The area is perfect. Close to the beach, close to downtown. Can't really think of anything important enough to note in terms of negatives. Short door is unfortunate because I've hit my head a few times, but hey what can ya do. Just remember to duck coming in and out. Love it here!!!!!

I was very skeptical about the condo at first, due to booking it online, but was very pleased. We did have to call with an issue, but it was handled and in a timely manner. Wendy was super sweet. (Answering Service was very polite). I was very pleased and will use it iTrip again and stay at Crystal Shores.

Our vacation starting Sunday, going pretty good but having a little problem with the remote on the TV and it’s been quite cold here so we’ve been trying to adjust the heat and having some problems with the new thermostat ., I put new batteries in the TV remote but it still don’t seem to help very much .

We had a great Stay in condo 616 at Royal Kahana. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The condo was spotless and had plenty of room and a starter kit of soaps and toiletries. It also had a washer and dryer as well as hair dryer. Booking the condo was very easy and the communication through the entire stay was prompt and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

The home met our expectations. Was very clean and the amenities that were provided made for a comfortable stay. Would recommend anyone visiting Florence to give this home a try. Five minute drive to either of the two golf courses in town. Would stay again on a future outing.
