We chose this house because we needed 3 bedrooms to accommodate six of us. The house is in a great location close to Beaver Creek for skiing and Avon for groceries and restaurants. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was clean, modern and bright and had a great layout for us. The balcony was the best place for us to sit and unwind or have coffee in the am. Plenty of amenities and a super short walk to town. Only downfall is there was no full length mirrors (not a huge deal but always helpful to have especially with a group of women!)

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the House of Shells this week! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, fixing meals in the well-equipped kitchen, playing the supplied board games, and using the gas grill out back. The decor is just beautiful and the townhome is sparkling clean! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us to make precious memories

The location is great; it is located just few minutes from the historic district. We also enjoyed the nearby local dining places. We loved our stay at the Octopus Sanctuary and looking forward to go next year.

Romantic getaway for couples

We came to the area to celebrate our one year anniversary after eloping to Sullivan’s island in 2022. The unit was very clean and just steps from the beach. The screened in porch was a very nice bonus! It was a perfect choice for our romantic getaway for 2.
