We had easy access to our cabin and room for ample parking. The cabin was just as subscribed online and was very spacious to accommodate my entire family. The hot tub and pool kept the kids entertained in the evening. The arcade game and pool table was a hit with everyone. The only issue we had was with the washer and dryer however they took care of it and replaced it with a new one the very next day. They communicated often and made sure our trip was going OK. I would highly recommend to anyone especially someone with a large family!

We stayed during spring break of March 2024 very nice and clean beautiful view close to everything we wanted to do and very quiet. I highly recommend this as a place to stay . We had 15 family members there and they all said that they would stay there again.

The cabin was great, however it did have a few minor issues. The rails on the outside were loose and it made me a little nervous with the kids. The sofa bed in the living room the bed itself was broken and the mattress was molded which caused us to be one bed short for our guest. Overall it was a great place with a great view.

The cabin was really nice but the beds/mattresses need updated, the sheets were really rough, and the floors were dirty. Other than that it was a great location with lots of rooms.

We had a great stay at the Cabin. Scenery was lovely and free Xplorie tickets were easy to use and there were many choices to choose from. The cabin however lacked basic amenities that affected the overall stay. Floors and rugs were soiled, there was no broom in the cabin to sweep dust an pine needles. Blankets and Linens were minimal. Two beds in the basement had sheets only. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, zero spices including salt and pepper. No dish soap. One roll of toilet paper for each bath room, and one roll of paper towels. Although we were prepared with some supplies, I really don't want to have pack or purchase an entire kitchen when I'm going on vacation. Had to call customer service as there was an issue with the door lock and code upon arrival. Noone came out until the following day to assess. I'll rethink this before staying at this location again.

Cabin was beautiful with gorgeous view, it was big and spacious. The rooms were nice but the beds made so much noise with every movement lol. I think that's the only negative thing about it everything else was perfect.

The cabin was great, enough room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, and the cabin was clean. I have few minor issues—the mattress were bad, it was like sleeping on a rock, the sofa sleeper in the living room was missing a couple of springs. The glider on the porch was broken, the dryer did not dry , we had to run it two or three times before the clothes were dried, the hot tub did not have a hose to fill it back up, no one came to change the ac filter, the remotes did not have a back on them and we didn’t know which remote controlled which device. Besides these minor issues, we still had a lovely stay and a great time. Thanks for the offer of a Duncan Donuts card but we do not have one around here.

Our family of fourteen spent five days in one of your beautiful log homes, in Covered Bridge Resort. We traveled from three different states to be together, and had the time of our lives. The home was beautiful and well appointed for our entertainment and comfort. We have all agreed, we would like to make this trip again, sometime in the future. These log homes are conveniently close to all amenities, including both necessities and entertainment, while still being tucked into a beautiful mountainside. Everything was clean and in good working order.

Our stay was really great. I do have a few suggestions that I think would make the stay better. Update the washer and dryer as the dryer does not dry very well. Get new pool cues as the current cues do not have any tips. Keep a broom and small vacuum for guests to clean up if they need during their stay. Lastly maybe update a few of the beds as some of them are very noisy, hard or have no comfort to them. All in all it was a great stay for us. They view was better than expected, kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat with, the jacuzzi was awesome, and we weren't too far from anything!!

Cabin was clean and nice. Would suggest investing in new mattresses and better pillows--flat pillows just don't sleep well.. Or, bring your pillows from home. The master mattress was good. Others said the main floor bedrooms and basement mattresses were loud and uncomfortable. Glad they had parking to accommodate 4 vehicles. Other houses in this complex would not be able to accommodate that.

Spacious and well equipped but fell short in a couple areas. Jacuzzi didn't work upon arrival because circuit breaker had popped. After a call and finding the problem it read 104F. Once jets were turned on it jumped to 107F. Couldn't get temp to go down. An owner's manual or instructions would have been helpful. There was a light bulb burned out in dining area which wasn't really a big deal but reflected on attention to details. More than one window blind did not have wands to adjust. Either up or closed were the options. The large windows in living room for about 2-3 hours mid-day let in so much sunlight it's uncomfortable and blinding for those who want to use the couch facing the television. Deck has a rocker chair that's broken. Nice view, nice location, unit just needs some TLC.

