Very clean and simply decorated. Back yard is sloping and deer roam. .. you don't want your pet to be off leash. Must climb rocks to get to river for paddle boarding, but river great for this. Kitchen adequate but amount of serving ware is sparse. Overall it turned into a wonderful vacation spot once learned its idiosyncrancies.

Fins Up allowed us to enjoy a hassle free vacation during this pandemic. The pool provided a wonderful escape. Property was as described. We appreciated the washer and dryer (they do take some time to complete their cycles). Will be on my list when looking for a beach house that provides views of the gulf as well as a private pool.

We frequently stay at many of the houses on this street, hosted by Itrip. Winter is always a pleasure to deal with and is super responsive to any needs. The Sabadeco house (front house) has everything you need for a comfortable stay! It’s 1 block to the beach, so it’s an easy walk and there is a vendor you can rent chairs and an umbrella from at the closest beach. Nearby to everything!

This unit was great! Very clean! Well stocked with towels and linens of high quality ,beach chairs and all the kitchen supplies you could need. Good view of ocean and easy walk to the beach! Would highly recommend!

The condo location and view was amazing. Right on the beach. Nice pool area. The furniture and carpet in the condo is pretty dated. My friend ended up getting an upper respiratory infection, possibly from breathing bad air. The floor also was pretty dirty. I would stay again but not recommend to anyone with asthma or breathing issues. If owner would remove carpet, that would be great.
