozy, peaceful feeling, and we loved sitting outside just listening to the water. Every detail of the home was thoughtful and welcoming, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into making guests comfortable. My whole family had a wonderful time, and we made so many special memories here. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back again in the future!

I’ve stayed in so many places in MB and NMB over the years, and this is by far my favorite of all the places I’ve booked (my 80YO grandmother said the same, and she’s stayed at a ton of different places too)! The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds are super comfy with plenty of extra pillows, there is ample seating in the living room, lots of closet space, and the kitchen is completely furnished. We had 8 people, a toddler included, and we never felt cramped or cluttered. The 3rd bathroom is a game-changer with so many people staying together. It made things so much easier when we were getting ready to go somewhere. I loved that the balcony spanned the living room and master bedroom; we had so much space out there to look at the ocean and pools! The view from the balcony was awesome! We spent a lot of time out on the balcony watching the waves (we even checked out the Luau show from the balcony on Wednesday night too!). The pools/ocean ac was are great too - I don’t think we even were able to try all the pools during the week, there are so many! My husband and I loved the swim-up bar, kids loved the lazy river and the infinity pool, and my in-laws really loved the outdoor hot tub! Beach access is CHOICE if you have a lot of stuff or little ones. The ramp is awesome for wagons, and it goes pretty far out. Also, the resort does have its own chair and umbrella rentals, but they’re not strict at all about setting up your own stuff, beyond the rules in the NMB city ordinances. We had an 8-foot umbrella, 4 chairs, a wagon, 2 coolers, and a little boom box, and we were able to set up really close to the water. I love that it looks really bougie, but has a much more laid-back atmosphere than a lot of the more upscale resorts! The only thing I’d give maybe a 9.5/10 (at worst) about the resort is getting in and out. The parking garage is TIGHT, and the ceilings are very low. They mention no trailers in the info, but I should add that the garage ceilings would not allow for an overhead storage container, even in a small SUV. Also, you can find yourself waiting quite a while on the elevators. We did find though that not many people use the back elevators compared to the main ones; they move a lot faster. All in all, when you’re planning on going to dinner or something, it’s a good idea to add 15-20 minutes on your drive time, for getting down the elevator from this unit and getting out of the parking garage. All in all, our whole family loved the condo, and we definitely will check availability here first when we’re booking our next NMB trip!

We had a lovely friends weekend at Mountain View and really used the whole property to be in nature, lounging and movement practices on the grassy areas, walking through the forest, cold plunges in the creek that runs just off the driveway. Frogs in the ponds on a June night were very special. We made some lovely music and did some music recording in the house. Great meals together, good kitchen and good space on the deck and at the table to eat and relax together. Sauna downstairs is great! Quiet private location was healing and relaxing for our sweet group. Finally, great views, Mt. Hood, beautiful trees, nature surrounding, comfortable house for all.

