We had a very nice stay at Sunrise point in St. Augustine Beach. Thank you for for providing us the opportunity to rest a recuperate on the deck overlooking the ocean. The weather was perfect! We would recommend a little maintenance on the tile floors in the bathrooms, but otherwise we had no issues. Thank you for everything!!

Everything about this place is AAA+! The hot tub was brand new, everything was extremely clean and presentable, the firewood was stocked and easily accessible in the garage. It was honestly a perfect getaway for a perfect weekend. Thanks again!!

ITrip outdid themselves with this wonderful apartment on Hypolita in St. Augustine. The apartment is in a delightful quiet part of town, with walking access to everything you want to see and plenty of restaurants. The place has all the amenities you need, and they kept us very well informed throughout the reservation process and our stay. We’d definitely come back again!!

We loved the house. Here are a few things to take care of to enhance comfort of guests: blankets for sofa to curl up; clean windows; paper & pens; chalk for pool cues; missed having the paddle boat.

As the description says, this is a "vintage, rustic, old school beachfront cottage". It is set amongst newer styles of beachfront homes. The beach is visible from the cottage, but not right on the water. The open air deck and screened in porch are lovely.
