We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation @ 317 Carnation. The villa is very comfortable, well fitted and very well positioned with easy access to the seafront and amenities. The owners were on hand to assist with local restaurant recommendations which were excellent. I have no hesitation recommending No 317 to anyone looking for the perfect family holiday.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo in Deer Valley, UT. The location and accommodations worked perfectly for my family escaping the AZ heat. We enjoyed the lake and beautiful views. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I’ll definitely be back again in the near future.

This condo was great. The location was perfect and an easy walk to the beach. It was very clean when we got there and very well equipped. James Fosbury was quick to respond with any questions we had. Clean, convenient and quiet with a wonderful view and easy access to the beach. The sunrises were beautiful. The rental team was responsive and answered the few needs we had. When we get an opportunity to visit again we certainly would rent this hidden gem again.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our ski trip to Vail. It was close to the mountain, clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and extremely accommodating. The manager came by to ensure we has everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and the place was beautiful! We will definitely be back!