I "snowbirded" at this townhouse for a long time occupancy during the winter 2019. It's spacious with a fantastic location and newly installed bathrooms, upstairs carpets and main level hardwood floors! Loved the recliner movie style sofas and the big screen TV. The queen beds were very comfortable as were the supplied silky sheets. It was nice to enjoy the fire pit in the back yard at times with guests. Having access to a BBQ is a big bonus as is the large two car garage. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and then some! If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I'd give Berne, the property manager at iTrip Vacations, and his team, 6 stars! He responded almost immediately to some minor improvements, issues and missing items that needed attention for my long term rental that were easily ironed out. The Las Brisas townhouse community is great...friendly residents, and pet friendly...so it's perfect for your dog. Nicely paved dog walking trails abound this community. The townhouse is only minutes to the Price Freeway and 5 minutes to a free park and ride for the streetcar to downtown. Only a few minutes to the hub of restaurants and pubs with lively night life and ASU students at Mill Avenue and Tempe Beach Park. It's only about a $7 Uber ride to Cubs stadium (so you can enjoy a beer and not worry about driving). The location is pretty central to anything...10 minutes north to Scottsdale and minutes to hiking trails at Papago Park and the Zoo. If you're an avid cyclist like me, a plethora of cycling trails exist in Tempe and the Valley of the Sun which is what I did almost daily...you can access major cycling trails right from this townhouse without the worry of racking your bike on your vehicle and driving. While it is advertised as newly renovated, some improvements to finish it off superbly would be refreshed new kitchen cupboards to replace the painted original ones to go with the gorgeous new granite counter top and new appliances, and to open the wall from the kitchen to the family room with a breakfast bar to allow more natural light in the unit (as it is a bit "dark" on the ground floor). (Thanks to Berne for providing a floor reading lamp!) As well, the current half bath in the master bedroom could be upgraded and changed to an enclosed large walk in shower to prevent water splashing on floor, the garage could use some tidying up (which is where the a new washing machine is located), and the older dryer could be upgraded as it had rust on the top (although it worked fine). The back yard is a bit "stark" with a concrete wall, no vegetation and only crushed stone, but on the other hand, it was a great place for my dog to take his last pee before bed! Take note that it takes a few minutes to get hot water to the townhouse taps because the hot water tank is located in the garage and the toilets don't always flush fully (so you have to flush twice at times). But these are minor inconveniences. Unfortunately the one and only hot tub for the community located at one of the pools had a broken heater during my stay, so hopefully this is fixed by now. In conclusion, when you weigh the benefits and amenities this townhouse has to offer, and its incredible location, and the fantastic response time from Berne and his crew, I would highly recommend booking this property. I would come back!

We so enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. We were a bit concerned when we saw a review that the bathrooms were old but it's clear they are brand new now and are so nice and modern! The king bed was incredibly comfy and there were two spacious closets in each bedroom. We had plenty of room for our things. The living room and the master bedroom both have large TV's and we enjoyed watching movies in the evenings after a relaxing day at the beach. We found this villa to be clean and well-equipped. There is a dining table and 2 lounge chairs out back in a walled in area and it felt with the greenery like our own private oasis. The complex pool was nice and the neighbors were so friendly and welcoming. It's an older community and just what we were looking for. The public beach is just a few complexes away to the south and you can also pick up the free Siesta Breeze trolley right outside the complex to get to the main Siesta Beach or to Siesta Key Village. We loved the Sun Garden Cafe for breakfast and Ophelia's for a special romantic dinner. We're already making plans to come back to this cute little villa again!

In one word…Spectacular! Well appointed apartment above a double boat well. Love the boat access only. Has a breakwall so docking is easy. Area is peaceful with daily visits from ospreys and bald eagles. The apartment itself is very comfortable with a full kitchen. The bedroom has a very comfortable mattress and a generous bathroom with a rather large shower and plenty of hot water 😎 An additional raft has a fire ring for evening campfires. The raft the house sits on has a walkway around the house so it’s easy to find a place with just the right amount of sun and wind. Kayaks are available with floating docks so entry is easy. We normally rent oceanfront but this is much better. Looking forward to coming back soon 😊

We stayed at this second-story, ocean-front condo for 10 days in January, 2021 and had a great time. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. There is no oven, and it took some time to understand how to use the microwave/convection system. The internet was also a touch slow. But those are the only minor issues. The unit was clean and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. Well worth the price. Close to the BBQ's and the beach. We give it a 9.5 out of 10.

We were so excited to leave our land locked home in KY to wake up every morning to the beachfront Air bnb! It had everything we needed and the kitchen helped us save money by eating meals at home!the pool and beach were just steps away and we loved our gorgeous view every time we looked toward the balcony! Hello to all that read these reviews. I have had the pleasure of staying at Napili Shores resort four times. Two of those trips were through iTrip vacations. Throughout the process I have had constant contact with iTrip. This year, as you can imagine, there were times when I was worried our trip would be canceled. iTrip updated me throughout the six moths leading to our departure. When We got to Maui, our room was waiting for our arrival, the lights were on, the TV was playing the Hawaiian channel and the room was nice and cool. Hand sanitizer, beach towels and a nice welcome note was on the kitchen table. It was these small details that made this experience more special. If you are the type that likes housekeeping to come make your bed and bring fresh towels each day, those accommodations are available to you. I like my privacy and prefer to wash my own towels and that is also an option. Even though I have been to Maui four times and iTrip Maui has only accommodated us two of those trips, it has been a great experience and pleasure working with them. Thank You

