I have visited the Seacrest area multiple times in recent years and have rented Condos and Homes and this was by far the most well equipped, spacious, well located and comfortable unit yet. For a large group, they have everything required for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Top Notch! 5 Star!

We are in town often. We’ve stayed at Sunny side up before, it’s perfect! We love how peaceful and quiet this area is. Having the pool right down the back steps with views of the marina🌟 Win! And just a couple of blocks to the beach.

Grew up in Charleston, moved to FL 20 yrs ago. When unable to secure petsitter for bullmastiff during T'giving,turned to this pet-friendly rental. It was exactly as advertised! The location, the price, the urban vibe made it perfect. The owner paid attention to every detail! Would def stay again if there was no room at sister's or daughter's lol.

Short, 2 day stay but well worth it! Better than a hotel and it came at basically the same cost. House was clean and provided everything we needed. Entry into the home was easy and communication with the host was great as well.
