Swim By The Sea provided the perfect accommodations for our spring break trip! The home has plenty of room, with beautiful views, a great pool and hot tub; and is just a short walk to the beach. We also loved that the location of the home is not far from many fantastic restaurants! Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We hope to return in the future!

Beautiful beach right across street, huge private pool in backyard!

This is a beautiful house with an unobstructed gulf view, private salt water pool & great location close to eating & activities. Huge living room, big covered porch, all kid safe with safety rails everywhere. This is our 2nd year in a row, & we will be back. Bring all your spices, condiments, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, etc. There is no shade over the pool so bring plenty of umbrellas.

Great place perfect location

Recently spent 4 nights in this townhouse and loved it. The beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are nice and clean and the kitchen is fully equipped but the best part is the LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION Ski out the back door right onto the trail no walking at all even for a snowboarder and coming back there is 10 steps up from the trail to the house. Highly recommend this place.

This was our first time visiting Orange Beach and it did not disappoint. We LOVED that the house was located in a secure, gated community since we were traveling with our kids. The community pool was an easy walk and a nice way to end our days at the beach. The kids loved it! I highly recommend staying at Mariner's Retreat!