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, pristinely clean, and light filled home on the water. We relished lounging on the spacious deck, looking out on the river, marveling at all the birds flying by. The panoramic views from the master bedroom in particular took out breath away. Let me start by saying, wow! Our family was heading to visit family, but when they got sick we needed to find an alternative family vacation spot. It was a last minute booking so we didn't know what we might find. Luckily we found this property. Everything looked great online, but we were still keeping expectations low. We booked and immediately called Peter to coordinate our last minute stay and discuss a few particulars. Peter was so responsive, kind, and made the entire process so easy and immediately made us feel welcome, like HE was excited for us to stay! Expectations were raised. Our expectations were blown out of the water the second we checked in. Peter and his team have thought of EVERY detail. We were emailed with a detailed book of the property, grounds, restaurants, shopping, etc. Everything we could possibly need to know to make our stay great. Then there was the house itself. The property is GORGEOUS! Spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated and appointed. You will want for nothing in this house. We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs in our day, this didn't feel like a house at all, it felt like a high end, 4-star hotel! Peter and his team have thought of literally everything and left no stone unturned. Kitchen was fully stocked, fancy little shampoos and soaps (I mean who doesn't love these), TV with so many channels it had something for even the pickiest kids, plus access to all the streaming platforms you could dream of. However, with the pool literally steps away from the front door and the beach just up the road, gorgeous paths and nature reserves, Harbor Town and shopping at your fingertips, and Savannah an easy day trip away, we didn't use the TV much. My kids were devastated at check out and my daughter asked if we could live there now, and my wife and I totally understood the feeling. Listen, point blank, this was our absolute favorite family vacation in years, and it was all thanks to Peter's hospitality and this beautiful property, full stop. If you are considering this home, stop considering and book it. We've never been repeat vacationers, this spot has changed that. We will be back each year for as long as they are renting.

This was our first trip to Carolina beach and we were not disappointed. The condo was just as described and the views were amazing! There were tons of toys/ board games to help keep the little ones busy and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. One of our favorite things was sitting on the spacious balcony each evening. Everyone I spoke with went out of their way to make sure everything was just as it should be. My only complaint was there was a slight bug problem, hopefully that will be taken care of shortly.

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at Cocktails & Dreams! Truly Paradise! The condo complex is quiet and secure. The condo has many modern amenities and updates. The location is perfect for walking and biking- we loved the 2 bikes available and easily rented 2 more bikes for the week. The condo is close to beach, sunset, restaurants and shopping! The pool is great too! Scott and Tina answered all of our questions quickly and are very accommodating! We highly recommend Cocktails & Dreams and are looking forward to our next stay!

I found this stay on line as I was looking at VRBO for Gatlinburg area. My family was very happy with this booking. The location was great as it is off the Parkway but still very close to everything we did. The great perk was each day we got a free ticket for something we wanted to do. The savings made this even a better stay. We also used the outdoor pool and it was nice. Another bonus was we could walk out at night and had a great view of the fireworks at Dixie Stampede. We already plan another stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay in the newly remodeled 801!! From the reservationist, to our contact person, all involved were eager to make sure all went well!! Kudos to you!! The e-mail of door and pool codes just before our arrival made everything easy. We had a coffee pot issue, but not for long - we were given a replacement pronto!! My family of 5 had an amazing time at Sanibel 1701. The place is exactly as it is described in the pictures. The view is gorgeous. Very spacious and well equipped-even down to the beach toys and chairs. The location is great-very quiet. Definitely recommend having a car since the closest store is about a 25 minute walk. The washer and dryer are pretty old and the washing machine gave us some issues the last day, but the management was very apologetic. Overall, would definitely stay again.

Great location and very comfortable house with all the conveniences! Easy access to Jug Creek, Charlotte Harbor and Boca Grande Pass. Close to marinas and restaurants. Great boat lift, but use is subject to something greater than low tide. No where to leave boat off lift and tied up. Really would be great if sea wall had a couple of pilings set so that would be possible.

