We spent longer inside the condo than expected due to Hurricane Ian and it was a great place to stay safe. Steven and Sarah kept us updated before and during our trip. Balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the early morning or anytime really.

The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. I liked the simple decor that made it cozy wasn’t too cluttered. There were a few small things that I would have liked to see be done but they were small and didn’t upset my stay.

I was so impressed by my experience in booking and staying at this beautiful home on Fripp. I was one of the first renters of the home and was a little apprehensive but the responsiveness of the property management company and the service provided was outstanding. The home was beautiful, well equipped, well cared for, and in a great location. I would rent again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Great stay. House has all you could need and so efficiently set up and well organized. Owner was very responsive and allowed a last minute booking. Close to shopping and Sugarhouse Main Street and near highways to mountains. Very comfortable home with all the provisions. Will come back for sure. Thank you Jeff!

Able to rent at last minute. Took upper unit that is 2 bed/2 bath. Was as described, rustic, charming. Great kitchen and living space. Interior doors to bath/beds EXTREMELY narrow. Comfy beds, good closets, nice TV in both bedrooms and living area. Rough around the edges in bath rooms yet bedrooms were quaint. Ocean views were nice.
