Someplace Else was indeed unique. A very rustic cottage where you can lay your head down on the pillow at night and really and truly hear the crashing of the surf outside you window. Everything worked, the ice maker, the AC, the stove, fan at stove, etc. We had a great, low key time and we would come to see you at Someplace Else again. Thank you!

We took a last minute trip to Gulf Shores since Hurricane Irma was plummeting the entire state of Florida when we were supposed to be at Disney World! We chose this location last minute and we are glad we did. Plenty of room for 2 families! Nice pool and super cool outside kitchen! You can't go wrong with this location!

Awesome condo on the beach with great views

Amazing views from the balcony of the beach/ocean. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We were a family of 4 and the place was large enough for all to be very comfortable.

Kingston Arms at St. Armand's Circle (Sarasota)

Had a great time at the condo at Kingston Arms. Clean, roomy, and close to everything you need...great bars, restaurants, and of course, the beach. Management company was fabulous, from well before arrival until after check-out. They followed up with us regularly to check if we needed anything. Just an overall enjoyable week in Sarasota.

Our stay was really lovely, I couldn't ask for a rental with better views or access to such great parts of Oregon. We had a grand time and recommend taking them up on their winery recommendations. Corey was such a helpful manager of the property, so responsive to all of our questions and needs.