We loved Panorama Perch! The house looked exactly as photographed and was a great place for our group of 8. It could definitely could accommodate a few more if a larger group was planning to stay. Kitchen was a bit tight when cooking for a large group, but well stocked and clean. The views are AMAZING from the porch and the hot tub was a nice addition. Bus stop is a bit of a walk down the hill - up on the way home. We had rental cars making the trip to town easier. Overall it was a great experience and loved our first time in Breck!

This is our second time staying at the little lagoon cottages in 2 different beach homes and it was just as wonderful as the first. The homes are spacious, have plenty of rooms/bathrooms, very clean and well kept. Beach access straight across the street is very convenient and a very short walk. There is also a beautiful view of the lagoon by the homes right beside the pool. We have always enjoyed gulf shores and staying with Itrip at the little lagoon cottages is such a pleasant vacation experience

Otter Banks at Mercer Lake was all that we had hoped for our family getaway. This home is amazing, views are incredible, plenty of space for all of us to spread out and the kitchen is well stocked. We even ventured out in the kayaks one not so cold morning even though it was November. Emily was great to work with and when we requested extra towels they were there in a jiffy and plenty of them. My only suggestion would be to add a few cozy throw blankets in the living room to cuddle up with and a few extra blankets in the closest for the beds for those of us who like to sleep in a cooler room.

This has been the most wonderful trip we have taken, possibly ever. Turn of the River is the perfect place to stay when visiting Folly Beach and Charleston. The convenient location puts you within a 20 minute drive of Charleston and a 10/15 minute walk to the beach. We never had any problems with parking, the pool is nicely maintained and wasn't ever crowded, the dock is a great place to sit and have a drink, and for those of you who can't do stairs there's an elevator. The Condo itself was spacious, clean and very well maintained. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms are nice. It was really great that there's a washer and dryer in the unit, coming home with clean clothes is the best. The owners have provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay and a well appointed kitchen for cooking meals. The view of the river was so peaceful from both the screened in porch and the unscreened patio. Dave the property manager was the cherry on top of the whole vacation. He was WONDERFUL to work with!!!!!!!!! He sent all of our information in a timely manner. When the cleaning crew advised him that there was an issue with one of the shower drains he got someone in immediately to resolve the problem. He was available for all of my questions and was so helpful! Folly Beach itself was beautiful. I'd recommend walking, or parking away from the Tides Hotel and the Pier, its a little crowded right there off center street. Snapper Jacks, Lost Dog Cafe, Island Grill, and Taco Boy were our favorite restaurants. For some lovely views and good sea shell hunting head down the beach to Morris Island Lighthouse. Its a long walk but it is worth it. We now have a new favorite vacation spot and will be returning as often as possible.

This unit is fabulous. Loved the large rooms and updated furniture. The master shower is the best I have ever used. It could use a larger hot water tank. Difficult for 6 people to shower after the beach. The ventless wash/dryer was very difficult to operate and took much too long to just wash. Would up using the wash dryer machines provided on each floor. The condo amenities were fantastic. Loved the pool and grills. The distance to the beach access was cumbersome but nothing can be done about that. We are hoping to stay here again next year.

My wife and I along with our Poochies have been staying at this Newport cottage for the past 2 years. The location is ideal, dog park right across the street and the beach 2 blocks away. We rent bikes and travel along Ocean Ave. and enjoy the beautiful view. If you love seafood, Newport will not disappoint. Oysters, clams, awesome clam chowder, and grilled fish of your liking. The set up of the condo was nice. I have stayed in condos where the beds were awful and these beds were not bad. They were pretty good. That is something a big importance to me as I have a bad back. The owners were gracious and excellent to work with. My one complaint would be cleanliness of the condo. Doesn’t look like it has been deep cleaned for a very long time, for example, drapes have dirt inches thick and while understanding that it’s a condo on the beach I don’t believe the floors have been cleaned before we we got there. Master bedroom, television was broken. However, was quickly replaced and fixed..

