I was very skeptical about the condo at first, due to booking it online, but was very pleased. We did have to call with an issue, but it was handled and in a timely manner. Wendy was super sweet. (Answering Service was very polite). I was very pleased and will use it iTrip again and stay at Crystal Shores.

We stayed 1 week in H267. Although there were a few things that needed repair or updating, the condo was comfortable, had a great view over the lower pool and bay, and the folks from iTrip were thorough, efficient and kind.

This a a terrific property. The customer service is top knotch! Lovely ocean view from the exterior door stoop! The condition is very tired and worn And in need of refreshment. Well overdue for upholstery cleaning, floor replacement and detail cleaning. The door mats are nasty. Would be nice for the host to provide a few bottled waters and disposable coffee cups/reg cups.

Had an absolutely great time here around TLB....the condo is gorgeous with all the amenities you need. The view was spectacular and being that close to the beach was a plus. I would highly recommend this place and might even come back again!!!

Our Family of 6 and 2 doggies loved staying here. The location was excellent , the house was perfect! We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch having our coffee each morning. Be advised, the pool is not as pictured but they did come and put some chlorine in it when we called.
