Excellent condo located walking distance from downtown Scottsdale. Clean condo with updated appliances. Convenient and relaxing. Nice to sit out in patio area having coffee and socializing. Check out time at 10 am is a little early, but overall a great place for family or group of friends to enjoy Scottsdale.

It was great Stay. It is hard to describe this property in words, I am in love with this property. 1) Had a lot of space 2) View from the balcony was amazing. 3) super near to beach. 4) Last but not the least, Lazy river , water slide, pool ,hot tub , sauna in property is big plus.

Home was fantastic. Great location, and plenty of room for 3 couples. It had all the comforts of home, including Roku’s on all TV’s :) We enjoyed watching golfers play Harbor Town #2. Hard to believe some golfers pulled the ball that far left off the tee, but it definitely happened on a few occasions.

iTrip made staying at the Palms so easy - good communication before the trip, no need to meet in person to get into the unit, and a simple text to check out. And the condo was as advertised - clean, nice mattresses and good wi-fi speed. I have no hesitation in recommending iTrip or the Palms to anyone and everyone.

This is the best ski-in/out in Snowmass. 20 steps from the gondola, 30 steps from ice skating ring and 40 steps to ski school. Jordan from I-trip was texting and following up if we checked in ok (since our plane was delayed)