Just returned from an absolutely fabulous 3 night stay at Northern Lights #3. From the check in process, to the cleanliness, to the amenities, to the check out, we haven't a single complaint. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos. Clean, well maintained, and very well stocked. Lots of bedding, towels, kitchen supplies. There is a dishwasher, big fridge & freezer, washer/dryer, coffee maker, and more. Even hairdryers in the bathrooms. The walk to the village is downhill, and takes 7-10 mins. I suppose it might be slightly more difficult in the snow, but as we were there in May, the road was clear and the walk was easy. It is UPHILL on the way home, but that was ok for us as it helped burn off some extra calories consumed while enjoying the Longhorn patio!! I highly recommend this rental property, and look forward to the day we can return for a longer stay!

My husband and I were obsessed with this little cozy place! It felt like the beach shack of our dreams!! Everything was comfortable and clean!! The kitchenette did it’s job and has everything you need!! The bathroom was clean and the shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case you forget some!! Our favorite parts was the screened in porch, how cozy the whole place was AND how close it was to the beach!!!! Spent most of our time by the beach and would come back for snacks and refreshers. It was the perfect set up, can’t wait to be back!!!

We celebrated a 30 year reunion with friends and never left the house. The home was perfect for our group with pool, hot tub and pickleball court. (You may need to look around for the paddles). The covered porch with lake view was the highlight where we gathered and talked. We highly recommend this home and responsive management company. This is such an amazing house! The pictures do not do it justice as it appears that much of the living furniture, the balcony furniture, and the art throughout the house has been updated. The house is so spacious with plenty of space for everyone to gather in the common living space or find some solitude in their own quarters. The kitchen is very well-stocked and even has a pantry space with plenty of space for the groceries we brought for the week. The views from the balcony are simply breathtaking. How does it get any better than this.... well I learned they are installing a pool and outdoor entertainment area after the first of the year. We will definitely be returning!

I booked the condo as I was coming to town with a group for the Run Rabbit Run 100 event. The condo was in great condition and the views were spectacular - mountains and golf course views! I would book this place again and I can only imagine it would be perfect location for skiing in the winter!

We stayed 5 nights in the Aztec house. It is on the water, in a quiet part of the neighborhood. It is about a 10-12 minutes drive from the gate to the house, but well worth it. Kitchen has an induction cooktop, with a little learning curve on that, if unfamiliar. YouTube TV is available which was familiar to us as well as other apps. It has a good theater room, some of the family enjoyed several movies in there while others played games. We did bring out favorite games, there are some things for kids to do, but best to bring your own. When the pool opens for summer, it will be very nice and the not tub was nice. The kayaks were used by our teenagers and they loved it. House has a very nice Master Bed and Bath, with walk out patio that leads to lower level with nice seating. The other 3 bedrooms upstairs share a Jack-n-Jill style bathroom. The bunk room is off one of the bedrooms. There are 2 full bathrooms downstairs and those were used by several - so it worked just fine. The downstairs bedroom had it's own bathroom, which worked well for our son who has physical challenges. For the length of stay and amount of people in and out (busy family - only all there for 2 nights) there were sufficient towels and toilet paper. I appreciate the good communication from Jeff - before, during and after. The family enjoyed the Foosball table as well as the ping pong table. We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this was one of the best. The sunset is beautiful from the deck.

We were looking for an interesting place to stay for our trip to Salem and we found it in The Warlock House! If you are a Halloween enthusiast, this is the place for you. The website shows the love the owners put into this home and the spooky theme. The home was spotless and the location was very quiet. We loved that each room was different and everything from the décor to the dishes to the special 'incantations' for Alexa added some extra fun. All the lighting was clearly labeled and we enjoyed trying different color combinations. The beds were super comfy after a long day of sightseeing and I loved trying out the different room sprays for an aromatherapy experience. This rental is almost like an attraction in itself! The location is great and easily walkable to any of the Salem museums, restaurants and activities. I appreciated the detailed emails about check in/ out, how to find the property, parking at the site as well as in town, things to see & do in and around Salem. The welcome gift was also a nice touch. I would give it 10 stars if I could and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our time at Hoosier Hideaway! This house is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you can think of for a comfortable home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of wares to serve a large crew. This place is a dream for kids (of all ages!) - the basement kept our children (ages 12, 10, 8 & 7) entertained for hours with all the fun games and things to do and also had space for my husband and I to have time together upstairs. (My husband was very proud of his high score on the pinball machine.) The hot tub was a great addition. We loved all the baby gear that was provided so we didn't need to bring things for our 10 month old. We didn't have a chance to hike the trail out back but look forward to going back to do that another time. Also the iTrip staff was very easy to work with and we were very appreciative of their flexibility.

