Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property. Failure to follow this rule will result in tenant(s) removal from the property and forfeiture of rent money.

Unlike many local rental homes, beds are made with fresh sheets when you arrive, so there's no need to strip them at the end of your stay. Additionally, iTrip provides sheets and towels (kitchen and bath) at no extra cost.
