This house is close to downtown, you can walk to everything. The property manager was very nice and left wine and snacks upon check in. My biggest complaint is the over grown yard and dirty outdoor areas. If these were cleaned up and maintained this property would be so much better. Over all, a good stay.

The view was amazing and so beautiful! Every night we watched the sunset. We could also see sea turtles down below. Condo had everything we needed to make food and eat there. We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent time on Harbor Island in this place. It was super clean, bright, spacious, and the location was great for a less than 5 min walk to the beach. Will stay here again. Barry was super responsive and helpful during our stay, too!

This unit was clean, spacious, very updated and had everything we needed for a Marco Island stay! We enjoyed our time there. Note there are a lot of keys, codes needed to get around the property which took some getting used to. Also, had to to go through a security gate every time leaving or entering property. We would stay here again!
