Great location and very relaxing

Isle Be Back Down is located on a less busy street, but with easy access to the beach. There is also a handicapped accessible beach access close by at 34A. The house had everything we needed including a relaxing patio and back yard area. We hope to come back again!

We loved the location and the updated suite. It was great being right in the heart of everything and for a reasonable price. The location was clean and newer decor. We are picky, and this place was great! We would highly recommend this for your St Augustine stay!

We had the absolute best experience and stay at Somewhere On The Beach. The location is perfect, the home was stocked and very clean, and we received great service and quick response time on anything we needed. Would highly recommend and hope to maybe stay here again for future vacations!

Very clean and simply decorated. Back yard is sloping and deer roam. .. you don't want your pet to be off leash. Must climb rocks to get to river for paddle boarding, but river great for this. Kitchen adequate but amount of serving ware is sparse. Overall it turned into a wonderful vacation spot once learned its idiosyncrancies.

This place is larger than expected, very clean and organized. Everything was as described per the booking website. You can park two cars outside of the townhouse. Very quiet neighborhood and still close to Portland. Would recommend to stay again next time. Any cons was the bathroom vent was not working in the 3rd floor, shower pressure was a bit weak. Overall, very good!
