From what just happened with IAN...the place over all was not too bad....the whole front deck was off...and the pools were not available...room was great and newly decorated...clean except two palmetto bugs on the bathroom floor...great job everyone....will be back.

Great Condo for a quick getaway

Great condo and location for a quick get away. Very clean. Only downside, is not being able to see the sunrise or sunset directly from balcony due to the building being nestled between 2 other buildings, nor a lounge chair on the balcony...but otherwise, it was a great view of the Gulf/beach and great spot!

Definitely kitchy and Austin "weird" as all the reviews say. Furnishings and beds are all comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. Layout is perfect for a big group. Would have been nice if the property would have been cleaned up a bit. Outside patio could have been swept and outdoor furniture cleaned off.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We fit 4 adults very comfortable. Kitchen, living area, bathroom and deck space were all nice and comfortable. Loved the large patio - it was great for fireworks. Great home base for downtown Park City and the Unitas.

Great location, very clean and comfortable condo. Attentive owners and very easy to get in touch with. They were helpful with questions, clear with instructions for coming and going and very friendly. Building was safe (girls traveling alone), quiet, and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!