We had a great weekend at the Antlers at Snowflake Life. The condo was spacious, very comfortable and had a great location. The multiple levels were great for us traveling with teenage kids and their friends. We basically had our own quiet floor. The condo contained everything we needed for a fun filled mountain weekend. Breckenridge power did go out one night during our stay and the management of itrip was very responsive helping to get our car out of the garage at the crack of dawn. Thank you for a great weekend!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Treasure Island. Convenient location next door to a grocery store and a short walk across the street to the beach. While staying at the unit we had a couple of minor issues which management addressed right away. We were very pleased with the booking process, ease of check in, and ease of contacting the host. No surprises from what we originally saw on line. The morning sunrise from the balcony is a great way to start the day and we appreciated the shade in the evening.

I thought everything was top-shelf for our intended use. Great location, as advertised, clean, etc. I thought the management company/personnel were excellent in communication and function. The pre-visit/visit guidebook was an excellent online tool that covered all aspects and included my acid-test item (what type of coffee device - I usually have to ask). There was one blessing/curse. The condo was evidently recently upgraded in the kitchen and we personally had a struggle operating most of the appliances due to the hi-tech nature. Some simple instructions would be nice going forward for us old-school folks. Example, due to the latency of getting hot water, even understanding the kitchen sink control direction was time-consuming the first time. And the stove, microwave, and dishwasher required experimentation and thought. The condo was well fitted with humidifier and portable heaters for personal preference. Three full modern baths was very nice. Overall, excellent stay, great location with easy access to elevator, parking, and slopes. Would repeat without hesitation, especially due to the communications and response of the management staff. Kudos!

We stayed at Silver Shells St. Croix 405 and it was absolutely beautiful. This condo fit all of our needs and then some. First they had everything you could need in the kitchen, including a coffee pot and a keurig. Second we did not have to rush out to the store because there was toilet paper, soap, paper towels, dish and dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent already there. We did buy some and replenish to pay it forward. Third the condo is updated and decorated so pretty. We never had to wait for an elevator. It was a great location. We had fun at the beach bar and pool. The beach was spectacular! It was perfect for our stay. We hope to go back there again in the near future and would definitely stay here again. Lastly when I called with some questions before our trip they were so helpful and kind. We highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was great. We did a girls trip and slept 8 comfortably. The beach service is great and the beach is just steps away from the condo. The location is close to many great restaurants as well as grocery stores. The condo had everything we need to cook in as well. The balcony is spacious and has a great view.

Me and my wife came here to relax and get away and we did just that. The condo looks exactly as pictured. The renovated kitchen was my favorite with the nice counter tops and bar area. The view was breath taking, we had plenty of privacy on our balcony to sit and enjoy our view. Although we didn’t utilize the second bedroom the master bed was nice and comfortable. We brought our own sheets and pillow cases which made it so comfy and gave it that homey feel. Everything was pretty much renovated but the tub/shower combo was not. We also didn’t get any internet access. The owners did reach out to the HOA but I don’t think they got it fixed in time because we were unable to utilize it for our stay. Other than that I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a nice, relaxing beach getaway with privacy! It’s in a central location, me and my wife didn’t have to travel over 5mins for anything. This was an overall beautiful condo and we will look Forward to staying again!

First time branching out and trying a new home/condo and greatly pleased we did. The area is a perfect location as it feels like it’s right in the middle of everything you’d want to go to. Whether that be going to Seaside for dinner or up to Miramar Beach to go to the silver sand outlet mall. The house was also great with its space and size. And the personal golf cart was very nice, especially to go get some breakfast biscuits from Stinkys bait shop in the morning!

