HOUSE RULES:
  1. Guest agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Guest found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
  2. All dishes are to be placed in dishwasher and started before checking out.
  3. All garbage should be removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles before checking out.
  4. Close all blinds in all rooms before checking out.
  5. Turn off all lights and appliances before checking out. 
  6. The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 6 people, not including a child in a crib.
  7. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
  8. Pets ARE allowed. $95 non-refundable pet fee. You must clean up after your pet inside and outside of the property. If evidence of pets, without permisson, are found in the unit after stay, you will be fined $300. 
  9. Smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited. You will be fined $500 if evidence of smoking is found in the unit for carpet cleaning and deodorizing.
  10. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-one (21).
  11. Guest and any visitors of guests shall obey all laws of the state of Idaho, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Idaho or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
  12. Guests must comply with this good neighbor notice. This property is a privately owned home. Please treat this property as you would your own home. You agree to close and lock all doors and windows when you are not on property, and at check-out. Guests agree to be respectful of neighbors and not be disruptive to neighbors, community or traffic issues prompting complaints. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. All parking procedures are listed and agreed to by guest. Be kind. Be mindful. Be a good neighbor.
