This is the first time we’ve stayed in Spanish Trace. We loved it! It’s a lot more quiet than any other place we’ve stayed at in St. Augustine. The pool was phenomenal and it’s a very short walk through the dunes to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Me and my wife have booked this condo 3 times. We keep going back because we love the fantastic beach view right outside the living room and master bedroom windows. Love sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and surfers alike. Many restaurants and shops within a few minutes walking distance too. We never have to move the car unless we decide to go to downtown Charleston!

We spent an awesome weekend at this well appointed house! Basically your own private block- big property! The kitchen was a great gathering spot and the beds accommodated everyone nicely. Will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love everything about it! The house is very clean, spacious and beautiful. We spent much of the week enjoying the lanai and large heated pool. The management company was easy to contact and quickly responded. We highly recommended this place!
