We found the home more than adequate and in a good location, close to all necessities. The swimming pool outside the bedroom made us very happy which added to our experience, except for the bed which was a little small. Neil and Tammy were very responsive to whatever needs we had. We highly recommend them!

Place was very nice. As advertised. If you’ve used other rental companies in the I-70 corridor, you have probably seen the ‘bait and switch’ game many companies play. ITrip and AirBnB are legit and you get the place you booked on line! I highly recommend!

Great beach house that is made for beach vacations. The attention to detail is in the durability and livability of the home. Great covered porch area for socializing and eating, Large dining area. Tankless water heater. Outdoor shower and hose for rinsing the beach away. A gas grill that gets hot enough to really cook. The home contributed to our great vacation.

Loved our stay! The area and neighborhood is so cute, dog friendly, and the house was clean and nice. Communication was clear and thorough. Pull out sofa bed is very comfortable (many aren’t.) Our only note is that we didn’t find the upstairs bed comfortable and struggled sleeping, but other than that, it was a great stay! :)

We had so much fun on my daughter's spring break! She brought 2 friends. We swam, lay in the sun, fished, ate, played games, and watched movies. An amazing place! You do not have to go anywhere if you so choose!
