Amazing unit and great hosts! The place is very spacious and has all the amenities you need to cook/clean/wash/etc. It’s a quick 5-10min walk to USC campus and the location is safe and quiet. The hosts are VERY responsive and helpful. There is also a parking space and street parking as well. I would definitely recommend this place…it was an excellent stay.

We had a perfect stay. The elevator was great for my Inlaws and everyone had their own room and space. The house was clean and balconies gave us a chance to feel the breeze. It was a short walk to the beach and just a great place to stay!

Great sunsets, comfortable room. Many supplies provided, toiletries, detergent.. Kitchen was limited. No basic kitchen cooking products- salt pepper oil sugar. Utensils- kinda cheap. Knives were very dull. Needed more pillows. Sunsets were awesome.

Great location. Place was great only a couple of minor issues, clothes dryer didn't work 100% and at times the A/C didn't seem to cool to the set temperature but it could've been that it was just too hot outside and the sun was too strong coming in through the glass wall which has no curtains. Also, the pool was a bit small. Overall great place, we would stay there again.

The property is located closed to everything (grocery, restaurants, seafood market and beach) and you can practically walk to all your destinations without driving. the house is nice for having a retreat with friends and family with lot of playing space for the kids. The management company is extremely responsive with the request and comments. Overall, very satisfy with the property.
