Beach breeze was a great house. The kitchen was lacking a few basics, but It was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for our multiple family getaway. The air conditioning was great.The location was awesome, the beach and the pool was just a short walk away. The views from the top two balconies are great! Would definitely book this property again.

We stayed at Calm Villa Sea Pines for 9 nights. The location cannot be beat. It is convenient to so much and the walkability to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center is fantastic! The villa is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for meals in as well. My husband worked several days remotely and found the loft area to be a perfect work spot. We’d highly recommend this property!

Nice, comfortable 9-night stay for my family's vacation. No frills, homey accommodations. Definitely felt lived in. Upkeep lacking some on interior and exterior yard area remained uncleaned while others in the area were cleaned nicely. Ran out of toilet paper. Overall pleased, would stay again. Walk to beach is more than 2 minutes.

Loved our stay. The beach is about a 5 min walk or if you have 4x4 and the beach is in good condition that day, you can pay $10 and drive on the beach. Lots of little extras that make the place feel welcoming like beach chairs, sand toys, spare coolers, etc... Would definitely stay here again.

Rogers house was perfect and very nice. When we got there we had a bit of trouble with the AC, but within an hour Jeff had a repairman out there and had it fixed ASAP and never had another issue til we left. Jeff was very accommodating. I would go back to that house for sure!