We've stayed at this home multiple times and each time it has been flawless. The electronics in the house are brand new. The beds and bedding are premium. There is a washer and dryer. There is no street noise. Want to cook? There is a chef's kitchen too. It's the perfect place to bring the family and enjoy Charleston because the location is in the middle of everything. Compared to hotel prices at high end places down the street, it is an absolute bargain. We try to book here every time we're in town.

Our family would like to Thank you for helping us to have such a memorable family vacation. My husband and I were the first to arrive and I could not believe a place could be so beautiful and the view was just breathtaking. As each of our family members arrived just seeing the expressions on their faces. Most beautiful place we have ever stayed. We all had a blast and made so many fun memories. The only problem we had was that our TV'S did not work from Saturday, all the way til check out on Tuesday. We had planned on getting pizzas and watching the Nascar race at Darlington Sunday night which that didn't work out. They kept updating us that Spectrum was on the site working on the cable issue..That was our only issue. Again we would like to thank you and hopefully I will be so lucky to be able to get a place like this next Labor Day weekend. We have been doing the Labor Day week-end for the past 30 years and our family just keeps growing. Thanks for the memories.

We found this rental to be very clean, modern, and spacious. We were in the area for a family wedding at The Chapel at Ana Villa in The Colony. With 5 bedrooms, there was room for the whole family. The grandkids enjoyed running around the backyard. The living area was comfortable. The kitchen was updated and the table fit us all. The host was super accommodating and set up a crib and a pack n play, and also provided a high chair. We would highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at Wisteria. The history, the architecture and the delightful art on the outdoor walls were just the start. The bedrooms had good mattresses and bedding and the rooms were nicely appointed. The location could not have been better. We would definitely return for another stay if we could work out the long walk to the parking garage. It was a but much for two 80+ aged people.

This is our second year to rent this property and we love it. The house is perfect for the 7 of us and the location is breathtaking with beautiful views of the ocean. We feel very safe in this gated community and the restaurants and shops are all within walking distance of the house. We love the Sunrise Cottage and will be back next year

We stayed last week at Indigo 301 at North Beach Resort & Villas. First and most importantly, dealing with iTrip was a pleasant experience. Communication was quick, check in and out was a breeze, everyone was very personable. A pleasure. As for the condo, it was the nicest we have ever rented at North Beach, and we have stayed in a lot of units there over the years. Spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and a superb location in the Indigo building. View was awesome, and super convenient to the elevators and pool areas. It exceeded our expectations! North Beach continues to set the bar high, property is well maintained, staff was helpful, pool and beach areas were immaculate and managed very well. All in all, a wonderful experience. Really enjoyed the view and the oversized balcony. Walkable to center off gulf shores. Unit was very clean. Only suggestions would be to install black out curtains in both bedrooms. 2nd BR had no curtains at all and is right off the outdoor walkway. The lights are really bright outside for safety reasons.

Had a wonderful time staying at this Sandroc condo. Well appointed, fully stocked with all necessary things for a short or long stay. We have been to the greater Palm Springs area many times and this property was very clean, has great amenities and its location was ideal for us. Walk to many great shops and restaurants on El Paseo. Already looking forward to returning next year.

We recently staying at the Blanchard estate in Dundee with a group of family and friends for a week of wine and food. This was a perfect location and had plenty of room for our group. This kitchens were well stocked and we did a fair amount of cooking. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful location amongst the vineyards. Check in and check out were easy. I would highly recommend this house for a large party staying in the Dundee area.

We could not have wished for a more peaceful, relaxing 3 weeks beside the ocean. Everything was perfect, accept the living room couches were very close to the ground and hard to get out of. That was our only complaint. All the beach chairs and umbrellas you will need.

We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay here! All was properly set up and ready when we arrived. Strong A/C, bathrooms on the small side, but beds, pillows, linens, and towels were all clean and perfect. Full kitchen and SubZero fridge were greatly appreciated. Fiber internet was blazing fast. I highly recommend, but please don’t take me up on the suggestion… I do not want you driving up the rental rate on this place! ;-)