Thank you for being a valued guest. Without our knowledge, a breaker had flipped servicing the hot tub. The maintenance staff was happy to quickly resolve this issue. The light bulb was working while the cleaning staff was present. The team would have been happy to replace the bulb if we had been informed. The window blinds in this unit are adjusted with cords , wands are not used for these blinds. The extra high living room windows are not equipped with blinds to allow for natural light. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, and we were glad we could respond quickly to your request. This unit has been reinspected by our staff. We had a great extended family vacation at Smoky Mountain Haven. It is just outside of Pigeon Forge on the Gatlinburg side so easy access for grabbing groceries and for going to the sites. Th skittle resort had cabins very close together but didn’t really feel cramped as they were on different elevations and there were trees everywhere. View from main deck was beautiful. Cabin was a good size for 7 adults and 3 kids were very comfortable. Bedrooms were comfortable, basic supplies to start were all provide and kitchen was well stocked with everyday items. Property was clean. Did not have to interact with rental company at all. There were a couple minor wear and tear items I will notify with the maintenance. Very happy with our stay.

We loved our cabin. It was perfectly set up for our group. Plenty of space to spread out and hood areas to spend time together. The cabin was clean and well appointed. The air conditioning worked great (which was nice since it was soooo hot outside). Even though the cabin is in a suburban set up (not remote) the views were great and we never had an issue with privacy. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Overall we had a great family vacation in Pigeon Forge and the location of the house was great. The house accommodated our family of 10 with ease and we enjoyed the 3 levels which allowed everyone to have their own space. However, the house is dirty! Seemed the floors hadn’t been mopped in months. We wore shoes while inside to keep our feet from being black from the floors. The carpets were also dirty and need to be deep cleaned or replaced. The dryer was not working when we arrived but someone was out the same day to repair. Dishwasher also leaks and wasn’t able to be repaired. Overall, could be an excellent rental but needs some attention from a maintenance and cleanliness.

it was a really nice cabin the only compaint i had was the hot water 2 people took showers and we had cold water and there was 14 of us. That caused us to get out of there very late that day and when you are on a limited time schedule that hurts.

The floors were very dirty (tile & carpet) especially the tile & living room area rug; the downstairs shower was stopped up; there was no door mat at the entrance - therefore we constantly tracked in dirt & debris. I called management because the tile floors were absolutely 'sticky' - and they did come out an mop (sorta) and also unstopped the drain. There was no dish washing detergent to run the dishwasher. Also no coffee filters . the actual cabin was nice - but the cleaning was definitely substandard.

Thank you so much for taking care of us during our stay. The first cabin we went to had some plumbing issues. We called maintenance and within two hours he was there. After looking at the leaks he knew it would take time to repair the plumbing. Within the hour you gave us a call and upgraded us to even a nicer cabin. This was not expected. The first cabin was beautiful and secluded! The second cabin was very nice. Not secluded however both places were beautiful! Thank you so much for taking our concerns and addressing them right away. Nice to know that someone really cares how your stay goes. Thank you!

This cabin was great for our large family! We had 8 adults, a 4 yo, and 2 infants. There was plenty of space and linens for the long weekend. The kitchen was stocked well and we had a great time!

The cabin overall was fine. Good parking, good location, supplied fairly well , with the exception of only having 3 small spoons and 4 forks and was enjoyable. However, one of the downstairs baths shower didn't work at all and the masters jet tub didn't work at all. I emailed the property owners on Christmas eve about these items and while I never expected them to come out on Christmas, they did not even respond to me period. Didn't come out after Christmas either. I still found the cabin enjoyable.

With my family living in 3 different states, it is hard for us all to get together, Also with the addition of grandchildren, we don't all fit in my house any more. We decided to try meeting in the middle. We had a great time. Plenty of room and well stocked The small maintenance problems we had were answered in record time.
