The master room combines the main kitchen area, with a dining table with room for six, and a king size bed overlooking the beach. The first balcony comes off from the sleeping area, and provides a private spot for relaxing, reading, sunbathing, people watching, or gazing out at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough kitchenware, pots, pans, and eating utensils to take care of a full house, and is beautifully decorated with new cabinetry, granite counter-tops, and stainless appliances.

The second room combines a comfortable full size bed, private bathroom, and a unique living room area with large very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa and over-sized matching chair. There's plenty of room for all to relax in this area, and includes a large screen flat-panel TV and it's own walk-out beachfront balcony.

The Island Inn Resort is directly on the sand, with a fabulous beachfront heated swimming pool, Resort Tiki Bar, volleyball courts, and of course, the Gulf of Mexico out the back door. World famous Caddy's Beachfront bar is just a few minutes walk down the sand, and you can catch the trolley up to John's Pass Village right outside the front door. The Resort has its own dock on the Bay for fishing or pulling up your boat, and there are places to rent kayaks or Stand Up Paddleboards nearby.
